My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Natasha for our wedding. When I think about Weddings by Natasha the best word to describe the planning experience is PERFECTION. From the beginning of the process until the wedding day Natasha walked me through month by month timelines. She was meticulously organized and managed the wedding seamlessly. Natasha came with me to all my vendor appointments and ensured that my voice was heard in decision making. She was easily accessible, responsive, and reassured me throughout any questions/ challenges with visual presentations to make the decision process easier.
A few days before my wedding, my grandma was hospitalized. Natasha came with me to the hospital with my 15 pound dress to ensure that my grandmother was a special part of my wedding day.
My wedding was amazing! Natasha is phenomenal and was one of the best investments of my Wedding Day! I recommend Weddings by Natasha without any reservation. -

To say that Natasha was our wedding planner is an understatement; she became our friend, a guide, a confidant, and one of our biggest cheer cheerleaders. Her passion for what she does shows through every detail! Just when you think she’s going to take an inch, she takes 5 miles! In the moments when you need someone the most, she is always there; only one phone call away, that somehow ends up being the best, unplanned 2hr long conversation, not only about wedding-related things, but about life!
During the wedding process, she kept us on track with a detailed timeline and gentle reminders. She gives you full range to implement your creativity and when you reach a place of uncertainty, she is always there to give her opinions and ideas. She designed our wedding decor, and as you can see in the pictures, she is a creative force to be reckoned with. I love that she stretches your budget to give you a luxe-looking wedding!
As to be expected, wedding planning is accompanied by stress, but she made our experience, fun and effortless. She was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs, and addressing potential issues that could arise. Her attention to detail is IMPECCABLE.
What truly sets Natasha apart from any other wedding planner is her ability to listen, be empathetic, and how she takes the time to understand her client’s personalities so that your wedding day can be everything you dreamt of and more. Might I mention, she always has a calm demeanor, which is a source of comfort, even in the most anxious moments.

The Absolute Best Wedding Planner
We are beyond grateful to have had Natasha by our side throughout our wedding planning journey. From our very first conversation, it was clear that she was highly experienced, honest, and organized, but also genuinely passionate about her craft and creating beautiful celebrations for her couples.
Natasha took the time to understand our vision and style. We trusted her with the design of our wedding and she DELIVERED!!!!!! She provided us with the best vendor recommendations and fresh ideas. I had to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for Natasha's outstanding coordination on our wedding day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and calm demeanor truly made our special day beyond memorable.
From the moment we started planning over Zoom, Natasha just got us. Her dedication and expertise shone through every step of the way, from the early planning stages to the final moments of our celebration.
Natasha's seamless handling of every aspect allowed us to savor every moment without any worries. We were blown away by how she managed unexpected situations with quick thinking and problem-solving skills, ensuring no guest noticed any hiccups. For that, we are incredibly grateful.
As the bride, I knew I could count on her for advice whenever needed. On the wedding day, Natasha kept me calm and focused. As for my groom, even though we were in an air-conditioned environment, he felt like he was sweating on the hottest day. That's when Natasha came to the rescue and handed him a handheld fan—a small gesture that made a big difference. I have to report that the fan still works perfectly today!

If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! Natasha was such a blessing to me, my husband, bridal party and overall wedding experience. She was my day of coordinator and made sure that the day ran smoothly. She contacted all of the vendors ahead of time, crafted a full timeline of the day and kept everyone on point during our wedding rehearsal and across the wedding day. She made sure that I had EVERYTHING I needed throughout the day, and helped me when unexpected hiccups occurred (like my strap falling off my dress lol). She helped me with my dress, made sure my lips and hair were perfect for pictures, made sure I had my dancing shoes when I needed them, and just did a wonderful job of being there for me and my husband throughout the day. Natasha listened to what my husband and I wanted and made sure that nothing came in the way of that on our special day. She was just a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a day of coordinator, don't look any further! Natasha is the woman for the job! -

