Chris is fantastic

Christopher married us 10.07.22 at Grand Tradition. Our venue recommends Vows From the Heart. We loved his personality and our guest did too! He did a fabulous job giving us a Christian-based ceremony. He was funny, serious, and enjoyable all that we wanted! So happy Christopher was a part of our wedding. I loved that we were able to customize our ceremony by choosing prayers, readings, and special messages for our marriage. We also did our own vows which was special to us. Perfection!!!! We had a great experience with Vows From the Heart!

We chose Vows From The Heart to officiate our wedding and our officiant was Christopher and we had a really great experience - from the first conversation to the day of our wedding! One of the main reasons we decided to choose Christopher is because he is 100% transparent from the beginning. In our first phone call, he described what he does, what the process is like, and how involved he will be in the process. What I really liked about him too is that there's no pressure from him at all! In fact, he encourages you to speak to a couple officiants before deciding - because he's that genuine, and I really appreciated that about him so we booked him that same weekend!
Once we booked him, he provided us with a Ceremony Handbook where you can customize your ceremony and make selections about the type of wedding ceremony you want (e.g. spiritual, non-spiritual), any acts of celebrations you want to include, how you want to be presented, and more. You can even submit your selections online, which was a nice option to have!
I have to say - we initially planned to write our own vows but got too busy and didn't have enough time after all so we asked Christopher literally 2 days before our wedding if we could use a traditional vow (i.e. repeat after me style) instead and he was able to make that change for us- even last minute, which we were so relieved to hear!
On the day of our wedding, Christopher was great! He checked in our us before the ceremony and made sure everything was smooth...and he did an AWESOME job! Everyone really liked him and you can tell he's a professional at this. For example, I noticed that he moved out of the way at certain times during the ceremony (e.g. the kiss) so that the photographer could get a good photo! I mean, he just nailed it to perfection! He made the ceremony very warm, inviting, and fun. He made the crowd laugh and cry while keeping everyone engaged throughout the ceremony!
With all this said, I highly recommend using Vows From The Heart as your officiant for your wedding! They will not disappoint!

Sunset Elopement Overlooking the Ocean

I'm very glad I chose these kind people for our elopement. From my initial correspondence through even my follow up questions after our wedding day, they were amazing and quick to assist in any way they could. Though not always possible, they arrived at our public elopement site early to secure the area for our use. That was very appreciated! Reverend Christopher was everything we needed!

I cannot say enough positive words about Rev. Christopher! Our journey was quite unique as my husband's father passed away 3 days prior to our first wedding date. Rev. was there with us every step of the way! From prayers when we needed it to the re-schedule he was a god send... literally. Our ceremony was exactly as we envisioned, he really asks you what YOU want and designs the ceremony around that. Look no further, truly.

Beautiful service

This service came along at the moment my husband and I needed it the most. I was a recent college grad and he was in the Marine Corps. Highly recommended

It was a little hard for me to pick the right officiant. I am a preacher's daughter and I wanted somebody that will deliver the message as I wanted. When we met with Rev. Mary we knew we wanted her to marry us. She did such a great job. It was everything f I ever wanted. She was very prepared in having tissue and even mints. I highly recommend Vows from the heart ❤❤

Elope to Oceanside

We wanted a small intimate wedding, even if it was just the two of us. We love the ocean and it has been out place since the beginning. So naturally when we decided to elope, and took Vegas off the table, we searched for a place to get married on the beach. Elope to Oceanside was so easy, friendly, and beyond helpful. We're from Arizona and unfamiliar with the laws of California. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and I can't say enough about Reverend Christopher. He made it feel like he knew us forever. Or family couldn't say enough about how perfect his words were. Thank you so much for making this an amazing day.

Great people, wonderful service

Finding our officiant was the last vendor we had to look for. I guess we put it off for so long, because we didn't really know who to look for or where to start. I found Vows from the Heart and read great reviews, which lead us to meeting with them. Let me just add - even before the meeting, we looked at their website which provides helpful hints, tips, and a guide to finding an officiant for your wedding! This alone helped us so much and I wish I had come across their website earlier!
We met with Chaplain Mary for a 30-minute meeting and everything felt so right that we didn't want to look or meet with anyone else! She is incredibly warm and welcoming, and made the whole process so comfortable for us!
The wedding ceremony went so smoothly and everything she said she would do to help us (and wouldn't do - meaning, no awkward moments, weird silence, or anything else) was just as she had said during our initial meeting. Chaplain Mary respected each desire and want we asked for to be included in the ceremony and added her sweet touches to make it feel unscripted and natural. A lot of our guests complimented how beautiful the ceremony was.
We can't thank you enough, Chaplain Mary!

Rev. Christopher Tuttle is sweet & a true professional!

