Wonderful company

My husband and I had a small wedding during the pandemic and needed a trolley for our bridal party. W-Limo was so wonderful -- very communicative, easy to work with, and very affordable. They were also flexible as we had a few last-minute changes with our stops for pictures. I would highly recommend them!

A short ride, but very pleased!

We only needed to transport our wedding party 0.5 miles from the hotel where we were getting ready to the venue. Nonetheless, W-Limo was very accommodating to a week-of schedule change. Our driver pulled up as close as possible so I didn’t wreck my hair in the rain :)

Best bang for the buck

W-limo had a year end deal that was absolutely perfect for our wedding. 1 low flat rate, full mini bar, red carpet service, and multiple stops for photos. The driver was early and waited patiently while we finished hair and makeup. He was so polite and understanding, go with the flow vibe. Were so happy with our choice, and they were the most bang for our buck by far.

Helped make our wedding so fun!

I booked the limo services a little over a month before our 12/28/19 wedding. Eva was so responses. She answered every question I had. Also, the day before the wedding I changed the arrival time and it was no problem. Our driver showed up perfectly on time and was professional. If your thinking about booking them, do it!!!! The price cannot be beat!

Excellent service!

We hired W-Limo for our wedding. We had a large party (22 people!) and W-Limo had exactly what we were looking for to accommodate our large party and at a reasonable price! They did a fantastic job and everything went smoothly the day of! Thank you W-Limo!

Great Service, great price

W Limo transported the bridal party for our wedding day from the hotel to pictures and picked us up at the end of the night. Our driver was on time and the limo was clean. We had a pretty short trip to get around but it was nice to not have to worry about transportation. At the end of the night we got picked up and the driver was able to make another trip to pick up our family at the end of the night which we really appreciated.

We used W-Limo for our wedding party and wedding guest transportation. They were easy to work with! They were on time/early! Loui was our driver for our sprinter and made us feel very well taken care of! Our guests took the coach for their transportation and they all had a good time too! I highly recommend their excellent service!

Such an unforgettable experience!!!

The driver was extremely nice and waited for us to all get in and for people outside to take pictures of us. It was a great ride and we were able to play our own music. I would definitely use this service again, excellent price and service!!

They were awesome from beginning to end. Easy and HIGHLY responsive. Affordable and able to be flexible to handle a non traditional wedding rental situation - we only needed a van for 1 hour. Will use them again for other events!

W-Limo was the first Vendor to reply to the inquiry that we sent out. They were very professional, and the offer that they sent us was more than acceptable. We even ordered a second vehicle for the guests.
I was delighted with the service that we received, both drivers were on time, and were friendly and professional. Parking very close to the curb and helping me get in and out of the limo with by big bouncy dress. We had a lot of fun, and the champagne and cold drinks were all there, as we had agreed.

I decided to accept W-Limo's offer for our Wedding transportation, because the customer service representative was very attentive and encouraging. I'm really glad that I stuck with their company, because the service we received was great. Our Limo was punctual, the driver was very sincere towards us on our big day, and I noticed that Mick, who dealt with our enquiry paid attention to every detail that we discussed for our big day! W-Limo provided transportation for our wedding on 9/2/17. They picked up the girls at the reception hall and transported to ceremony site and then again from ceremony site back to reception. We worked with Andy when booking and he was fantastic to work with. Limos were clean and arrived on time. We had some small issues the day of (went to the wrong place for transport) but it worked out fine since photos were running behind as well. We also used this company for transportation for my husband and myself for rides to the airport for our honeymoon. Overall, great customer service and happy with the service we received on our big day!

We used W-Limo for our wedding and were so happy with their limo/party bus services! The drivers were on time and friendly for every pickup/drop off and made our day run on time. Both vehicles were also very comfortable and clean, and the overall price for everything was very affordable. Our bridal party had the best time on the party bus between the ceremony and reception—we were all drinking and dancing and having a great time! I definitely recommend them!

W-Limo was a wonderful choice for our wedding transportation. They had great communication with us leading up to our wedding and were flexible as our timeline changed during our planning process. The driver was early, professional and extremely polite. He went above and beyond to ensure that there was nothing we had to worry about. The SUV limo we booked was spacious for the 9 people we had to transport and we were also able to bring our own cooler of drinks and sandwiches. Thank you for helping to make our day run so smoothly!

We had no complaints! Just a one way ride for the Groom & Groomsmen to the wedding venue and a one way ride for the Bride & Groom after the reception. We were running late for both, but the limos waited and took great care of us.

