Mike with Wag's DJ Service was fantastic & easy to work with! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. He was very organized & put our minds at ease the night of the wedding. He always kept us informed of what was going on, which was nice! Our guests stayed on the dance floor the entire night & said that our party was great! I would highly recommend Mike from Wag's DJ service & would refer him to any brides or anyone who is having an event in the future. Thank you Mike for helping us making our night all the more better! -

We used Mike for our wedding in Galveston, TX on 5/5/12. We found him through Yelp and decided to hire him based on Andrew's review. We were both thoroughly impressed!
He is exactly what we were looking for in a wedding DJ. First, he was very professional. He was on time to every meeting that we set. He was very thorough and made sure that our reception was exactly how we wanted it. He emailed out a wedding itinerary about a week before the wedding and confirmed with us that everything was just right.
He was also very flexible. My side of the family enjoys tejano music and he was happy to play songs off of cd's that my mother brought for the event. He also took my wife's requests seriously and played the genres of music we wanted along with special songs that we wanted played at certain times throughout the reception.
He was an excellent MC. Mike made sure that the wedding flowed perfectly. He communicated well with both me and my wife and made sure that we were always prepared to move to the next part of the reception.
Finally, Mike is a friendly, laid back person. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him! -

Michael was amazing! Music was perfect for the ceremony, our 1st dance our daughter played guitar & sang & he helped set her up. The rest of the night the dance floor was packed, he knows how to keep the guests entertained! -

Mike was the DJ at my brother's wedding a couple of years ago, so we used him again for my mom's surprise 50th disco party in April of 2010. He was AWESOME both times!! He played great music, knew when to announce everything, and was very easy to work with and professional.
I would highly recommend him and would use him again for any event! -

Mike of Wag's DJ Service was a perfect fit for our Company Picnic. Mike was early to the event and set up before we were. Mike is extremely accommodating and helpful with any announcements and personalization to our specific needs. Mike's choice in music was upbeat and appropriate to the event and it's guests. I like the fact that I never had to discuss music selections, Mike intuitively knew what was the correct music choices and sound levels for the event.
Wag's DJ Service pricing is very reasonable and they are well worth having a professional "lead" the atmosphere and fun of a party. Enabling the Hosts to enjoy the event while a professional is conducting the party schedule or announcements/prize-raffles/schedule of events.
We would highly recommend Wag's DJ Service, we use him every year!

We were very pleased with Wag's DJ Service (thru Awesome Music Entertainment). They were professional, organized, and did a fantastic job at our wedding reception. And maybe most important of all, they were reliable....you can count on them to be there and do a great job. If we had to do it again, we would choose them ! -

Wedding Expert
Mike is more than just a DJ. He coordinated our timeline and kept us on schedule. He filled the gaps when out wedding party and coordinator was busy. He really got to know us and what we wanted for our wedding with a questionnaire and consultation. Since we were unable to meet in person, he was flexible and video chatted us instead. He provided the uplighting for our reception which pushed the decor over the top. We truly felt valued and we'll remember that forever! -

He was great. The music was great. We also had videos at the wedding and he helped us figure out how to run our audio output through his speakers. Even emailing back and forth before the wedding to answer questions about the set-up. -

Mike was very professional. He played everything that we asked for and then some. Many guests requested songs and he was able to deliver! He kept my daughter's reception on track. Everyone had a blast! It was a magical day! I would use him again in a heartbeat! -

Mike was great from the start. He was helping to plan the music for a ceremony and reception for a couple that was not able to meet with him until 5 days before the wedding.
He was enthusiastic and it was a pleasure to turn the events of day over to him. He made the day special. -
