I had Mollie as my stylist and she was incredible. She was so kind, genuine and easy to work with. When I came back for my return appointment for my faves I requested her again. She knew exactly the vision I was going for and ended up choosing my dream dress. She understood my style and vision and didn’t push me into anything I didn’t like. She kept coming back with better dresses each time! She was so professional, bubbly, and down to earth, I would recommend anyone to go see her!!!

My stylist Christina was amazing! She allowed us to browse around and also had my top picks pulled from my wishlist! She was perceptive to all my thoughts and feelings with each gown and steered my in the right direction. With her and my party’s help I was able to find the perfect gown for me! Great at every turn
I originally reached out to Vows because I was hunting down my benchmark dress and had emailed to ask if they could request a loaner. Hannah from the loans department responded very quickly and told me that they had the dress as a sample and that they would hold it for me.
I went to my appointment with Christina and just had the best time. She was so accommodating to my (crazy) friends while still making sure to center me in the appointment. She let me try on dresses in addition to the one I wanted, and really helped bring my vision to life. She so clearly was on the same page with me, and asked me to send her pictures of the wedding because she wanted to see my dress in its full glory. And we ended the appointment in a hug. :)
The salon is very organized, and they let you roam the floor. It is sectioned off so even the store is large, it still feels like an intimate experience. Thank you to everyone on the Vows team, I had an amazing experience.

Christina was phenomenal. The second I met here I knew I was in good hands. My wedding is very soon and she made me feel so certain we’d still find the dress. She was intuitive and super tapped in to my feelings on each dress, asking the perfect questions. Never making me feel pressure to say yes at all. I literally had a transcendental experience trying on the dress that she intuitively thought of for me… and it ended up being the one. I will remember that experience forever. Special Wedding Dress Appointment
Going to Vows made it my third bridal appointment! This time, I went alone and I was not thinking that I'd find my dress. Christina was absolutely AMAZING and made me feel like a bride the whole way. She was able to create a balance of having me have choice but also was receptive to any feedback I had.
When we found the dress, it was definitely a special moment and she offered to take pictures and videos! For the price point, it was right at my limit but she offered me a discount which was really kind.
Overall, coming to Vows was really special for me and I should have come here first! I was not expecting to feel like a bride or feel special, but Christina and her team made me feel that and even more.

Hannah was my stylist and she was truly incredible. She was genuine and naturally good at her job. She listened to my thoughts and how i felt about each dress and was so good at grabbing new dresses for me to try on based off of my comments/feelings when I tried on previous dresses. She was incredible at narrowing down all the options until I finally found my dream dress. Hannah was not the over the top sales-focused stylist that unforunately I found at so many other stores. Hannah was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. She never overstepped or pressured me and I really appreciated her kindness. Thank you Hannah!!!

Fantastic Shop for Wedding Dresses
VOWS was the third and final salon that I went to. I loved my experience there, and was thrilled to find my dress. The inventory is fantastic, and my stylist was so helpful in pulling my top dress from another salon, as well as similar styles. When it came time to decide, she was super accommodating in showing me the dress I loved in my size, while holding up a different size of the same dress with the lining color I preferred. I don’t live in the area, and VOWS made sure my dress got shipped to me out-of-state in perfect condition! I would highly recommend VOWS for a great dress shopping experience.

I said yes to the dress!
I was so nervous going into wedding dress shopping, but vows made it a fun, easy time. I tried on different styles and found one I liked, but there was something off about it. I trusted Kelly to pick a few that seemed like me (after she asked a few questions) and she found my dress. I knew from the second I put it on it was my dress. Christina was so wonderful to work with. Through our first conversation she knew exactly what type of dresses I was looking for and also encouraged me to try some outside of what I thought I wanted. It was a great experience all around. I was worried, being a larger size that nothing would fit and I wouldn’t get a clear picture of what a dress would look like on me, but Vows had so many sizes and I felt so comfortable. I loved my experience at Vows Bridal! Everyone was so sweet, thoughtful, and very empathetic to my needs. They were also super engaging--both with me and my party. Brittany was so lovely to work with--she was fully transparent and was great at guiding my decision-making. I never felt rushed--she took the time with me even though it needed some back and forth and repeating some fittings. I had such a wonderful experience at VOWS. I felt a warm welcome from the second we stepped into the store. Christina J went above and beyond in helping me find the right dress. I never felt pressured or rushed, and could tell how much she genuinely cared. I live close to Vows and have heard about the shop for years. I know people who got their dresses there and spoke highly of their experiences with stylists. My first appointment at Vows with Catie was amazing. She helped me so much in narrowing down what type of dress I wanted (surprise, it was something I hadn't expected to love). I ran out of time before finding the right dress for me, but scheduled a follow up appointment to try again. After finding a dress at another shop, I called Vows to move up my appointment sooner (to that afternoon) and met with Christina, who was also excellent at picking up where Catie and I left off and getting me across the finish line with the dress I ultimately picked. She was also great at confirming details and reviewing all necessary information for me to feel confident in my choice and purchase. This team is phenomenal.