W-Limo provided transportation for the parents of the bride and groom on the day of the wedding. The service was fantastic! Our driver was great. I would HIGHLY Recommend using W-Limo. I had a 22 passenger party bus for my wedding last month. The bus was new, clean, filled with beverages. Max our driver did a great job. We had the bus for 5 hours. He was able to drive around Chicago to make some pit stops to get out and take pictures. The wedding party was VERY happy with my choice on party bus. I would not use any other transportation service besides W-Limo from now on. The booking was very easy. I emailed Sean back and forth. Very fast at email. The contract was simple and affordable. I am very pleased with the excellent service. Thank you again.

Sean from W-Limo was great to work with throughout the process of selecting and booking wedding day transportation. He was very responsive and patient as we asked for various quotes, booked a town car, and continued to inquire about other possibilities. On the wedding day, our driver was on-time at the church in a beautiful and clean vehicle, dressed professionally, and very accommodating as he drove us between our photography and reception venues. We used W-Limo for our August 29, 2015 wedding. We booked two limos (one that was used one-way for the groom and his groomsmen and a party bus used round-trip). During the booking process, we worked with Sean who was very patient with me as I asked a million questions. On the day of the wedding, both limo drivers arrived on time. It was raining on our big day, and the limo driver (I wish I knew his name), walked each of our girls individually with an umbrella! I thought that was a sweet thing to do! We did not have a rain drop on us before walking down the aisle! I would highly recommend W-Limo to all the brides and grooms to be.

First of all, they quoted us the best prices out of several inquiries made with other vendors for a party bus on our wedding day. Secondly, Sean at W-Limo was both very professional and accommodating. We changed the start time 3 times and he didn't make a big deal about it at all. On the day of, the driver showed up early, and Sean even called me to let me know where exactly the bus was located and that the bus had arrived. He genuinely cared about us staying on our wedding day schedule, and it was much appreciated. The bus looked great and was very comfortable. We highly recommend W-Limo for important transportation events where reliability, professionalism, and competitive rates are your top needs.

Called W Limo for wedding transportation after reading through other reviews. We got married at St Mary of the Angels on June 6th 2015. W Limo had a white limo waiting for us after the ceremony. Driver was on time and had champagne, and tons of water and soda waiting for us in the limo. He was very nice and delivered us on time to the Brookfield Zoo. Booking them was easy. The ride was smooth. The limo was comfy and I would recommend them to other couples in need of wedding transportation.

W limo was great, they were on time, friendly, profession, and super helpful. The drivers were all really nice and the vehicles look clean and new. I ended up renting 4 cars from them; a party bus for the bridal party, a limo SUV for my family, an SUV for my husband's family, and a coach bus for our out of town guests to attend the ceremony and not worry about renting cars. I emailed, no joke, about 10 different places before getting a hold of W limo. Most places I would send an email about a quote and get a phone call back asking me the questions I had already answered in my email. W limo emailed me back very promptly and gave me a breakdown of my requests and the time frames and the types of cars they can offer and how much everything would be. Everything was very precise and easy. Transportation was one of the things I was dreading taking care of because of the amount of vehicles I needed and each one was coming and going at a different time and the number of guests was still changing, etc. They made this process easy on me and were attentive. Also, they gave me suggestions about when to leave one place to go to another depending on traffic, and someone emailed me a few days before to confirm all the details. Highly recommend them!

Sean and his team at W-Limo went above and beyond for my son's rehearsal dinner transportation. The driver arrived early at the hotel for initial pick-up and in lieu of blocking others who would be arriving and departing, he parked a distance from the entrance and Sean called to let me know that the bus was on site and would be pulling up at the appointed time. Both he and the driver gave me their phone numbers in case I needed to be in touch. We had an older traveler with us and the driver was incredibly helpful and patient while he loaded and unleaded the bus to help this gentleman. He went so far as to drive around the block to make it easier for our passengers to unload at the exact door of the restaurant.
The driver kept the bus safe and allowed for paperwork and jackets to remain on the bus safe and secure while we attended the dinner and at the end of the evening, we loaded everyone and everything back up and he efficiently returned us to the hotel.
Everyone I dealt with at W-Limo was gracious and their goal was to allow my guests and me to have a seemless evening. I will use W-Limo again and suggest them to anyone who needs transportation.

