Lovely experience tailoring a gorgeous ceremony

Our ceremony with Diane with gorgeous and romantic and perfect. She made me cry, made our parents cry, dozens of people came up to me and told me they cried during the ceremony. She recommended a parent ring blessing segment and I'm so glad we did it we were so happy to have our parents involved in the ceremony in that way. She is super professional and personal, we loved getting to tailor the ceremony she had lots of options and recommendations. We highly recommend Diane we are so happy with how everything turned out!

What can we say? Amazing. Our wedding was majical. Diane helped us through the process of tailoring our ceremony, start to finish. Her menu driven options helped us create our own unique ceremony. Enjoyed Every Second!

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful

I would like to start off by saying that when I first spoke with Diane, she made me feel like I was family and she knew me forever. To have an officiant that you can genuinely loves her job and wants to make sure that your ceremony encompasses everything you two are, is so important.

Diane created the most beautiful ceremony for my husband and I. She was on time, came in with a smile and provided first class service. I can’t say enough great things about Diane but will say, that I have absolutely no regrets on having her marry us! Thank you Diane! We love you AND Dana! ♥️

Diane was so great!

Ryan and I wanted a simple elopement for a ceremony, we both are not “large” crowd people and both not the best with ceremonies in general. But Diane made it simple, special and sweet. She seems to love what she does and truly helped make our day special!

Diane was such a blessing to us!

Our Wedding was perfect because of Diane. She took the time to create the perfect ceremony for ud and really listened to what we wanted. We are so grateful for her and we are even booking her for our vow renewal next year! She checks in with you weeks and days before the wedding and everyone at the wedding was so happy to have her company.

Saved by Diane

Diane was really quick to respond and help me and my wife with our last minute change. We only had an online minister for a zoom elopement, and the location we chose, we discovered that didn't had any service a week before the wedding. So we needed to find someone in less than a week and she saved us. She was super responsive and professional, helping us with we some last minutes changes as well.

We found her last min and she only asked us of one thing. To trust her. And that trust was not misplaced. She built us such a special ceremony! It was the best day of our lives. A Day To Remember Always!

Diane made our already special day so amazing! I felt like I had known her forever! I truly feel I have a new friend for life. Just amazing

Diane was just perfect from day one to well after the wedding. Diane was quick to answer emails or calls I had about anything with the wedding; and made me feel confident in what I was deciding. Diane brought joy and love into our ceremony and it was all from the heart. I lost my mother weeks before my wedding and she was so quick to help me, and made sure I was ok. Diane knew my day would be hard but made sure to fill it with laughter and happiness. It brings tears to my eyes thinking back at how truly wonderful Diane was through the whole process. I couldn’t even think of a better person to have had officiate our wedding.

Such an amazing, special ceremony created by Diane

Diane was so great to work with. She was patient as we made changes to the ceremony and added parts or merged together certain segments. She created such a special, unique ceremony that made our day so special. Diane came to our rehearsal dinner to make sure we were all on the same page and go over everything with us. We could not have been more pleased with Diane! She created a beautifully thought out ceremony that was so personal to us and our wants. It was everything we had imagined!!
It poured right before our ceremony and Diane’s calm nature made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. We both prayed separately for God to stop the rain and He answered our prayer. He even blessed us with a beautiful rainbow for our pictures!

Wonderful Experience

Diane was officiant for our elopement and it was a wonderful experience.
She took the time to create a meaningful ceremony for the two of us. She is an excellent writer and speaks with grace. Her energy is calming and her wishes are sincere. Diane is AMAZING! From your very first conversation with you, she makes you feel at ease and you can tell she has a way with people and words. We picked the Ease and Flow package which gave us plenty of input without being too overwhelming. Diane gave us great ideas for how to make our ceremony unique to us and express our love. We were nervous on the big day but Diane helped keep us calm and kept the ceremony running smoothly. She had so many of our guests in (good) tears and everyone expressed how moving they thought the ceremony was. Our ceremony was amazing and very personable to our relationship. Diane was there every step helping to create the PERFECT words. We had challenging weather and it rained the entire outdoor ceremony but that didn't affect it what so ever. Diane without missing a beat asked us to dance in the rain. Our guest comments were all positive! Diane has a personality and a gift to just "get" couples and truly feel your relationship without knowing you for years. My husband and I were in a bind when we realized that an officiant at the courthouse was not available to marry us...just a week before our wedding date. I reached out to Diane and she answered!!! In less than a weeks notice, Diane listened to my story, understood the spirit of our relationship and eagerly accepted the opportunity to be part of our day. Not only did she do that, but she made the whole thing seamless. One would have thought that we had been working with her for months. She was so so sweet, understanding, and flexible. She made it so that my ceremony was one thing I did not have to stress about. She gave us options on readings and allowed us to tailor them to what was meaningful to us. Diane truly made our ceremony different than any I had ever experienced. She let us both create the ceremony step by step with her. She was very prompt with e-mails, and answered any and all questions we had right away. Diane was an absolutely wonderful officiant. She was very helpful at introducing us to her usual style as an officiant and she spent a lot of time on the phone with us getting to know us, as she lived a little farther away than a reasonable driving distance. She was helpful at keeping us on task when it came time to plan our ceremony, and she had a great deal of resources available for us to look at. She attended the rehearsal and kept everyone on task, provided great direction, and was wonderful about easing our minds the day before our wedding. She was an incredible officiant - she continuously checked in to make sure we were doing okay during the most stressful times, was supportive and warm, and even followed up with us after the wedding. We received many compliments on her ceremony, as we know we would.