Overwhelmed with Gratitude for my Stylist!
I can't say enough about Vows Bridal. I was able to go home with the dress of my dreams all thanks to my stylist, Christina, and the management. Christina's professionalism was above and beyond all expectations - she was truly determined to help me find and walk away with the perfect gown. I did not feel pressured or rushed, which is an experience I have had at other bridal salons. She was patient, non-judgmental, and caring, and it was obvious her top priority was that I was truly happy with my dress.

The BEST experience!
I was a little nervous going into my appointment, but the team at Vows made everything SO EASY. Big shout out to Aly for being a rockstar and making the experience of finding my dress such a positive one. I went into the appointment thinking that it would be hard to find a dress because I'm plus size, but there was such a large selection to choose from. I had an amazing experience with Olivia! She was beyond helpful throughout the entire browsing and trying on process. She listened to what I thought I wanted and then what I liked or didn't like about a particular dress and went out to the floor find others that met that criteria. Olivia was also very understanding of my budget and worked with me to get the look I was going for without going over. If you are anywhere close to the Boston area and are looking for a wedding dress, Vows needs to be your first (and maybe only) stop. They have an excellent selection of dresses & such kind and fun staff. Katie was my stylist and in my appointment she had me try on 9-10 dresses. I really appreciated how not sales-y her approach was; she helped me narrow down my top contenders but didn’t pressure me to make a final decision. I ended up going back the next week to say yes to one of the dresses she showed me. I also went back to try on accessories; Rosa was my stylist and similarly low pressure, I ended up buying my veil from Vows as well. From beginning to end, everyone at Vows was wonderful to work with.

Loved my dress from Vows!
They had a huge selection of dresses and veils, and all the staff were incredibly helpful finding a match for my dream dress! I had an amazing experience picking dresses out and trying them on, and when it came to ordering the dress and the veil, Vows was really on top of it and pick up was super easy! I had no idea what I wanted coming in, but my stylist Hannah was so helpful looking through different options and steering me towards dress styles I liked. I ended up finding my dress and am completely obsessed with it! I went back for my veil after starting alterations and that experience was incredible as well. I’m so happy I went to Vows!

What a great experience! Beautiful place, and everyone was very professional! As soon as we arrived we were tended to and the appointment began. Everything was explained so easily and quickly. Exactly what I needed
In all honesty I was not looking forward to this part of wedding planning. I am not a person who wears a lot of dresses (let alone gowns) so I was feeling intimidated and like it was inevitable I would have to settle for something that did not feel like me but Katie B. completely turned that around. She met me exactly where I was at and helped me ease into all of it. While I was apprehensive at first, and doubtful in the middle, I ended up having a great time and found the dress! Big thank you to Mandy who helped too and was a fresh set of eyes since I ended up staying longer than my appointment time. Would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing experience!
I bought my dress from Vows back in February! I didn’t really know what I wanted and am very indecisive. I went with some of my bridesmaids and couldn’t decide. I worked with Kelly and she was wonderful. After my initial appointment she reached out and asked if I had decided or wanted to make another appointment. I made another appointment and provided all the dresses I wanted to try. She was awesome helping me schedule another appointment and let me try all of them! I am so glad I had the pleasure of working with a dress consultant who truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. She took the time to understand my style preferences and vision, providing thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed. She also let me try styles with and without pieces such as bows, sleeves, etc.
Her patience and genuine kindness made the entire experience enjoyable. She carefully curated a selection of dresses that perfectly matched what I was looking for when I wasn’t sure, and I appreciated their attention to detail and knowledge of fabrics and fits.
Overall, working with Kelly was a wonderful experience. Her dedication to helping me find the perfect dress was evident, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone in search of personalized and thoughtful dress consultation at Vows!!

