One of the best

Waterview pavilion is one of the best venue out there, shout out to Suzanne, she practically hold my hands every step of the way till the big day.
She’s really on top of her communication, she answers my emails right away every time I have a question? She’s literally the best, everything went smoothly and nice….

It was all I could have asked for. Perfect!!

It was a magical day for all of us. The breakfast buffet, with omelet station, was delicious. The service was great!! Suzanne and Sharon were wonderful..thank you!

Suzanne & Sharon were right there for anything I needed. They were very helpful and fun to talk to. Their professionalism was right on. I have run many events and this was one of the best ever. Perfect wedding

Our entire experience was AWESOME!!! Suzanne and Sharon were great to work with, they were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed seeing them. The wait staff was also very nice and professional. Hats off to the chef....all of the food was DELICIOUS!!!! Our guests had nothing but great things to say about everything, from the beautiful venue to the delicious food. We would recommend the Waterview Pavilion to anyone who is looking for a venue that has it all!! Our daughter's wedding day was PERFECT!!!

Retirement Party in Riverview Room

I recently held a retirement party for 70 people in the upstairs room of the Riverview Building. The view from the room is spectacular, though we ironically had the party on a very foggy night and couldn't see any of it! The food and service were excellent. The staff is so friendly and responsive to last minute requests. People raved about the tortellini appetizer, peppercorn steak, chicken francese, and stuffed sole. Everyone loved the New York cheesecake, too. Management is so responsive and willing to work with you. They make throwing a party almost effortless. I consider this venue to be a great value at the Jersey Shore. I highly recommend it everyone. lt made for a night I will always treasure in my memory.

Scholarship Dinner

Everything about the service at the Waterview Pavilion is top rate. The wait staff is very professional and quite while serving. We had extra people attend our event at the last minute and they made accommodations for them with no problems. Susan and Janine are great to work with and will meet all of your requests.

Excellent venue for a very important Tribute to a 45 Year Career serving the public. The WATERVIEW PAVILION was excellent.

All areas of event were wonderful. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even as guests were added on! Food was excellent quality and quantity. Staff person was helpful with timing as we had numerous guest speakers presenting awards. Guests were very complimentary that it was a great party! Would highly recommend the Waterview Pavilion!

Perfect Party Venue

Excellent food, professional staff, this venue was perfect for the coed baby shower I threw for my brother and sister-in-law! The guests are still raving about how much fun they had! The view of the marina is beautiful and the entire atmosphere made it an unforgettable day for me and my family.

Best Day Ever!!

Our wedding at the Waterview Pavillion was everything we could have wanted and then some. The staff was so amazing and helpful and the food was delicious. Our guests have been going on and on about how great the food was and how much they ate. Suzanne was more than accommodating and so helpful and flexible. It was so affordable and the room was beautiful. I would highly recommend the Waterview!

Excellent choice for our rehearsal dinner. Suzanne was great to work with and very responsive to our needs. The food was delicious and the view of the marina made it more special. What a great value!

We had my son’s christening at the Riverview Pavilion and we could not be happier with the party! Suzanne was so helpful, responsive and she made sure everything was perfect. The food was great and so was the service. I would definitely book another event with them in the future!

Suzanne was amazing. There was no detail that she didn’t foresee and provide complete satisfaction with competence and ease. The food was very good and plentiful. It was truly a pleasure having our event at Waterview Pavilion.

Everything on your end was great. However the guest (children) upstairs were a bit noisy and the children were very loud while in the downstairs hallway.

Our recent event at the Waterview Pavilion was a wonderful experience.
It was a pleasure to work with Suzanne & Janine, they made the whole process so easy and were very responsive to my needs. The whole staff was great.

We had a retirement cocktail party for a colleague at the Riverview. The service was outstanding and everyone raved about the food. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating- especially with regard to last minute details. I highly recommend the Waterview and the Riverview!

Janine and Suzanne were so attentive and pleasant to work with. They always answered emails promptly and answered all questions even if it was multiple times in one day. Also, the wait staff was so sweet and personable and on top of everything. Everyone raved about the food , we had a brunch and it was delicious, definitely opt for the omelette station ?? I would recommend this place again and again.

