There are not enough words to describe how incredible Love Letters Co was for our wedding, more specifically, Renee. When searching for a wedding photographer, it is very easy to become overwhelmed. Thankfully, through our venue and a quick search on The Knot and Wedding Wire, I was drawn to Love Letters Co because of their beautiful style and glowing reviews. My husband and I set an appointment for a consultation and we were matched with Renee. We three instantly connected and my husband and I knew our search was over. Our engagement shoot was at our favorite place, the beach! Renee was not afraid to get down in the sand, climb over the driftwood trees, and get in the water with us. She made us feel so comfortable to just be ourselves and was not afraid to move an arm or a strand of hair to get the perfect photo! She made my dream board come to life and we are still obsessed with our photos! Throughout the wedding planning process, although she was not our planner, Renee was there every step of the way. No matter how many questions we had, she always had an answer and eased our worries. On the day of our wedding, Renee arrived promptly and got right to work. She instantly connected with my family and bridesmaids and made sure she shot every photo idea and pose I asked for! All night I received rave reviews from our guests about what a professional and friendly, down to earth, person Renee is. Our photos were returned in such a timely manner, we even received some sneak peeks before the sneak peek. AND CAN I JUST SAY WOW! The photos are all stunning! Every single person photographed looks amazing! I am happy to say that throughout the stress and chaos of wedding planning, and the day of the wedding, we now can call Renee and her family some of our closest friends! We LOVED working with Renee! We could not have ended up with a better photographer for our destination wedding in SW Florida. Renee was perfect for us as she made our awkward feel totally normal. She was also very adaptive throughout the entire process. For example, we were unable to make it to SW FL before our wedding for our engagement photos, but at the last minute Renee made an engagement session work the week of our wedding. It was invaluable in helping us “practice” for the day of. She also worked around hiccups we encountered on the day of. Generally speaking, Love Letter Co.’s communication was also top notch throughout the process. From a bride’s perspective, you want a photographer who will capture your day as well as be a breath of fresh air throughout the chaos on the day of your wedding - Renee, as well as Lisa (2nd photographer at Love Letters Co), went above and beyond delivering on this. Renee & the Love Letters team are phenomenal! Not only is she the sweetest, but as a couple that always feels awkward when taking cheesy couple photos made us feel relaxed to the point where we were actually enjoying and soaking in the moment! Additionally, the conduct business professionally, always responsive and were very sweet and kind in answering the hundreds of questions I had during those last few crucial weeks! Our photos and video still bring tears to our eyes as we relive every emotion we felt that day! Love Letters Co did such an amazing job with our engagement and wedding photos. We couldn't have asked for a more flexible team due to all the struggles with rescheduling during covid. Love Letters Co. was an absolute dream to work with. We hired them for their photography and coordinating services. From the moment we met Kelly for just an informational meeting, we knew we just had to have her as our photographer. She laid everything out and was very open with everything, there were no hidden surprises. She checked in on us every once in a while and helped provide so many suggestions on vendors. Our engagement photoshoot with Kelly went better then we had ever imagined and we were so excited for our actual wedding day pictures. After our engagement pictures, Kelly provided information on coordinating services and I had no hesitation on hiring Love Letters Co for their coordinating services. Kelly worked with us making sure everything was all lined up and ready to go for the wedding day. Kelly helped to take away the stress of planning. On the actual wedding day, it went so smoothly because of our coordinator Ashley. Ashley had everything ready and it was perfect. I had no stress on the wedding day because of Ashley.
Kelly's pictures were absolutely perfect. She was very fun to shoot with and she knew exactly what she was doing and knew exactly how to get us posed.