I made an appointment at Vows as the first place to go for wedding dress shopping with my mom and sisters. Our consultant Deirdre G was awesome, she was very professional and helpful and found dresses in my price range that fit the style I asked for. I said yes to the dress after trying on about 5 dresses we found the perfect one! I would highly recommend Vows!

Absolutely amazing experience
My experience at Vows was absolutely amazing. Christina was extremely receptive to what I was describing in terms of the bridal look I was trying to achieve. Visited Vows for my 2nd dress shopping appointment and definitely recommend!! Being able to browse online beforehand and also in-person was so nice and they have a great selection. Was paired with Deirdre and cannot recommend her enough - she was so nice, honest, and knowledgable on styles. The dress I picked ended up being one she pulled at the very end that perfectly encapsulated all the details I'd been liking on other dresses! Would never have found my dress without her!

Dream Wedding Dress Experience
I cannot recommend Vows enough! They have a great range of dresses to choose from and have no issues with your guests roaming the racks for their picks. Stunning inventory. It is perfect if you want to try a few different styles and it’s equally as perfect if you know the style you want. I tended towards the same style and I had so many different options to try on. My consultant, Liuba, was spot on selecting dresses to try based on my wish list. She is an absolute dream. She made me feel so comfortable trying on each dress, which I was anxious about. I usually hate trying on clothes. I enjoyed every single minute because of how supportive and kind Liuba was. She made me feel so beautiful. She eased every insecurity I had walking in there. She selected a veil that perfectly matched the dress I chose. I couldn’t hold back the tears, it was so perfect! I probably wouldn’t have ever tried that veil on without her and I would have missed out on the perfect look. If you can book with her, DO IT!! Everyone was beyond professional and truly kind. The front desk staff were genuinely nice. They were so helpful with purchasing and next steps. The manager who took my measurements was so attentive. She took time to go through the different size and detail options before we confirmed my order. She was so supportive and I feel confident in my order. The energy is so positive. I am so happy I chose Vows. I will cherish the memory of this experience for a lifetime.

I had an amazing experience at vows , I would 100% recommend any future brides to make a trip to the closest vows for their wedding dress. From the minute we walked in it was nothing but kind people with smiles on their face . The wait time was short do nothing and the stylist was amazing and very understanding along with being extremely helpful all around. I found my dream dress and wouldn’t go back on where to go for my dress. The 4 1/2 hour ride was well beyond worth it . Thank you vows .

The best experience
This was the best bridal salon I’ve been to- they know what they’re doing. The selection is enormous, the prices are lower than expected, and the staff is so knowledgeable. Within minutes of entering the store, the consultant had dresses for me to try (in budget and in styles I liked). From those dresses, we narrowed it down. Within an hour, I had the dress and was out of there, and not once did I feel pressure from the staff to make a decision. It was seriously the best experience.

I said yes to the dress!
This was my second bridal shop and in comparison to the first shop, this place was huge. It carried all of the dresses that I dreamed of trying on. I was coming out of state and they accommodated my 6 guests instead of 5. Just FYI, no alcohol and their parking lot is limited so I would carpool.
My stylist was Brittany and she was awesome. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. She never left my side and helped me put on the dresses. The dress I eventually said yes to wasn’t even on my 5 dress wishlist. Brittany has 5+ years of expertise and was able to pick a dress that I couldn’t say no to. At no point did I feel pressured to say yes to a dress. I told Brittany I was a very indecisive person and needed time to think about the dresses after leaving the shop. She was super respectful and easygoing. I eventually called Vows after a couple days to say yes to their Galia Lahav gown.

