Larry is an absolute professional and master of his craft. After seeing him in action at my now Sister in laws wedding we knew he had to book him for ours.
New SIL had booked him for the ceremony, ceremony music, and as the reception dj. Their ceremony was seamless and Larry made all announcements, kept the crowd engaged, laughing, and the dance floor packed. We booked him for all but the reception dj.(we had other plans for music)
Looking back, if I could do it over again I would have also booked him for the reception too. Don’t get me wrong my reception was awesome but Larry’s way with the crowd, personality, and overall event experience we saw at the SIL wedding would have made toasts, dances, and announcements much smoother.
He had excellent communication and attention to detail while we planned our ceremony. He walked us through every step of the way over several phone calls and texts. He even offered zoom and in person meet up. He really listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions and creative things that made our ceremony one of a kind.
He was also more than happy answering questions and giving advice on all things wedding. He even talked me through(and calmed me down) lol when I was stressed planning other aspects of the wedding.
Our ceremony music experience was awesome. He had great suggestions on pairing different songs and the audio quality was great. He arrived early to set up and make sure everything was ready to go. The ceremony music package includes wireless mics, speakers, 30 minutes of pre ceremony music and perfectly timed processional, bridal walk and recessional songs.
We can’t thank Larry enough for making our day so special! We were married a month ago and I’m still hearing about how beautiful the ceremony was.
We highly recommend Larry for your special day. It’s true what they say, you do all this planning and the day flies by so quick. It is absolutely worth it to have a professional to ensure it is everything you wanted it to be.

Larry made our wedding so magical and perfect. He went above and beyond our expectations with the little touches he added throughout the ceremony and the different things he can add within the ceremony at your choice. We got compliments left and right about how wonderful he was. He really spends time to get to know you and exactly what you want for your ceremony. He is timely with his responses and very truthful with his word. He has such a warm heart and passion for what he does. He was AMAZING! I am so blessed/grateful that we choose him as our officiant. You are lucky if he is able to officiate your wedding. 12/10 for Larry! -

Excellent wedding officiant
Larry Williams made the best ceremony one can ask for. He made it really detailed, fun and just memorable for my wife and I. He performed excellent during the hard times of covid. He is definitely the best officiant out there. -

In the season of Covid, weddings and wedding vendors are struggling. I had a officiant drop out of working with my bride 3 days before the wedding. Officiants are of course one of the most important parts of securing a ceremony and marriage and can be hard to come by. I quickly reached out to Larry after never meeting him in person and asked if he would be able to help me VERY last minute. He put aside his personal plans and was able to quickly secure my bride. We had him booked and paid within minutes of him saying yes. Even after he calmed our nerves of having someone to officiate, what he said onsite at the ceremony was beautiful. You would have thought he had known the couple for years, the way he spoke of unity, love and marriage, had everyone crying and laughing the whole way through. Larry was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. -

Couldn't ask for a better minister!
Larry is amazing and makes sure that your ceremony is very custom to you. He offers things that a typical officiant does not. And he is great at improvising. My husband forgot the rings and Larry had to rearrange the ceremony a little until someone brought us the rings lol! All our wedding guests were impressed with him. Would 100% recommend him for all weddings. -

Planning a wedding in 2020 was, as you may suspect, an incredible challenge. After COVID-19 restrictions prevented our good friend from being able to officiate our wedding, my wife and I turned to the internet to find a capable officiant. While I attended a Zoom meeting, my wife compiled a short list of potential officiants for me to review. One name on that short list stood out to me. Larry Williams. Larry and I had worked together previously at Harrah’s Reno. He in a DJ role and myself as an audio engineer. I told my then fiancée that Larry Williams has that “golden voice” and that we should absolutely reach out to him first. I sent an inquiry email and Larry responded quickly and professionally. After a short phone call we were absolutely certain that Larry was the man to officiate our wedding.
Larry scheduled a follow up phone interview with the two of us and discussed the wide range of a la carte services that he could work into our ceremony. Larry led us through a beautiful stroll down memory lane as we divulged to him the entirety of our love story. After going over a few other concepts we wanted to include, Larry had everything he needed to put together a beautiful ceremony.
On the big day Larry was punctual and professional. His calm demeanor put me at ease and he even came through with a Tic Tac to erase the scotch from my breath. He handled my last minute instructions with ease and delivered a perfect ceremony for my wife and me.
Larry is an absolute professional and I could not recommend him enough for any type of ceremony you are looking to put together. -

Excellent Service
Larry was a fun and professional wedding officiant. He was easy to work with and he was very accommodating. He had wonderful ideas for social distancing and safety for officiating our wedding during the summer of 2020! We look forward to working with him in the next year or two as our DJ for our party with all of our friends! We highly recommend Larry Williams! -

Personable
Larry has a great voice and personality for speaking and conducted the wedding ceremony with such professionalism. We were from out of town and Larry took care of the minute details with our son and his bride. As an officiant, Larry took care of the paperwork even the requirements from one Nevada county to another. His jovial kindness brought care to the bride and groom’s unique requests. Even getting married by the Truckee River, his voice portrayed clearly to our guests. Larry by our request, added Scripture, insight to ideas and even provided, within the ceremony, a spot for my father to pray for the young couple’s spiritual marriage. As the mother of the groom, I as quite pleased with our experience and appreciated Larry’s genuine sincerity for that wonderful wedding day. -

He was quick to respond and very accommodating with all our needs. The ceremony was perfect and even better than I imagined it would be! He told our love story which put us at ease at the beginning of the ceremony. He listened to all our wants and needs for the ceremony and made it custom fit exactly how we wanted it. Many of our guests were commenting afterwards on how great the ceremony went! If we had to do it all over again we would choose Larry every time!

I found Larry Williams through Wedding Wire and a friend. The reviews were very positive and he was quick to respond, making him an easy choice.
Larry was very thorough & professional in all his communications. His experience is obvious and he has put together a signature package of officiant options. He offers much more than we needed for our small wedding. We would have been happy with something simpler, but the extra touches, like the parent tribute, made the ceremony very sweet.
We were married mid-week which was a little less than being married on a weekend. We didn't plan the day for discounts, but we didn't mind it either. -
