From beginning to end Nicole and Bernadette were extremely helpful. Very quick to respond and so nice throughout the process. The venue is absolutely magical. We had both our ceremony and reception on the lawn and I can say everyone remarked on how pretty the venue was. The food was also excellent. So many people came up to say how good the food was. If you have a wedding coming up make this a place on your list. It was amazing!

Truly the best venue we could have chosen for a classic, intimate, and beautiful wedding. Not only are the grounds naturally beautiful, but the food is excellent, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. For a venue that’s unforgettable, this is this one!

We had our wedding at Twin Oaks Golf Course and it was an absolute dream. The venue felt intimate yet spacious enough for our 120 guests, with a beautiful garden area that created the perfect backdrop for our day. We ended up having an all-outdoor wedding, but knowing there was an indoor space for backup gave us peace of mind.

The food was delicious—both during the cocktail hour and the main dinner. Working with Nicole and her team was seamless from start to finish. Nicole used to be a planner herself, so she was incredibly knowledgeable and always quick to respond. She connected often with our planner and gave helpful advice whenever we needed it.

Nicole went above and beyond to help us keep costs down and was flexible with last-minute changes, even when she didn’t have to be. The space truly transformed into something magical, and our guests had an amazing time. I’d highly recommend Twin Oaks Golf Course to anyone looking for a warm, beautiful setting for their wedding.

Twin Oaks Golf Course was a dream!! We literally could not have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding. Twin Oaks Golf Course was actually the first wedding venue we visited. After every other venue we toured, we just couldn't stop thinking about Twin Oaks Golf Course. That's when we knew it was the place where we wanted to say "I do"! The venue itself is absolutely stunning from the lawn to the fireside patio to the ballroom. We held our ceremony outdoors on the lawn, our cocktail hour on the fireside patio, and our reception in the ballroom. This layout worked out perfectly for our April 2025 wedding, and every part of our wedding at every spot was so beautiful. Not only is the venue so amazing, but so is the staff! Nicole was truly wonderful during our whole wedding planning journey. We had so many questions to ask, and she was always happy to answer all of them. She was always so friendly especially when we visited the venue to talk wedding details, and she even stopped by the bridal suite the morning of my wedding to greet me a happy wedding day! I cannot thank her enough for all her help and attention to detail leading up to our wedding! Daniel and the rest of the staff working on the day of our wedding was absolutely amazing as well! They were always checking in on my husband and I throughout the day, making sure that everything was going perfectly. We felt so taken care of the whole day. The bartenders were so incredible too! We got a lot of compliments from our guests saying they loved the bartenders, and how nice they all were! The team at Twin Oaks Golf Course is more than a bride and groom can ask for on their wedding day! They truly did everything to make our big day so special for us, and I wish I could relive our wedding day to experience the magic of Twin Oaks Golf Course again! Twin Oaks was the perfect choice for our wedding. The venue is amazing, the setting is ideal for spring or summer weddings. Ample surrounding nature and the golf course provide beautiful picture opportunities. The staff were all incredibly courteous and helpful, particularly in the planning process and on the day of the wedding everything went smoothly. The food options were excellent and prices are incredibly reasonable for a comprehensive venue and all the vendors they recommended were top tier. I would highly recommend Twin Oaks as the location for your wedding.

Our wedding at Twin Oaks Golf Course was an absolute dream. From the stunning views, greenery everywhere, white roses on the ceremony lawn, bridal/groom suites, cocktail patio & ballroom. I’m so glad I chose this venue!!! We worked with Jill during the planning process & she was such a gem. She was super organized, professional & highly responsive. Our guests enjoyed the open bar drinks & food too! So many people complimented the Filet Mignon dish & we agree! Everything was amazing & it was a perfect day. Thank you Twin Oaks Golf Course!!!