After Looking at 15 Places, VOWS was IT!
I went to at least 15 bridal salons and this was my last stop! I seriously wish I went here first.
I had my heart set on a satin, off-shoulder ballgown. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find one of these classic styles on the South Shore. David's Bridal did have two, and a couple of other local shops had maybe one or two, but they were either too plain or just not very stylish.
When I went to Vows, I walked in and saw TONS of satin dresses. It was INSANE. I was so used to seeing either all lace or all beaded dresses everywhere. It was so refreshing to see multiple racks dedicated to this classic smooth look.
I had been looking all over for a specific (new) dress that was made in ~2022 from Stella York. I found a very similar one from its sister company, Essence of Australia, at the very popular Alexandra's Boutique, but I wasn't feeling it. There was really something off about it and it didn't look good. Plus, they were way more expensive. It was also SO HARD to go there without taking pictures to look at later to help me make my decision. Vows allowed me (and even helped me) take as MANY pictures as I wanted so I could go home and show my mother and friends before deciding to purchase.
This was the only store that had the perfect off-shoulder satin (technically mikado) look; Stella York 7535.
Vows' bridal's professionalism was also fantastic. They knew exactly what to look for when I was comparing dress styles and had GREAT feedback and could tell me exactly why I liked one dress and not the other (like they were reading my mind).
Would definitely go back if I had to re-do my wedding over!

I had the best experience yesterday at Vows. Sara was the best consultant—let me try on so many great options and she ended up pulling the perfect dress for me. I didn’t expect to get a dress on my first outing but I’m obsessed as so grateful that Sara made it such a fun time—no thought of insecurities as she was a great hype woman and took the pressure off me. Vows was the first and only bridal salon that I went to for my wedding dress and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The perfect experience
I had a wonderful experience start to finish with Vows. I came to Vows after having a bad experience with another store up in NH that was a high-pressurized sales environment, and this couldn't have been more opposite. Mandy was SO helpful and supportive, and really helped me find the dress that was right for me. They are incredibly responsive via email and phone if you have any questions, and are really good about helping you navigate your budget. My appointment with Rosa for my veil was also fantastic, and ended up leaving with exactly the right veil for me. I can't recommend Vows enough for brides. Thank you, Vows!!!

VOWS was a wonderful place to say yes to my dress. I had two appointments with them. The first was trying on what was an available in store. For the second, they special ordered in two dresses for a trunk show that I had seen online but couldn’t find in store. One of them was my dream dress and it was incredible. Mandy was wonderful to work with and never pushed me to make a decision but still kept the appointment moving so I was always able to try on the maximum number of dresses.
But make sure to order with as much time as possible! The first dress that came in was the wrong color details so they had to reorder (it was correct on the order form, the wrong dress was sent by accident). The next time it came in was correct and perfect and still with plenty of time for alterations. One of the perks to a long engagement!

Everything gown shopping is meant to be!
Words can barely justify my experience, because it was just that good. Over the phone, the VOWS team is so patient and kind - and this is consistent once you walk in, as well. We arrived just a couple minutes before my appointment was due to start, and Sara was ready to go and very accommodating to my group of 5 - one of whom was in a wheelchair and delighted to be attended to with such warmth and care by the team.
The suite is incredible, as is the selection of gowns (ALL of which, unlike other places, were in great condition and very well-maintained). My party had ample space to relax and enjoy the experience with me, and the podium being right outside the dressing station in the middle of our suite made it feel intimate and special to us and us alone - the way it should be.
While I had a few “wishlist” gowns in mind, I really enjoyed getting to peruse and choose a few in person after showing Sara my top choices too, as it was ultimately this part of the experience that led to me finding The One. Sara went above and beyond to find the sample size in each of my choices that would best help me see how the gown would fall - which wholly made the difference. It is extremely obvious how much she loves what she does, and everyone in my party - myself included - was appreciative of how supportive, encouraging, and reassuring Sara was at every step. These kinds of moments can leave one feeling very vulnerable, and bridal gown sizing is no joke (lol) - so working with someone who can make you feel special and beautiful while also giving you the expert guidance that you may need is hugely important.
Not only did I find The One, but also a beautiful veil and a fabric piece to accentuate the waistline of my dress. All with Sara’s expert recommendations. Everyone was crying at several points throughout the 75 minutes - we were also happy to be in such a central location so we could easily get a bite to eat afterwards.
I am SO excited for my gown to arrive. Thank you Sara, and thank you VOWS ♥️

I had the absolute best experience shopping for my wedding dress at Vows. Brittany D was super kind, helpful and overall an angel to work with! She made me feel so comfortable. She only pulled gowns from my wishlist or ones very similar and in my budget. We were only there for about an hour but not once did we feel rushed in any way. I tried on about 6 dresses but it didn’t take long to know which one was THE one. Brittany also helped me find the perfect veil to match my dress, which was discounted for purchasing at the same time as my dress! I had an amazing experience at Vows. Katie was the BEST. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was so kind, patient, and a great listener. She was rooting for me and what I wanted. I loved how educated she was with the different designers and silhouettes. I was able to say YES to the dress that day! I could not be happier with the dress I picked I felt beautiful. This is all thanks to Katie! I highly recommend going to Vows and booking with Katie to find your perfect dress! Overall the staff was super kind and helpful.