I had no intention of hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, specifically because my venue let us know we could save on costs since they would provide all the support we needed. I also leaned on the fact that I am a professional project manager, so I confidently took on the task of planning. Then one of my vendors strongly suggested that we at least hire a day-of coordinator as she told me she doesn't understand why venues are telling couples they don't need a point of contact when the venue is only going to look after the venue. I'm so glad I received that advice, as we ended up hiring Natasha to be our month-of-coordinator. Natasha's rates are reasonable which leaves you room to really choose the service that will work best for your needs.
Upon my first call with Natasha I could tell she was all things a wedding planner/coordinator should be AND MORE! She is fun and knows what it means to be celebrating an occasion as important as a wedding, but above all I could tell that she runs a tight ship and will keep everything and everyone in line!
What also attracted me to Natasha's services was her order of operations. Natasha has a very strict and detailed timeline that she creates which holds everyone involved with your wedding accountable in making sure that what you want to happen in your day will happen. The prep for this timeline starts with communications with Natasha before the month prior to your wedding and after these communications Natasha is able to take your requests and desires and run with the coordination.
During at least the last month and a half I had no idea how much more needed to be done because these are little tedious details that no one tells you to look for, but luckily because we had Natasha, and she managed those affairs.
If me or my husband were the ones communicating with our vendor Natasha was cc'd on the email, and let me tell you she was not a silent partner! She was texting us and encouraging us, especially during the tougher communications that needed to be had.
Because of Natasha's experience she was able to prepare me on what to expect and give me advice on how to handle it as well. During all of this time Natasha is learning her clients and what they like, so I would also often text her asking for her opinion on things, and I was a bride who didn't want many people even knowing what I was doing, but I trusted Natasha and always appreciated her perspective.
During the rehearsal she got our wedding party ready for a great time and ready to set the tone for the wedding. My sister was my maid of honor and she was feeling a bit overwhelmed about knowing what was needed the day of the wedding and Natasha let her know that she just needed to lean on her so she had nothing to worry about.
If I were to go into detail about how amazing it was to have Natasha by our side the day of the wedding, this review would go on even longer! All I can say is this day was absolutely perfect, and Natasha had everything to do with it. Her detailed timeline had everyone on point from the start in the morning and built in room for other things that would be needed and even just little things that we wanted to add last minute. Then on the human level, but in Natasha's case, the super human level, she had this amazing ability to be right where she needed to be between my husband and I. For example, I think she finished checking in on the guys and then caught my bridesmaids rehearsing their reception entrance in the ballroom, so in true super human form she turned into Debbie Allen and coached them into their epic bridesmaid entrance.
Natasha is also amazing at handling any sensitive family situations, and by handle I mean she can turn something you're worry about into positive moments. What she did for me and my husband, I will hold close to my heart for a lifetime. She will be you and your husbands' biggest hypewoman, and she knows exactly how your body feels at every moment like when to take the shoes off for a break or when to hand you a mini fan on the dancefloor. You will feel fabulous, loved and supported throughout your entire day!
I can go on more, but I just have to conclude by saying that so much money is put into this day, and even if you have the best vendors the experience of the planning and your wedding day are determined by who you decide to have as your person to lead the pack, and I would recommend hiring Natasha 1,000 times over. -

