Where should I start? Beth is amazing, warm, and so, so wonderful. She let us take the reigns and develop a ceremony that was exactly us. We were planning a wedding in Alabama that would take place in New York City. Beth made the process very simple and stayed in touch every step of the way. She is such a kind, pure soul, and we are so glad to call her a lifelong friend. -

We are very honored to have Beth as officiant of our marriage. Beth has provided us samples and given us option to customize our wedding. She arrived well in advance on that day and acted professionally and passionately in her speech. Beth is very experienced and organized officiant, this is very helpful as there are quite a few guests on our wedding day. -

Beth made the process of dealing with a US based officiant from the UK in advance of the wedding, so easy. This helpful, yet unobtrusive approach carried on right up to our Bryant Park wedding. On the day itself, Beth made a nervous groom and a (late - sorry!) bride very at ease. Our wedding guests loved her stories and we loved her sweet, yet not sickly, approach to the ceremony and the fact that she encouraged us to write and share our own personal vows. Would highly recommend Beth to any prospective bride and groom looking for an officiant with the personal touch. -

We could not have asked for a better wedding officiant than Beth on our special day. We were organising our wedding from Scotland and she was extremely helpful, contacting venues for us when we couldn't get a response from them and making alternative suggestions and proving us with loads of useful information. She gave us a lovely ceremony and was good fun while being professional. We were delighted with our day and Beth was a big part of that. We would definitely recommend Beth. -

We loved having Beth as our officiant, she’s a kind-hearted and wonderful person. We really appreciated that she is so warm and easy-going, she made us feel really comfortable. Most of our contact before the actual wedding was via email (we’re not from New York or USA), and she was accommodating from the start, giving us information about applying for the marriage license, locations etc. We highly recommend her, you can’t do any better! -

Beth was incredible! She was extremely friendly, kind and helpful from the beginning. Most of our correspondence was through e-mail, as my husband and I live in Canada. However, her responses were prompt, thorough and warm. She reassured us that getting married in New York really was a great idea (we were a bit worried, as we are both from different countries - neither of those being the US), she helped us with the specifics regarding getting our marriage licence sorted and she gave us some great options for locations/ideas for the ceremony. Beth was a lovely Officiant on the day of the wedding! It was just the two of us (and a photographer) in Central Park and she really made us feel comfortable and made the ceremony feel special. It was exactly what we wanted and we were so happy. We couldn't recommend Beth enough! She is a lovely soul and wonderful as an Officiant. -

We met her casually, during a walk in Central Park on a Saturday morning while she was marrying a couple, and as soon as we saw her celebrating the wedding, we felt that she was the officiant we were looking for. Beth was kind enough to marry my husband and I on very short notice, about 3 days, I think. She offered a very nice ceremony but was happy to accept all my modifications to the vows. This was a tiny ceremony at home, but Beth never made me feel awkward or judged about the atypical nature of the proceedings. Beth is flexible, kind, and professional. I used Beth Lamont for my humanist ceremony when we were married in New York. The organisation was a breeze. I was over 3000 miles away and only met Beth when I arrived at my wedding. She was very quick to respond by email and even when I changed the venue the night before (due to the weather), nothing was of any hassle. I have recommended Beth to many people and will continue to do so. -

We had a small gathering in Central Park and due to unforeseen circumstances I was late arriving to the scheduled ceremony. Beth was amazing! She married us in Central Park on a cold but lovely Saturday afternoon. We chose a muddy location for the best photos and Beth didn't complain one bit. Didn't even bat an eyelash at the request. She delivered a wonderful and heartfelt ceremony. Prior to the ceremony she was very timely in responding to all our questions and concerns, since we are both not New Yorkers. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a non religious ceremony that is full of love. -

We were coming in from out of state for only four days and we wanted to be married while we were in NYC. So we were making all of our arrangements remotely. We contacted Beth on the strength of her very excellent website:

Beth was superbly accommodating at every step. She provided a sample template for our ceremony based on our input and, when we provided suggested rewrites, followed our text to the letter. What's more, she took obvious delight in the event and she was clearly pleased to be participating.
By design, ours was NOT a formal or elaborate event! Nevertheless we walked away with lovely memories of our one-line vows in a public park and afterwards we found ourselves a nearby coffeehouse to finish up the paperwork while chatting like old friends.
We really could not have chosen better than Beth and Wedding Your Way New York. -

Beth was fantastic! We were planning our wedding from Australia and she made this easy. She gave us the exact wedding we were after and all persons at the wedding, including the photographer, thought she was amazing. In fact, the photographer asked for her details as she was so impressed.

Beth K Lamont was a joy to have as our officiant. She made the day so special with her wonderful words and sparkling personality. Prior to the wedding I had some questions about the paperwork as I live in the UK and planned to marry in New York. Beth was extremely flexible with when and where we got married. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. Frank was responsive on email helping and advising us. We eventually made our decision where to get married at 19:30 on Monday 20th - Called Beth and agreed a 21:30 meeting at the Metropolitan Opera. Getting married at 22;00 with a backdrop of 3,000 people dressed in White having a party o the square - an evening to remember. My new wife and I live in Texas but our first day was in NYC and being a same sex couple it was an obvious choice to come back to NYC to tie the knot. At the last minute we had to make major changes that included finding a new officiant. So after some Google searching I came across this site. I sent a request and heard back from Beth the same day! She gave me a few different options and was more than willing to work with my budget. She also suggested a location in South Cove Park NYC that was better than anything my wife and I imagined. The day of the wedding Beth left her cell phone at the store so imagine the horror as a bride on your wedding day not being able to find your officiant! But Beth called me from her house and left me a message she was on the way! And she answered my frantic email within minutes! The service she gave us was as if we were family and she knew us for years. My guest were blown away that I was able to put such a ceremony together from Texas.....it was all Beth! My husband arranged a surprise that I could never have imagined, for us to re-new our wedding vowels in Strawberry Fields in New York at the imagine memorial, we travelled from Scotland for a weak in New York for our 30th annivesary and when we went to the memorial a lovely lady started talking to us and she turned out to be the lovely Beth and carried out the ceremony, if I were to arrange it Myself i would have no hesitation but to choose Beth as she was fantastic and such a beautiful person it made it all the more special, big thanks to Beth and I will never forget her or my husband for such a surprise. -