Diane was the glue to our wedding. She was a positive and strong force that allowed us to remain calm and keep focus on what was important - our relationship and our marriage. Throughout our time with Diane, she kept reminding us to take it all in and enjoy the process of wedding planning, while also understanding what was important to us as a couple. When you have a vision for your wedding and it comes together just like you dreamed, that's what Diane can do for you. I cannot say enough good things about her. The process with her was so easy. Our wedding was personal, heart felt and absolutely perfect. My husband has three wonderful children who we wanted included in the wedding, she made the entire ceremony about family even including our mothers in the service. My husband and I were so pleased to have Diane as our wedding officiant. She was helpful throughout the entire process and an excellent collaborator in helping us create the wedding ceremony we had always wanted. If you are unsure of how to get started Diane is an expert, full of many great ideas and so willing to think outside of the box and be creative with you. My husband and I wanted a ceremony that captured the uniqueness of our love, relationship, and incorporated the friends and family who support us. Diana helped us to create a special moment that entailed all of this and so much more. She is thoughtful with the details, organized, and personable- all things that my husband and I appreciated. I can't tell you how many of our friends and family have come to us since the wedding and commented on what a memorable and beautiful ceremony Diane officiated. Our experience with Diane was amazing from the very beginning! We waited until the last minute to find an officiant and when I met with her, I just knew she was who we wanted! She instantly makes you feel comfortable and you can tell she really loves what she does. At our rehearsal, I was an emotional, anxious mess and the weather was cold and rainy. She was so wonderful and helped ease my mind. My mother could not stop talking about how much she liked her all night! The day of the wedding, she knocked it out of the park! I could not have asked for a more fun, relaxed, heartfelt ceremony! I can't say enough about her! She is truly amazing and I feel very grateful that my marriage started with her! Diane worked with us from day one. She helped us build our ceremony so it was exactly what we wanted and reflected who we are as a couple. I have been to enough weddings and knew I wanted a ceremony that was special and not very traditional, Diane made that happen. Our ceremony was by far my favorite part of the day. Diane was absolutely fantastic. We wanted a very small, non-traditional ceremony. She was very helpful in the planning leading up to the ceremony. We want to express our appreciation for Diane Lorgan, who made our wedding so special! As our wedding officiant Diane was everything we were looking for and more.

We had a simple wedding, in a park, with 60 guests. We wanted a non-traditional, non-formal ceremony that would reflect our values. Further, we didn’t have a rehearsal or anything given our distance. Diane met all of our needs and expectations and then some! Everything was sincere and genuine – not practiced, but natural. What could have been the downside of “no rehearsal” would be if we weren’t sure when to do what. But, Diane picked up on this and knew when to take charge - she had everything carefully planned and it all went very smoothly.

The ceremony was filled with so many special moments and we have to thank Diane for being such a big part of that. Everything that was important to us and that we discussed during the planning was reflected in the ceremony. Also, there were a few pleasant surprises! - Additions that Diane made that were very moving and extra special because we did not know what to expect. Also, we wanted a highly personalized ceremony, and she worked hard to make it right - helping us with the vows and with the "story of us" segment.

We give Diane our full-hearted recommendation to anyone looking for a wedding officiant. She offered so many choices and ideas to make a beautiful ceremony and both of us couldn’t be happier with the outcome. All of our guests were so moved by the ceremony, and several guests commented that this was one of the best wedding ceremonies they've ever seen. We are so fortunate to have found Diane!