Such an amazing experience
I got my dress back in 2022 but had my wedding this past Sept. My dress was absolutely everything I was hoping it would be. They were so knowledgeable and helped me mock up a sleeve so that I could envision what the strapless dress' potential could be. I was recommended to a seamstress (Anahit) that only works with Vows that would be capable of accomplishing these sleeves and she was above and beyond. The Vows team also helped me by recommending I get extra fabric so that there was something for the seamstress to work with and it was such amazing foresight. I'm so grateful for their kindness and their expertise!

The best store with the best team!! I cannot recommend Vows and my consultant, Lauryn, enough! It’s a stunning store with a huge selection of gorgeous dresses. Lauryn was so knowledgeable and helpful in listening to me and pulling dresses that matched exactly what I was asking for. She was insightful without being pushy at all. I booked two appointments with Vows and purchased my dress on the second. Everyone I interacted with at the store was so kind and lovely. THIS is the place to purchase your dream wedding dress.

Amazing service
Vows was the ultimate bridal experience for me. The shop is adorable and they have so many beautiful gowns to choose from. Mandy was absolutely fantastic and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in every dress I tried on. She even went the extra mile to help pull off my sister surprising me from New York to see the final dress I had picked. I could not have had a better experience at Vows and would recommend them to any future bride!!

Couldn’t recommend enough
Mandy made my bridal try on experience incredible. She is fun, engaging, listened to all of my ideas and quickly figured out what styles I liked best. She explained everything and was transparent about pricing, order times, etc. She cheered me on when finally choosing my dress and I am so lucky that I had her as my stylist. She could not have been more patient with me even when it took 2 full appointments for me to choose the first dress I ever tried on. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she is the best!!!

Perfect experience, dream dress!
Vows is amazing. Walking into the gorgeous store felt like a movie. I was greeted by enthusiastic staff, and was immediately excited to be there. Olivia D. and Mandy are fantastic. My dream dress is not a dress they carry in their store, but because of their connections with top designers, they were able to get it in so quickly for me to try on and say yes to! I felt super comfortable from the moment I walked in, and my experience there was beyond what I hoped it would be. Thank you Olivia and Mandy!

Vows was incredible! The whole process was smooth, and everyone was so lovely! One of my favorite features of Vows is that they suggest that you put together a wish list, and then select your top 5 to bring to your appointment. As someone who gets overwhelmed easily, this was a game changer!! I was able to walk in with an idea of exactly what I was looking for, with exact dresses, and have them pulled! Then from that information my stylist, Susie, browsed the racks and pulled similar dresses to what I was looking for. Susie was phenomenal. She listened to what I wanted, in terms of style, and price range, and was kind and so helpful. I felt at ease while working with her, on a day that can be so stressful! I was determined to buy my dress that day and she made it happen. Susie actually picked out the dress that I ended up buying! The store was clean, bright, and had a great energy. I will be recommending Vows to anyone who is in the market for a wedding dress!

You cannot beat Vows. Vows was the third place I tried. everywhere I'd gone, something about the experience was off or the dress selection wasn't hitting what I needed. I began feeling so discouraged... until I went to Vows. I went alone the first time and got paired with Mandy. We had a BLAST together. I ended up finding what I knew would be my gown, but now that I felt confident in SO many dresses there, had the very best experience shopping around myself and having them pull from my wish list, in addition to Mandy's energy and support... I knew I needed my friends and family to come too. I scheduled a second appointment with Mandy and had an equally amazing experience. Everyone there from Lexi at the front, to the owner Olivia, and of course, Mandy, are truly incredible people. We had an unparalleled experience and the selection is unmatched -- from luxury designers to more affordable brands -- you WILL find your dream dress here. I ended up with the gown Mandy and I had fallen in love with and both she and Olivia helped to make my dream a reality. Thank you Vows!
I found my wedding dress at Vows Bridal in July 2023 and it was such an amazing experience. As a Watertown resident, I always drove by Vows and was so excited to go in to shop. I'm not very girly so I was definitely really nervous about trying on wedding gowns, but my stylist Susie made me feel so comfortable and really listened to everything that I said (and even some things I didn't say). She was fantastic to work with and helped me found the dress of my dreams - I feel so confident in my dress and cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. The rest of the Vows staff is excellent as well - they're all so kind, easy to book with and super flexible. I can't wait to bring my sisters to Vows for their wedding dress appointments in the future!

