  Amazing Lake Garda wedding planned perfectly

  Wedding in Monforte d’Alba, Italy

  Serena and Chiara were a precious and indispensable help for our wedding. Everything was well organized, appointments were made whenever we felt the need, they listened attentively and understood the type of wedding we wanted and did everything they could to make the day go perfectly. We're so happy to have had them by our side!

  We chose Chiara (& Serena) for our wedding in Piemonte. As we live abroad, it was important for us that we had wedding planners which were hands on. From the beginning, we really liked their very structured approach, letting us know what needs to be done by when and helping us in finding the rights suppliers along the way. During our wedding day, everything was well organised so that we could enjoy the day as relaxed and as much as possible. Chiara and Serena helped us to turn our ideas for our wedding day into reality - we could not have hoped for a better day. We really recommend them (also for non Italian speakers) and are grateful for all their help, efforts and time

  Il giorno del matrimonio hanno fatto un lavoro fantastico in coordinare tutti i fornitori, i vari spostamenti e momenti della giornata cosicché noi potessimo goderci tutto senza stress.
  Chiara e Serena ci hanno aiutati a rendere le nostre idee inusuali e la nostra vision per il giorno del matrimonio realtà - non avremo mai potuto immaginare una giornata più perfetta.

  How to NOT stress on your wedding day - HIRE CHIARA AND TEAM!

  I knew I needed a planner from the start, even though I have been a part of 25+ weddings (professional bridesmaid haha), and am in project management/sales full time. Am very grateful that my dream venue recommended Chiara and Nina - you simply just need an on the grounds person to check out the various event venues, and deal with local vendors fluent in Italian. I have no clue how I would have been able to negotiate/clarify/chase down all the local vendors over the 9 months of planning - from finding farewell brunch venues, to coordinating airport and shuttles for guests staying all over the place.
  
  On the day of my wedding - despite the thundergods trying to partake in our festivities - or guests that were too excited to stay in their seats for all the meal courses - Chiara and team seamlessly coordinated with the venue staff so nothing ever skipped a beat. You can interview as many planners as you want, but this team has to be, hands down, the best planners I have seen. Even my bridesmaid - a full time wedding planner herself - was impressed!

  Chiara was extremely professional and ESSENTIAL for helping me pull off a destination wedding all the way from Los Angeles. Our wedding was seamless thanks to Chiara. I did not have to worry about a thing and she helped make our day perfect and stress free. Her staff was also extremely on top of it. Highly recommend. Thanks Chiara and team! :D

  We are based in New York City and we were planning a wedding in Alba. We came to Chiara because of glowing online reviews and they were not exaggerated. Chiara made the whole wedding process a breeze for us: from walking us through the somewhat lengthy process of obtaining legal permission to marry in Italy, to hiring the very best and most trustworthy people to take care of all aspects of the ceremony: hair, makeup, flowers, printing, magical venue, food, translators, transport, absolutely everything. She even went above and beyond to help us organize our rehearsal dinner! All of her staff were as competent, kind and detail-oriented as she was, and all they wanted was to ensure that we had an amazing time. Her staff member, Francesca, served as our translator at our ceremony and did a fantastic job - our guests highly praised how well she did. Chiara was always easily contactable and would reply promptly. When WE made organizational mistakes, she was incredibly gracious in correcting them and making sure that nothing went wrong. We cannot recommend Chiara highly enough and we are so grateful to her for planning the perfect day for us.

  Chiara did a great job organising our wedding. We are a couple from London and Chiara planned the wedding with us completely remotely and did a fantastic job making us feel at ease that we were in safe hands, and the day was fantastic. Thank you Chiara!

  Chiara helped organize our wedding, which took place in June 2016 on Lago Maggiore. She was a truly excellent wedding planner and we recommend booking her right away!
  
  She assisted us with all the details: locating a venue, picking a caterer, deciding on flower arrangements, finding musicians, and so on. We are professors and incredibly busy so we would often run behind answering her emails or getting things done (e.g., finding rings or a dress). She would always politely remind us and managed to keep us on track. We would not have succeeded in having everything ready without her. Also, we live far away from Italy (California), but everything was organized impeccably. There were so many details to manage and she carefully kept track of all of them. During the day of the wedding, Chiara made sure every element was in place and arranged. Chiara is knowledgeable, organized, and attentive to detail.
  
  Honestly, out of the expenses of our wedding, booking her was by far the highest quality to price ratio. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience to work with Chiara, and we highly recommend her!

  Highly recommend working with Nina & Chiara!! They helped us create our dream wedding in Alba in June 2022. The best parts about working with Nina & Chiara are their deep knowledge of the area and extensive list of high quality vendors to choose from, their great organizational skills from detailed PowerPoints to dedicated WhatsApp groups, and their ability to get things done, especially on the day of our wedding. Nina even decided it wouldn’t rain on our wedding day…it didn’t rain!! We really appreciated the patience and care that Nina & Chiara put into organizing our wedding, and they were not afraid to enter difficult conversations and fight for us and what we wanted to have happen. The other amazing thing about working with Nina & Chiara was the concierge service to help out of town guests plan their travel, this helped us tremendously as a lot of our guests hadn’t traveled during covid and needed help. Highly recommend adding this service. Lastly, Nina and Chiara are just really wonderful people: they became like friends to us during the planning and it was an amazing experience to get to know them both.

  Chiara and team took away all our stress on the day and during the planning. When one venue for guests fell through Chiara found an excellent alternative very quickly. She quickly got our vision for the wedding and made it a reality with apparent ease! On the day there was a team of two to oversee the proceedings. Ensuring a smooth day without being overbearing. Handled a demanded bride professionally :). One feedback would be to have a planning timeline from the start to help calm a worrying bride and groom. Highly recommend!

  We got married in Italy and we live in Switzerland, without Chiara it would have been very complicated.
  She was also very reactive with the hotel, while we had an unforeseen situation before the ceremony.

  I was looking for an officiant who could officiate the wedding ceremony in both Italian and German languages as we have relatives from both countries. Chiara helped us and put us in contact with Sabrina. Together we've agreed on the celebration script, the translation, the pace and the way how the ceremony was going to be performed alternating both languages. On the wedding's day, Sabrina arrived earlier and made sure with my husband and me that all details were clearly defined. She was very professional and friendly. The ceremony was exactly as we wished: we definitevely would recommend Chiara&Sabrina!
