Best Videographer!

Jorge came to our rescue for our wedding this past October. After our original videographer cancelled on us two weeks before our wedding, we began searching and came across Jorge. Not only did he match everything we were looking for, but he made our vision come true. He was so incredibly kind and knows exactly how to capture every moment in your wedding since it goes so fast. He is AMAZING and truly came to our rescue! We are so thankful that he was a part of day and made our day even more special.

Amazing, reasonable, beautiful classic film!

Jorge was so amazing to work with, before, during and after our wedding! He worked with me to make sure I had all the moments and things I wanted captured. He was easy to communicate with, very professional, and does a beautiful job editing video. I feel like I can relive my wedding over and over which is a true treasure. He went above and beyond what we had agreed on to make sure our videos were perfect, and his videos have been my favorite part of our wedding so far! I can't recommend Jorge and Waterloo Films enough.

Best Wedding Videographer Ever!!!

Jorge and the team at Waterloo Films are beyond amazing. He did our wedding this past January and was extremely understanding and flexible when we had to move our date from May 2020 - and still did a perfect job capturing our day despite having a wedding during COVID. His videos were perfectly put together to help us remember the best moments of our wedding day. The care put into putting together our wedding videos is so evident by the final products. Waterloo Films is the best of the best - will recommend them again and again and again!!!

Amazing wedding videos!

We are so happy we hired Jorge with Waterloo Films to be our videographer for our wedding. We love all three of our wedding videos and also love that we have a short one minute video to share with acquaintances, a longer ten minute video to share with our close friends and family, and an even longer documentary-type hour-long video for ourselves. We have already watched our videos several times since getting them back and both of us can't help smiling each time we watch. The videos turned out even better than we had hoped and help remind us of small parts of the day that we had already forgotten. If you are on the fence about whether or not to hire Waterloo Films, I highly recommend you move forward with them because you definitely won't regret it!

Jorge is a true professional and great to work with!

Jorge at Waterloo Films was amazing to work with. We chose him because we loved his work on previous videos and the way that he was able to capture couples naturally. We feel confident that he did the same for us. We also wanted to choose vendors we connected with when we talked to them and Jorge is so easy to get along with. I could tell during our wedding that Jorge is a true professional with a great eye for film-- he was always looking for the best spot to set up and the best angle for each shot throughout the day. He also had this amazing way of being both "out of the way" yet always present to capture the great unexpected moments! Thank you Jorge for your amazing work! Waterloo films helped us relive our favorite day!

Jorge is incredible at his job! Him and his crew pay very close attention to details and it shows in the final product. Jorge did an incredible job of tying in music that fit with the vibe of our wedding and the music fit perfectly in every moment of the wedding. Jorge is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. I received my video sneak peek, short film, and our whole entire wedding film before our signed contract date to receive the final products. Jorge is very friendly and makes you feel at home! Him and his crew truly care about customer service and giving you the best final product. Highly recommend Jorge for his work!

Great Videos!

Jorge was so great! He was able to capture our wedding beautifully. He asked us exactly what we wanted a delivered a wonderful final product. I love the short films for sharing and the wedding video was so special to watch with my husband! He made sure the final product was exactly what we wanted and he even went back and added additional dancing into our final video! Jorge was so accommodating, and the videos were wonderful! Best Decision We've Made for the Wedding!!

We can not be more thrilled with the AMAZING video created by Waterloo Films! Jorge turns your wedding day into the most MAGICAL ARTISTRY and we're beyond delighted to be able to have our memories captured by him. Jorge exceeded expectations from the start and was always very responsive (not all mourvendors were). He was one of my favorite vendors and made the entire process easy for us. His editing is spot on and his creativity makes for a great flow to the entire video. Some people debate getting a videographer but I can attest that WATERLOO FILMS 100% EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS AND WAS ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS WE'VE MADE FOR OUR WEDDING!! Movie of the Year

Five years ago, my first daughter to get married, didn’t think a videographer was necessary. I insisted and she found the BEST ever, Jorge, owner of Waterloo Films. We didn’t even think twice when our second daughter got married this summer. I was so very thankful that he was available for my other daughter’s wedding day! Jorge does his job so well; he is never intrusive, as a matter of fact, you forget he’s even there!!! Jorge is professional, kind, gifted, and creative.
After all the filming, he gets busy producing the most beautiful love story ever shown - YOURS! His videos are magical! All the details and artistry combined are spectacular. I cry every time I watch the videos he made for us. The memories of your special day will always be in your heart, but Jorge preserves them in such a way that time will never dull them in your mind!

