Great quality at a decent price.

I ordered a Celtic wedding band for my 22nd anniversary for my wife through Etsy. It was shipped and received efficiently. I was very pleased with the quality of the ring. My wife loved it and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality ring at a reasonable price.

Something special from LA is now part of me.

I was looking for a gold piece of jewelry actually crafted in Los Angeles that I could wear as a constant reminder of my favorite city. An internet search led to me to the Wedding Ring Depot’s incredible select of styles, especially their use of braided gold. I reached out via email, and quickly heard back from Emanuel, who was welcoming and ready to help. I had planned to meet him during un upcoming LA vacation but ran out of time. So when I returned to the Midwest, I contacted Emanuel. Then I emailed him pictures of a couple styles, a wide sculpted band and a smaller woven band. He quoted me prices that were in my budget, so I ordered both so I could stack them. When deciding on a size, Emanuel suggested a half size. My rings were crafted within a week, and now I’m proudly wearing two gorgeous bands that fit perfectly. And the other ladies in my office have commented on the lovely designs and excellent craftsmanship. Thanks, Emanuel!

First class products and customer service

We have dealt with WRD for our wedding rings and our wedding dates have been rescheduled many times now due to Covid19 so it's been a stressful time. I feel like WRD have supported us through our journey and they have definitely been there for us during this stressful time. Both rings are beyond exquisite and the workmanship is first class. Experience Could Not Have Been Better

My husband;'s ring arrived today - arrival date was exactly as promised. It is an awesome ring. I was most impressed with the service I received. We had a custom made ring made because my husband wanted a wide band (9 mm) - he also wanted yellow gold. (This is a replacement ring - we have been married 41 Years so you know I've done a lot of shopping in my lifetime) It is a substantial ring and he hasn't taken it off since it arrived. I did a ton of research on many different jewelers (both local and online) before ordering his ring and we were not disappointed. Do not hesitate to order online - cut out the middleman and save a lot of money. Wedding Rings Depot was an impressive company to do business with and they delivered a high quality ring.

Treat you like family, fast, helpful, honest.

Most amazing service ever!

Initially, I was intrigued by the very shiny things on their website.

I called them, and received a response within the hour. Emmanuel reached out, introduced himself, and was courteous and respectful of my busy schedule. He answered my many questions with patience, care, and useful information.

Later that same day, he shipped me a sizer for free. Emmanuel followed up to ensure I had found the product I liked. When I was ready to purchase, he took my payment over the phone (because COVID-19 and protests meant online and over the phone were my new preferred ways of shopping). The shiny thing was FedEx'd to me, and the package required my signature. It was beautifully packaged and super classy.

After that, I requested some adjustments (because apparently I had selected the wrong size, my fault). Fortunately for me, Emmanuel did not hesitate to help. He went out of his way to help figure out the actual size I needed, and then shipped me the new one.

This family jewelry business is just getting started, so you'll have to give them some time to develop their website. But once you connect to them, they welcome you just like their family. Because Emmanuel was so honest, trustworthy, understanding and kind, I am happy to support them and recommend Wedding Rings Depot any day!

The shiny thing was nice too. Good quality, and rocket speed shipment. Thank you for making everything seamless and easy, Wedding Rings Depot!

I purchased a band from Wedding Rings Depot. I was a bit hesitant about ordering online but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the ring. It was approximately half the cost of similar rings I looked at locally. When I received it the ring was a bit big. Emanuel was extremely helpful with instructions to exchange it for a half size smaller. I would definitely recommend Wedding Rings Depot.

