Pastor Chris was helpful through the process and was a huge part in making our day special! We had a small backyard wedding, and because it rained all day we were all stuffed under tents and canopies. Despite the closeness and the rain, Pastor Chris showed up and gave us a beautiful ceremony! I highly recommend him when considering an officiant!!!

Pastor Chris is excellent and in total we paid around $400 for his time and mileage which was not a problem at all. absolutely excellent and timely service and completely understanding. I was recommended by my friend who also had Pastor Chris be their officiant and I can say 100% he is worth your time and money. please consider him to be your pastor if you ever need it as he is extremely helpful and can make sure things are on the right track!

So Easy to Work With
Working with and having Pastor Chris was exactly what we were looking for in an Officiant. He was willing to meet with us ahead of time and our schedule, he was down to earth and had no issues tailoring our ceremony to exactly what we envisioned. Chris was amazing as our wedding officiant. He was extremely communicative and organized when it came to planning the logistics of the day. He was able to guide us with a general ceremony outline and accommodate all of the personal touches we wanted to include. Our families loved Chris
We reached out to Chris with just a few weeks' notice, and with very minimal input from us he delivered a ceremony that our families loved.
Our parents and grandparents especially really enjoyed his banter with the crowd, and his reassuring and calm demeanor was such a blessing to have on our wedding day.

Pastor Chris was amazing from start to finish. When I first reached out he responded right away and answered all of my questions. We spoke on the phone leading up to the wedding and he was very kind-putting any of our little worries at ease. He really did an amazing job with our vows, unity candle lighting, scripture readings and gave a very nice sermon. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful. He even mailed our marriage certificate for us so we didn’t have to worry about taking it to the courthouse. I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you so much!!

Prior to the wedding, we met with him in person three times. My husband and I just got married in September and Pastor Chris was our officiant for the ceremony. To say the ceremony was everything we ever dreamed of and more is an understatement. We met with Pastor Chris a couple times before the big day to talk things over and so that he could get to know us. He did an amazing job!
I emailed back and forth with him. We talked over the phone and the day of the wedding he did a great job! The service was short like we wanted and he added a little bit of humor to get the crowd involved! The ceremony was the first time I met him in person because I had a winter weather so unfortunately I couldn't really have a rehearsal but when I met him during the ceremony I felt at ease and comfortable! I was very impressed and happy! I would definitely recommend him!

Beautiful Ceremony
Working with Pastor Chris as our officiant was the best decision for our wedding!
We wanted a Pastor to marry us, but I had some anxiety about choosing the right one due to some family pressures. The first conversation with Pastor Chris really set me at ease. He assured me that he was there for us and it was our wedding day. He walked us through his process and we knew we had the right person! He really aligned with our values.
He sent us some reading and vow options to review and go over, but he gave us the flexibility to choose whatever we wanted.
We had a call to talk through everything with him and he walked us through the day and any thing we needed to be aware of. He really went above and beyond and checked in with us throughout the process to see if we just needed to talk. He knows wedding planning can be very stressful and he wanted to make sure we were feeling good and confident. This was so thoughtful!
On the day of our wedding, the ceremony was exactly what we wanted. It was light and fun. He joked with our guests. It was deeply special with the readings and the prayers. It's been weeks after our wedding and people are still saying how special our ceremony. Thank you so much Pastor Chris for a fantastic experience and for helping to make our day so so special.

We had to postpone our wedding for a year, and he never fails to stop communicating with us to ask how we are faring. So Happy that our day went so well!
My husband and I couldn't recommend Pastor Chris enough. We didn't live nearby and we weren't able to meet a lot in person and mostly talk via phone and still Pastor Chris was there for us every step of the way. He was always checking in and being that reminder to not let outside stressors make us forget about what the main focus was and that was us getting married to each-other. He listened to what we wanted and would give suggestions when asked (which was a lot) and never judged on anything we wanted for our ceremony. During the ceremony, he said beautiful words and added a little bit of comedy which we really liked. I also was shaking & sweating because of how nervous I was and Pastor Chris looked at me and said if you need a moment take a moment! Remember-It's your wedding, take your time. That reminder was all I needed, I wiped my palms, took a deep breath and immediately felt better. He made us both feel at ease during the whole process and during and we appreciated all that he did for us. I am so glad we found him and he accepted marrying us. THANK YOU!!!