We are so honored to have had Rev. Chris officiate our wedding. He was so reassuring and followed up with us before the big day to assure us that he was readily available for us if we had any questions or concerns. Rev. Chris was not only organized and professional (as he's done hundreds, if not, a thousand weddings!?), but he has a warm and lighthearted spirit that put us at ease when there are so many things to worry about when planning a wedding. He provided us with all the information we needed in regards to creating a personalized ceremony, without it being too difficult to understand or even needing to do any kind of research on our own! He truly created a beautiful ceremony for us and we are forever grateful.

Perfect Wedding Ceremony!

Rev. Christopher Tuttle made our wedding ceremony so special! He conducted a non-denominational ceremony and had us tailor everything so it was specifically ours. He made the process so easy for us! Our wedding guests kept asking how long we had known Rev. Tuttle by the way he spoke during the ceremony. He never read straight off his pages and always looked at us or the audience. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding ceremony!

Personal and Perfect

Hiring Chaplain Mary based on a recommendation by our coordinator to officiate our wedding was the best decision. She made the most important part of our wedding, the ceremony, special, memorable, and deeply moving. Though we only met in person once before the actual ceremony, it was enough for us to really feel a connection with her, and that made it feel really special. I would recommend anyone I care about hire Chaplain Mary or Rev. Christopher to officiate their wedding, as they bring a deep, professional expertise to the event. Being able to customize our ceremony to fit our beliefs and values without having to comb through the thousands of options there are online made the process so simple. Rev Chris married us during our San Diego vacation right on Coronado Island. It was a planned elopement with just my husband and his kids. Rev Chris made it the perfect wedding. My husband and I were lucky to have the opportunity to go through the special Military Monday. I had an absolutely beautiful experience. Rev. Christopher was very sweet and had a great since of humor. He made me feel very welcomed and relaxed. We were blessed enough to have flowers dontated by Mustardseed Floral! And the amazing Kimberly with Lavish Lark photography captured our beautiful day. The venue was at Bali Hai restaurant; it was more beautiful than expected. I am so grateful for Rev. Christopher and Chaplain Mary! I had a wounderful and beautiful experience. This will forever be the best day of our lives and our favorite memory.

Mary was so great to work with. Due to our situation it was tough for us to meet in person, but she was very accommodating about speaking via Skype. She led us through the planning and provided many examples to help us refine exactly how we wanted our ceremony to be, and she took extra time to understand what we wanted. Logistically we didn't need to worry about microphones or anything. She took care of it all with our DJ. After the ceremony we got a lot of compliments saying our ceremony was beautiful and that Mary did a great job - all credit to her! We highly recommend Mary to anyone!

Reverend Chris and his wife Mary were beyond amazing!!! I had reached out to Chris a few weeks ago in regards to their philanthropic “Military Mondays” and Chris and his wife Mary went above our wildest expectations and gave us the most perfect elopement ceremony. We feel beyond blessed to have had Chris marry us. The day was perfect and I truly cannot imagine a more perfect officiant than Rev Chris. He is light-hearted and easy to talk to! We got married at Oceanside and Chaplain Mary was our officiant. Chris & Mary welcomed us and made us feel at ease right from the beginning. Picking an officiant to marry us was an important task as this individual would be the one driving the entire ceremony. We asked our venue for recommendations and Rev. Christopher Tuttle with Vows from the Heart came highly recommended. We reached out to him via e-mail and then set up a telephone meeting. Our initial impressions were that he was sincere, friendly, funny, and caring. It was also clear that he was a true professional who has been officiating weddings for years. After speaking with him, we knew we liked him but took his advice of reaching out to and speaking with other officiants. The other folks we contacted did not come close to Rev. Christopher. After some time, we contacted him again and booked him for our wedding in Temecula, CA. We appreciated him making the process easy by offering a ceremony handbook that allowed us to structure the components of the ceremony that we wanted and make it personal. Throughout the entire process, he quickly and thoughtfully responded to our questions and ensured we had detailed information. On the actual day, he made sure things went smoothly and that our guests could hear him as well as us. Having been a broadcaster (with an excellent speaking voice) in the past, he came equipped with solid equipment and coordinated for additional items with our DJ, which led us to not having awkward moments of fumbling with microphones. Rev. Christopher then led a wonderful and memorable ceremony. He ensured a tone that was heartfelt but also lighthearted; he used humor appropriately and offered kind words of wisdom. We actually had a number of guest inquire how we found our officiant because he was that great. In addition, he assisted us in filing our marriage license and did so immediately. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Rev. Christopher!