I had the wedding of my dreams at Twin Oaks Golf Course! From start to finish, they were responsive, flexible and kind. I would consider myself pretty particular and they made me feel comfortable and like I was in control the whole time. Jill was extremely responsive and allowed me to view the venue multiple times prior and accommodated scheduling since I live out of state. The space is gorgeous and completely customizable. My husband was really impressed with the attention to detail and service from the staff the day of. Ireland was AMAZING, I mean, AMAZING! She led the rehearsal flawlessly and even placed out all my décor on the day of perfectly. This is place is amazing 😊

Seriously.. I still feel like my wedding day was a dream. And so much of that was cause of this venue!! They had EVERYTHING taken care of. Jill was incredibly responsive and just amazing. She helped see our vision through. The venue took care of everything we needed! Amazing food, staff and a day of coordinator! Our coordinator was Kelly, and at first I was nervous cause I had only been communicating with Jill but Kelly.. so AMAZING! She knew what she was doing. She was on it. And she took extra care of my grandparents which was absolutely everything to me. She kept checking on me and my guests. Im a person that usually has to have my hand in everything and ususally am running around. But not at this venue. I got to really enjoy my day. I wish I could do it all over again and 100000% would go with this venue. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

I got married at Twin Oaks Golf Course on 8/21/21. This is a FANTASTIC venue with beautiful views. I toured a few wedding venues after I got engaged at Twin Oaks was the clear standout. This venue is a true hidden gem. From the stunning mountain views, beautiful white roses, and breathtaking greenery it will give you the wedding pictures you dream of. You will also get a lot more bang for your buck at Twin Oaks Golf Course. We were able to have the best dinner buffet package and a full open bar which would not have been the case at other venues with our budget. This place is affordable, but gives you the 5-star garden wedding experience. The food is also DELICIOUS. We were blown away at our tasting of how good the food was. Our guests had the biggest compliments to give to the chef on the day of the wedding. The pork loin, chicken piccata, and prime rib are to die for. Twin Oaks Golf Course biggest asset is their catering manager Jill. Jill blew us away right from the start on our tour of the venue. Jill is incredibly professional and accommodating. She worked with me on postponing our wedding due to Covid and helped rearrange the layout multiple times when guests were dropping out (even on the day of). She is always there to answer any questions or concerns you might have. She was quick to respond to emails and was very courteous! The venue has been newly renovated with new paint and flooring that we were very impressed with. They took great care of their facility. With all that being said, my only couple of negatives in this whole 2-year planning process happened on the wedding day. We asked for a few specific things in their getting ready room/clubhouse that were not delivered (coffee, orange juice for mimosas, cheese for the meat and cheese board). Also, the fire in the fireplace that was burning the night of the wedding was way too smokey. We got a few complaints from our guests to put the fire out, but at the point we were told it would make it worse. So, if you’re having a summer patio wedding, I would reconsider having the fire on. All in all, these were just a couple of small things, but everything else was perfect. If I could do it all over again, I would absolutely choose Twin Oaks Golf Course as my wedding venue. It was the perfect spot to celebrate the best day of our lives!

This venue was perfect, it had everything we were looking for! We loved the ceremony space, the reception room and the patio was amazing! Pamela was very detail oriented and was great to work with. The staff on our wedding day was friendly and professional.

My wedding at Twin Oaks could not have been more beautiful. April was perfect, and after all the rain we had, everything was in full bloom. Also, Pamela was AMAZING. She stays on top of everything (especially the day of) to make sure your day goes off without a hitch. Also, the food was PHENOMENAL. Shout out to the chef, because everyone told us how great the food was. We had the Tri Tip, Pork Loin, and Chicken Piccatta. And it was all to die for. Definitely got my fairy tale day!

Twin oaks is so beautiful and very affordable. They have great prices for week day wedding and military. Everyone who works there was very helpful. Pamela is the day of coordinator but is very easy to talk to anytime about questions you might have before the big day. On our wedding day the seating chart that was made started falling apart and the maintenance gentleman who worked there fixed it on the spot!
The food is amazing and the set it was amazing too! We had a small guest count but they can accommodate so much more! It's also on the golf course and makes for fantastic photos!

