Rachael is so friendly and likable! She gave us a great template to customize our ceremony that made it very simple. We wanted a non religious, short and sweet ceremony and that’s what we got! -

Rachel was amazing. She sent us an incredibly detailed questionnaire to ensure we had everything we wanted and things we never even thought of. After we filled it all out, she allowed us to go through the ceremony with her, adjusting wording, putting in extra personal anecdotes, and a little joke here and there. Our ceremony ended up being incredibly personal, while keeping within the time limits we were hoping for. We laughed, we cried, we felt like we could be in that moment with each other. Having an officiant who was so prepared with every last detail made a world of difference. Since our wedding I have been to three others... none have compared to the level of personalization and heart that went into our ceremony! -

While Rachel won us over during our initial Zoom meeting with her, we knew we made the best decision for our officiant when our coordinator, who works with SO many officiants, told us how excited she was we picked Rachel and that she wished she'd officiate all the weddings the coordinator worked on.
From the get to know you call through the entire process my husband and I were really impressed by Rachel's attention to detail and thoughfulness towards all the aspects of the wedding day, not just the specifics related to performing the ceremony.
She checked in with the kids in the wedding party to make sure everyone went to the bathroom before the ceremony. She pointed out to them where their "grown ups" would be sitting in case they needed them. She even brought stakes to make sure our arch was secrure (the florist had taken care of it, but still it was such a thoughtful touch!).
In terms of the ceremony itself, we really appreciate how she included us in writing it and gave us so many options and so much flexibility, pieceing together components from different options to truly make it a unique and customized ceremony. The small books she created for us to read our vows to each other were also a great touch and a nice memento we're happy to have.
While Rachel's fees were higher than some of the other officiants we considered, the value she provided was well worth it and we were so glad we opted to have her officiate our wedding. -

My wife and I originally had three officiants picked out to interview but we never made it past Rachel. From our first meeting Rachel exuded not only excitement at our wedding but also care for what we wanted in a ceremony. After the ceremony, many of our guests told us how much they enjoyed the ceremony and, as the groom, Rachel made me feel about as comfortable as one can be. -

We originally planned to have a large Catholic ceremony for our wedding but had to pivot our plans due to COVID-19. After deciding on an intimate outdoor wedding, we were a bit lost in thinking about what our ceremony would look like until we found Rachel. We were are so glad that we did because she truly helped us create the perfect ceremony that we will cherish forever. -

Rachel met with us several months before our wedding and we explained that we wanted a “not religious, but also a little faithful, pretty short, but also beautiful and emotional ceremony” and she delivered. Rachel helped us craft exactly the ceremony we wanted through a really cool google form that allowed us to select passages/readings or submit our own. She also helped us edit our vows. Rachel was great at wrangling our friends and family for the rehearsal, even though some of them had already had a glass of wine or two. She was clear in her instructions so everyone was prepared for the big day. On wedding day, Rachel delivered a beautiful ceremony and rolled with some little surprises (like random clapping). She helped us file our official paperwork and head off to celebrate. If you are looking for a kind, patient, and flexible officiant who can blend ideas on ceremonies, Rachel is the one to hire!
Bonus: she also expertly moved out of the way at specific times to allow the photographer to get the perfect shots! -

Rachel is hands down the sweetest person I have ever met. While searching for an officiant, I reached out to several people, some that I never heard back from and other who were already booked for our date of September 14, 2019. Then I reached out to one officiant who was booked, but put me in contact with Rachel and I could not have been more blessed! When we met, she was relatively new to being an officiant and she was working with another officiant who had more experience. They both were so kind and transparent through the entire ceremony planning process and there was a ton of communication between the three of us. There are options for the ceremony which you are able to select and tailor and personalize it to be exactly what you want.
Rachel is one of a kind. During our planning period, I was in a really tough semester of school and was late getting details about our ceremony back to her for her review so she reached out to me via email; I apologetically explained my situation with school and she expressed that she was there if I just needed someone to chat/vent to. WHAT A SWEETHEART!
It was an absolute pleasure having Rachel marry us. All of our friends and family adored her and her infectious smile. It truly felt like she was part of the family.Wedding Ceremonies with Rachel's reply:

Rachael is the best officiant I’ve ever seen. She was so organized and put us at ease throughout the whole process. Our guests kept raving about how witty, well spoken and wonderful she was throughout our ceremony. She crafted the perfect ceremony and helped us with our vows. We have nothing negative to say and I will recommend her to everyone we know. (Extra: as you will see in some of our photos she even makes it a point to step to the side so your photographer can get photos of just you and your SO at the arch. She thinks of everything and makes it picture perfect!) -

Our experience working with Rachel was nothing short of wonderful! We engaged her services to officiate our micro wedding.