Incredible

We could not be more happy!!

The wedding videos that Jorge created for us are memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives! We decided that we wanted a video of our wedding so that we could have the memories and the feelings of the day, and Jorge gave us more than we could have asked for.

He got great footage of us which is surprising because we really don't even remember seeing cameras at our wedding and it was only him working multiple cameras! Jorge's editing skills are fantastic, and he picked out all of our favorite moments and documented them in such an amazing way.

We could not be more pleased with Jorge and would have spent double to get the movies he provided us. If you're looking for a Videographer at a great price who you will capture your day beautifully....We HIGHLY recommend Jorge!

I truly cannot say enough about Waterloo Films and Jorge. I agree with another reviewer. If you're on the fence about getting a videographer, I promise you will NOT regret it... and I can't imagine a better choice than Waterloo. We were absolutely blown away by the incredible movie-like video production they created for us. Our wedding day flew by, but we will cherish these videos and memories forever. I can't remember ever seeing Jorge or his team actually at the event (they blend in so well!!) but they captured all of our favorite moments. I cry every time I get to watch my dad's speech (a picture can't do that). And here's another testament to their professionalism.. TWO years after our wedding, I had some questions for Jorge and requested to be sent some footage, and he respond within minutes with exactly what we needed. THANK YOU, THANK YOU Waterloo Films!!

If anyone is on the fence about getting a videographer, I would highly recommend getting one AND to book Waterloo films!!! It has been so much fun 'reliving' our special day - it is amazing how much you forget. Jorge was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process - he made it extremely easy to plan the day of and I felt that it was fairly hands-off on our part, which we really appreciated.

When we received our videos back, we were absolutely blown away by the quality and how much it perfectly captured the feeling of the day. We did not give him any background music suggestions, and he was able to pick songs that fit our day perfectly. He captured every emotion and special moment of our ceremony and speeches while also perfectly capturing how much fun everyone had :) The short video he created for us (~7 minutes) was sent to a friend's parent (who doesn't know my husband or I), and she even said that she got emotional during our ceremony and felt that she was there the day of <- this to me captures how great the video was.

Overall, I am so incredibly happy with the work Jorge produced. If you look through the videos he has created, I think the work speaks for itself. I have recommended him to some friends and family members getting married, and will continue to recommend him in the future.

If you are looking for the perfect wedding videographer look no further. Jorge will capture your special day in such a way that you will be able to cherish for years to come! Living in the Austin, TX area I have seen Jorge’s work over the years and I always wanted him to shoot our wedding but our issue was we were having a destination wedding in Oregon. My wife and I had searched for a videographer up in the Pac Northwest for a long time but never found one who’s work we really fell in love with. We decided that it would be worth it to fly Jorge up to Oregon because we knew the finished product would be incredible and it truly was! Jorge (Waterloo Films) captured so many little details from our wedding day and retold the story in such a way that we were able to experience the euphoria all over again. The full videos are great to have but where Jorge truly shines is in the creation of the short videos. The way he shoots, cuts, adds in the audio and edits his videos are unlike anyone else out there, check out his Vimeo or Facebook page (Waterloo Films) and you will see exactly what I and other reviewers are talking about. On top of his excellent work he is an all-around wonderful person and he will make you feel at ease the whole time (from the planning process to the end result).

As most people can attest, your wedding day is filled with so much joy and craziness but it really does go by in a blur. Jorge has such a great relaxing demeanor, worked in tandem with the photographer and other wedding vendors (even though he never met them before) and is a master of his craft! He will be in the background capturing all the moments while you go through your wedding day being whisked around like a celebrity. We were so happy with his finished product (two AMAZING short videos from the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day, and of course full videos of the ceremony, reception, first dances, speeches, etc.). We were so glad to have Jorge there, thank you again!!!