My husband and I had a fairly small wedding ceremony on Keuka Lake that included our children. Our expectations were to have a unique, simple and fun wedding, yet include segments into the ceremony that united our children with us as a whole family (yours, mine, and ours). My husband and I put this together and included a Rose Ceremony, Medallion Ceremony, and Sand Ceremony. Diane became excited with us. Her thoughts and suggestions added a magical touch to the ceremony and several of our guests said "this is the best wedding we have ever been to". While my husband and I worked very hard to put this together and put many hours into making these moments special, unique and perfect.... it was Diane that performed EXACTLY what we had hoped and wished for and added her special touches to make this moment the most memorable experience in our life for all of us. She has a natural gift, a talent, that is unexplainable. A true angel sent to us. I did not find her on wedding wire.... it was by FAITH we came across her, but for those that find her on this wedding wire site, YOU WILL BE BLESSED TO HAVE HER AS YOUR OFFICIANT. An extremely special person that will be remembered forever. We just got married on June 26th and when looking back at our wedding ceremony, I truly feel that Diane was able to capture how we really feel about each other through her words. We contacted Diane about a year before our wedding and during that time she helped us create a ceremony that was truly unique and 'us.' She gave us a plethora of choices for each segment of the ceremony and allowed us the time to think it over and add our own personal touches here and there. She is very flexible with what the couple wants the ceremony to look like and works closely with you. I would highly recommend her to any couple that is looking to have a personalized ceremony that you and your guests will always remember. Finding Diane to officiate our wedding was a fluke, but nothing short of a blessing. We had some obstacles that threatened our wedding happening at all. From the moment we met, Diane allowed a sigh of relief, assuring our wedding would not only happen as planned, but would be exactly what we had envisioned and dreamed! Diane offered a level of spirituality, and a belief system just about spot on to ours. She offered us the type of ceremony that was exactly what we were looking for, but were unsure we could find an officiant who performed that type of ceremony. Diane is top on our list of people in the world, with a huge heart full of lots of love to share, a commitment to powerful and contagious spirituality, and a genuinity that is difficult to find in people. When we started the process with Diane neither Nancie or I had any idea what we wanted to do or even say. With Diane's help and guidance we got thru the preliminary stages and were able to complete what we wanted done at our Wedding. She was very professional and warm and after the ceremony was done, our family and friends came up to us and told us how wonderful everything was. Even though it was a hot and humid day and I forgot the kleenex, which Diane reminded me of right before I walked down to my bride, we all got thru it. We were both a little nervous and Diane kept telling us we weren't nervous we were excited and she was definitely correct. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect person to unite us in marriage. She really takes the time to get to the both parties and she is very involved in the process. When we make it to 50 years we just might have to have her bless us again. Diane was the officiant for our wedding this past May and we could not have asked for anything more! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by providing sample readings and ceremony sections. We were able to combine sections, add our own, and come up with an entirely new portion of the ceremony to make it personalized. Diane was always there to talk to/bounce ideas off of/get feedback from via email, phone, text, and meeting in person. She is very sweet and professional and does an outstanding job speaking in front of large groups. Her voice is soothing and her words are heartfelt. Diane is an incredible person - we feel so lucky to have found her. When we decided to get married (4 months before tying the knot) in the Finger Lakes (we live in Philadelphia), we had to rely on the internet to find someone to officiate our ceremony. Although what you read about Diane may seem "to good to be true," trust what you read. Our ceremony was intimate and personal (she guides you through the planning of every segment), and more importantly, light and joyous. We've watched the video of our ceremony a few times, and love the moments of laughter! When working with Diane, it feels like you are the only couple she is marrying - she gives you every ounce of her attention and wishes you all of the love and happiness the world can provide. Our ceremony was a wonderful eclectic union with hand fasting and other old traditions that Diane worked so hard to incorporate! It was truly a special, one of a kind event that she orchestrated just for