Best destination wedding with Wedding Stories!
From the very beginning, my husband and I instantly knew Karolina was perfect for us. She is warm, relaxed, down to earth, and easy to work with. We had no idea where to begin with planning a destination wedding but Karolina made everything feel seamless. She’s professional and I love her attention to detail. I cannot put into words how much she means to us and even more how we were blown away on our wedding day. We will never forget how she turned our dreams into reality. Our family and friends still share how our wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and will forever be grateful to us. Dream wedding in Barcelona 2024
We really enjoyed planning our wedding with Karolina.
We live in Switzerland and wanted to celebrate our wedding in Barcelona. We also have a little baby and my husband is self-employed. Karolina was the only person who could help us with the detailed planning. She knew exactly what we wanted without having to explain anything to us. She is open, caring and super funny. If you're not a match with her, well, you have to find one first haha. The planning was so relaxed that you sometimes wonder if it can really be. We only had to travel to Barcelona once, otherwise everything was planned via email and calls. On the day of the wedding everything was super organized and simply beautiful. It was important for us to be able to enjoy our wedding and Karolina fulfilled exactly this wish.
Thank you again Karolina for everything you did for us. I will never forget this day and will tell my grandchildren about it! -

Karolina is an amazing wedding planner and person. She made my fairy tale wedding dreams all come true. There were so many special moments on the day of the wedding that went smooth all because of her. I was planning the wedding in Spain from California and I would have been lost without her. She knew all the best vendors and has great relationships with them. I told her I wanted a horse drawn carriage. It was not easy to fine but she made it happen! Thank you for everything Karolina! I would highly recommend you to any friend or family. -

I have never been so happy to write a review and recommend someone! We feel so incredibly lucky that we found Karolina. She is honestly a wonderful person inside and out who brought so much fun, excitement and joy into the process of planning our wedding last September. From start to finish she guided us in how to create a magical weekend for us and our nearest and dearest, while always being incredibly respectful of our budget and wishes. The atmosphere on the day was relaxed, fun and happy, just as we had hoped for, and I truly believe the right wedding planner plays such an important role in setting that tone for you. Our wedding experience with Wedding Stories
Karolina planned our wedding in Barcelona last summer in July 2022. We had such an amazing experience with her and would not change a thing. She listened to all our preferences and made sure all the details that we wanted were captured on our big day. With Karolina as your wedding planner you are certainly in good hands, she made the whole process of selecting and working with vendors extremely easy and stress free. We had a total of 75 guests and danced the night away! On the wedding day we felt at ease knowing that Karolina was there for us handling all the details. Her work behind the scenes on the big day felt like magic when we saw it all come together! -

Never without the amazing Karolina.
She was the first and (after our first chat) the only wedding planner that we spoke to, after we decided to get married in Barcelona. From the beginning, Karolina was always there for us...
....picking napkins, chairs and tables,....
....amazing menu tastings (we had so much fun together).....
.....coordinating with every supplier....
....visiting the location, not just once....
....on our big day......
We were never worried or stressed out because we knew that Karolina was there. Every single detail was well thought through and just amazing. Our guests still speak about the wedding and the amazing work from Karolina. Thanks you so much! -

Wedding stories are the best!
If we had to start it all over again... we would definitely start again with Karolina!
She has been amazing, was very profesional and always knew what we wanted. She listened carefully to what we needed, and suggested the best suppliers. She also had a lot of patience (specially with my husband xD) . I really loved that she was very attentive on the timing... every time something needed to be done she was there to remind us about it.

What a wonderful wedding in between subtropical gardens on the cliffs of the Spanish coast. Not any custom detail of those we wished to see was missing. Even to get around the threatening squall that put the perfect scene at risk was managed excellently.
We'd never have managed organisation of the wedding from far Germany without ideas, contacts and hands on mentality of Karolina.

Don't think twice--Karolina is the best!
Karolina is nothing short of fantastic! Beyond being an amazing wedding planner, I consider her a friend.
When my husband and I decided we wanted to get married in Barcelona, I immediately reached out to several wedding planners. Karolina was the first to reply and was the most on the ball, which is what I was looking for in a wedding planner. From the moment we Skyped with her I knew that was it and we didn’t need to look any further.
She organized everything, gave us enough options but didn’t overwhelm us and took care of literally EVERYTHING. My husband had endless questions and requests and she was always patient (more so than me lol). All the vendors she works with are fantastic too which is a testament to Karolina’s wonderful relationships with them!
My husband was worried about being able to integrate his Syrian traditions with my American ones, but Karolina pulled it off and always made really wonderful suggestions and was sensitive and accommodating to the differences in culture.
Our wedding day was flawless and even despite the threat of rain, Karolina handled the last minute changes easily! I couldn’t have asked for a better and more perfect day, nor a better wedding planner!

Karolina made our wedding day something we will absolutely never forget. All of the important details were taken care of from start to finish, and we were so impressed by the way the whole day turned out. She made the planning process simple by providing us with lists of vendors after we communicated what we pictured for our special day.
From the initial call, we knew Karolina would be direct and to the point, and would make sure that we got what we asked and paid for from each vendor, and was honest with us about any of our ideas that she didn't see as feasible or optimal.
Her personality makes it so you can really tell that she cares about the couples she works with and wants the process to be as fun and exciting as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend Karolina to any couple beginning their wedding planning journey. Thanks Karolina!