When we were first looking for a day of coordinator, we were in between Natasha and someone else. What really sold us on picking Natasha was the amazing reviews she had. I followed her Instagram, saw her work and could tell she was going to be a great coordinator. But she really exceeded our expectations! We had our wedding on 10/29/23. She had such an attention to detail, and was on point with everything. I knew that with her being our coordinator our day would be stress free and it really was! Natasha is my fairy godmother! My wedding was in early July and I hired Natasha to be my month of/day of coordinator and I can say she handled me with exceptional care. I don't know how many of you reading this have been brides before, but that morning for me felt nothing but jitters. I wanted to make sure everything was going according to plan, my family had a no trouble with transit, I wanted my bridesmaids to feel pumped and excited, I was stressing over whether my dress could still fit, the worries were endless. Natasha, first thing in the morning called me with this calming yet naturing and excited morning message. "Good morning bride," so sweet and so attentive, she really got me ready for the day. When she arrived at the hotel she took into account how big this day was for me and always checked in with me. She made sure I knew that the ball was in my court always and that whatever I needed she'd advocate for. Closer to showtime, I let her know that I needed to be alone and with my thoughts and she instructed all the bridesmaids to leave the room. I can't even tell the story in order because I just keep remembering the little details of the day that made Natasha so special. There was a moment where she gave me this treatment where she lathered me up and made me feel really loved. She covered me in lotion from head to toe hunny.... as a black woman she made me reflect on the importance of not just self love but love we as women can offer each other. As someone who is on the rather shy side, Natasha gassed me up for when the pictures needed to be taken by calling me "Godiva" and it would always made me smile. The timeline was built to a T and all the vendors knew where to go and what time they needed to be there. She was in charge and kept the show running on time at all times and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator! Thank you so much Natasha!!!
PS: What made me chose Natasha was in the very beginning she asked me what would make my day. At the time I wasn't really sure what the answer should be and the first idea she put out there was," Will it be to know your mother is taken care of?".... That is the only thing that will make any day I have, the best day. So just like that, she had me at hello!

It is no exaggeration to say that Natasha was the most important person at our wedding--more important than my wife and me frankly. She was everywhere, coordinating with the venue, helping to keep a firm timeline for photos and speeches, helping my wife bustle her dress up after the ceremony. She quarterbacked the whole day. In fact, she took charge long before the day of the wedding by making sure all of our ducks were in a row with every vendor. She was the point of contact for everyone at the end and she handled it all brilliantly. We're talking about even hanging on to a brush for my hair and gum for us to chew. It was a perfect combination of amazing organizational skills, while also including a very personal touch. Natasha even helped us navigate through the sort of inevitable inter-personal drama that happens with weddings. She was so awesome that people that we invited to our wedding were coming up to tell us how great a job she did. To ANYONE who is looking for a wedding coordinator/planner, your search is over. I remember being up one night trying to figure out how I was going to get through planning a wedding with less than 9 months left til the big day while also being in a different state. While scrolling though instagram I found the answer. Now 2 months post wedding, I can honestly say aside from saying I do! Natasha was the best decision we made.
Since the very first meeting Natasha made it clear that she was here for both my husband and I throughout this process, showing us the importance of compromise when it comes to choosing decor, as well as advocating on our behalf with family and vendors. Natasha went above and beyond to help make our wedding dreams come true. From answering all our questions, creating an easy to use checklist to stay within our timeline and even attending my alteration appointments to make sure my dream dress fit the way I envisioned. Natasha ensured our wedding went off without a hitch and anticipated all our needs (like making sure we ate, stayed hydrated throughout the night and only participated in the events that we found important.

I took a good week to process my wedding that happened July 2, 2022. As an educator, knowing my wedding was the week after the last day of school, my schedule was going to be hectic and I wouldn’t be able to devote time to my wedding. So earlier on in the year, I met Natasha and it was an instant connection. To be honest, once I found her on weddingwire, I didn’t bother to look at anyone else. Her reputation, her personality, her expertise in the wedding industry captivated me. I told my husband we needed her as our day of coordinator and thank God she was available the day of the wedding.
A month prior to the wedding, I was going through a lot of stress and anxiety. There was not a time that I reached out to Natasha for some advice, clarification or to answer a question and she was not there for me. She provided me with LUXURY SERVICE. After every encounter, I felt such relief and the excitement of my wedding would come back.
Even my wedding vendors who worked with her, they’d just reaffirm me that I was in the best hands.
Natasha, I can’t thank you enough. From the rehearsal getting our crazy bridal party in check, to the day of the wedding NEVER leaving my side and leaving me questioning/looking for anything. Here is just a short list of the things she did for me.
1. She never left my side. Natasha was at my side to calm my nerves, ensure we were on schedule, put my dress on, was making sure I was eating and hydrated taking pictures, etc.
2. Moved my timeline to ensure that I got everything that I wanted. The weather predicted a lot of rain and I was so sad because I wanted to take pictures in the park so we opted for photos at the hotel we got ready at. Natasha noticed the weather changed for the better, discussed it with my photographers/videographer and limo transportation and arranged me and my husband to have time to take pictures we wanted in the park.
3. Natasha was my hype woman. Weddings are crazy. She always complimented me, reminded me of how beautiful I was and at a moment my energy was slightly off she would look at me like “Girl you getting married!!” and instantly would smile from ear to ear.
There was nothing I would change about my wedding. Absolutely nothing. But the reason I say this is because I had Natasha by myside. You have these fears that something would go wrong and NOTHING went wrong. Even if it did, I don’t know about it. My day was busy and eventful, yes, but when it was all over, I could look at my husband and say it was the best day of my life. Having Natasha as my day of coordinator, was the best decision I’ve made. I still have guests saying how amazing my wedding is and that I need to throw a renewal or something. If I do, I’ll definitely get Natasha again! -