A videographer was the only vendor missing from our wedding day line up. I pushed hard for one early on in the planning process, but it had to be cut to accommodate other things. Well, six weeks before our wedding my dad realized this event needed to be caught on film and man, are we all SO happy he changed his mind and even MORE happy that Jorge was available so close to our date! Jorge was a joy to work with, reasonably priced and totally knocked it out of the park with our film. Our wedding was perfect and I'm so thrilled to be able to relive our day as many times as I want.

I found Waterloo Films and immediately fell in love with Jorge's work. He produced wedding videos unlike most videographers on the market in Austin. He was easy to work with and responded to questions right away. He also was very helpful working within our budget.
Every person that has seen the wedding video has cried and said they loved it. I didn't cry at the wedding but every time I watch the video I tear up. Jorge has a wonderful talent of capturing the beauty and essence of the day. I would highly recommend going with his package that includes the short film. It's wonderful to have the ceremony, speeches and dances but the magic is all in the short film. It's where Jorge really shines above the rest of the videographers out there.
After much research, I found that other vendors will just show highlights of the day and put it to music. Jorge will actually have the music of your choice as well as speeches and vows and it is put together so beautifully. You can tell he listens to the vows or speeches, basically what people are saying and finds the perfect clip to go with it. In my sisters' speeches they spoke about when I was little and how I loved to dance. In the video he had that clip of my sisters' speech and put it to a clip of my husband and I dancing to our first dance. It's the detail that Jorge really understands well. I don't think there are words to fully describe my satisfaction with Jorge and his team. They are creative geniuses. I feel like Jorge wanted to perfectly capture our wedding just as much as we wanted him to. I am an A-type, perfectionist so in choosing my vendors I put hours into research. My husband and I could have not made a better decision. Not only was Jorge easy to work with, but he was always more than happy to answer my questions and he was always so kind.

We just received our short film back this week and could not be more thrilled with how it turned out. We've watched it over and over again and are so in love with the footage. Jorge did such a great job with putting the film together including the angles, music and the special little moments I forgot about. My wedding day was wonderful, but also really hectic and I feel like I didn't get to really put eyes on all my hard work. Thank goodness for Jorge...for the first time since the wedding I actually feel like I got to "see" my wedding.

There is nothing else that could replace live footage of your wedding and if you are on the fence about getting a videographer let me reassure you that it will be the BEST BEST BEST decision you can make.

Jorge and his team were so good that half the time I forgot that they were there because they just blended in with our guest. Jorge goes above and beyond to deliver a great product to his clients and you can tell from the first time you talk to him that he is passionate about what he does.

My advice to anyone looking for their wedding videographer is to book Waterloo films as quickly as you can! You will in no way be disappointed and will have an amazing video to share with your friends, family and future kiddos :)

Jorge was fantastic prior/during/and after my wedding. He is an absolute genius in videography - I couldn't love my wedding video any more. I also appreciated how open he was to feedback and was willing to make edits during the final process. After I put my wedding video on Facebook, I received so many compliments that I have now referred Jorge far and wide - and each bride/groom could not be happier with him. Jorge did such an outstanding, fantastic job with our wedding video. We first found him online and watched one of his short videos--we both teared up. That's how we knew this was the guy for us. He reviewed our wedding website to get to know us some more, and his communications were great. The day of, he and his fellow videographer slipped right in and got going on everything. He was there for all the perfect shots and all the perfect moments. Such a nice guy, very professional, and wonderful work. We're so grateful we had such a good vendor and person to work with.

After the wedding, he gave us a teaser short (3-4 minutes), then gave us the full 20-minute video later. Great work takes some time! With our DVD/Blueray combo, we got the 3 min trailer, 20-minute video, full ceremony, and full toasts. It's an excellent value, and we definitely watched it a few times before the one-year anniversary review. Plus, family/friends who weren't able to make it loved it, and those who did make it liked reliving the fun times.

