My husband and I had the opportunity to hire Michael Weckle for our wedding. Even in a time where he thought he wouldn’t be able to squeeze us in due to the demand in his services he absolutely made our dream come true! When working with Michael it was like we had known him for a long time. Our highlight film and documentary film were everything we could have wanted. Watching back these videos was like reliving the best day of our life all over again. Chad and I would hire Michael again and of course recommend his services to anyone! -

Michael was a blast to work with! He was so laid back and accommodating. I rescheduled our wedding four times and each time he was so understanding and happy to move the dates. Michael's work is incredible!!! We were on the fence about hiring a videographer but we are SO happy that we did and so happy it was him who we found. If I could give Michael 100 stars, I would. Leading up to the wedding, he was incredibly responsive to any questions we asked. About 3 days before the wedding, all of our plans changed and he was accommodating. On the wedding day, he was exactly on time and really took charge in making sure everything was done as planned and on time. Not to mention the utmost professionalism! He has you fill out a survey of moments you want captured specifically. I mentioned getting a video of my husband dancing to a certain song. The DJ put the song on without notice and Michael was filming other things in the room next door, all the sudden you see him running out to the dance floor! He never misses a moment and we were so grateful to have him as part of our day. -

When we first planned our wedding, we never even though abought having video of it... and then the pandemic hit and we had a whole extra year of planning, which got us thinking "maybe we actually should look into a videographer". We looked around WeddingWire comparing videos and Michael's stood out amongst them all and we knew we had to contact him! And boy are we glad we did!
From first meeting, we knew we made the right choice, We could tell Michael knows what he's doing and we loved his easy going attitude. On the day of the wedding, he captured EVERYTHING! It's amazing how one person can get all the shots and angles!
Our video came out beautiful! I'm so happy with made the decision to hire Michael, now we can relive our wedding day for years to come! We would recommend Weckle Films in a heart beat!! -

I found Weckle Films after getting screwed over by another videographer - he was fantastic and patient with me when I was a little afraid to book for a while. Communication was great during the time leading up to my wedding and on the day of everything went well despite some unforeseen hurdles (not his fault)! He ended up coming early and staying late to accommodate everything we had asked for. He’s a really good hype man and makes you feel so comfortable! Our videos were ready so much sooner than I thought they’d be and are such a perfect reminder of our day. I’m so happy I found Michael who is affordable and cares about/works hard at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone! -

If you are looking for a videographer or are on the fence, look no further and book Weckle Films. Not only is the price beyond affordable, Michael is amazing to work with and his video quality is amazing. We got our highlight film back within a month and it was more than I could have imagined. Michael was super fun to work with and we never felt uncomfortable. he is super nice and flexible if you want anything specific. We are so happy to have a video we can watch for years to come!!! -

Michael is exceptionally talented, not just in the way he captures each and every moment of your big day, but in the way he works with you and your family. Michael goes above and beyond to make sure your day is not only stress free, but fun, too! What more could you ask for on your wedding day!?
Last June 27th in the midst of Covid, Michael was extremely flexible when we decided to forgo our large ceremony/reception and say “I do” amongst our immediate family. We had the pleasure of working with him that day, as well as this year, on our first anniversary (we finally celebrated with all our family and friends with a renewal of vows and reception)! When we arrived at the venue, Michael was already there and ready to go. He worked collaboratively with our photographer, who he just met that day. He was extremely professional and respectful. Michael was great at reading the moment and providing us with direction when we needed. Michael’s energy and excitement is contagious and made our big day all the more wonderful. The conditions were not ideal either, it was extremely hot and humid (conditions no one wants to work in), but Michael didn’t seem phased and his passion for what he does continued to show! During reception formalities and on the dance floor Michael didn’t miss a beat and captured every moment without ever being in the way. We highly, highly recommend Michael and we can’t thank him enough! -

I was contemplating on whether to get a wedding videographer or not due to being a bride on a budget but finding Michael definitely made me decide to go for it! His packages are affordable and the videos were absolutely STUNNING especially for what you pay for. He is also friendly, responds quickly and so easy to work with. Also, he is such a professional and actually helped to accommodate my request to live stream my wedding. He captured our wedding perfectly! Thank you, Michael! -