Pastor Chris is literally the best. He was with us throughout the whole process and always reminded us that our wedding day is about us and no one else. When a family member died a few months before the wedding Pastor Chris worked with us to come up with a beautiful way to honor this person during our ceremony. He was funny and our guests loved him. My wife and I decided to look on weddingwire for our officiant. We were cutting it close a bit and saw Pastor Chris on here. We had our first meeting in person, a few weeks before the wedding, and we learned that he was a fantastic person. He made it a point to remind us that it was our day. He did a great job of making things go the way we wanted it to, and provided excellent suggestions based on what we were looking for. He made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves through this whole process. He is such a kind and thoughtful person. He is exactly the person you would want to help you on your special day! A wonderful wedding in Gettysburg!
My husband and I could not be more happy with the our choice to have Pastor Chris be our officiant. Though we live 500 miles away from where we got married/the area where Pastor Chris serves; he took the time to get to know us. Pastor Chris was beyond amazing! He prioritized us & made sure that no matter what, we did what WE wanted for our big day, all the while keeping our nerves as calm as possible. He is the perfect combination of a calming presence when you need one, and the “big brother” that will lay down the law if any of your guests Or family need a talking to. He was always very responsive the entire way through the planning process & was punctual when we met to go over things. We found Pastor Chris online and we feel so lucky to have had him as our wedding officiant. He really took the time to get to know us via phone calls and was very flexible considering we were living multiple states away. Wonderful Pastor
We found Pastor Chris though wedding wire. We wanted to have an interfaith ceremony representing both myself and my now husband's faiths. From the beginning, Pastor Chris went over the setup of what our ceremony could look like. We had complete control over what we wanted from the passages we wanted read, to the unity candle we wanted, to the vows. We spend a few sessions talking with him and getting to know him and he shared his knowledge of how things would work for the type of ceremony we wanted. He was very flexible and helpful answering our many questions. He even came to our rehearsal so we could make sure everything was ready for the next day. Overall we really appreciated his help and would highly recommend him as an officiant for your wedding!

Where to even begin, Pastor Chris was nothing short of amazing! From day one to wedding day he was the calm in the wedding storm. If you want someone who truly cares about the couple he’s working with look no further. Pastor Chris had reached out several times throughout the months just to check in and make sure we were doing okay, which meant the world to me! On our wedding day he continued his check ins throughout the ceremony to make sure we weren’t feeling overwhelmed or needed a break. Pastor Chris let my husband and I know from the very early planning stages that this was “our day” and he was fine going in whatever direction we wanted our ceremony to take, which we greatly appreciated. Pastor Chris is kind, thorough, flexible, helpful, and willing to travel. Pastor Chris was such a wonderful officiant at our wedding. We simply cannot thank Pastor Chris enough for being there for us from our very first conversation with him, all the way to the end of our ceremony as we walked down the aisle as husband and wife. Beyond conducting a beautiful ceremony that brought nearly everyone in attendance to tears, Pastor Chris was someone we felt we always could turn to throughout all of the ups and downs that came with planning a wedding, moving across the country, and whatever else life had thrown our way leading up to our special day. His kindness, compassion, sense of humor, and warm smile had made us feel comfortable from our first conversation to the day of our wedding and we always felt that our voices were heard. Unfortunately our church does not do wedding ceremonies. So I found this website and immediately knew Pastor Chris was the right person to be our officiant of our wedding. He is really easy going! Great communication and really made sure on what details we wanted. We had a small ceremony and we were running the ceremony with our family. Rehearsal time came and everyone was throwing their ideas out there, I think Pastor Chris could see I was getting stressed and was about to start panicking. Every bride wants their wedding to run smoothly and be perfect. Pastor Chris was able to calm everyone down and really shifted the focus on what Jake and I wanted. A great experience
Pastor Chris was quite possibly the best vendor out of all of the vendors we hired, no offense to our other amazing vendors. Every time we met, both virtually and in person, his first priority was finding out how we were handling the stress of Covid and the wedding itself. He always gave helpful tips and reminders that our wedding day is our day and he will help guide us through the ceremony and do whatever else he could. Chris is a truly good person and these actions and words really made us feel special and cared for. When the day of the rehearsal and then wedding finally came, he was no different and his first priority was our mental well-being. He effortlessly guided us through the ceremony during the rehearsal, and we felt perfectly at ease on our wedding day. Everything was so perfect and we loved Chris so much. Thank you Chris!

Our amazing wedding
Pastor Chris was everything we wanted and more in an officiant, and that's to say the least. I've looked at using multiple officiants in the central PA area- all seeming to either charge an arm and a leg, or making the process more difficult than I anticipated. Chris was perfect. He is EASY to work with- makes it the most simple it can be amidst a time where is brides are overwhelmed. He made sure he was charismatic with not only us but our crowd, and made our moment the most magical it could be. It was a blessing finding him, and I know you guys will feel the same after using his sweet services. He's a great soul, and person- checking in simply to see if we needed anything. Choose Chris! Pastor Chris took the time to really get to know us in the weeks leading up to our wedding. We met with him a couple of times prior to the big day and he was always looking for ways to help us out, even if it was just reminding us that the day was all about us and our marriage.