My wife and I had our wedding at Twin Oaks on 9/9/18. We couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. Pamela was our day-of coordinator and she was excellent. She remained flexible during the event when we needed more time for photos, but was also able to get things on track as needed. Her level of communication was spot on. The food (we chose the Italian buffet) was delicious. We received compliments from all of our guests on how beautiful our choice of venue was. Twin Oaks definitely made it possible for us to have to wedding of our dreams!

I had always dreamed of having my wedding outside. Twin Oaks was the perfect place to have my wedding ceremony and reception. The greenery of this place is amazing! The place where the ceremony and reception take place are also very close together which I liked because it made the wedding more intimate. There are so many wonderful places to take pictures here and the green wall that the sweetheart table is set up at outside is to die for! Our guests also raved about how wonderful the food was and were blown away by the beauty of this location. Twin Oaks also provides a day-of coordinator that is amazing and makes everything easy for you! We had our wedding over the Sumer and the weather of this location is also beautiful during the summer. Not too hot. Light breeze. Just perfect. Highly recommend you check them out and book ‘em!

They are great and take care of almost everything. Jill and her team go out of there way to make your day special.

I am a photographer who has worked at this venue several times. Not only are the grounds fantastic photographically — the coordinators and staff are the nicest and most helpful I have ever run across. You really cannot go wrong here. Book It!

I just got married here on 2/10/17 and my ceremony amd reception came out just as beautiful as i had imagined. Words can't describe just how amazing the staff was on my wedding day and the weeks leading up to it. Pamela was a gift sent from the powers of the universe because she made everything so easy and almost essential worry free for me. She had everything planned and coordinated and knew exactly what I wanted and followed through with every little detail. I couldn't imagine my wedding day without her. The staff, the bartenders, the servers and clean crew were all amazing as well. All are guest loved the food from the Italian buffet we had and they all complimented what great service they had. And let's not forget about the great price of everything. I am beyond happy with everything that Twin Oaks Golf Course had to offer. I wish I could relive my wedding day all over again. A huge thank you goes out to Pamela for the beyond amazing job that she did. She definitely knows how to do her job. Thank you for helping create amazing memories on my wedding day.

From the fireplace, twinkle lights and most delicious menu to our wonderful coordinators we would reccommded it to anyone planning a wedding a million times over! This review is for Twin Oaks' wedding services. I am so beyond happy to have had my wedding at Twin Oaks. From the moment my mom, Husband, and I set our feet on Twin Oaks' property, we were in love- with the venue, with Jill, and with Pamela!

We met with Jill during our tour, who showed us the grounds and explained all of the different packages and what they included. The prices are so reasonable and include a lot- even an open bar during cocktail hour! We knew immediately that Twin Oaks is where we wanted to have our wedding. The venue is gorgeous-like a homey cottage, with dark wood flooring, white roses, and market lighting.

After signing our contract we were in contact with both Jill and Pamela. Both ladies are so professional, flexible, and have great ideas. You can tell that not only is this what they do for a living, but that this is what they love doing. My Husband and I had so many questions- every email was answered very quickly and thoroughly.

When our wedding day finally arrived, Pamela took care of everything! Her and her team set up everything, made everything look beautiful. The entire wedding went so smoothly-not a single thing went wrong! Our wedding was everything we had dreamt of-thanks to Jill, Pamela, and their entire team. Our guests raved about every aspect- the venue, the service, the food, the drinks...everything! I cannot thank the whole Twin Oaks team enough for helping our wedding be the best day of our lives.

Jill made everything so easy for me. My husband is in the military and gone a lot so I was kind of on my own in planning our wedding but Jill had my back. I was changing plans all the way up to a few days before the wedding and whatever I needed she made it happen. The day of the wedding was flawless and more than we could have asked for. This location is beautiful and the service and food was amazing. Also the price was right for our small budgit (military discount). I feel like we got way more than our moneys worth!