I hosted a bridal shower here and it was nothing short of amazing. The guests were raving about the venue and the food for days after the event. The staff at the Waterview Pavilion where amazing. Due to health issues we had to move are party twice and Susanne was so compassionate and accommodating . The night of my daughters Sweet Sixteen the Waterview looked gorgeous and the food was delicious . My family and I couldn’t of been happier.

Suzanne, Patty and staff did an amazing job!! They were available to answer questions every step of the way. My wedding ceremony and reception went perfect! They accommodated our ideas and vision with design and set up, offering may great suggestions. Suzanne also did a great job directing the wedding party and guests, ensuring everything went according to plan. The food was excellent and the service outstanding! I highly recommend them and thank you to all the staff at the Riverview Pavilion for making our day perfect!!

We had our daughter's sweet 16 at the Waterview Pavilion and were so happy with everything. They were extremely helpful and patient with us even when I was overwhelmed during the planning phase. They worked hard to accommodate my needs and their response time was always quick. We looked at many places before choosing this one. My daughter fell in love with the room when she saw a friend's sweet 16 Instagram photos taken here. When we visited, we were all impressed with the looks and value, especially when compared to some of the other places we considered.

The Waterview is the best wedding venue at the Jersey Shore because of the staff! Sure, the views, the building and the food were great, but the staff was so helpful and responsive that it really helped us with our special day!

We want to Thank the Waterview Pavillion, for all of their hard work to make our wedding day OUTSTANDING ! They were very responsive when emailing with questions thru out the whole process. While coming into some hiccups, the Waterview handled every situation professionally and deligently. We were very pleased with the service & hospitality. We had a wonderful evening for the SLH Elementary School’s Nautical Night Out. This Mother Son event was a huge success because of the attention to detail from Janine. The food was delicious! The staff was so friendly with our kids! Even going as far as to participate in scavenger hunt challenges with the kids. Everyone had a fantastic time and it was because of the quality of service you provide. Thank you!

We had our wedding at the Riverview Pavilion and we were beyond impressed. Patty is truly my hero! She was always one step ahead of me (something that never happens!) and was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure every question I had was answered. A little over a year ago, my surprise bridal shower was thrown for me at the Waterview Pavilion. It was one of the most amazing experiences!!! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Beautiful views, great food, pretty interior, great location, attentive staff. Fast forward to my cousin getting engaged and asking me to be her Matron of Honor... Well, in addition to being super excited, I realized I had a lot of planning to figure out! But one thing I was pretty sure about was that I wanted to host her bridal shower at the Waterview Pavilion! Her shower was this past weekend and I'm happy to report... Waterview once again did NOT disappoint! They were very responsive to my (many) planning-related emails, and on the day-of they attended to every detail. Very thankful to have found Waterview. They are a reliable and reasonably priced venue, and they impressed our guests at both events :) Can't wait to have another excuse to host an event there!

We could not be happier with our daughters Sweet 16 that took place on 9/16/17 at the Riverview Pavilion. Suzanne was terrific! She very was organized, and always willing to help. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just beautiful . A fun night had by all!

The Waterview Pavilion was the perfect spot for my 50th Birthday Gathering! The location and room set up was amazing and Suzanne and Patty have the preparation down to a science making for stress free planning and a fabulous party!! Several of my guests RAVED about how delicious the food was as well!! This is THE PLACE if you are looking for an all around superb experience with fun staff so easy to work with. It was so enjoyable that I am looking for any excuse to plan another event there... Lol. Bottom line is you can't go wrong with this venue!

Waterview Pavilion was the perfect venue for the wedding of my daughter's dreams !! We are beyond pleased with their involvement and attention to detail throughout the planning and the execution of our vision. Suzanne and Patty are there from start to finish to make sure the bride's dream becomes a reality. Our event was at Riverview on the 2nd floor. Very nice space. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The people were very nice. They responded to my emails even when it was off hours. I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend. I can't say that i have one complaint.