Our wedding officiant, Beth Lamont, was the best! We live out-of-state (Oregon) and knew nothing about New York (only that we wanted to marry there in Central Park).
Once our plane touched down, we called Beth to let her know we had arrived. From that point on, she provided regular updates and directed us to locations that we needed to be (courthouse, venue, etc.).
Beth was extremely helpful in working with us to create our vows and secure a location. And because we were married on a Holiday, Beth was very giving of her time to marry us on the Holiday! Without Beth we could not have pulled this off!
We highly recommend Beth for anyone searching for a Wedding Officiant, she held our hands all the way through the process!

If you are looking for a wonderful officiant for your wedding, I highly recommend Beth Lamont. Beth was referred to me by another officiant Mary who was busy the day of my wedding but highly praised Beth. From my initial correspondences( on the phone and via email) with Beth, she always seemed warm and was very eager to see that my wedding was custom made for me.
When I actually met her, the day of my wedding, I felt her powerful, energy. The kind of energy that you just had to know- married many happy couples!!
My husband and the rest of my family also fell in love with her!
I am not sure if the "typical" bride would appreciate Beth's energy- perhaps a couple that's a bit older and possibly wiser to appreciate such a gem.

We made contact with Beth through a website/forum about weddings in NYC. She was so great in emailing us across the other side of the world whilst we were backpacking to arrange the sort of service we wanted. She sent draft vows and was always keen to hear updates about our travels and she was great value for money.
We met at the foyer of the Rockefeller centre in New York City and had a beautiful service. Beth was great, very funny, sweet and sincere in her words. We didn't feel rushed at all and it didn't go on for forever, it was just what we had wanted.
She even came to the Irish pub afterwards and had a pint of Guiness and a shot of Baileys (this won't impress you at all until until you meet her!)
We could't have asked for anyone better to do our service and would highly recommend her to anyone after a humanist ceremony. -

As we are coming from Sweden we had only mailconversaition with Beth until we came to New York, and when we met her she was just as wonderful as we felt from our mailcontact! We had the most betuiful cermoni and Beth was a big part of making it that way. We can truly recomend Beth K Lamont for your coming wedding. -

Beth was very approachable and lovely to deal with. When we arrived at Central Park another wedding was taking place in the spot we wanted so we had to quickly find another suitable place.
Beth was fine with this and took it all in her stride.

Beth was a great officiant. She worked with our needs and was able to accommodate all of our requests. She was very friendly and she even wanted to stay for our reception!

Beth Lamont was very professional.She took care of getting our marriage certificate to city hall to get registered.The ceramoney she performed was beautiful and thoughtful, she was able to customize her service for my husband and I.

It was really nice of Beth to officiate in the renewal of my (Bill Kenny) wedding vows to my wife (Fay Kenny). Beth was on time and in fact had to wait 10 mins for us to turn up on a freezing day in Central Park. She was both professional in her attitude as well as not having any concerns of our tardiness. I would recommend that if anyone else is in New York and want to do the same they request for Beth to officiate and I would also recommend Central Park but maybe when it is a bit warmer. Lastly it was nice of Beth to provide a certificate for the occasion which we have taken home and framed. Thx again Bill -

Beth married my husband and me in January 2011. We had a really small ceremony On Top of the Rock in the middle of NYC. She was very flexible and tried to accomodate all of our special wishes. She has a lot of experience and has married lots and lots of people. She clearly loves weddings and treats each wedding as it, unique and special. I would reccommend Beth to anyone, if you're looking to get married by someone who honestly believes in love and marriage and will do what it takes to make your day amazing. -

I was fortunate to have Beth as our wedding officiant, she is charming, worm and supportive. Her special character defiantly added a lot of spirit to the wedding, and our guests absolutely adored her, some even said that "she's a fairy". So if your looking for a sweet loving fairy as a marriage officiant, Beth Lamont is your lady. -

Beth is one of the sweetest people we have come across in a very long time. She was relatively easy to get in touch with and she did everything she could to make our Special Day a very beautiful and memorable one. Many of our friends fell in love with her sweet demeanor and I am sure that anyone interested in getting married prefers an officiant that is caring and sweet and appreciates the importance of this ceremony. -

We eloped in NYC all the way from Australia and organised everything for our day via the internet. We met Beth for the first time only minutes before our ceremony on a chilly day in Central Park. She was very warm and caring, thank you Beth for being a part of our memorable day and helping us organise everything so smoothly from so far away. -

I found Beth over the internet while searching for an officiant in NYC. My husband and I are from Canada and planned to "elope" to Central Park. Beth was fantastic - she allowed us to create our own ceremony and was visibly moved by it. If you're planning a wedding in NYC, I'd definitely recommend both Central Park and definitely Beth. -

We organised Beth for our wedding in NYC all on email from Dubai. We were 100% confident that Beth would be a fantastic officiant and we were right.