I Loved our venue, its set up perfectly for a wedding. The ceremony site is right next to the reception area. The food was amazing, and all of our guest had a great time. The onsite coordinators are both awesome to work with. I would definitely recommend this venue! We had a smaller guest count around 60, but it could easily accommodate more.

I'm a wedding photographer and have worked at a ton of venues, but I LOVE working at Twin Oaks. The setting is gorgeous and the staff is above and beyond the best, most professional, and fun to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Twin Oaks!

This golf course is just beautiful for your special day. They have such a beautiful ceremony location with beautiful mountains and wonderful scenery for your ceremony and pictures. The reception area - there are 2 you can pick from.. was just perfect for us, plenty of room and decorated very nicely. The food was just as wonderful and very tastey! Also the wedding coordinator - WOW I coudln't of asked for anything better.... she did soooooooo much.... and I coudln't of had a better planned ceremony and reception w/out her!! She was just wonderful!! Overall.... I would def. refer anyone to have their wedding here! As I did and my day ended up being PERFECT!!

I chose this venue because I wanted to golf course setting and it was very affordable. They were wonderful to work with, answered all my questions (as crazy as some of them were) and were totally responsive to any changes I made. I didn't have a wedding planner but it felt like I did as helpful as they were. Everything turned out way better than I imagined!!

We are so happy we chose Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos as our wedding venue for both our ceremony and reception. The entire property was absolutely beautiful, and each space helped make the day feel special in its own way. The Vista Lawn was a gorgeous setting for our ceremony, the Fireplace Patio was such a warm and inviting space for guests to gather, and the indoor reception space was beautiful and comfortable for celebrating the rest of the evening.

Nicole, our venue contact, was incredibly accommodating and helped make our dream day happen. She was so wonderful to work with throughout the process and really made us feel supported when it came to our requests and vision for the day.

Our guests had an amazing time, too. We heard so many compliments afterward -- especially about the pasta, which was a huge hit -- and people really loved having multiple beautiful spaces to move between, relax, and connect throughout the day. That flow between the ceremony, patio, and reception areas made the whole celebration feel easy, memorable, and fun.

We're so grateful to the team at Twin Oaks for helping create such a beautiful wedding day, and we would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a scenic, welcoming place to celebrate!

Twin Oaks saved the day when our original reception site fell through - and we are so glad! The facility was just remodeled, and offered a beautiful mix of indoor and outdoor venues. We were in love with the patio! The fireplace and lights made for some lovely pictures. Our one regret was getting married in December so that we couldn't have dinner outdoors as well. Outdoor heaters were provided thought. A pre-event room attached to the banquet room was great for staging our guests during the appetizer and social hour before dinner. The banquet room fit our guests and dance floor quite comfortably, and the serving staff were highly professional.

With the help of Nicole, and the rest of the team, we just had our dream wedding at Twin Oaks Golf Course!!

Nicole - thank you for all that you did to help bring our special day to life. Nicole was always available to answer my hundreds of questions, and was so much fun to work with whenever we got to see her in person too. The only complaint I have is that we did have a little bit of a mix up with the projector - we rented them from the venue and she had said they had both the projector and a screen, but unfortunately, on the day of we found out that there was no screen. If we had known ahead of time, we could have planned and brought our own. But considering that was the only issue, I would say that's pretty darn good!!

The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the food was amazing! It's always hard to know if the food will be good or not when it's included at a venue, so you have to take a bit of a gamble when booking. But when we came in for our tasting a few months before the wedding, everything was amazing! It was hard to choose which dishes to serve. The drinks on the day of were great too, and the bartenders were awesome - there was never a line or long wait at the bar, they did a great job keeping up with everyone.

We had about 100 people at the wedding and it was the perfect size. The fireplace area can technically accommodate more, but I think it would have felt a little too crowded if we had more people. Overall, we had a great experience with Twin Oaks Golf Course!
