I can't recommend this enough. We were looking for ways to save money, but really wanted video footage of our event. This was the perfect solution and even better than a videographer since there was personal footage from our honeymoon and days leading up to the wedding. It was so inexpensive and they did such an excellent job editing the video for us and hours of footage. Highly recommend ! -

At the very last minute, I decided that I would like a video of our special day, we are talking like 3 days prior, and Weddingmix made it happen! Customer service made sure that I was overnighted all the equipment needed for my package I selected! I was so grateful!! Since day one, they have helped accommodate any need or any questions we had!
The value is fantastic! We got a 30 minute video! It was fun choosing all the scenes and pictures for it! Also great that all of our guest got to upload photos and videos! And we got to download all that footage as well! Definitely recommend if you are on the fence for a video or if you can’t afford thousands of dollars for a videographer! -

WeddingMix is outstanding. They are so incredibly easy to work with. Our wedding took place June, 2020, in the midst of the whole social distancing mess that didn't allow photo/video vendors to work due to the COVID restrictions. I still wanted to have a video of our big day. WeddingMix was the perfect option. They offer several different packages to choose from, and we chose to have them send us a professional camera and audio recorder. My family shot the video footage with WeddingMix's equipment, sent it back to them with all of the footage, and they edited it to create the most beautiful highlight and full wedding videos. We get to keep all the raw footage, and they incorporated our requests of what we wanted to include in the final edit. Customer service is phenomenal. They met every need we had and are so easy to talk to, consult with and work with. They edited such a beautiful highlight and full length video that has me teary eyed to this day, and they cost ten times less than what most wedding videographers charge. This is by far the best investment I made on our wedding day. I highly recommend WeddingMix, if you want video of your big day. You really don't have to spend an arm and a leg. They're so good at their editing services. -

I was a little nervous about using WeddingMix at first because I was not sure if everything I wanted would be captured. However, I LOVED how the video turned out! It shows you your wedding day from the view of your guests. I loved getting to edit my video and choose what i wanted included. Ariane and her team were so kind and great to work with. I had several conversations with Ariane throughout the process and she was always ready to listen and help make my video exactly what i wanted it to be. I am so thankful we chose to use WeddingMix. We went with Weddingmix for our wedding video and allowed our guests to be a part of it. I personally love it, I feel it is more personal. Plus, it was such a better price didn't want to spend tons of money on something I was going to watch rarely. The great thing about doing it this way you can have a video that goes from the engagement to the wedding and then to honeymoon. And to top it off the customer service is amazing. Definitely worth the price.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about wedding mix! My husband and I really wanted video footage of our wedding, but did not want to hire a videographer because it’s so expensive and we were already spending more money than we planned. We found wedding mix and it totally changed the game! We got some awesome videos from our guests and put together a video that way. We just got back the final cut from Wedding Mix’s editors and I literally couldn’t help but cry, we are so happy with it! Don’t hesitate to hire these guys, you won’t regret it! -

This was an incredibly affordable option that gave us the charm of a home video with all the people we love filming it from their perspective. We rented extra cameras and a pocket microphone and our friends captured it all perfectly. And they were easy to work with and quick to respond to all of my questions. I am beyond satisfied that I decided to purchase Wedding Mix for our wedding instead of hiring a videographer. My guests captured so many moments that we didn't get to witness on our busy day, but now we'll treasure them forever with our video mostly compiled by clips filmed by our guests. So personal, very user friendly and the storymix team is on top of answering questions for the nervous bride. Book in advance so you can begin to tell your guests (use the save the dates!) to be ready to film and give the best gift possible. Memories that you and your husband can look back on for anniversaries to come! -