Chris and I could not have asked for a better officiant to tie the knot for us on the most special day of our lives! Reverand Tuttle, you truly set the most appropriate mood for our wedding starting with the ceremony. It was the perfect blend of sincerity, candidness, love and humor that will forever be remembered by our closest family and friends. Not to mention, working with Rev. Tuttle was a breathe of fresh air from start to finish! One thing I truly appreciated about him was that it was not scripted or too stiff and formal. He saw that when I was a little emotional once my father gave me away and when I took Chris’ hands, he paused for a moment to offer his handkerchief and let Chris and I hug it out.. it was exactly what I needed in that moment and he knew it! I will recommend Rev. Tuttle to all of my soon to be brides! It was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Chaplin Mary was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to get to know my husband and I and my extended family, she also make my extended family part of the ceremony she also made sure that my kids who were watching from texas via face time could see the ceremony. The ceremony was beautiful and very special, she didn't rush or make it feel hurried in any way. My husband and I feel truly blessed to have met Mary and her husband Chris,these two wonderful people who are so sweet and loving. They also gave us a cute memento that we will cherish always.

There are not enough positive and encouraging words to use in rating vows from the heart. We were selected to be part of the Military Mondays elopement. Chaplain Mary delivered the best wedding vows and was so sensitive to us being caught up in the moment and I am so thankful for her....If you are considering using another vendor and you are not sure about their service, let me say this is the best ceremony I have ever witnessed even if it was for ourselves. Please do not ever stop doing what you do because you are the best.

Vows from the Heart is a preferred vendor for our venue, Grand Tradition Estate in Fallbook. My fiance and I had opportunity to interview both Reverend Christopher and Chaplain Mary together. They both so professional, genuine, personable, patient, and have great personalities. Both were willing to be contacted as many times before the big day to answer any questions (instead of offering limited meetings or contacts) about anything wedding related (like if needed other vendor references) and were not pushy at all about getting booked. It felt like they really want you to have the best ceremony possible.

To be honest, I wasn’t really that hyped up about the ceremony part of our wedding until we met them! I appreciated that we could customize our ceremony and that our officiant (either one) felt like an advocate for us and someone who wanted to best represent us on our big day. We walked away completely confident that we would be in very good hands. I also felt like they took the time to get to know us as a couple. In the end, we went with Rev. Tuttle because he reminded my fiance of his best man (who is his best friend from the 1st grade). (To choose between Christopher or Mary is like splitting hairs. Both are fantastic.)

Our ceremony totally felt like us and reflected what we wanted! We wanted a civil ceremony that was concise but still thoughtful and meaningful. We also were able to write our own vows. Days prior to wedding, Rev. Tuttle texted us to check in about any questions. Day of, he was on time and very impressive. He helped release any stress prior to ceremony. In seeing Rev. Tuttle in action, he is gregarious, has great energy, is a good public speaker, has a great sense of humor, and is able to smoothly think on his feet. When things went off script with banter between myself and fiance (not planned), he went with it and it felt very natural. Our parents LOVED him as well as many other guests who spoke about him even after wedding!

Rev. Christopher Tuttle was our officiant and we are still getting compliments of his service! My husband and I are not religious, but spiritual and was able to customize our vows tailored to us. We were having a hard time with finding a officiant who was not requireing marriage counseling, until we found Chris! He has a packet that helps you plan your ceremony as to what you want. There is so much that you can customize to really make this about you and your significant other. The ceremony for us was about 15 minutes long, and had some great funny moments where everyone laughed, and some where tears of joy were shed. He was very professional and kept in communication with us. We were able to skype with Chris to help plan our ceremony as we were planning a destination wedding back home. We never had any sound issues during the ceremony, and after we signed our marriage license, Chris took it for us to be sent in! Would definetly recommend to friends and family!

Rev. Tuttle is the best officiant EVER! He made our ceremony so much fun, yet intimate at the same time. He is everything we ever asked for in an officiant. I researched many officiants in the San Diego area, and I promise that he is the most affordable for what you get. He provides you with a handbook, that outlines the entire ceremony, which you get to completely customize. His handbook offers assistants with vows at no charge, as well as everything else you need to create the perfect ceremony. We were married on November 6, 2016 in Oceanside and are so happy that we found Chaplain Mary! She made our day unforgettable!!

We live in Maine and decided to get married in California so that my husband's adult children could be a part of it. There were so many ways and places to get married out in California that it was mind numbing. And planning and booking/paying on the Internet for a service sight unseen always leaves a little room for doubt. Chaplain Mary (and her husband) were recommended to us and we could not be more grateful! The initial emails were warm and friendly and immediately put us at ease. They were professional and friendly and explained everything we would need to do as we didn't have a clue about the legal requirements in California. When we finally met her in person a few minutes before the wedding, it felt like we had known her forever. She exudes warmth and happiness and has a smile that immediately disarms you. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Her words were warm and genuine and extremely relevant! Our son in law commented later that he thought we knew her! We opted to include a sand frame in our ceremony, with ourselves and each of our kids adding some sand. Chaplain Mary made it all work seamlessly and made them all feel part of the ceremony too.