us, it was beautiful and perfect, and Diane was the most loving and supportive officiant I could have asked for, she was there every step of the way in the planning of our ceremony and even had to keep me on my toes, as I waited too long to get her my vows LOL, but it all went perfectly and she gave us a beautiful memento, our entire ceremony printed on lovely card stock to add to our wedding album! My husband and I are extremely blessed to have experienced a wedding day that was more perfect than we could have ever dreamed. A big part of that was because of Diane and the special and intimate ceremony she provided. Joe and I are not particularly religious and our families have a wide variety of mixed beliefs. We wanted our wedding ceremony to be a reflection of us and to focus on our relationship and the love that we share for each other. Diane spent months emailing and planning with us to create a ceremony that was unique and exactly what we wanted. Even though we knew the basics of what she had planned she added a couple of her own segments that really put it over the top. She knew how close we were to our parents and involved both them and my husbands grandparents in the actual ceremony. I won't spill too many specifics because I don't want to ruin the surprises she included, but they made the ceremony completely personal and unique. I had countless family members and friends come up to me after the ceremony to say that it was one of the best and most intimate wedding ceremonies that they had ever attended. I had family applaud us for having such personal touches and they wanted to know where we had found this officiant that had done such an incredible and touching ceremony. I would highly recommend Diane! She was fantastic and I can't wait to get the video and watch it all over again. Also, she has followed up with us and been in touch since the wedding, you can really tell that she cares about our relationship. I had a destination wedding in Skaneateles NY which required me to search for an officiant. My husband and i decided to go with Diane based on the positive feedback and high ratings. When we look back at our wedding day years from now, the thing that will stand out most to us is the beautiful ceremony Diane helped us create and all the special moments within it. There are so many amazing memories that it's impossible to choose a favorite. Diane assured us during our very first phone call that she'd be there every step of the way and she was absolutely right. She guided us through everything involved with composing vows and readings, and kept us on track the months leading up to the wedding without ever rushing us. If we had any questions, she happily responded right away, which always made us feel like we were in the best hands. Then when we finally got to meet Diane at the rehearsal, she was so warm, lovely and wonderful and immediately we felt like we were with a dear friend. During the rehearsal, she outlined everything that was going to happen all while keeping it lighthearted and fun. The (big) day of the wedding was much more incredible than we could have ever imagined, due to the care Diane took to encompass not only our parents and grandparents into the ceremony, but everyone that came to share our day. Our ceremony could not have been any more perfect, because of her. After we returned home, we received a beautifully wrapped package from her that had our vows and the entire ceremony on pretty paper. Diane was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made our ceremony special and unique to our relationship. She made the choosing of the ceremony and words very easy and less stressful by the way she breaks down each segment of the ceremony. After completing the first part and emailing her with the choice, she would send the next, and so on until we had a completed ceremony. There were many options for each segment and we were able to modify each to our liking such as adding or deleting. She also included a surprise segment between the father of the bride, the bride, and the groom, which was very nice and personal. Our officiant was the last thing on our list for our short notice wedding, and after talking to some officiants we decided that Diane fit our fun loving personalities the best. It was an even greater honor that Diane's Birthday was the same day as our wedding and she made our day feel amazing even though she could have spent the time with her family. Also, her rose ceremony was beautiful. We could go on and on about all what Diane has done to make our wedding perfect, but you will have to see for yourself how perfect she will make yours. Diane was absolutely amazing and wonderful from the moment we contacted her through the end of the ceremony! She worked with us throughout the planning of the ceremony and was very flexible and accommodating. She provided us with so many excellent suggestions and options for piecing it all together. The delivery and presentation of the ceremony were perfect! Everything was done in a very professional manner and at an excellent price compared to all of the others we researched beforehand.

