We live in the US and when we first started talking about the idea of getting married in Italy—Piemonte is one of our favorite places in the world—we didn’t really know where to start with the time difference, language difference, etc so we started looking for planners. Chiara Viarisio had great reviews so reached out to her first and from the very beginning, she and her team (Veronika & Nina) made everything so incredibly easy. Their proposal was detailed and very reasonably priced. Throughout the year of planning, we had a budget and timeline with frequent video calls to make sure all of our expectations were met. They have a concierge service they can also offer for guests throughout their planning process to help with any needs from airport transfers to dinner reservations before or after the wedding days and so much more. All of our guests had many compliments on how helpful that was. Our wedding was PERFECT! I cannot think of a moment that wasn’t expertly considered or organized. We even credit them with somehow pulling off the perfect weather! The flowers, the music, the food, the little details we wouldn’t have thought of that the guests loved! It was spectacular and all of the credit goes to them. We wanted to add events in the days leading up to it with some last minute changes too, they took care of ALL OF IT. If you are looking for a wedding planner, please, look no further. I would give them 100/10 stars if possible, it completely exceeded our expectations and I know if you work with them you will feel the same!

Chiara and Serena managed to turn a few ideas we had floating around in our heads into a full-fledged wedding vision, and even more impressively, turn that vision into a reality! The venue they found was beyond perfect, and we got compliments on nearly every single one of our vendors over the course of the unforgettable night. They were responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Couldn't recommend enough! -

Veronika and Chiara are absolutely amazing!!!
We discovered that most local vendors were not responsive nor willing to take our case. We were so glad that Viarisio & Co. appeared and saved us!
They are professional, fast, and organized. They were super helpful since we had little knowledge about Italian weddings. But Veronika was patient and guided us through all the details, making sure every little piece was taken care of the way we wanted.
With all the requests we asked for, the wedding was handled within the budget we set, and still shone like sun in the summer! Ceremony, live music, flowers, transfer, wedding favors...etc, everything was perfect!
All our guests gave high compliments to the wedding, and we know we cannot do this without Veronika and Chiara's devoted effort.
If you are like us: interested in an Italian wedding but have limited information or local connection, detail-oriented but don't have enough time or patience to do everything yourself, have some ideas but need more advice on possible solutions, Viarisio & Co definitely is your best choice!
If the luckiest thing is to marry my wife, the second must be that we had Veronika and Chiara as our wedding planner -

Valerie Sent on 06/05/2019How to NOT stress on your wedding day - HIRE CHIARA AND TEAM!
I knew I needed a planner from the start, even though I have been a part of 25+ weddings (professional bridesmaid haha), and am in project management/sales full time. Am very grateful that my dream venue recommended Chiara and Nina - you simply just need an on the grounds person to check out the various event venues, and deal with local vendors fluent in Italian. I have no clue how I would have been able to negotiate/clarify/chase down all the local vendors over the 9 months of planning - from finding farewell brunch venues, to coordinating airport and shuttles for guests staying all over the place.
On the day of my wedding - despite the thundergods trying to partake in our festivities - or guests that were too excited to stay in their seats for all the meal courses - Chiara and team seamlessly coordinated with the venue staff so nothing ever skipped a beat. You can interview as many planners as you want, but this team has to be, hands down, the best planners I have seen. Even my bridesmaid - a full time wedding planner herself - was impressed! -

Highly recommend working with Nina & Chiara!! They helped us create our dream wedding in Alba in June 2022. The best parts about working with Nina & Chiara are their deep knowledge of the area and extensive list of high quality vendors to choose from, their great organizational skills from detailed PowerPoints to dedicated WhatsApp groups, and their ability to get things done, especially on the day of our wedding. Nina even decided it wouldn’t rain on our wedding day…it didn’t rain!! We really appreciated the patience and care that Nina & Chiara put into organizing our wedding, and they were not afraid to enter difficult conversations and fight for us and what we wanted to have happen. The other amazing thing about working with Nina & Chiara was the concierge service to help out of town guests plan their travel, this helped us tremendously as a lot of our guests hadn’t traveled during covid and needed help. Highly recommend adding this service. Lastly, Nina and Chiara are just really wonderful people: they became like friends to us during the planning and it was an amazing experience to get to know them both. -

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. I REPEAT - DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.
Nina and her team ruined our Sardinian wedding plans. My fiance and I spent nearly six months and thousands of dollars in a brutal cycle of slow responses, constantly overrun budgets and shocking lack of care. If you are considering using Viarisio & Co for your wedding planning, please, for the sake of your wedding and well-being, find another vendor. I'll share more details about the experience below, but if you read nothing else, just please know that our experience was the single worst experience I have ever had with a professional services company and it is my strong hope that no couple should have to experience that for themselves.
We hired Nina and her team for our Sardinian wedding and spent six months and thousands of dollars in a cycle of delays, budget overruns, and outright dishonesty.
While initially they seemed charming and knowledgeable, within weeks of signing with them it became clear they couldn't find us a venue - my fiancée had to find it herself. Then began four months of negotiations where Nina's team was slow, unhelpful, and combative at every turn. When our budget crept nearly 50% over what we'd agreed on, rather than address it, they quietly deleted line items from our shared budget file to make the numbers look clean. Their strategy was simple: get us to sign, then let the overruns pile up.
After 5+ months of planning we were exhausted and frustrated and decided to just sign. Immediately after, we asked for an updated room breakdown - something we'd requested many times. For our 80-person adults-only wedding, Nina revealed the venue held only ~50 people. Her solution: "put people on cots" and asked if any guests were babies who could double up. She had known our headcount and guest profile from day one.
We ended the contract. The venue then reached out to us directly - the first time we'd ever spoken to them - and immediately offered a 25% discount, resolved the lodging issue, and accommodated requests Nina had told us were impossible. They were shocked by what she'd relayed.
By then, guests had already cancelled travel plans. It was too late.
This cost us money, months, and ultimately forced us to postpone our wedding entirely, push back family planning and deal with a ton of negative emotions around what should have been a happy process. Since then, I've been trying to understand why anyone would do this to a client or what they got out of it, and I'm drawing a blank. They're just not good people and even worse wedding planners. Run, don't walk.