We chose Love Letters Co. for our photography and planning services, and we have nothing but great things to say. We worked mostly with Kelly throughout the planning process, she was a joy to collaborate with and greatly helped to bring together all of the moving parts. Kelly did our engagement photos a few months before the wedding and was also our lead photographer for the day of, both experiences were phenomenal. We had so much fun at the engagement session, and of course had a blast the day of the wedding knowing she and her husband were there to catch it all. My wife Jenny and I could not be more thrilled with how working with Kelly and Renee at Love Letters turned out!
We decided to work with Love Letters not just for our wedding photography but for day-of planning. Both turned out to be amazing and worthwhile. Kelly and Renee were incredibly communicative and collaborative as we planned our beach destination wedding during the midst of the pandemic. They were supportive and answered all of our questions. As we neared the wedding day they really kicked things into overdrive and brought on board their colleague Dusty Shelton to help be our on-the-ground person to organize the day-of while Renee took on photography duties. This tag team was invaluable and Dusty helped coordinate everything to make sure people got to where they needed to be (no small feat, given that our wedding was on an island accessible only via ferry or boat) and that everything was in place for both our beachside ceremony and at the venue for the reception.
Renee's photography has turned out stunning and we've only seen a sneak peak at our full spread of photos. We thought we were not incredibly photogenic people and going into the wedding Jenny had asked for us to get just three good photos of us on the beach. Well, we got a lot more than that! The photos are so beautiful and capture our day with elegance and dazzle.
More than anything, Love Letters was a sensitive and professional vendor to work with. The whole team was professional, on time, efficient and yet never rushed us or made us feel off kilter. In fact, just the opposite. On a day brimming with emotions and full of twists and turns, they kept us grounded and focused on each other and on enjoying our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and we highly recommend working with Love Letters for both photography and wedding planning if you're having a wedding anywhere. Thank you so much again!! -

Thorough, quick to respond, and KIND. Kelly & Renee made our wedding day so great. Kelly was my day-of photographer and she felt more like a friend than a vendor. So many minor things went wrong with other vendors (as they tend to do) and Kelly made sure to keep my husband & I happy and focused on each other and truly in the moment. So thankful for her!! From the first phone call to wedding day, they were kind, helpful, and just overall great to work with. They helped plan my timeline, narrow down which photos were of the utmost important to my husband and I (ex: grandparent photos). We received a preview gallery about a week or so after the wedding and WOW is all I can say. The photos are fabulous! My husband and I are truly blessed to have worked with such great people. I would highly recommend them to any bride. I will definitely be hiring Love Letters in the future for family photos! -

They knew the venue so well and offered suggestions for great photo spots. Kelly and Renee are fantastic, always prompt with replying to emails/texts and were really up for anything! Kelly photographed my husband and I’s engagement pictures, a boudoir shoot for me, and our wedding. Renee was the coordinator for the day and I can’t recommend the coordination enough!!Their knowledge of weddings, as well as their partnership with each other made literally everything run smooth. They also had a payment plan for me that was super easy to pay (I chose Venmo) and reminder emails too!
Since they have two different coordination packages, it’s easy to pick what’s best for you and they will talk to you before you commit to make sure it is the best choice for what you need! They were super patient with me as a bride who really didn’t know what to do half the time when planning, and also traveled to THREE different venues during my day!
All in all, can’t wait to do more shoots in the future with them, and I would 100% recommending combining the coordination with the photography!! -

After the awesome customer service we received, we knew it was the photographer for us. Wonderful People and Photographs!
Kelly, Renee, and Grant are amazing! From day one they worked with my husband and I to create the perfect photography package that was within our budget. Being a destination wedding that was planned in just 4 months, they were on top of communication with phone calls/FaceTime to plan out our day and get to know us. This is definitely reflected in our wedding photographs. From all the sneak peek photos we've seen, they are perfect and true to our personalities. The poses are natural and elegant, the lighting is flawless and not overly edited. They're exactly what we envisioned. Having 2 photographers was also beneficial, they were capturing so many candid moments throughout the reception!
To top it off, they coordinated a sparkler exit that was the perfect ending to an amazing day. We cannot wait to see the full album of pictures as well as the video. All 3 are wonderful people and we are so grateful they were the ones capturing our special day. Thank you guys! 😊 -