This was our second event held here. Staff has always been courteous and professional. However this time we had a tragic accident in our family right before the event and the staff was so comforting and understanding to our situation . i cannot thank them enough!

Hosted a bridal shower in the Riverview room. Suzanne and Patty were a valuable resource, easy to work with and always responsive. We had a buffet luncheon. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The cake was also delicious and decorated very pretty with a requested theme. The wait staff was helpful and efficient. The view of the marina from this space is beautiful, and worth being upstairs. The only drawback to this is there is only a single bathroom on this level, the larger one in on lower level. All in all a great value!

Absolutely amazing ! Such professionalism, not one problem, Patty and Suzanne are hands down in the field they are meant to be in. So many of our guests said that was the best wedding and raved about the food and service. I wish we could have a repeat of that every year ! Patty and Suzanne helped with a smile every step of the way to make our wedding day everything we dreamt. My daughter said that her Sweet 16 at the Waterview Pavilion was "The Best Night of My Life". I enjoyed it too, all the hassle was taken out of the process. I recently had a bridal shower at the Riverview Pavilion. It was so easy to schedule an appointment to book the event, they answered all of our questions, and were extremely responsive to all follow up questions. They were extremely accommodating to some last minute changes we had and kept us reminded of final details leading up to the day of event. They got every detail right from the seating and table layout, to the menu, to the room setup, etc. The staff were professional and extremely attentive to every need on the day of, creating smooth and perfect service. I highly recommend the Waterview & Riverview Pavilion for any event!

I know guests will never say a wedding was bad, but we have gotten so many compliments on the food, service, and experience from all of our guest! 16 years ago we had our daughter's christening at the Waterview Pavilion and we returned to have her Sweet 16 in May 2017! We had the pleasure of working with Patty who responds to all e-mails and calls immediately and provides information as well as creative suggestions. She was very helpful and made planning and setting up for our party a pleasure. The party was fantastic, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, especially the shrimp! This is the second time I have worked with the Waterview Pavilion for a high school dance. The event coordinators are professional and very accommodating. They respond quickly via email or phone call when you have a question. They also understand that working with teenage students, sometimes there may be last minute issues/conflicts to seating arrangements, etc. The wait staff is also very friendly and patient with students. Overall, our students had a great evening and we would certainly recommend the venue to friends and colleagues!

We were looking for a venue to not only accommodate our large wedding but also one that we could hold our ceremony in as well and when I walked into the Waterview Pavilion, I knew instantly this was the venue I wanted to have our wedding. The uniqueness of the Waterview is truly special with its bright ceremony room that holds a view of the Shark River and it's wrap around balcony held for cocktail hour overlooking the ballroom. Working with Suzanne and Patty was exceptional. Any message I sent was quickly responded with all the information I needed and more. It made the planning process easy and relaxed knowing that everything was going to be taken care of. Every guest gave us compliments either on the beautiful ballroom, delicious food, friendly staff or all the above. Many even said it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I would highly recommend the Waterview Pavilion to anyone looking to have a wedding to remember. You will not be disappointed!

BOOK THIS VENUE! I viewed 20+ places and nobody came close to the girls at waterview! I could talk on the phone with Sue and Patty for hours! They are so understanding of brides needs and met every single expectation. The food was on point and the service was unreal! My husband and i didnt have to go to the open bar(Which was included) once because the ladies kept bringing our refreshments we asked for. We had our Ceremony on the dance floor and allowed the guest to watch from the top floor balcony looking over the dance floor. THEY ALLOWED MY TWO DOGS TO BE APART OF MY BIG DAY! This was the best wedding that i could have ever asked for and it was all because of the class and professionalism this venue provided. Thank you so much again! Our wedding reception at the Riverview pavilion was absolutely wonderful! From the start Suzanne and Patty exceeded our expectations. The both of them were so nice, helpful, and accomidating. Whenever we had any concerns or questions, they responded to us quickly, and always made us feel like we were taken care of. The venue, overlooking the river, is stunning! The food was great, and our guests really enjoyed themselves. We highly recommend this venue for all occasions!