Weckle Films was our favorite vendor on our wedding day! Out of all of our vendors, Weckle Films was the one that we felt most confident in ahead of time as far as what to expect and what we would receive. Communication was great from start to finish with the owner, Michael Weckle. He was always very responsive, warm but professional, extremely patient, and flexible. To top it off, on the wedding day, him and his team had extremely calm demeanors and seemed to care not just about filming our day, but also the needs of the bride and groom and the bridal party. They even accommodated our request to help with our virtual livestream so that guests who could not attend due to the pandemic, could watch the ceremony online. Even though Weckle Films had a job to do, they never came across as overbearing or frantic. There filming style was non-invasive, while capturing all the little details I hoped to see. These guys are pros and it really showed! It was honestly a pleasure to Weckle Films at our wedding. We are thrilled with our preview video, highlight film, documentary film, & the raw footage! We HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a wedding videographer! The product matters, but you also want to look back at the day and have great memories of your vendors because they are part of the experience and special day too! So happy we have a quality wedding video to always treasure and great memories of our videographers as well! -

We didn’t think we had a budget for a videographer at first, but after speaking with Michael and receiving a quote, we knew we did and just HAD to have him. We were not disappointed. From the moment he walked into my suite that morning, I knew he was not only going to be amazing, but a fun guy! And I was totally right. I had so much fun with him being basically my hype man all day, and we just had so much confidence in him! The following night, he already posted a sneak peek to his instagram story, and it literally already brought tears to our eyes. I can’t wait to see the final product. If you’re hesitating on having a videographer, or don’t really have a large budget....REACH OUT TO HIM! You will not be disappointed! -

Planning a wedding is stressful. Planning the same wedding three times is even worse! Michael has not filmed my wedding yet because it has been pushed to next year but I cannot begin to express how helpful, responsive, professional and kind he has been through this process. We were on a fairly tight budget for our wedding, and videography was going to have to be cut if we couldn't find someone affordable. Luckily I found Michael on Thumbtack and couldn't have been happier! He was communicative and flexible throughout the process and we always felt like we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, Michael was unobtrusive and yet captured everything. The highlight video he edited is stunning, and I'm so glad to have the documentary edits of the speeches, ceremony, first looks, and first dance as well. Overall I can't imagine finding a better value anywhere else. Highly recommend! -

Finding Michael Weckle to work our wedding was truly a blessing. My husband and I decided last minute (about 4 weeks before our wedding ) to hire a videographer just because we weren’t sure if it was within our budget. I had reached out to my photographer to see if she had any connections and she told me about Weckle Films. To say it was a dream come true is an understatement! Not only was Michael flexible and understanding, he was so easy to work with and understood my vision for our big day. Michael was very punctual, professional and easy going. My whole entire family and wedding party had so many good things to say about Michael and made it a point to pull us aside and let us know.
When it came time for delivery, I was blown away by Michael’s work and I was so happy with the results. Not only did he deliver what I asked for but he went above and beyond for us just because he wanted to. Family and friends that have watched our videos said to brought them to tears (happy tears of course) and Michael captured all of the emotions and special moments from our day. It was truly a gift having Michael Weckle and Weckle Films cover our wedding! -

We had a great experience with Michael as our videographer. We had to move our wedding to the Hudson Valley/Berkshires area relatively last minute and he was ready and available to help. The day of, he was punctual and worked well with our photographer. My husband also does not like being recorded and did not want videography initially, but Michael blended in so seamlessly, he barely noticed!
Michael is the right combination of easygoing and professional. He listened to our unique needs and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the final result, which all our friends and relatives loved. His rates are reasonable, so if you think you may not be able to afford videography, definitely discuss it with him first. -

We hired Michael to do a documentary edit of our wedding. He was very professional to work with leading up to our wedding and even allowed me to add an extra hour of filming to our package the month of the wedding. On the day of he was on time and great at giving direction and creative ideas. We are happy with the final product we received finally. Our only recommendation for future couples is to stay on top of your footage and video timeline after the wedding. Set some reminders to check in on the progress of your video. We had a few issues getting in touch but after some back and forth we finally have a video we are satisfied with. -

We are over 6 months post wedding and we have NO FOOTAGE AND NO RESPONSES to emails!!!!! We still have not
received EVEN A HIGHLIGHT video THAT WAS PAID FOR!!!! Unbelievably devastated by this. Do NOT book!!!