After reading experiences of other married couples and what was important to them through the wedding experience, I knew I wanted a video of my wedding to remember it by. I also remember as a kid watching my parent’s 1984 wedding video and knowing I wanted my kids to have that opportunity as well. BUT. I knew I couldn’t afford a $4000+ videographer. I was a little skeptical of Wedding Mix, but it got good reviews and thought it would be worth it in the end. I ended up LOVING the experience.
We did the package where you use your own camera, but get a mic and a 10 minute video. I’m not sure that anyone actually used the mic because we didn’t think about who would manage it before hand and didn’t have a vision for it. We had our friend as a videographer, so he plugged into the DJ’s sound system when he could.
My favorite part was the videos from the guests. They picked up stuff from angles that our videographer did not. Phones were passed around the table with everyone saying hello - which was great because we didn’t get to even see everyone who was at our wedding. I also loved the prompts that were given. Like what should they get each other for their first anniversary which my 8 year old answered with gusto we should give Star Wars gifts.
Two things about this part of the process is 1) Drum up knowledge of this app BEFORE the wedding so that guests can download it and be ready to use it. We made print outs and left them around with the information they would need to get on the app and reminders to use it. 2) Reiterate that they should take video with their phone SIDEWAYS. The app tells them to do this, but many of our guests still didn’t. Especially ones that recorded first and uploaded to the app later.
Getting our trailer was great! No complaints. They did an excellent job. Our 10 minute video was a good experience as well but took longer than expected. I did not realize that I was expected to look through all of the footage, find the clips that I wanted, crop the footage, and basically make a 10 minute video myself. This was a little stressful and we went way over the period of time they wanted have to footage created in, but it ended up working great, and they worked with us and were supportive where we were in the process the whole time. I picked the clips and photos I wanted in the video, and they edited the transitions and added music and made it look really professional! I love the final product and I’m so glad that we decided to use Wedding Mix! -

I have appreciated working with WeddingMix so much. I had some life stuff happen and Ariene was so understanding she let me extend the time frame to work on my storyboard. The edits were so quick and the editing team did an amazing job! I couldn’t commend their talent and work ethic more. We live our video!
A piece of advice for those of you looking into WeddingMix - follow their recommendations on how to organize filming. There are moments I wish I’d gotten, but that’s on me. They gave me every tool to succeed and did an awesome job with what i gave them. -

I am thrilled that I found WeddingMix and chose to use them to create our wedding video. After looking at all options of professional wedding videographers and videos, we decided we really didn’t want a videographer at our very small, intimate lakeside wedding. The final videos from expensive video companies weren’t really out style either, so we decided to skip the professional videographer. But then I found WeddingMix and realized it was the answer! I decided to do it as a surprise for my husband. Using a combination of footage from the WeddingMix cameras, microphone, and our guests digital photos and videos, WeddingMix created a beautifully edited video of our day! They were SO helpful and very responsive. I just approved the final video and I can’t wait to surprise my husband with it!! -

Above and beyond!
My wife and I decided to go an alternative route to the traditional wedding videographer, what with our millennial generation being raised into the era of cell phone cameras. The go pros worked great, the staff at Storymix were consumate and prompt professionals for the whole process, and our feature And highlight videos looked spectacular. We've already recommended them to several couples!

When we began our search for a videographer, it became apparent that we may have to sacrifice quality for cost. Enter...Wedding Mix (Story Mix)! We read a little about it and became excited about the possibility of photos and videos coming from the perspective of our family and friends, instead of a stranger.
The website is incredibly informative, user-friendly, and customer service people are incredibly responsive. We were able to order the package that best suited our needs AND our budget, without having to sacrifice quality.
At first, we were hesitant, only due to our own lack of knowledge, about how the editing process would work. Wondering if they would, in fact, be able to capture the true essence of our big day. But, we followed the clear instructions that were included, shared the instructions with our guests, and took a chance.
Fast forward, we just viewed our highlight video, and it is more than we could have ever asked for. Sound quality is great. They were able to edit together, some of the most important moments of the week. It's extra special because credit not only goes to the amazing editing staff at Wedding Mix, but also to our people who helped capture those moments.
We would definitely use Wedding Mix again, if we had to make the same decision. We've passed on their incredible service to all of our guests who attended, in hopes that they will also join the Wedding Mix family on their big day.