We had the stress free beach ceremony of our dreams and will be eternally grateful!!

Rev Christopher was exactly what we were looking for! As a couple in our late 40's, we wanted someone that would be light hearted, yet serious enough to provide reference to our Good Lord, and also have fun since this was not a first marriage for either of us. Rev Christopher was everything we had hoped for and more. He made our day so special by providing us with a ceremony script we had all put together that was uniquely our own and not something he says at every wedding. Our guests even commented that he was one of the best they had seen and heard before. Rev Christopher was quick to respond and met with us personally to go through his process. He asked us relevant questions and provided clear guidance, as well as, a helpful booklet full of tips and ideas! He kept in touch throughout the process and would even text kind things like when I was stressed about it raining on our wedding. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about vows from the heart! They are such kind and open people. What they provide is a much simpler way to get married, but still just as romantic! My husband and I were married on Coronado Island, and still managed to be tucked away from prying eyes. We had the salty sea air, Francesca a wonderful violinist, the most amazing photographer Kimberley, and great words of wisdom from Chaplain Mary. I highly recommend this company!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

This was Amazing, right on Coronado Island, CA exactly where I wanted it anyway. This Military Mondays they offer is great! It took the stress of a wedding off of us, now we can focus on my new business growing and his military career. Hopefully, we will be able to have a reception back home in Texas by saving us money. This was amazing, we had Francesca as a violin player (my favorite string). Again, I couldn't as for anything less or more. Thank you two!!

As for future couples: Just make sure you have a true heart filled with love for each other. Know being a military spouse isn't easy. I am a veteran and a spouse- I know BOTH sides and it isn't easy either way. Be 100% dedicated to the fact that even when it is difficult, it will always be better. Keep your heart filled with love and stay away from the little actions that temptation can cause to be a huge mistake, you know it in the moment- we all do (know what is right and what is wrong).
Know that this is it and do it! If any doubt besides the natural fear of joining as one. Stay open to your own heart, knowing what it wants is true and not everyone else's words to steer you away from what you need/want. You will be blessed when you are open to all means.
I wish any future Military Elopements the Best of Wishes :)

When knew right after our meeting with Reverend Tuttle that we wanted him to be a part of our special day. He is warm and caring, and truly loves what he does. He made our day extremely special and it would not have been the same without him. He was able to capture our vision for our ceremony and brought the best balance between religion, seriousness, and light lightheartedness. Exactly what we wanted! Our day will always be a special memory for us, and Reverend Tuttle was an important part of that. We can't thank him enough!

We decided to renew our vows on our 5 year anniversary and there was no question about who would perform our special ceremony! Our original Military Monday wedding was so special to us and we wanted our vow renewal to feel the same way. Rev. Tuttle and Chaplain Mary are so caring when it comes to their couples. They are so easy to communicate with and it feels as if you have known them for years! Our ceremony was everything we wanted it to be and we are planning to visit again on our 10 year anniversary.

From the moment we met Reverend Chris, we knew it was meant to be. He has a way of putting people at ease and making you feel comfortable. He was so flexible throughout the planning process and let us make the ceremony our own but always had great guidelines and advice. On the day of our wedding, he came and gave me a hug and wished me luck ahead of time. He knew when to lighten the mood when one of us would get choked up, he had great words of wisdom during our ceremony, and is incredibly well spoken. Our family and friends loved him and had such great things to say about the ceremony. We used Reverend Tuttle for our wedding officiant and could not have been happier! We met with him to see if he was a good fit several months before the wedding, and immediately loved his personality. You can tell that he really loves what he does, and he is a very warm and fun person to be around, which translated into a great wedding ceremony. He provided a packet for us to fill out that included step by step instructions to walk us through the wedding ceremony and to help us customize our ceremony, but also had his own words of wisdom to add during the ceremony. Our ceremony was short, sweet, heartfelt, and had just enough humor to keep everyone interested but to not turn our special moment into a comedy routine. He also filed our marriage license for us, which was a big help in the crazy days we had following the wedding with all our family in town. We absolutely loved him and would recommend him to anyone!