We booked our photography with Creative Imaginations Photography, which Love Letters Co came from and we are SO HAPPY that we did.
Renee was our engagement shoot photographer and she made that experience so pleasant and fun (we ended up doing a double shoot with our friends who are also engaged!) so we knew we had to book for our wedding as well.
Throughout the entire planning process, Kelly and her team were organized, professional, on the ball with every detail, and even made sure that the timeline for everything was what we wanted. So before the wedding day even came, we were so impressed.
On our day, Kelly was with me in my get ready room and Renee was with the groomsmen. They then helped facilitate a first look and ALL of my family photos prior to the ceremony, in which we were trying to beat rain, heat and getting over 20 people organized. I can say without Kelly and Renee- the entire process before would not have been as successful. They offer coordination/planning services, and it shows. I had provided Kelly the photos that I wanted and she made sure to get every single one and knew exactly how to run it. At one point, they were easing my own fears of rain in the forecast! This carried into the ceremony, where she was helping my guests know when to stand, when to sit, etc. So although I had only booked photography, they went above and beyond by helping direct this and I can say that I have never seen such customer service and making sure that I did not see anything that may have gone array. During the ceremony they worked with my other vendors to ensure we stayed on task, had everything we needed and that all shots were covered (Including a rainbow that was outside - standing in the rain and taking it!)
So many of my guests, family and friends, came up to me after and explained how impressed they were with Kelly and Renee and I could not agree more - I would refer this team to everyone who is thinking of getting married and needs that supportive, client oriented team behind them. Thank you both for everything! -

Her husband, Kevin, was the second photographer, and wow, they truly make a great team! Our pictures turned out beautifully. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Worth every penny :) -

Kelly Howell did an absolutely incredible job capturing the most important day of our lives. Her and her team arrived early, were extremely organized, and truly took the time to get to know us as well as our expectations for our big day. With the sun setting around 5:30 p.m. on our wedding day and our ceremony beginning at 5:00 p.m., the chances of getting any photos of my groom and I with natural lighting were slim. However, Kelly made it happen. After the ceremony she and her team sprinted across the street to get outside on Fort Lauderdale Beach to ensure we were able to get some quality photos.
They were extremely professional, and also flexible to be able to meet our needs.
I highly recommend this team and cannot thank them enough for all they did to capture our day extensively. -

Everything went smoothly and if the guests and I weren’t- Kelly definitely kept us in check. Our engagement pictures were included in our package and they came out so beautiful! I CANNOT wait to see our wedding pictures. -

Alexis Sent on 09/13/2017I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Kelly is! From the beginning she was so accommodating and useful. We booked her way in advance, even had to move the date up for the wedding and she was so helpful with it all. I planned the wedding from Arkansas, she made it so much easier for booking our engagement session, ordering save the dates, having Skype calls, etc. Our engagement pictures turned out so wonderful and she even designed our save the dates exactly how we imagined. The day of, her and her husband were absolutely amazing, the handled everything so great, got a crazy little girl to smile (which is really impossible), kept all the family and friends happy, and got my family pictures done super fast because my father cannot stand long. Every single picture turned out wonderful, it was exactly what we had imagined, she got every detail perfectly. I cannot even describe accurately how amazing everything was. We also booked her in September 2017 when she had a free photo booth deal going on, which was so super cool to have at the wedding, she hired another lady to run that. She worked with everyone of my vendors so everything turned out so smoothly and went perfect!!! -

She did a great job of calming our nerves and making my fiancé and I feel comfortable in front of the camera and captured the most amazing and elegant photos. She was waiting for us when we arrived at the venue and communicated weekly and daily up to the day of the session. She was fun, professional and extremely reasonably priced for the amazing product she delivered! I will definitely be booking her as our wedding photographer and you should too!
