  I enjoyed working with Vowed2You for our wedding planning. Kyna is very knowledgable about the industry and things to consider when planning a wedding. I planned from out of state from the wedding location, so really appreciated her helping me to navigate discussions with vendors from afar.

  Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!!!

  Our experience with this wedding coordinator is over I’ll always treasure! She was on it every step of the way. She was very detailed and thought of the little things that I probably would have forgotten about! She was very professional and understood the assignment!

  So great to work with!

  Vowed to You was such a huge help leading up to our wedding day and especially on the day itself! We had a lot of DIY decor, florals, and glassware, and Kyna and her assistant executed our vision perfectly! We were able to just enjoy the day.

  We Love Kyna!

  We found Kyna through a family friend and it was the best moeny we spend on the whole wedding. She is attentive, calm, caring, and precise in her planning support. We had her help through the whole process and would recomend everyone else does the same. The best recomendation we can give is that my wifes twin sister is using her for her planning also.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Kyna from Vowed To You. She was very thorough and professional every step of the way while making sure you were comfortable. Especially during these crazy times with Covid-19 restrictions. She made sure everything was in order and even offered suggestions when I couldn’t think of the extra little details needed in my vision. She communicated between us and our vendors often and timely which was very important. Our wedding was AWESOME and I cannot thank Kyna enough for everything.

  Kyna was a great day of coordinator-she rolled with all of the punches of our day and the time leading up to it in this crazy COVID wedding world. Our reception venue opened up a week before the wedding, and she kept up with all of our last minute changes! Kyna and her team were instrumental in making sure our multi-location wedding went off without any items or people missing! I did not have to worry whether certain items (some very precious things like a picture of my late Dad) got from our house to the church and then later to the venue. It was our best investment in the day to have her with us to handle all of those "little" things that turned out to have been quite load off of the two of us and our wedding party.   Wouldn’t get married without Kyna

  Our wedding has been postponed from 2020 due to COVID and Kyna has kept me sane throughout the process. We first hired Kyna for our day-of coordinator and towards the wedding we upgraded to partial wedding planning for both our traditional Thai and catholic ceremony. Kyna has been thoughtful, flexible, professional, and wonderful to work with. She added small touches at our reception that I hadn’t thought about and was able to handle to all our vendors for us perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding, and I love not having to think about anything at all on our wedding day besides enjoying myself.
  
  My husband and my mother in law also love Kyna. Especially my husband who will now recommend his friends to never get married without a wedding planner.

  I am so glad I hired Kyna! Leading up she kept me on track with a detailed checklist and timeline. The day of the wedding she was everywhere I needed her to be handling all kinds of small details. My ceremony and reception turned out beautiful thanks to some of the small personal touches Kyna added and at the end of the night she had everything boxed and ready to go. The whole day was perfect and I didn't feel stressed one bit thanks to Kyna. Aside from being an awesome wedding planner she was also funny, kind and a pleasure to be around. I would absolutely recommend her!

  If it wasn't for Kyna, I'd have scrapped the whole wedding idea and would've just eloped, lol. Planning a wedding is stressful-- especially when you're not really from the area and all your friends and family live out of state. Hiring Kyna was one of the best decisions I could have made.
  
  She helped me stay organized with timelines, check-in calls/ emails,  and even accompanied me to a few of my vendor appointments. She listened to my vision and didn't try to change it-- just looked for ways to enhance it. I had so much outside stress during the days leading up to my wedding. But on my wedding day? I didn't have a care. Kyna and her assistant took care of everything. Her attention to detail and care for your event is unmatched. She was flexible and helped me make last minute changes due to the unpredictable Chicago weather. She even provided cute bathroom baskets for my guests. I had no idea because I didn't use the guest bathrooms, but my guests later told me how that was such a nice touch.
  
  I have nothing but fond memories of my wedding and Kyna is a big reason for that. Hiring a coordinator (who is not family) is so important. Let Kyna help you plan! Thanks again for everything!

All of the vendors were aligned with each other, Timing was perfect and she made sure the day went off without a hitch! There were no issues throughout the whole process. We gave her our vision and she came to us with multiple ideas that we could choose from and customize to our liking. She worked very diligently to get things done and also stayed on top of us to make sure our part was done also. I would recommend her to any and everyone I know. Worth every penny and more!   A Godsend!

  It's not easy for me hand over responsibility, but walking into my reception venue and seeing that Kyna had brought my vision to life was incredible. She connected with me several times before the wedding and I knew she know exactly what I wanted and she absolutely delivered! She helped my ceremony and reception flow perfectly and I am so grateful for her!

She made our wedding and the whole week or two leading up to it so enjoyable! She was incredibly organized and knew the questions to ask to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. The week leading up to our wedding I was so relaxed, knowing everything was taken care of because of Kyna's excellent work. Initially, a wedding coordinator wasn't in our budget, but we are so happy we decided to invest in Kyna! She was truly a blessing on our big day.

  Family Matters

  I was at first VERY apprehensive about using Kyna for our event! I’m a bit of an over-thinker and I’m METICULOUS about details. I wanted to plan our anniversary renewal on my own, but soon realized I needed help...and A LOT of it! She checked in with us regularly, kept us on target with our timelines, and best of all she made sure we as well as our guests/vendors were taken care of! She added little details to our ceremony that we appreciated so much! Kyna took so much stress off our plates in an already stressful time for us. People advise against mixing business & family. We couldn’t disagree more with that statement :) Kyna coordinated an amazing ceremony & reception for us. We don’t know how she does it but she makes it look effortless!