Unique ring and amazing service :-)

I was looking for a very unique engagement ring which I wanted to become as a very special and kind of “once in a lifetime” like ring. Therefore, I was looking online and internationally as I have heard of wedding rings depot through a friend who had been ordering an amazing ring from Paris, France.
I was visiting the website where I could be looking at all those different rings and shapes which impressed me a lot. I was searching for a very unique engagement ring of high quality and good service which I could trust as a foreigner. Thanks to my French friend - I was referred to the right website.
The person I was speaking to was a very kind and generous man called Emmanuel who wanted to realize my imagination as much as possible.
I was chatting with him regarding my wishes and he tried to do the best referring to the amount of money the ring would cost.
Emmanuel was more than kind to recommend ring styles connected with realistic prices I had to keep in mind.
The delivery went more than well as I did not have to wait any longer than 1 week, calling the ring from Los Angeles to be mine.
All in all I can only say the service has been great, the delivery as well as the quality of my ring really deserves a 5 star recommendation as it has been a truly amazing service for me.

In trying to write this review I found that words were failing to accurately express how pleased I am. I briefly considered using interpretive dance but figured that would scare people away.

Presale
Prompt, friendly and helpful, we exchanged several emails and phone calls. Jonathan took to time to get to know our preferences and what style we found appealing. He also was instrumental in helping us narrow down the choices more manageable list.

Order
Ordering was easy, shipping was prompt, very well packed with a nice presentation.
Post-Sale
What I would consider being after the normal return window, I come to find out that I made a mistake and click on the wrong ring. Once again, I stress this was my mistake, I only gave the rings a brief inspection when they arrived. However, Jonathan was more then helpful in setting up the return and getting the matching one made. Our original choice, in January, was the 8mm ring for my wife. However, for valentine’s day I got her a much larger diamond ring with a wider band. Jonathan was able to assist me there too. They were able to accommodate my request for the same design in a narrower band.

For unrelated reasons my wife was in LA, and Jonathan adjusted his schedule to personally deliver the ring and check the sizing.

This was the very best experience out of any retail experience I have ever had!!! I have worked retail for years and this was the most professional group. They were able to take my pictures of what rings I wished for and find them for me. They did this twice. We made an overnight senior citizen decision to get married and The Wedding Ring Depot had both our rings sized, engraved and in my hands within three days. Emanuel helped with the husband’s ring first and then due to his kindness, I sent him a photo of what I wanted and I had an answer and photo back in less than a minute. He put the rings together and they remained that way all through their processing. That was fast service from California to lower Alabama. The morning they arrived I immediately called the company to tell them how perfect the rings were. Emanuel was just wonderful! I am sorry he did not make it to the wedding because he was certainly invited! What a great group to work with! I don’t plan on another wedding but if I did, I would call this company first thing. Wedding Rings Depot was the first jeweler out of different ones I called before, which had a great customer service via phone already.
I decided to place my order with this jeweler because I could feel the good energy of the team, everyone was so kind trying to help me and really interested in exactly meeting my expectations.

Trust me when I tell you, You will not be sorry if you come here. We dealt directly with Emmanuel who was so kind and patient with us. We ordered two matching diamond bands. He went to great lengths to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The diamond quality was above and beyond what we expected. The engraving was so clear and meticulous(I'm very picky). My husband's ring matched mine but was altered the slightest bit to make it more masculine. These little touches, made a huge difference to a man who normally wont wear jewellery.

These guys are amazing! I designed my own wedding band. I had been shopping around for a good designer for months that would give me quality work and not rip me off. I got exactly what I wanted and my ring was ready in less than a week. I went in there for my band specifically and low and behold, they had the largest array of mens bands I have ever seen. On our tenth anniversary, we bought gold rings enclosing a smaller engraved ring in it as part of the design. On mine, the smaller ring broke, so I sent it back and asked if they could also resize it. After a short time, I received the repaired ring, good as new, resized, all at no charge. I highly recommend Wedding Rings Depot (WRD). I had some issues with payment on the website but called them They handled my order and all was good with no hassle. Plus when talking with them they made sure they got our wedding date. I asked if that would be a problem and he said no problem. The local store told us 6-8 weeks to get rings. We got them in 2 weeks from WRD (got married a week later). . We got the exact rings we wanted at a reasonable price. And they guaranteed they would fit. They are beautiful -Tri gold basket weave bands.They fit perfectly. Each ring came in it's own ring box inside another box with ribbon. I am very happy with the entire transaction.