We were very happy with W-Limo's service on our wedding day! Scheduling was a breeze! The man I spoke to on the telephone to schedule transportation to and from the ceremony location was pleasant and professional. On the day of the wedding, the vehicle they sent was extremely clean and the driver was punctual and friendly! We only booked for an hour, yet we were pleased with the service. I was very pleased with W Limo. From the start, Sean was very helpful prompt in his responses to my questions. A couple of weeks before my wedding, I needed to change my pick-up location and they were very accommodating. I also found the price fair for the hour that I needed it. They showed up right on time and we had such a fun ride to our picture and reception locations. He made us feel so comfortable. We had arranged our hotel's shuttle service for guests in our room block, so we never really planned on having a limo, figuring the wedding party could just jump on the first shuttle over. We realized at pretty much the last minute that the shuttle schedule didn't leave any time for us to get to the venue ahead of time. So I took to the weddingwire vendor search for a plan B, and came across W-Limo.

We booked a 10-person limo making two trips from the hotel to the venue (groom/groomsmen, then bride/bridesmaids, about an hour total), and they were amazingly flexible and affordable (<$200 for our Sunday wedding). The 10-passenger limo is a bit of a tight squeeze for 10 grown men, but otherwise it was exactly what we needed, and all within two weeks of our wedding. The limo was clean, the driver was professional, and everything went according to (the updated) plan.

In our honest opinion we think we cut a great deal with W Limo. Prompt, helpful, reliable service and a great Limo Bus beautifully decorated. They also threw in extra bottle champagne on the house and extra beers - all for a great price. And when we ordered a sedan to take us to the airport they gave us a nice surprise by sending a stretch Limousine for the same price. Very nice gesture we thought.

The woman that drove our Hummer Limo was great! She showed us how to hook up our phone to the bluetooth and offered to stay until we figured it out. I told her we had it figured out and then called her back, which she was actually prepared for and turns out we had it correct the whole time. Woops!
She was very courteous, on time, and professional. There were cups throughout the bus - though we only used two champagne glasses for the champagne on ice. We were able to bring our own coolers and drinks so that was perfect. They provided a great experience and was a stress free part of the day for sure. Every message I sent was responded to very quickly, and I did have quite a few questions so I appreciated their patience with me. I would recommend for sure! Thank you W-Limo! We had so much fun!

We got a stretch hummer that looked awesome! Limo came right on time, driver was professional. My only complaint was there wasn't enough booze inside. We were told there would be plenty, but there was a bottle of champagne and about a case of beer... so with 20 people in the limo that really only allows one beer per person. Everything else was great though! Prices seemed a lot better than most companies I researched.

We got a 14 passenger Expedition that I thought was going to be black but I was pleasently surprised when they sent a white one. The vehicle was in pristine condition on the outside and inside. The driver was friendly and promt. The driver came and picked people up as soon as he was called. I was extremly impressed with the quality of service and the excellent price we got. My sales person, Micah was so nice and ansewered all of my emails immediately. This is seriously the best limo service in my area. I highly recommend them.

We used W-Limo for my sister’s wedding and I’m really glad I picked them. We found just the vehicle we needed for a grrreat price and the whole service was professional and friendly. The bar was stacked, the champagne was flowing, we were stopping and taking pictures and my beautiful sister got a grand red carpet service. It was awesome! Thanks guys, I’ll definitely have you for my wedding. Can I have the same chauffeur? He was cute lol

Professional, well run

We opted for 3 hour service for a short trip. Although we got a couple of confusing messages via WeddingWire about reserving, every time we checked with them, they had our reservation. The limo was clean and prompt, and the driver was sooo nice. She was even willing to hang out in the parking lot so we could pop in and warm up during pictures. Well worth it!

We used W-Limo for all of out wedding transportation needs and they were wonderful. Both their office personnel and drivers were professional and nice people. We had a limo bus that drove the wedding party around during the afternoon for photo stops. We also had a limo bus that acted as a shuttle for people to reach the venue from their hotel. We even booked a regular limo at the end of the night for myself and husband. All we on time and comfortable. I would highly recommend W-Limo and will be using them myself if I have transportation needs in the future. Thank you, W-Limo!

We initially reached out to W-Limo to get two limos because of our large bridal party of 18 people. However, we felt we did not want to separate the bridal party and decided to go the non-traditional route and use a party bus instead.

It turned out to the one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Our bridal party absolutely loved the party bus and partied all the way to/from the church and to the reception. We highly recommend renting a party bus for your wedding if you have large bridal party. The party bus was very comfortable, relaxing and definitely stimulated a party environment.