Mary was the officiant for our wedding and we absolutely LOVED her! I had searched online for an officiant for our wedding. My husband and I aren't originally from San Diego and we aren't super religious either, so we turned to the internet when looking for someone to marry us. I came across Vows From The Heart and reached out to check on availability. Fortunately, Mary was available. We met for a consultation and just after a few minutes, I knew I wanted her to marry us. I had previously met with a few other officiants, but Mary was different. We just clicked. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to, yet professional and knew her stuff. I loved the options we were presented for the ceremony and I liked how we could add personal touches to make it unique and really special. After deciding to go with Mary, she was very helpful and readily available for any questions we had, which was really nice. When we reached out, she got back to us very quickly. On the day of the wedding, Mary was on time and ready to go. She did a phenomenal job! We got married on the beach, which comes with its challenges (i.e. wind, noise from those passing by, etc.), however Mary was equipped and ready to handle anything. After the ceremony, we had a bunch of guests come up to us and comment on how lovely the ceremony was and how they thought Mary did such a good job. Some kept saying it sounded like she knew us for years and they enjoyed how personal it was. Others commented and liked how we kept it short and sweet. Again, the options Mary provided us for the ceremony were perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I would certainly recommend Mary to anyone in need of an officiant.

Rev. Christopher was amazing! He made our ceremony special- it was us! He made it just want we wanted simple, short and sweet. He made us laugh, which helped with the nerves! He gave us great advice and he we got so many compliments on how he kept our guests engaged throughout the ceremony. My now H and I agreed to write our vows, but I was so busy I thought I could wing them. Well, I wasn't expecting to be as nervous as I was and I thought I was horrible! H was amazing and he even teared up twice while reading them to me. Then it came my turn and I felt horrible! Rev. Christopher made me feel better by saying "you spoke from your heart and that is all that matters".

If you are looking for an officiant please contact him! He makes the process so easy for you! If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change anything- okay maybe I would have actually practice and/or written out my vows!

We had an amazing experience with Mary as our wedding officiant. From our first email communication to post-wedding follow-up we found her to be warm, available and informative. She shared with us many different templates and possibilities for our ceremony, but was extremely flexible in letting us create exactly the experience we wanted. On the day of the wedding she was present, she was comforting and really let us relax and enjoy the experience. I was looking to surprise my husband with the wedding he always wanted--simple and on the beach, but memorable. Chaplin Mary and Rev. Chris made that possible. From Plan A to Plan C through E, Rev. Chris and Mary made a wonderful day even better. It's not supposed to rain in Southern California, but it did on Saturday, July 18. The venue was moved in doors, and Rev. Chris and Rev. Mary were there 90-minutes before the planned start to make sure those last minute changes were nothing out of the ordinary. We cannot thank them enough. My bride and I celebrated the ceremony like it was all in the plans.

Do not hesitate on using them. If it is white glove service, you want, this is the place. Rev.'s Chris and Mary answered any question immediately. Plus, in San Diego County, handling of the marriage license to the county is very appreciated.

Rev. Chris Tuttle was highly recommended on every site we visited as well as from other vendors of ours. We found out why. He made his own mark on the ceremony and even interacted with out guests. He is a very light hearted man, flexible, and kept us so calm throughout the entire process...ESPECIALLY during ceremony. The ceremony was so much more enjoyable because I could actually remember it and I wasn't a nervous wreck. He really set the tone for the whole day. I have never seen a Reverend or Priest make that kind of impact. By far THE BEST I have ever seen and I was glad it was at our wedding! Our guests loved him and so did we!

Ask and ye shall receive; we asked for a simple and beautiful ceremony that reflected our love of eachother, and of our friends and family that were in attendance. We received exactly that.

Although parts of the ceremony feel like a blur, Mary prepared us for success and provided an amazing ceremony that received excellent feedback from our families and friends.

Mary didn't make the ceremony "all about her" and she knew the perfect length to be short and sweet (what we wanted) while still being full of value and importance. It was a very meaningful 30 minutes and by the end there were a lot of misty eyes.

What sealed the deal with us and Mary was when she said "I don't know you two better than your friends and families, and I'm not going to try and act like I do. I am going to help you make a special ceremony."

Honest, genuine, professional...couldn't have asked for anything more.

Our 10th wedding anniversary celebration was truly a miracle. An automobile accident one month prior left us deeply grateful and blessed to be alive and together. Reverend Christopher was the perfect gift to us for this deeply personal and joyous occasion. It was our first meeting but it felt like we had known him for years. His attention to detail and sensitivity in officiating the ceremony, as well as his presence, sincerity and sense of humor are memories we will always treasure. We wholeheartedly recommend Reverend Christopher; his honesty and expertise will not disappoint.

My husband and I will cherish our wedding day on 4/22/15 forever! We were married on La Jolla beach at sunset. Reverend Christopher Tuttle (Rev. Chris) was very professional, calm demeanor, and prepared down to even having handkerchiefs ready for our use for the tears of joy! He made everything perfect! I would recommend him to anyone looking for an elopement or beach wedding. As a side note, we utilized the photographer recommended on Vows from the Heart website. He was topnotch as well!