Natasha was amazing form the very moment we met with her. Unfortunately we were one of the 2020 couples that had to cancel our destination wedding and this was our third time rescheduling due to COVID restrictions last year. When we shared our story with her, she made every effort to make us feel comfortable and reassured. Everything on the day of was absolutely PERFECT and Natasha was so sweet, caring, and professional. My husband loved her too! Everything ran on time and Natasha's attention to detail was outstanding. It was so amazing to finally have our big day and we are still on cloud nine. A Bride's Best Friend!
I met Natasha at the start of the pandemic in 2020 to assist me with planning my wedding and being my day of coordinator. She was open to all of my questions and knew exactly what I needed to make my day the way I wanted. When others made me feel crazy and insane for planning a 2022 wedding in 2020, she reassured me and executed everything perfectly. She stayed on top of things even when I wasn't. My guests and in-laws absolutely loved her and the job she did on my wedding day. Not only did I gain an amazing wedding planner/coordinator, I gained a lifelong friend. I remember when I first found Natasha, I was scrolling through TikTok and saw her rushing to fix the bride's veil as she walked down the aisle and immediately I said I want her! And it was probably one of the BEST decisions I made for my wedding day. From our first consultation to our messages back and forth to our actual wedding day, she made sure to cover every detail. Sometimes I would think of something and Natasha was already doing it. She has mastered her craft and it was evident throughout the weekend. I'm a pretty organized person but I literally had two weddings back to back and I was overwhelmed and Natasha's presence was the calm to the storm that I needed that day. She is very professional, knowledgeable and passionate and I loved having her because she truly allowed me to enjoy my wedding day. We started making our wedding plans two years ago, in the thick of the pandemic. With the stress of being newbies when it came to wedding planning coupled with the ups and downs of the pandemic, the future outcome of our special day was uncertain. That all changed when Natasha Civil came into our lives. From the first meeting, Natasha automatically made us feel like we were her main priority. We mapped out our dream wedding and she brought it to life. Natasha is honest, responsible, trustworthy, and above all else, she is incredibly professional. We could go on and on about the positive traits that Natasha embodies because the list is truly endless.
As a creative visionary, Natasha was our number one cheerleader and supporter when it came to making our dreams a reality. We didn’t feel like just another couple on her resume. Instead, we would compare our experience with Natasha to something like the royal treatment. She consistently made time for us to discuss everything from logistics and decor to song selection and cake tastings. Whatever we didn’t think of, Natasha was there to fill in the blanks. We truly appreciated all of the knowledge, experience, and expertise Natasha was able to bring to our wedding planning experience. We weren’t just planning a wedding with Natasha, we were embarking on a fun adventure that only made our excitement and anticipation leading up to the actual wedding date grow.
When our wedding day arrived on March 20, 2022, it exceeded our expectations and we have Natasha’s stealthy behind-the-scenes management to thank for that. She went above and beyond for us to ensure everything ran smoothly with our vendors, the venues, and our wedding party so as to not disturb our wedding day experience. It has been a couple of weeks since our wedding and the compliments haven’t stopped rolling in.