I found Waterloo films on the blog "style me pretty". I had been researching videographers and until that point I hadn't seen any wedding videos I was impressed by. The video I watched of Jorge's was at the same venue as my wedding and the videography was breathtaking. I knew at that moment this was who I wanted at my wedding. I emailed back and forth with Jorge and met him in person the day of our wedding. He had an additional camera man with him so that they could get a variety of footage. The best part was I hardly remember seeing them after our initial introduction. They were both very professional and were able to shoot amazing footage without ruining the ambiance with bulky camera equipment. Jorge emailed me a 3 minute highlight video a few months after the wedding and my husband and I were both blown away. It is AMAZING!!! He chose one song that played throughout the video and it perfectly captured the feeling of the day. I have probably watched it 20 times since he emailed it to me and it makes me cry every time. We cannot wait to see the full length video and we expect to receive within the next month or so. Our wedding was the best day of my life and having a video to watch and remember it was the best decision we could have made. I highly recommend having a videographer at your wedding and specifically Waterloo films!

Jorge is the BEST!! I was running behind on my planning and I literally had a week before the wedding with no videographer! I called, explained my situation and he was more then willing to take on the task. He was extremely polite and professional. The video was made in a timely matter. Jorge with Waterloo Films was hands down one of my most coveted investments for our wedding. After previewing his work online, I knew our styles were alike. Due to the fact that Jorge lived 7 hours away from me, we were unable to meet prior to the day of the wedding. I was a bit apprehensive about that, but the minute I met him all my concerns went away. He was so professional in his ability to capture all of the special moments throughout the day, but yet I hardly knew he was there!! He was extremely quick in getting our short film emailed to us, which I watched a dozen times over because it brought back all those special memories from that day. His ability to edit and transform raw footage in to a magical movie is amazing. I would highly recommend his work to any bride-to-be or event planner.

After seeing Jorge's work at a wedding I attended a few years back, I knew when the time came, he was who I wanted to film my wedding. When I got engaged April 2012 he was one of the first vendors I contacted. He goes above and beyond for his clients and makes sure he gets exactly what you are looking for. Each of his films I have seen are different and unique to the couple. I love watching our highlight video to re-live the most amazing night of my life and I know that without his hard work and talent that video wouldn't be as great. Hire this man right now. Jorge is an incredibly talented film artist with an amazing eye for detail and we could not have imagined an easier person to work with for our wedding. Jorge perfectly captured all of the little moments from our wedding day that we would not remembered on our own with all of the excitement from the day. I know many couples debate having a videographer in addition to a photographer but after seeing our wedding video, we are so glad that we decided to commemorate our special day on film. Jorge captured moments from that day that we are excited to watch over and over in the years to come: the toasts from each of our dads and siblings, my husband dancing doing the twist with his grandmother at the reception, the tears in my dad’s eyes the first time he saw me in my dress, the joy in our voices as we said our vows and the pure happiness that we all shared throughout the day. Jorge incorporated songs into the video that are important to us and even added extra time because he had so much footage from the day. Jorge was everywhere that day but he does his job so well that hardly anyone noticed him. The quality of Jorge’s work is magnificent and, in addition, he is kind and easy going. We were so excited to have Jorge shoot our wedding! He flew all the way to New York City and was able to capture amazing shots of our ceremony at St. Patrick's Cathedral and around Rockefeller Center-- which are very challenging spots to film. His professionalism, friendliness and most importantly the quality of his videos exceeded our expectations. We really love being able to relive our wedding day through the videos ... it was a day that seemed to happen so fast, and being able to relive our feelings, the moments and see the people who joined in celebrating our big day is just fabulous. Jorge was professional and respectful before and during our event. He worked with our budget graciously, and he covered our rehearsal dinner and wedding with so much class. He was never in the way (in fact, when we saw many of the shots, we didn't even realize he was there for them!), but he was still able to capture all the important parts, but more importantly, the small moments that made our day special. As I was getting ready on our wedding day, he heard a song playing in the room, and asked me if that was the kind of music I liked. I said yes, and just from that, he picked the perfect songs for our highlights video. I still love watching our highlights video because somehow he was able to truly capture the feel of the day with so much heart! I highly recommend Jorge and his team!