Amazing selection and shopping experience
Sara (the store manager) was a great help in finding my wedding dress! She picked out a great selection (based on my vision) but also let me walk around the store to pick dresses off the rack to try on (this is very unique to Vows). She helped me see the small details that make a big difference in finding a stand out, flattering dress. Highly recommend!

I was able to get my veil and adorable reception dress here with the help of Lexi.. My mom was in town from LA, and we wanted to "sleep on" the options we saw at our appt.. and she was able to get us in the very next day - so we could pick the right on, before my mom had to fly back the next day. was a great and fun experience!! honestly wish I also got my wedding dress there as well.. the selection is unreal!!

Amazing dress shopping experience!
My experience at VOWS was amazing! I had an appointment at another bridal salon that let me know the day before my appointment that I would be limited to off-the-rack dresses only, since my wedding was less than 10 months away. I decided to make a last minute appointment at VOWs instead and they were so accommodating and had zero concerns about my timeline and ensured me I had ample time to pick out the dress of my dreams. I was able to shop any designer, and my custom order is expected to arrive in less than 3 months.
My stylist was so kind and helpful and took the time to ask questions and understand my vision and what I was looking for. I loved that me and my friends were able to browse all the dresses and pick out ones for me to try on, in addition to the stylists picks. I've been to other salons that don't let anyone, even the bride, browse the dresses. I'm so thrilled with the dress and couldn't be happier that I picked VOWS to find it!
They also have incredible designers for trunk shows - make sure to check out the schedule on their website if there's a designer you're eyeing, most truck shows will offer 10% off the selected designer.

Go to vows!
Me and two of my friends all got our dresses and veils from vows (within the same few month period). One of us had gone and referred the others and we all had such an AMAZING experience with the Vows team that we had no choice but to shop there! There customer service is amazing - they truly get to know you and try to find the perfect dress for YOU based on what you're looking for. The selection is EXTENSIVE - they have over 2,000 dresses, and way more accessories than any other bridal shop (especially veils). Not to mention, they are really affordable and can fit any budget.
One of my friends and I went to 3 other bridal salons for veils and the selection was small, prices were much higher, and except for one of the others (Flair) the customer service left a lot to be desired - especially Ceremony in Newton - they were honestly downright rude and judgmental - I couldn't believe it. But I digress...
Do yourself a favor - go to Vows - you will absolutely love your experience and you will find the dress of your dreams, and it will be within your budget. They are AMAZING!

Sara at Vows was so experienced and helpful during my wedding dress appointment. She let us search for some dresses ourselves if we wanted to and it was nice seeing the different dresses and which ones caught our eyes. Their selection is top notch and they have all price ranges. Sara really knows all the ins and outs of the wedding dress industry and was super patient. She seemed like she really cared about me finding my perfect dress. She made me comfortable to retry different dresses multiple times until I knew I found the one. Can't recommend Vows enough!

Patient, Encouraging, and Supportive every step along the way
I worked with Mandy (one of the managers) to find my wedding dress. During the first appointment Mandy was patient with me, helped me narrow down the style I liked, and did not put any pressure on me to make a decision or make a purchase. Mandy helped me to clarify what I was looking for and helped me articulate my preferences (This is not always an easy task with me because I can be indecisive). I left not having made a decision but feeling very positive about my experience. A few weeks later, I decided that because of my experience at Vows and with Mandy that I wanted to get my dress at Vows. When I called, Mandy was enthusiastic and flexible about finding a time that worked for me. When I made the decision about what dress I wanted there were some discrepancies with the design between sizes. Mandy noticed this before I did and immediately brought in Olivia (one of the owners) to help clarify. Both Mandy and Olivia went above and beyond by contacting the designer and ordering two different sizes to clarify the design discrepancy. Mandy continued to go above and beyond by facetiming the seamstress I am working with to find a solution when the design came in slightly different than the original. Every step a long the way Mandy and Vows went above and beyond to help me find my dress and feel excited about the choice. They were very patient, understanding, and knowledgable and I know they make this time for many other brides as well!
