Working with We Plan It was truly a dream. We went with their Day-of coordination package with a few additional add ons that we personally wanted. Loved the “a la carte” approach to their services, which allowed us to be involved in things we wanted to be and trust them on the others! Throughout our wedding planning process, Tatum was incredibly thorough and met us where we were at every step of the way. Her communication was top notch and she provided guidance on everything from big picture to the little details like getting sticky dots for the candles!
We began working with Wendy part way through when Tatum went on maternity leave and felt confident she could take what Tatum set us up with and execute flawlessly. Tatum is kind, creative, and genuine. Wendy was thoughtful, confident and detail oriented! They made a dream team and the day of the wedding felt so easy because we were able to focus on what mattered and trusted that the We Plan It team had it under control and had so much experience that they could problem solve anything that came their way. We’d go so far to say we’d plan another wedding because they made it so much easier than we anticipated!
Thank you, Tatum and Wendy! Couldn’t recommend this team more to any couple looking for wedding planning and coordination support.

Amazing and Beautiful
I hired We Plan for my daughter's bridal shower. I was so impressed with their ideas, way more beautiful than I would have imagined. From the China to the stemware, colors were so beautiful. I received numerous compliments from my daughter's friends this was the most beautiful shower they have been to. Renee was absolutely amazing and felt more like a friend. Right down to the smallest details putting cute flower vases she brought from home to add to various tables. Top notch if you want to enjoy your guests and leave every detail to Renee. -

Tatum is amazing to work with, every detail is covered. As a vendor it is rare to find such a responsive coordinator who connects all vendors and takes the time to plan out every detail so that the wedding/event is flawless day of and the clients can just enjoy their day! I highly recommend Tatum & We Plan It.

Hiring Tatum as our full service wedding coordinator was by far one of the best investments we made for our wedding day, I truly don't know how we would have done it without her and her team. She is exceptionally organized as well as being such a genuinely kind soul. She helped us through every step of the planning process. No ask was too big and she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we envisioned. I had in my mind that I wanted a grand piano delivered to the venue for our ceremony which seemed impossible and she made it happen!! She is great at communicating and prompt in her responses. We met twice in person (I live in Tacoma while We Plan It is based out of Vancouver) and the rest of the planning process was done over email, phone, and zoom. I was a little nervous about not getting as much face to face time due to driving distance but the process was smooth and she was available by phone when I needed to call and just talk some details out. On wedding day she kept everything on track and ensured that we had a stress free experience -

Wendy Strum June Wedding!
I had a great experience with Wendy Strum this past June 2022 for my wedding. She was incredibly helpful in the months leading up to the wedding to help us decide anything from the best vendors to how much white/red wine to buy depending on the weather. She was a joyful presence on the rehearsal day and wedding day and was very organized. She will go to any length to make sure your guests are taken care of, even if it is running to the store 3-4 times to try and buy water when there is a water shortage. We had a blast working with her. She is professional, efficient, thoughtful, and very organized. -Robin & John Bernhardt -

This review is long overdue. We hired We Plan It for our 2021 Hood River wedding and it was the best decision! Kylie and Tatum were extremely detail oriented and helped us get organized ahead of our wedding date. On the day of, Kylie and another wedding coordinator (so sorry I forgot her name) made the entire day a seamless experience. The table settings were beautiful, all of the vendors' questions were taken care of, everything was on time, and we had a blast! In the middle of the wedding it started raining and the team even started carrying in all of our outdoor furniture (thank you to all of the guests that ran to help!) I would recommend them for any big event. -

Tatum was amazing!!! She was our day-of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made. We were debating having a coordinator but knew that Tatum would be perfect after our first meeting. She thought of so many things we hadn't even considered that we had zero concerns by the time our wedding rolled around. She executed everything flawlessly and even helped with my bustle when it broke. We had a stress free wedding because of Tatum! Booking her was the best decision ever.WE Plan It's reply:

Wendy and WE Plan It was truly phenomenal
Wendy and WE Plan It was the best decision I made! From coordinating phone calls with me all the way in Oklahoma to making sure I looked perfect on my big day, I can honestly say it couldn’t have gone better. Wendy is thoughtful, honest and full of so much love and compassion. Even though we’d only known each other a year, she treated me as family, taking care of me, my husband and my family and friends as they were her own. Every time I needed help with a last minute decision she was there ready to make the call. I cant begin to express my appreciation for Wendy and exerting at WE Plan It! If you’re considering hiring WE Plan It for your wedding, DO IT! You’ll know you made the right choice immediately. It was truly a pleasure to work with Tatum Picha of We Plan It! Planners have so much going on and it can seem overwhelming but Tatum made it a breeze. She stayed in contact, gave us a working schedule and kept the timeline on time all the while being so pleasant to work with. I will always look forward to working with Tatum and highly recommend her and We Plan It to any bride planning her event of a lifetime.

Tatum picha was outstanding!
Our daughter was married on September 29, 2018. We initially met with We Plan It and Tatum Picha in December 2017, from the first meeting with Tatum we knew instantly that she was the Wedding planner we needed. But it continued to get better! We hired Tatum for ‘day of coordination’, however, she was much, much more. Besides the original meeting we had one other meeting, which lasted 3 hours, and every detail was discussed. I left that meeting extremely relaxed and happy knowing Tatum was in complete control. Besides the one meeting, we had numerous emails, and Tatum’s response time was amazing.
Tatum is professional, organized, personable, knowledgeable and creative. She didn’t miss one element or detail! She made the day relaxing and fun, we completely enjoyed the day knowing that Tatum was at the helm!
I wish there were more than five stars, Tatum exceeded them all!

As wedding photographers, it was a pleasure working with Tatum because our working relationship as vendors was so smooth and easy! She was so kind and professional. She worked with our photo and video timeline and was amazing at getting last minute details fixed, being flexible and getting everything in order so that everything ran smooth for the couple. -

Every person I have spoken to said it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. The We Plan It Team truly live out their slogan "WE take the ordinary and make it Extraordinary!" As my granddaughter will tell you "Miss Wendy makes princesses" and each one of us felt we were in a fairytale.