Waterloo Films was by far the best investment I made for my wedding. I love looking at our wedding pictures and I loved our photographer. But no picture has made me relive our wedding and made me cry over and over again like the video we got from our wedding from Waterloo. It looks like a movie. He captured every moment that I wanted and many that I didn't even know had happened. It was a breeze to work with Jorge and I would recommend him to everyone of my friends!!

Jorge at Waterloo Films did an AMAZING job capturing our wedding on film and delivered a quality product that I will cherish forever. Jorge was professional the entire day of our wedding, he made us feel comfortable as he was filming all the important details, and was quick in the delivery of highlight videos and full-length videos. I would definitely recommend Waterloo Films. Our wedding highlights video was so spectacular, that we have heard of it being passed around to friends and family members of our friends. A friend at work said that watching our video made her really want a videographer for her upcoming wedding, although she didn't originally want one! And one of our friends said that the video brought a tear to her dad's eye, whom we've never even met! Jorge, the owner, is super flexible and easy going. He showed up early to the wedding, which was out of town, and stayed late to get some really good shots of us having too much fun dancing and drinking. He's just a really cool guy who makes you feel at ease and he isn't noticeable when shooting with even two cameras. We got a short highlights video, a longer highlights video, video of the entire ceremony on really nicely packaged DVDs and Blue Rays. The price is definitely worth it!

Jorge at Waterloo Films was the BEST. Kind and unobtrusive, he perfectly captured our wedding day from the getting ready moments to our exit, and did so with such skill. We cannot say enough about how much we love both our teaser video and our full-length film. He caught so many moments my husband and I were so happy to relive, or moments we completely missed! He has given us the most beautiful gift we'll have to look back on for the rest of our lives. Jorge has a true passion and talent for being in the right place at the right time. We interviewed several videographers before choosing him. He actually was almost invisible the day of my wedding in a good way - no camera shoved up in my face or anything, but was fully capturing everything in such a gorgeous and emotional way that will be a cherished keepsake for my family. He was flexible on meeting times and was great to correspond with via email or phone. He even captured all the details of the decor - I was a huge DIY bride that built things from scratch that the photographer missed (not Deborah, but another we hired for the day of). Weddings have so much emotion and movement and he was able to translate that into a video we can watch whenever we want and gift to relatives that weren't able to make the trip and attend as they live out of state. I will admit, once we hired him I did stalk his website watching for new wedding video footage to be uploaded up until our wedding day. I just couldn't get enough. Hire him. It' simple as that. You won't regret it.

AMAZING!!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Jorge at Waterloo films. I just received my final wedding video from him and it is truly a work of art. I was impressed with Jorge from the beginning. He was able to capture every aspect of our wedding day without being intrusive in any way. So many little things pop up last minute and it was wonderful to have a videographer who actually arrived very early. He is extremely pleasant to work with and a true gentleman. Within a few weeks after our wedding he sent a highlight clip that was awesome and it was so nice to be able to see parts of our wedding so soon after. I am not aware of any other videographer as timely. The final wedding video is just awesome. My sister was married a year before me and she is jealous and impressed by the quality of my video and the timeliness in which I received it. He has an incredible creative eye is an excellent videographer. If you are considering a videogrpaher I cannot stress to you enough how highly I recommend Waterloo films.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Excellent price and a product that is WAY above the price point that we paid! I even had to get ready off site and Jorge showed up extra early to the off site location so that he could get us getting ready and be ready at the venue on time saying that he "wanted to get everything to give us the best video". That's indicative of our whole experience with him. Look no more, you've found your videographer!