Reverend Christopher Tuttle was absolutely perfect! We honestly couldn't have chosen a better officiant for our wedding. We got married outside but still wanted to incorporate the church. I am Christian and my husband is Catholic so we were worried about trying to intertwine the two, but Rev. Chris did it perfectly! We wanted several things in our ceremony such as an opening prayer, honoring those who weren't there, honoring our parents, readings from a few family members, a sand ceremony, just to name a few, but it wasn't too much for Rev. Chris as he incorporated everything we wanted! He even did little things that made a huge difference like stepping aside during the first kiss for our photos. He was absolutely beyond what I even imagined as an officiant and I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Rev. Christopher and Chaplain Mary officiated our marriage ceremony on Jan 26th for Military Monday. My (now) husband and I had been engaged for 6 years but since we are a dual military couple, our wedding planning kept getting pushed forward, and we also had several deaths in our families. We sent a request to the Rev and Chapl. and reserved a date. We were married within two weeks. Not only was the ceremony beautiful, but it was absolutely perfect. Chaplain Mary's words rang true to my heart and I honestly could not have wished for a better wedding. We also had Francesca from Caprice Strings and Kimberly from Lavish Lark photography at our ceremony. Everything was absolutely perfect and I am exceedingly grateful for the services that were given to us. The location in La Jolla was also way more beautiful that I could have hoped for. No amount of words could do these vendors justice. Perfect, just perfect!

Rev Christopher Tuttle did an excellent job officianting our wedding. He didnt know us but was still able to deliver a message that still felt very personal and special. We wrote our own vows and he really helped us through them when we started to get choked up. It was short and sweet and very beautiful. We especially appreciated him adding some catholic touches to appease my husband's family, even though we did not get married in a church. Thank You for everything.

Rev. Tuttle was the officiant at my brother's wedding 3 years ago. We loved him and thought he did a wonderful job for his ceremony. We originally had a friend of my husband's family performing our ceremony who was unable to perform the ceremony. He informed us 3 months before the wedding! Luckily, my wedding coordinator set us up with Rev. Tuttle. She had no idea he performed my brother's wedding previously. The cosmic gods were looking out for us! He respected our non-religious ceremony wishes, kept things lighthearted which fit us perfectly, and performed a ceremony that all of our guests enjoyed. Many of the guests came up to us after the ceremony and told us we lucked out and had a great officiant. To know that our guests enjoyed the ceremony as much as the party afterwards was a nice compliment.

Tuttle made us feel comfortable and allowed us to plan the flow of our ceremony! I cannot think of a negative thing to say about Rev. Reverend Christopher was amazing. He brought a calm happy presence to our ceremony and it felt like he knew us for years. He provided a very easy to use packet of info for building the ceremony. He was always quick respond to any questions and wanted to leave our day as stress free as possible. Many of our guests complimented his insightful words about the rain and overall smooth confidence throughout the ceremony. He was a blessing to have as our officiant. My new husband and I could not be happier with our officiant, Reverend Christopher Tuttle! From the very beginning, Rev. Christopher was VERY easy going and GENUINE!! Some people are just made for this profession and he is one of them! Vows From the Heart Ministries was our perfect fit. As a bride, of course I had my share of stress and anxiety on my plate, and believe me when I say this, Rev. Christopher did everything possible to ease that stress without even knowing it! He is quick to respond to e-mails, and VERY approachable in demeanor. If my husband and I were only able to recommend one of our vendors, it would have been this one! Vows From the Heart Ministries values their clients and this can be seen throughout every experience I encountered with our Reverend. Rev. Christopher was extremely prompt both when we met him for our initial "interview", as well as on our wedding day. As a stressed-out bride getting ready to walk down the aisle, it was HE who calmed me down by doing a last-minute check-in and "refresher". I heard nothing but positive reviews regarding Rev. Christopher from guests at our wedding, making our ceremony enjoyable for all. In addition to his prompt responses to e-mails and genuine interest in those he works with, Rev. Christopher also laid out a "map" ,if so to speak, of how our ceremony could be conducted. His map allowed my husband and I to pick and choose which "puzzle pieces" fit into what we wanted our ceremony to be. Alongside with offering brides and grooms numerous options for vows, poems, and prayers to be included in their ceremony, he was also very FLEXIBLE in letting us also share our personal vows with one another. After our wedding, Rev, Christopher was kind enough to follow up with us, ensuring we had the proper information in completing the marriage license process. Rev. Christopher married my brother and his wife 6 years ago and from that day i knew I wanted Rev.Christopher to be the officiant for my wedding. When that day came for me and he did, and it was one of the best days of my life. Since, I would think, most people try to only get married once, I think most don't know what to do. You probably see wedding all the time with friends and family, on TV and in movies. Then you wonder "how does it come together like that? How does everyone know what to say and do at the alter?" Well Rev Christopher makes it that easy. He explains what he is going to do and where your inputs come in. I know some of you may think "well I want it this way and I don't want him to change it," trust me he lets you control what you need to control for the ceremony and he does the rest. He makes it so comfortable at the alter like he is someone you have know for a while. I completely recommend him for anyone getting married in the San Diego area ( Our wedding was in Fallbrook)