Working with Natasha was a wonderful decision. Natasha was our day of wedding coordinator but much more because she was available months prior to wedding and communicative via texts and calls. She was responsive, prepared and very professional. She reached out to all vendors and created a comprehensive timeline. She was always on time or earlier which I loved and took charge! The day of the wedding, she was on it; she made sure we stayed on schedule and fixed any little hiccups we had. She stuck by me; from the hotel, getting ready, the ceremony and throughout the reception. I wanted to have a party and she made sure we had a party and a good time! Wow! There is no review that can do justice to Natasha and her gift! We got married two days ago and are still on cloud 9! Natasha isn’t just our planner and day of coordinator, she’s family. Everything about her is amazing!
Throughout this 2 year journey she has been nothing short of amazing! Natasha made sure that our vision was executed with precision and tact! From budgets, vendor selection, moral support and advocating for us as a couple, she did it all! I knew Natasha was the best planner ever when she surprised me at my makeup trial before our engagement shoot! She then volunteered to clear her schedule to come to our engagement shoot ALLLL the way in the city!

Astonishing !!!
Wow! Where do I start!
I had my first Women’s empowerment event in July, which I was extremely nervous about.
As I was speaking to a friend of mine. She recommended that I hire Natasha as my coordinator for the day.
Honestly, I was a little Skeptical because I had already invested so much money into this event and I didn’t want to spend any unnecessary money but after our first consultation I knew that there was no way that I’ve could have done it without her.
From the very beginning she made it her business to get a clear understanding of the concepts of my event the goals, the vision and experience I wanted this to have, which made it a huge relief for me.
Not only did she come to help me set up and decorate which was not apart of her contact. She was extremely punctual, she made sure I ended each topic on the timely manner that we discussed. She gave me visual cues on when I should start serving the food and passing the gifts bags out. She also came with this amazing bag that cane with much needed necessities. I can go on and on
What was so mind blowing is when Natasha stayed around after it was way over to encourage me on how great I did and recommend some great spas that I should go to for relaxation after pouring out my heart to so many. I love Her!!
I will also be hiring her for my future wedding, she’s a superwoman!!!

Where do I begin. From the first day that we met I felt comfortable and confident she would help me through the ins and outs of organizing an amazing Wedding. I needed help and was so nervous. After committing with Natasha, it was hands on. She kept in touch with me almost every day making appointments with the bridal shop, makeup, hair; tuxedos,’etc. She didn’t stop until everything was set in stone... Natasha was awesome. She listened to our ideas and worked to see that our overall vision came to life. She was very accessible throughout the entire planning process. She answered all of our questions, stayed on top of vendors (we had quite a few!), and she even came to the dress fittings to make sure the alterations were on point. Without her, the seamstress wouldn't have gotten the exact right shade of illusion mesh. If ever we had issues she found solutions, plus she made sure the solutions were what we wanted and not just whatever the vendor was offering. Our wedding day felt super smooth. We had so much fun. I can only imagine how stressful things would have been without her. We're grateful to have had her help! -

As a full time worker, wedding planning would've been 10 times more stressful without her and I don't think it would've been as well executed. She helped bring all my ideas and visions to life. I can honestly say all the time I spent talking to her, and explaining to her exactly what I wanted and the atmosphere I wanted for my guest, she really came understood what I was looking for and executed it well. I received so many compliments on wedding! She helped make it all possible, from coming to my dress consultations to providing checklists reminding me of little things I forgot to do! My advice to upcoming brides...Get You a Natasha! Hiring Natasha as a Day-of-Coordinator was one of the best decisions made in our wedding planning process. Being an event planner, it was hard for me to relinquish control to another person. However, Natasha made everything easy. From the day she got on board, she made sure that covered all bases. Even took on tasks that we didn’t expect her to handle. She contacted all of our vendors and make sure everyone was on the same page. On wedding day, she made sure our day ran smoothly and any issues were resolved before we even knew about it. She knew exactly what was needed whenever I got nervous or began to worry.