I was shopping for a Dora flexible band wedding ring and found one exactly like it for half the price on this website (not a Dora brand, but a very similar style and same 14k white gold composition). I was first skeptical as to the quality and look of the ring. Emanuel picked up my call and assured me that their craftmanship was top notch and of the flexible return policy if not satisfied. He even went to the trouble of taking extra pictures of the ring from different angles so I could feel a bit more secured. Once the ring arrived I was highly satisfied with the look and the feel of the ring. The only problem is that it was too small. I contaced Emanuel right away, sent the ring back with ease (Emanuel helped me with the fedex label!) and received the ring back in time for my wedding. Highly prefessional!!

In search of my wedding band I was looking for a rolling ring, but not anything ordinary. I a had found a ring at a local jeweler that had the perfect wedding ring for me. The only problem is that they wanted to charge $4095.00. Since I was a loyal costumer they offered it to me at cost at $3100. It was still to high with the budget we had set. So I had read great things about Wedding Rings Depot. I had the pleasure of talking and working with Daniel. He was so professional and patient, he asked me to get the exact specs on the ring I wanted, 3 point diamonds, 3mm bands by 1.9 etc.. Wedding Rings Depot was a nice change as far as prices go. I was able to get my husband the ring he wanted at a less expensive price than the stores he was looking at. The ring looked a lot better in the picture than it does in person. We both still like the ring, but it's not as pristine as what we would have loved. The engraving was perfect though. Customer service was pretty slow and I had to ask 3 times for a certificate of authenticity which was suppose to be included in the original shipment. You get what you pay for I suppose.

On your website the picture for 14k gold, 18k (all the different ratings of each ring) are all the same- which is an issue since the actual colour of each ring differs. In my case the website advertised the 14k ring in the picture- when you click on the 18k version you have the same picture (false advertising).

Very unresponsive

Very responsive. I would not recommend this vendor to any of my close friends or relative. I kind of regret going to this store due to Google reviews. May be misleading.

Negative energy that you don't need

Unfortunately, I trusted Emanuel Benji to create a custom piece, but from the start, he disregarded the agreed-upon details and attempted to manipulate me into accepting mistakes that were entirely his own. Rather than taking responsibility, he tried to charge me even more to fix errors that should never have happened in the first place. Emanuel’s incompetence prevented me from finishing this project and he still refused to return my deposit (that he told me was for selecting stones), instead charging me for renderings that did not align with my original request.

Emanuel operated with a complete lack of accountability for his mistakes, showing no regard for customer satisfaction. When considering something as meaningful and special as jewelry, ask yourself whether you want to risk dealing with this kind of experience—not just from him, but also from his father, who runs the business alongside him.

Not to mention I ended up having the piece made with real diamonds for the same price as lab diamonds with another jeweler.

There are plenty of honest, skilled jewelers out there. Don’t risk bringing this kind of bad energy into your life.

Not happy with the rings at all. When we called to complain that the rings looked nothing like the photo and that our jeweler said the rings were not made the way they were advertised, we were told that the photos of the rings were inhanced/photoshopped to make them look better. We were not able to get our money back. So we are stuck with rings that look nothing like what we fell in love with. We are not recommending this company to anyone. For the amount we spent, we were obviously taken big time.

I can't believe you or anyone in the company ask me for a review after giving that horrible kind of service. I would never recommend the company to anyone and if I ever find someone who want to do business with this company I would discourage them. This company is nothing but crooks.

Ordered a ring. The ring I received looked nothing like the picture that was on the website, in my confirmation e-mail, and my invoice. Much lower quality than I had expected/looked like in the picture. When I called to voice my concerns the sales rep was very nice. Explained that I needed to e-mail them a picture of the ring I received. I took a picture of the ring, e-mailed them back and was told that the e-mail address they e-mailed me from was no longer valid. I called the phone number listed on the oringinal e-mail/phone number I called earlier, that was no longer valid, either. Pretty sure this 'company' is a scam.