Reverend Tuttle was the officiant on a ceremony we attended years ago as a new couple. He made an impression on us, and my wife (presently) remembered him when it came time for our own vows. The Reverend Christopher Tuttle, did my sisters wedding at a winery in Temecula a few years ago,

I was expecting ok snooze fest, boring blah blah blah, she loves him, he loves her, get on with the i do's, these shoes are killing me. LOL

This Rev is NOT boring at all, he is humorous, he is endearing, he is real, not stuffy, and I am sure that he makes heaven smile with every couple he joins in matrimony!!!!

Chris Tuttle is todays relevant officiant, he is AMAZING, this man is current, up to date, hilarious, and if you are lucky enough to get him, he is the icing to your wedding cake!!!!

My son is getting married at the Hotel Del in Coronado, California on August 2nd, and he and his future bride also chose Reverend Tuttle to officiate their wedding, I can't wait,

So that will be two weddings in our family that Christopher Tuttle has officiated, and I would not have it any other way.

He made my sister's wedding, perfect and I am sure he will do the same for my son on his special day, this August.

I LOVE, this man and no he does not know me, probably would not remember me, I was just the maid of honor, at one of his many many weddings that he has performed.

He has left such a lasting impression on me, and I am sure many others who were guests at one of the weddings he has performed.

Make him your first choice when interviewing for your officiate, you wont regret it. You would be very lucky to get him.

He made our day so special!! Even though we only talked with him a few times on the phone and once on Skype, his booklet was very helpful and had everything we wanted to know to plan for our ceremony. He is very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable.

I cannot say enough about Rev Christopher. We heard raves throughout our wedding night about how amazing he was. I loved how laid back, yet efficient he was throughout our planning process. He emailed me two weeks before my wedding just to see if I needed anything from him. I also received a text the night before confirming the time he would arrive to our ceremony. On the day of my wedding he again sent me a text letting me know he was on location. I never had to worry that he was not going to be there...such a relief with everything that goes on with a wedding.

We used Rev Christopher's ceremony handbook to pick out our vows and ring exchange. He then had free rein with respect to what was said beyond that. I am soooo glad we completely allowed him to do what he does best. He had us hold our rings together with interlocking hands while he blessed them. I have never seen anything like it and it was my favorite part!

In all the wedding craziness, I completely forgot our marriage license in the hotel room. Rev. Christopher was nice enough to go out of his way and come back to our location to make sure it was signed. He then took the license for us and filed it so we had nothing to worry about.

Rev Christopher is absolutely amazing at officiating. He was a blessing to work with and I am soooo happy we chose him! Without ANY hesitation, I would highly recommend him!!!!

Rev. Christopher made our day unbelievable! He was everything we hoped for when we decided to get married. Our wedding was at Bella Vista Vineyard in Temecula and he was personable, professional and I felt like we had known him a long time.

He gave us words of wisdom, told us stories that helped us relax, and really was interested in this special day. There was no rush during the ceremony and he hit upon everything we felt and wanted to say. We can't thank him enough. If I could give him 10 stars, I would do it!

I cannot say enough great things about Rev. Christopher!!!

He recently served as the officiant for our wedding ceremony and we were so happy to have him stand beside us during such memorable event.

Rev. Christopher added a magic to our day which carried through to cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. His lighthearted, loving nature added something truly unique to our ceremony and we received many compliments on how beautiful our ceremony was.

Rev. Christopher made us feel incredibly comfortable, had a tissue ready for me when I started crying, and knew exactly what to say to help me get through my vows (I was a blubbering mess)!

His wedding ceremony handbook helped us put together a ceremony to remember and we are so happy he was available to perform our ceremony for us.

