Amy and Kay did an outstanding job on our engagement and wedding photos. We could not be happier with their work! They managed to get every little detail of our wedding, and we're going to cherish the memories they captured. They also do a great job of mixing realism and artistry in their galleries -- I loved having a balance of simple and artsy shots, all edited to perfection. We had a rainy day for our wedding, which meant a lot of our previously planned photo spots were no longer viable, and they adapted so well. I actually think we got even better photos than what we originally planned. Several of our friends and family, including people who have worked in the wedding industry, said they produced the best set of wedding photos they had ever seen. And Amy and Kay were also so helpful and supportive throughout the day -- they even helped me fix my makeup when I got some tear streaks after the first look! If you have the chance to work with them, you should take it -- you will not regret hiring them and having them by your side for your special day! -

These photographers are incredible! They shot our engagement shoot, “elopement”, and our wedding last weekend, and we are absolutely in love with all of the photos! They are very experienced and profession but also fun and friendly- they make you feel completely comfortable in front of a camera even if you normally aren’t. Their style is unmatched, you will seriously think your photos belong in a catalog. They also traveled to NYC, Hudson Valley and Central New York, so no matter where you are, reach out to them! Seriously, we could not have wished for better pictures and a better experience. -

Amy and Kay from Walker Studios LLC are incredible. In a day where A LOT of photographers over edit their photos, it’s nice to have photos that are so good they don’t need much. During any shoot we did with them they would show us a photo or two and I promise I could not believe how incredible they already looked.
They are great at making you feel comfortable if you’re an awkward photo taker lol and are the best in the bizzz. I highly recommend them. BOOK THEM NOW!! -

We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the Walker sisters Amy and Kay. They came to us through friends and family recommendations, and we can't think of a better duo to make the most of your wedding photos. Amy and Kay are fun, thoughtful, and so passionate about what they do. When we first hired Amy and Kay, they highly recommended engagement shoot... we did NOT want to, but boy did they change our minds when they arrived at our apartment in Manhattan. We felt like a king and queen, having fun the entire time. Neither of us are comfortable in front of the camera, but by the end of the night we forgot we even were! The best part? Their photos are STUNNING! So many guests have asked where on earth we found these photography geniuses. Thank you again, Amy and Kay! PS- their sister Tina is a wedding planner too- we hired here and it made the entire experience flawless! -

Prior to even getting engaged, I had seen Amy and Kay's work through the weddings and maternity shoots of several friends. I loved their style so much that I didn't even research any other photographers prior to booking. What I didn't know at the time, is how sweet, thoughtful, and fun they are; just overall a pleasure to work with. They didn't miss one detail during the wedding day, and made all of us feel comfortable during the whole process. My husband HATES having his picture taken--and even he warmed up during the wedding photos. One of my bridesmaid commented that nothing seemed posed and we weren't being ordered around...rather, it felt like we were hanging out with two of our friends. We received our gallery SO quickly after the wedding and loved every single picture. I have no idea how I am going to narrow them for our album--but I guess that is the problem you want to have! :) Thank you so much, Amy and Kay! -

In our very first email correspondence when i was inquiring about pricing they wanted to talk with me more on the phone and literally wrote that they wanted to get to know us and our story ! In that moment their desire to be so personable and caring sold me. More then that they really did take the time to get to know our story and when they describe photos ( sneak peeks) on instagram their descriptions of us our SPOT ON!
I never worried when Amy & Kay were taking our photos because they completely got my vision/desires on top of all the amazing details i know they captured ( i got better shoes for those detail pictures haha )
When we were taking photos with our daughter on our wedding day they both shouted christmas card and I 100% believe it
The most exciting part of our story stems from our engagement photos... we couldn't capture golden hour /sunset but I said from that moment on that if there was a golden hour to be captured on our wedding day id be running for it. With the way it rained the morning /afternoon of our wedding i was in shock that it was sunshin-y beautiful for our ceremony and photos.
When we got the go ahead for sneaking out for more photos i didn't know what id be walking out to but as soon as we walked out to the beach i was jumping up and down ( yes thats right jumping up and down in a wedding dress ) because i had the sunset id been dreaming of and Walker Studios captured it for me.
I know they can't control the weather but their umbrella with the tag still on also made me a believer in the unbelievable.
Amy & Kay thank you for being the ones to capture the most perfect day of my / our life. I am so thankful you were the ones to make it memorable and magical to look back on for years to come!
You are worth every penny !!! -

Maria Sent on 10/07/2017Seriously couldn't have picked better photographers to work with. So thankful they were recommended to me. They did my boudoir shoot and our wedding day. They are great at their job and it felt like having my picture taken by a couple friends rather than vendors. They had sneak pictures ready for me to drool over less than a week after the wedding, which were amazing. and were they both were awesome about being ready exactly when I needed them for a picture during the reception. I can't say enough good things... just hire them, you will NOT regret it. -

On top of all of this, they took the most amazing pictures! We could not have been happier with the work they did and were amazed at how comfortable they made everything feel. Their chemistry working together was wonderful and so natural! The engagement shoot really allowed us to get to know them and gave us full confidence in them to do the wedding. We have recommended them to everyone since and hope we have another occasion that they could capture for us in the future! -

Emily Sent on 08/11/2015These ladies were wonderful! We got both Kay and Amy for our wedding day and it was SOOOOOOO worth it. They kept hidden from view and I often didn't realize they were present until we got the photos back and realized they did a fantastic job covering the ceremony, reception, and some great candid shots! I was so happy with the product, the photos were edited wonderfully and sharing them with family is such a joy! They were pleasant, kept everything fun and light, and were really flexible. Our car broke down on the way to the reception and they were willing to give us a lift to the reception hall. HAHA They didn't have to do that but it really was awesome that they were understanding and helped us out. Loved the gift package they sent out with little goodies and the flashdrive of all their shots from the big day! A+++ from me!