However, none of the above are the real reasons that I strongly encourage you to contact Diane. The most amazing part of it all was really how personally invested Diane was in our special day. She is so genuine and caring. She was truly a participant in our wedding. Her passion for creating and delivering unique ceremonies really shows. We had a non-religious ceremony that we really wanted to make our own, and she was flexible and helpful beyond what we could have imagined. She was always there to provide suggestions and feedback to us without ever being invasive, and helped us to create a personalized ceremony (complete with beer and woodworking!) that basically every one of our guests said was the best they had ever attended. She worked closely with us right up until the end, and her understanding of our process and other commitments was invaluable as we all worked right down to the wire to finish our ceremony. We would absolutely recommend Diane to anyone that wants an officiant who truly cares about your happiness and the creation of a wonderful, lasting memory for all involved. Thank you Diane!!

I cannot express enough how much Diane made our wedding ceremony as perfect as it was! I found Diane about 11 months before our wedding. We were in touch every month working on the ceremony. She was amazing at allowing us to create the ceremony of our dreams. When we were unsure of what to do, she provided a plethora of examples. I can honestly say we were involved in every single part of the ceremony and on the day of the wedding it meant so much to us to know we created the ceremony.

Diane is a soft spoken woman who helps create and guide you to the ultimate ceremony. Her passion for her career shines through in her conversations with the couple as well as the day of.

After the wedding ceremony, everyone I greeted said something about our ceremony and how they will not forget how memorable and personalized it was. I had tears in my eyes the whole ceremony and so did the groom.

I cannot recommend Diane enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While planning our wedding, my husband and I found Diane through Wedding Wire. We chose her because she had nothing but stellar reviews from her clients, and she lived up to every word. We felt at ease with her from the moment we interviewed her over the phone. She guided us through every step of the ceremony, and we were able to work with her to create a ceremony that was entirely unique and perfectly showcased the two of us. We were able to completely customize our wedding ceremony to exactly what we wanted. She was open to our suggestions, was there to help us when we had questions, and was quick to respond to our emails. She even surprised us during the ceremony by acknowledging my husband’s mother, who could not make it to the wedding.

Diane was warm, caring and supportive throughout the whole process; and on our wedding day, when plans had to change at the last minute, she kept incredibly calm and kept a smile on the whole time. My husband and I are so happy we chose her to officiate our wedding, and would highly recommend her to anyone getting married.

Diane was incredible! She kept in contact with us from the moment we booked with her until right before the ceremony. Her personality is so sweet and loving and I felt like she knew us from the moment we met her! I cannot tell you how many people came up to us after the ceremony and said how beautiful it was. And it was all thanks to her! We knew we wanted a fun, but romantic ceremony and it definitely was! She was so professional and she was a great public speaker. After the wedding she sent us our whole ceremony on beautiful paper so that we can keep it forever. It was such a nice surprise to come home to after the honeymoon!! I would recommend her for sure!

We contacted Diane with the intent of getting eloped within a month. Diane was able to fit us in three weeks after we first contacted her. She was there for us every step of the way. Diane was a blessing! I knew immediately when she answered the phone that she was the perfect fit. She was instantly interested in our story, our plans, our families, etc., and was eager to help in any way possible. Diane was happy to take our vision and turn it into reality. My husband and I wanted our ceremony to be centered around family and Diane helped us to make that happen! We probably weren't the most responsive couple in the world and the fact that Diane stayed on top of us was great. Diane provided some really good segments to get us started in developing our ceremony. We ended up using some of our own material and combined it with some of Diane's material. We didn't micromanage the entire process, so when it came time for the ceremony, she added her own flair to it that turned out to be wonderful.

Overall, she did a fantastic job keeping us on schedule and adding her own flair to it all.

Diane was a great officiant. It is easy to tell that she loves her job. She worked with us to create a custom ceremony and helped us make a romantic ceremony. She was responsive via email and arrived on time for both the rehearsal and ceremony. She was dressed in a nice robe and had almost everyone crying during the ceremony. A nice touch was that she printed our ceremony readings on nice paper and had it sent to our room after the ceremony for a keepsake. She also copied our marriage application, signed by our friends, for a keepsake. I would recommend Diane to anyone :)

My husband and I loved the ceremony put together by Diane. She knows what she is doing, and we never had any doubts. She was flexible with what we wanted and always stayed in touch regarding the progress of our ceremony. She let us pick our own readings and segments of the ceremony, which was important to me. I felt our ceremony was a true reflection of ourselves. Everyone at our wedding said the ceremony was so beautiful, touching, and emotional. Diane is a wonderful, thoughtful officiant. From the first time we met her, we could tell that she loves marrying couples. She said she would work with us every step of the way to create a unique ceremony that would represent us, and that is exactly what she did! She gave us gentle reminders when we fell behind on planning and was always responsive via email or phone. On the day of the wedding, she was calm, prepared and professional. She exuded enthusiasm and made us laugh and smile on more than one occasion. In the end, she helped us create such a special ceremony and we are so thankful that we found her. Diane was in constant contact with my husband and I from day one and she kept us guided and focused on the tasks we needed to accomplish to complete for the ceremony. We greatly appreciated her flexibility during our time of planning because we were both experiencing choas in our schedules.

The ceremony was amazing in every way imaginable. Diane truly has a gift and my husband and I are blessed that we had stumbled upon her. Diane was the best thing that could have happened to my wedding day! She was so involved since the first day we spoke. I was able to personalize the ceremony to make it perfect for us. There was no pressure it was nothing but fun! Everyone that was there could feel the love all around us. It was absolutely wonderful! I wouldnt recommend anyone else :)