Rev. Christopher put me at ease from the moment I met him. He is very honest, open, and knowledgeable. After we met Rev. I attended our close friends 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal over looking the beach at La Jolla having travelled from Wales on a holiday. Reverend Tuttle was awesome as was the whole event. I had heard so many amazing things about Rev. Tuttle that I knew we had to book him for our ceremony. Let me tell you, I’m so glad we did. No other Officiant could have given us the amazing ceremony we had with Rev. Tuttle. His prices are extremely reasonable and he has a ceremony guide that helps you plan the ceremony which was a huge help to us. From the first meeting to the ceremony, he was so easy to talk to and had great advice and uplifting words. Whether we chose him or not, he really just wanted happiness for us in our marriage and that meant a lot. He had a huge hand in making our ceremony AMAZING. It was so much more perfect that we ever could have expected or planned for. He had our guests laughing, smiling, and even tearing up during the ceremony. After the ceremony, tons of our guests were coming up to us give him rave reviews. He made our day so incredibly special and we are so lucky we were able to have him as our Officiant.

There is a reason everyone loves him and part of it is because from the second you talk to him you can tell this isn’t his job it’s his life, his passion. It shows in everything from the way he holds himself to his uplifting Facebook posts. Being happily married himself his “Recipe for Marriage” is also something to look up to and acknowledge as correct. There is absolutely no way you could ever be disappointed by hiring Rev. Tuttle. Stop looking and call him right now to make sure he still has your date available! We will be planning a vow renewal ceremony sometime in the future just so we can use him again!

It has been a year since our wedding and I'm finally getting around to writing a review! Rev. Christopher was absolutely wonderful at our wedding, everything he said made us feel like he was speaking as though he had been a part of our lives for many years. Our ceremony was truly personal to us and helped to make our day one to never forget. I also have to share that we had a little oopsie before our ceremony started, he accidentally spilled his coffee on my dress. His genuine concern for my feelings and the situation in general went above and beyond what I might have expected from any other officiant. It was hard to be upset about a situation with someone who had such a kind heart. He was absolutely wonderful to work with from our first meeting to saying "I do"!

Rev. Christopher was truly a God send in our time of need. My husband and I were planning an out of state wedding with some very specific requirements and out of the ordinary circumstances, and Rev. Christopher treated all our requests with such respect, honor, and love.

We were unable to meet before the wedding and he had a wedding earlier the same day but he still made a point of pulling each of us aside privately before the start of the ceremony to speak and acknowledge how we were feeling in that moment.

The ceremony guide was perfect for our situation! He was so helpful in guiding us through our planning and ceremony sequence selection.

The ceremony went flawlessly. I cried, my groom cried, and Rev. Christopher kept all of us together.

I couldn't have dreamed for a more perfect man to carry out our ceremony. It was truly a magical evening.

Only living in SD for a short time, my fiance and I have not joined a church in San Diego, so when we needed choose a officiant for our wedding we were a little worried. After meeting with Rev Christopher those worries evaporated. On our wedding day, he made us feel completely comfortable and was so warm. Our ceremony was perfect. We got so many compliments. Chris is a great officiant to work with. He easily walked us through the necessary steps leading up to the wedding (even responding to emails when he was on vacation in Hawaii), and provided a great ceremony. Definitely couldn't have made a better decision for an officiant.

Reverend Christopher was absolutely wonderful! He made our ceremony fun, which is exactly how we wanted it to be. After the ceremony, all of our guests were telling us how great the ceremony was and that Reverend Christopher did an amazing job. Everyone felt very comfortable around him.

We weren't sure what kind of ceremony we wanted to have, but Reverend Christopher provides his couples with a very useful handbook. He answers e-mails super fast too! We couldn't be happier with his service and we highly recommend him.

Chris Tuttle was the first officiant we met with, and knew right away that he would be the perfect fit for our ceremony. He is so warm and friendly and just oozes a comforting vibe that put us both at ease right away. He is so professional and delivered a perfect ceremony. We had a non denominational but spiritual ceremony and he struck a perfect balance without being cheesy or corny. He joked and had our whole crowd laughing and crying. He also has a lot of great unity ceremony ideas and his big smile is a great backdrop in our ceremony photos. Our moms both loved him, which is the ultimate compliment!

We knew that Rev. Tuttle was for us within the first few minutes of meeting him several months before our wedding. He was so easy to talk to it felt like we had been friends for years! We could also tell just how much he loved his job and how much he wanted to make our ceremony perfect for us! Fast forward to our wedding day and our ceremony was absolutely perfect! Rev. Tuttle managed to reflect us as a couple and keep everybody laughing. At our reception, all of our guests told us how amazing Rev. Tuttle was and how much they enjoyed the ceremony. We could not have asked for anyone more amazing to marry us and when we decide to renew our vows, we will definitely be giving him a call!

When I came across Rev Tuttle's information, I thought he looked familiar. I checked his website and liked what I saw. We met in person to discuss the wedding and I knew right away he was "the one". :)

It turns out, he actually married some friends of ours years ago and I remember REALLY liking him at their wedding.

We are so glad he married us. Our guests made special comments to us during the reception and even now that we are back from our honeymoon about how much they loved Rev Tuttle!