If in doubt, just go for it! I wouldn't say that about many things in life, but I am for WeddingMix! :). I didn't think I'd be able to afford a wedding video until I heard about WeddingMix. Then, I didn't think I'd be able to find any of my guests who'd be willing to do the video recording for me (or be able to do a good job). But, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did! It is totally worth the price. And, the 2 friends who I asked to help actually got really into it/ had fun, and also did a good job! win-win. Plus, many of the guests got really into taking pictures and videos with the app, too! This company's responsiveness, customer service, detailed instructions, etc. made the process so easy. One thing I really loved and appreciate was the option to have their staff choose scenes for and edit the final videos. At first, I thought I'd have the time for doing that after my wedding, but then I realized how slow I was at doing it myself and how crazy busy I was. So, when I was able to pay a bit more to get the videos made for me, it was SO worth it! -

I was so happy and relieved to have found something like WeddingMix while planning my wedding this past summer. I had already hit my budget for a great photographer and I knew I wanted video footage but I couldn't spend a fortune on it. WeddingMix gives you the ability to have homemade videos of your special day & more! My best advice is to really familiarize yourself with the cameras and gear prior to your big day! And if you can have a few select people to take videos/keep track of the cameras. Ariane and her staff are BY FAR the most helpful, supportive and down to earth people Ive worked with in a long time. Every email/phone call was answered promptly and they were always willing to help when I had questions. I highly suggest you try WeddingMix for your upcoming nuptials!! -

This company is amazing. Last minute I decided I wanted to video tape my wedding but couldn’t justify spending the money for it on an already over the budget wedding. I needed the cameras to come a week before my wedding since I was traveling. Choosing WeddingMix was a last minute decision - but I am SO glad we did. Such an affordable option if you want videos of your wedding. I liked it even more than having a videographer because it felt so special seeing our wedding through the eyes of our guests. Awesome way to get video
Guys, I just got my highlight video from them and it brought tears to my eyes. Im sure all videographers are great but this one is great and fits the budget. Our friends felt really honored to be involved. We really hemmed and hawwed about doing video and some friends of my said its one thing they regretted not having and others said that they watch theirs all the time and that it has even more meaning when you lose a loved one that may have been featured etc. So that was enough to convince me to to video. Where we got married finding someone less than 2K was a non-starter so we almost gave up until I saw something on here. SOOOO glad we did it! I will say I'm a space cadet with technology so I had a few hiccups but the folks who work there are super patient and probably used to it and have bent over backwards to fix my mistakes lol. Overall can't say enough about how happy we are. -

So we decided against a videographer.....and then I would read forums and see peoples highlight videos and decided I wanted a video after all. I could not get my husband on board though with the additional expense or the idea of a video at all....
About a week before our wedding I heard about WeddingMix and went ahead with the Snap Happy package - with the additional 10 minute video. So far I have been very happy!!
As guests started arriving in town, I told a few of them (who I thought would actually go with the process) to download the app and explained how it all worked. Additionally, I made signs for each table with the information, including our access code. We probably had about 10 or so people actually use the app, which was only about 20% of our wedding. But those who used it got some great pictures and videos!
I absolutely LOVED the highlight video that was put together for us! I probably watched it 50 times the first two days! I actually didn't mind putting together the storyboard for the full length video. It was a little time consuming, but it was an easy process overall.
I just hit SUBMIT on my full length video, so I cannot wait to see it when it is complete. And the best part for me?? I've made my husband sit through the preview the storyboard generates (twice), and every time he will just start talking about our wedding, the videos, the pictures.......I think he's really happy with this as well :) -

WeddingMix may have been the single best decision we made for our wedding. Not only do you get a professionally edited video of your big day but you also get ALL of the media your guests upload, including the pictures. It was like have a second photographer!! You get to see the day from your guests eyes and it's truly worth every penny. Save the money of a professional videographer and hire WeddingMix! They are SUPER easy to work with and I can't recommend them enough.