Jorge was a pleasure to work with--accommodating, extremely unobtrusive, and professional throughout the planning process and the wedding day itself. The finished product was a film that brought us so much joy. It was phenomenal! The quality was exceptional--very very well done. I decided to go with a videographer a couple weeks before my wedding. I called Jorge at Waterloo and he said that he happened to have my wedding date available since he had a cancellation earlier. He was very responsive and easy to work with. We hardly noticed he was there the day of the wedding! He did an awesome job of capturing the night. He has a very artistic eye and it really shows in his work. I love the actual wedding video but my favorite is the short trailer that he put together that goes with one of our favorite songs. It will be such a fun memory to have of our wedding. I am so happy I decided to go with Waterloo. Thank you Jorge!

Jorge, the owner of Waterloo Films, is awesome. You should hire him! Super talented and just a nice guy. Again, you want good people around you on your wedding day. I cannot stress this enough. Jorge consulted with me and my husband when he needed us and then kind of blended in with the background, which is sort of only way to get to that "documentary" type feeling we wanted our video to have. He definitely knows what he's doing.

Videography was kind of a last minute addition for me. I spent an afternoon at work watching other brides' videos, crying silently, and I decided I needed a videographer. I talked to Jorge and a couple other videographers, and was so impressed with how he was genuinely interested in our wedding, my vision for it, our background, why we had chosen Austin, etc. I will say, the fact that his prices were very reasonable did not hurt either, especially because video was not an initial requirment of mine.

I'm so glad I found Jorge and I'm so glad I decided to go with a video. There is really so much you miss on your wedding day! Even though I felt like I was mentally present for most of it, I wasn't in the room when my husband was getting ready or on the dancefloor for every song. It's so nice to have those moments captured forever.

Jorge worked with us for more than 12 hours that day. It seemed like it just didn't matter to him what hours he worked, he wanted to get the best footage, to make the best video. I really appreciated that.

We've only seen a trailer so far but it is incredible. The footage he captured is beautiful - he uses these kick butt HD cameras. Just as importantly, though, he is also a genius editor. In five minutes, the trailer makes you want to cry, laugh, and dance, so I would say he nailed it. I cannot wait to see the rest!

If you're on the fence about video, go for it! And hire Waterloo! You will not regret it. If it's as beautifully done as what Jorge does, you really will want to watch it again and again.

Waterloo films did a fantastic job with our wedding video. It was very professional and will be a great keepsake for years to come. Jorge was able to capture the wedding from creative viewpoints and put in a lot of time and effort into making a beautiful and artistic video. Jorge, owner of Waterloo Films, is a MUST for your wedding day. My daughter was married on June 8th, 2013 on the beautiful grounds of Laguna Gloria. She had a contract with the best photographer in Austin and wondered if it was even necessary to hire a videographer. YES is the answer! Jorge shot the most beautiful video I’ve ever watched. I cry every time I watch it. You might think it’s because she’s my daughter, but my friends ALL told me it was the best wedding video they’ve ever seen.
Jorge is a creative genius. He tells a story of the couple’s day in a way no other can and then adds the perfect music for each scene. The main event, of course, is the marriage itself. The marital vows are at the center of this story, but Jorge cuts away to all the other special moments and then comes back time after time to the vows. To see the smiles on the bride and groom’s face, to hear their voices and laughter, to see the tears of happiness in their eyes is indescribable. Jorge is a very kind and nonintrusive gentleman and is so easy to work with! He captures the beauty of the wedding day without you hardly noticing he’s there!

My husband was convinced we did not need a videographer for our big day but I finally convinced him that yes, we did! And boy, not only does he love our video, so does our family! I choke up each time we watch it. Jorge is great! He came to Houston to film our wedding and did a great job. There were certain parts that weren't in the feature video that we had hoped would be in it but we understand that there was just so much going on and so much footage that all of it couldn't possibly be on the video. Regardless, he has such a great eye and the cinematography was wonderful. The music selection, the speeches that were incorporated, were all chosen nicely. He had my husband and my dad wear mini microphones inside their jackets/pant pockets so that it would record everything clearly. His style was definitely what we were looking for. Many videographers we were looking at for our wedding didn't quite capture our style and his definitely fit our style. He is very professional and will answer every question you have and give you options as well, which is great. Thank you so much for capturing our big day!! :)
