This place was literally a dream come true. From the moment my husband (fiancé at the time) and I walked into the Warehouse we instantly knew it was our venue. I’ll never forget my husband looking at me and saying “it just feels like US.” That’s when I knew it had to be ours.
From the character of the building, to all of the beautiful hidden gems within, this place is a true gem. The staff is also INCREDIBLE! Our wedding coordinator, Megan was the absolute best. If you’re ever thinking you don’t need a coordinator, think again!! From seating arrangements to table placement, she thought of it all. She was always willing and ready to answer all of my crazy last minute questions and always accommodated our needs. In the words of my husband, “We can’t wait to have our next event at Warehouse 435!” -

Can’t recommend enough!
Warehouse435 was way better than we ever could have imagined! I fell in love with their aesthetic and was thrilled to be able to have both our ceremony and reception in one space without a lot of moving around.
The space is so beautiful that I needs little decor but they were very accommodating to anything we wanted to add.
Hire the day of coordinator!! Kaytee was such a joy to work with and went way above and beyond the duties of a “day of” coordinator. I expected her to only show vendors where to set up and tell people where to go but she helped us work through our timeline, messaged our vendors ahead of time to make sure they were prepared, and did most of the decorating. She was super fun and even made some TikTok’s with us so we had some videos to look back on soon after the wedding.
I can’t recommend Warehouse435 enough! More than worth picking a venue 1.5 hrs away :) -

All we can say is WOW! What a fantastic venue. From the moment we set foot in Warehouse435, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. Len was so friendly and fabulous to work with and Dana helped our day to go so smoothly! Between the three beautiful areas of the venue, we had no shortage of space and it was evident that every room was crafted with care. Setting foot in the venue without all of the wedding decor that most will add, the venue doesn’t need much at all to enhance the already picturesque rooms and amazing atmosphere. From beginning to end, we were so amazed with the hospitality of the owners and their care for our special day. Booking at Warehouse435 was the best decision we could have made and our guests are still complimenting the venue! We are so thankful for the wonderful experience we had at Warehouse435 and HIGHLY recommend it!WAREHOUSE435's reply:

Definitely recommend this venue to everyone planning a wedding or event! Besides just an open the door beautiful space...you can add your own personal touches and make it your own. Owners and staff was beyond excellent. Responsive and very helpful. My day was everything I wanted and more and Warehouse 435 made that possible! -

The staff at Warehouse 435 went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the look and feel we wanted for our wedding. They were very responsive when we had questions and made themselves available when needed. The venue has a modern rustic industrial feel to it which captivates the look and feel we were going for. Our guest absolutely loved the venue. Once we seen the venue and had a good vibe from the staff we were sold and I'm sure you will be to. -

I knew from the moment I set foot into Warehouse435 I wanted to have my wedding there! They decor matched the rusric theme I was going for! Len and Susie were amazing throughout the whole process, and my guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the place was! And the bridal suite and Groom's room were amazing!! -

The best venue !!! Len and his wife were so helpful. They were so flexible and helpful as we navigated through 2020! The bridal suite, groomsmen room, and the dock room for the ceremony were SO nice. They were so very accommodating. We got so many compliments at our wedding about how beautiful the place was!! I would 10000% recommend this venue to anyone! -

Lenny & Susie are who you want to work with for your upcoming wedding/event, that I can assure you. We were honored to be able to be WAREHOUSE435's first ever wedding in our hometown. The owners were flexible and allowed creativity to make your event YOUR own. They were always available when help was needed, or questions needed answered. They offer quality amenities, and I assure you the space also speaks for itself. It has character you will not have to spend hundreds on decor! We LOVED our day and all of our vendors, including WAREHOUSE435. Definitely considering this place and these people to help make your day magical, you won't regret it -

This venue was absolutely perfect in every way! The historic look brings such beauty to accent any decor or style you have for your occasion. The owners were so kind, flexible, and dedicated to making sure our event was perfect :) Lots of room and options for guests whether it be dinner, dancing, or mingling outside on the patio area. Plenty of parking & easy access to the kitchen for caterers! -

The Perfect Venue
Len and his team did everything to make our special day even better. From the location to the atmosphere both inside and out this is truly a great place to hold your special event. There are a ton of ways to set up the interior space and truly suit your needs. They have a full bar area, and enough seating inside to host all of your guests. Plenty of parking outside means that no one will need to Uber or park far away. Definitely check them out! -

We received so many compliments on this venue space after having our wedding here in October! The space is unique and beautiful and I loved the bridal suite (so did the hair and make-up artists that utilized it). Len was great to work with, always willing to answer questions and very accommodating. My now husband and I searched high and low for the most perfect venue that fit our vibe. I found so many talented wedding vendors through my late night searches on IG. I finally came across WAREHOUSE435 and immediately fell in love just off of the pictures alone. Wayne and I made arrangements for our tour, and I mean, it was just beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking!!! I knew this venue would make my DIY dreams come true!!
Our Day of Coordinator, Megan was an absolute gem to work with. She curated our wedding day timeline, table arrangements, and even set up all of our DIY decorations. Her input with certain details definitely fine tuned some of our amazing end results. Her services went above and beyond vendor assistance and keeping to a timeline. She offered so much sound advice when we were unsure of things and was great with last minute questions and changes. She handled any day of issues with so much professionalism and grace, we really owe part of our wonderful experience with WAREHOUSE435 to Megan. Future brides, look no further because this is where you will want your wedding to be!!!!

Warehouse 435 was a prefect venue for our Daughter and new Son-in-laws wedding! Len and Sue were awesome to work with and just wonderful, quality people. Lebanon County is fortunate to have this gem.
