December Wedding
We hired Hannah to do day of Wedding coordination for my daughter’s Dec Wedding. She was fantastic. From the first meeting she was very patient with our questions and very quick to follow up or respond. She coordinated with all of the vendors and assisted with set up and take down. The wedding day went perfectly smooth and Hannah was always ready with help, directions and answers. I would highly recommend Hannah Watson to help coordinate a wedding! -

Hannah is the best wedding planner you could ever have for your special day. I am very particular about how I like things to be for events, from the cake to the decorations, flowers, etc. Flowers and decor were things that I wanted to prioritize for our wedding and I am so glad I found Hannah because she provided exactly what I was looking for. Of course I was panicking the closer the wedding date came and all the little details came together flawlessly. It is amazing when someone (like me) who is always in control of everything, can sit back and trust someone else to take care of the details and it comes out like everything we wanted and more. She was flexible, responsive and reassured me when I was flying around like a crazy chicken!! My husband was also very happy. I would recommend Hannah one-thousand bajillion times. These memories will last forever. -

Texas brides - Hire Watson Weddings!!!
I knew that I wanted to hire a full service wedding planner, and after our initial phone call, I knew that Hannah was the planner for me. She was so laidback and only alleviated my stress instead of adding to it. Even though I did choose the full planning + florals, I felt very involved with the creative process! She was literally able to turn my Pinterest board into reality. I highly recommend you book her for florals as well. I was initially nervous because I wondered if I would regret not hiring a florist, but her flowers were gorgeous and honestly I felt like they were cheaper than if I had hired a florst! And a plus, it was one less person to deal with! Hannah was always happy to answer any of my questions and never made me feel like I was being outrageous or crazy. Do yourself a favor and hire her! -

Hannah and her team go above and beyond to make sure her brides and everyone involved have a flawless experience on their special day. She is sweet as can be and the time she puts into her clients and their vision is unmatched. We were so blessed to have her as our planner and would highly highly recommend her for someone looking to plan or coordinate the details of their day! -

Hire hannah!
Having Hannah as my wedding planner was definitely one of the best decisions I made.
I tend to think of myself as a "planner", and of course, wanted to micromanage every little detail of my wedding. It is just not possible to do it all yourself (while still maintaining real life at least). If you are contemplating hiring a planner, DO IT! Hannah is worth every penny (or more) for the work she puts in the day of the wedding alone. I was never made aware of a single problem (if any!). I was able to sit back and enjoy my day as a bride.
She was also a complete angel the entire 1.5 years leading up to the wedding. It was so nice having someone to text anytime with questions/idea/thoughts relating the wedding without feeling like I am annoying them with my wedding talk, lol.
I am not from the Waco area, so she recommended/found pretty much every vendor we needed.
I had a mobile bar booked over a year in advance, and they canceled 3 months before the wedding. She was able to find a replacement the same day. She kept me calm and sane the entire time.
She has an EYE for design, which I completely lack. The design aspect of our wedding turned out so beautiful all thanks to her.
My wedding vision brought to life thanks to Hannah! I cannot recommend her enough. -

Simple and Perfect
We hired Hannah as our month of coordinator. She helped me find a good bakery for our cake and when I couldn't find a florist, we ended up hiring Hannah to be our florist as well. Hannah stayed in communication as much as needed up to the day of, she did an in person walk through with me of the venue, she hosted our rehearsal the day before and managed all of the vendors excellently during the wedding and reception. She was so easy to work with and the the day turned out perfect thanks to all of the support we got from Hannah. She also did a fantastic job as our florist. The ceremony and reception florals were stunning. She's super talented and I would recommend her to anyone in the Waco area looking for a planner. -

We are forever grateful to Hannah for making our wedding the most amazing day anyone could have. Her calming presence made me feel relaxed and gave me the ability to actually enjoy the entire wedding day. She made sure all the vendors knew exactly what to do and when, and kept me as in the loop as I wanted. If there were any problems leading up to the wedding, or on the wedding day, I never knew because she handled everything so efficiently. She even went out of her way to make sure all the parents were happy the entire day, and they raved about her for weeks after the wedding.
I am not a great planner, and the idea of planning a wedding was overwhelming. But Hannah made sure I had goals each month and helped me meet them so we stayed on track. She also made sure to contact all of the vendors to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. She helped me find the vision I wanted for our wedding and expanded on it to be even more beautiful than I dreamed. You can tell she does this simply because she loves it and loves her clients. I will never forget her and how amazing she helped make my wedding.

I hired Hannah last minute (6 weeks prior to the wedding) to assist my future daughter-in-law with planning and finalizing the details for their special day. I live out of state from the couple and the wedding venue, but Hannah worked with the bride and maid of honor to make sure everything was done and all the details were taken care of. The day of the wedding she was in the "background" taking care of all the set up and directing everyone where we needed to be, and also doing the tear down and clean-up. I sincerely cannot say enough thanks for making my son and new daughter-in-law's day special, drama free, and a truly magical evening!! Hannah is a true gem!! -

Fairy godmother
We actually meet Hannah through my now husband’s sister wedding. We where not engaged yet but I knew instantly when we got engaged I was going to hire Hannah she has made the whole day of Emily wedding stress and worry free for the bride! Hannah will handle any situation you need and help the whole wedding process so much easier. The whole week before our wedding we had a 90% chance of rain the day of our outdoor wedding. She came up with a plan of action ASAP and kept me stressing about what we would do if it rained! I’m the end it did not rain and she made our venue look exactly how I envision it! I felt like Hannah was my Pinterest fairy godmother. Even though I only did a month of package she would still check in on me each month and always be there for any questions I had. If your looking for someone to do it all or just help out the month of Hannah is your person! Couldn’t of asked for a better experience! -

A wedding planner is definitely worth the cost, and after working it out, Hannah was so affordable. My wedding was on Nov 14, 2020, and we started working together in Feb 2020. She checked in monthly and prompted me in what needed to be done next. If I couldn't do something or was at a loss, she was there to give suggestions or offer assistance. She was also always available for me throughout the year beyond our normal check-ins. She made the actual day so much easier. She made the day-of schedule and was in contact with my vendors to make sure the day ran smoothly. If I needed her for anything, she offered her help or had one of her associates work with me the day of. I'm so glad I went the wedding planner route, especially since my wedding was at my in laws property and everything needed to be brought in. It was a beautiful wedding in no small part due to Hannah! -

Such a beautiful and stress free wedding experience!
A few months out from my wedding I booked Hannah for partial planning and day of services and it was the best decision I made! I really wanted to make sure that my family and I didn’t have to stress about a thing on the day of and just be in the moment and Hannah made that possible. The day I met up with her and shared my vision for my wedding I knew she understood exactly what I wanted. She helped me organize my checklists and timelines of what needed to be done and helped us stay in our budget! Even through unexpected circumstances due to COVID she made sure to make it all happen and reassured me along the way that our day would happen one way or the other. She was more than a planner and she helped us more than she knows! She really made our day flow between vendors and compromising due to the pandemic. Between setting everything up (very strategically) and the custom signage that she did for us, our day was absolutely stress free and beautiful! We were able to enjoy every moment with our family knowing that Hannah had it all under control which was huge for me! I would recommend Hannah to anyone wanting a stress free wedding planning season! -