A Pleasure to Work With!
My husband and I unexpectedly had to search for a minister 2 months prior to our wedding date. My Stepfather found Pastor Chris and we sure are glad he did!! Chris promptly responded with answers to any questions or concerns we threw his way. He even made it a point to be at our rehearsal, which meant a lot to us. His calming nature really helped both Brandon and I relax prior to our special day. Pastor Chris gave us many pieces of helpful advice, as we enter this new chapter in our relationship and lives. We received so many compliments on our ceremony, and how wonderful Chris’s service was. Overall, we will highly recommend Pastor Chris for anyone! He made our day special, relaxed, and so enjoyable! Pastor Chris was absolutely wonderful. He customized the service to reflect us as a couple. You can tell he's very passionate about his work and doesn't give you a "cookie cutter" ceremony. He was willing to work around with all of my last minute changes and was super accommodating for our unique unity ceremony! Any couple would be blessed to have him as part of their wedding ceremony. Pastor Chris was great to work with! He was very fast to respond to any inquiries needed. Anytime we wanted pre-marital counseling his door was always open. His pricing was the best we came across in the area. I received so many compliments about things Pastor a Chris mentioned in the ceremony. He was willing to tweak our ceremony to the way we wanted it and never pushed anything on us. Could not say anything negative about him - he was amazing to work with!!

Pastor Chris is great! You won't regret having him as your officiant. He is very prompt in responding. Pastor Chris is great with offering suggestions for vows,, readings, and the outline of the ceremony. He is extremely willing to make any modifications to best suit your vision. He was willing to meet with us via video chat and in person. Pastor Chris is so great we had him as an officiant twice! Our COVID style wedding and our rescheduled reception the following year. Pastor Chris is a sincere divine man. Pastor Chris came to our house for an initial meeting. As we broke bread, my soon to be bride and I immediately felt a connection with him. He was a intuitive, extremely nice, and gentle man. We can't say enough good words about him. He made our day go smoothly and was an absolute joy as he helped us join in the bonds of matrimony. My wife is of a different faith and he made her feel comfortable as she enjoyed his company and loved his words and knowledge of the human spiritual experience. You just can't go wrong with Pastor Chris. 100% recommend.

Pastor Chris is amazing!
Not only did Pastor Chris meet with us through the wedding planning, he kept me calm in reminding us that the day was about my husband and I, not anyone else. Pastor Chris is very laid back and calm mannered, and very caring as well. Pastor Chris even performed an unofficial ceremony before our wedding, in front of both my husband's parents. It was very special to us since my husband's mother is no longer with us.

Pastor Chris was so reassuring and made us feel at ease with the whole wedding planning process. He helped us with our stress level during our meetings and would even check in with us in between. We had multiple Zoom meetings with him. He was so flexible with meeting on Zoom for us versus in person since we did not live close. Pastor Chris gave us great ideas for our readings and vows. The rehearsal and ceremony went smoothly because of how experienced and organized Pastor Chris is. I highly recommend him as an officiant!!!

Pastor Chris officiated our wedding ceremony on July 2, 2021 in Carlisle, PA. He was referred to us by our venue, and also had amazing reviews online. From the time we met him, his energy and commitment to make our day amazing shined through. Everything about our ceremony was exactly like we asked for, it went flawlessly. A perfect ceremony
From the moment I spoke to Pastor Chris on the phone, I knew he was a perfect fit for us. He was easy to speak to, communicated promptly, reached out just to check in to see how everything was going & most of all, each interaction with him made us feel like he genuinely cared about us and our big day.
Our ceremony was on a Sunday afternoon and we were looking for a short, simple but meaningful service. We chose vows & scripture from some suggestions that he had given to us. He explained that he would also say a few words outside of those items. It makes me teary just to type this but those words he said.. were perfect. "Love is contagious, Kindness is contagious....". Those words, are us. We say that all the time how being with each other makes our relationships with other our kids, our families, our friends.. better. The ceremony was a complete reflection of who we are as a couple.

The Best Officiant!
Initially, we weren't sure what to do looking for an officiant that would marry us outside of a church. We both have religious backgrounds and wanted something that would fit what we were looking for. From the moment we met with Pastor Chris we knew he was the perfect fit. He allowed us to choose our vows, our readings, and anything else that was personal to us that we wanted. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful and he made us cry with his personal words and touches. I was very worried about not feeling in the moment during the ceremony standing in front of everyone we know, but Pastor Chris does everything he can to make sure the day is about the two of you, and to make sure you enjoy every minute. We really can't recommend him enough. Our day wouldn't have been nearly as perfect without him.

While Pastor Chris never lost sight of the sacred nature of the day, he also managed to maintain a sense of levity. Pastor Chris did a wonderful job with our wedding ceremony! We had to reschedule our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and he was very flexible and helpful. Pastor Chris married my husband and I on May 29, 2021. We reached out to Pastor Chris during the summer of 2020, met with him in person, and decided he was the perfect officiant to marry us. We kept in touch throughout our entire wedding planning process and Pastor Chris was super easy to work with. His main rule was that our wedding day was 100% about us and he worked to ensure that all of our needs were being met. He checked in with us frequently throughout the year and was super helpful when it came to picking out our scriptures, vows, and planning out our ceremony. We wanted our ceremony to be no more than 30 minutes and he helped us to do just that. We really enjoyed working with Pastor Chris and appreciated all that he did to help us through the wedding planning process.
