  best tailoring and customer service

  We cannot thank Matt from Vittorio enough for everything he did for our wedding. My now husband ordered a made-to-order suit online. We went to a tailor on the eastside who butchered the alterations and my husband was unable to lift his arms in the suit! The online company issued us a remake. We went to multiple tailors who could NOT figure out how to alter this suit to best fit him. He kept being told he was a difficult fit. However, when we met with Matt at Vittorio, he was confident the suit could be made to fit well- and he delivered! The tailoring was done perfectly, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. He basically saved the day. He was always courteous and provided great customer service to us, despite us having gotten our suit elsewhere.
  Save yourself the trouble of ordering online or shopping around- start at Vittorio's. We cannot thank them enough!

  32 years ago my parents rented tuxes from Vittorio's for their wedding and they are still providing the same great service and tuxes today. We visited a few local tux places before deciding to go with Vittorio's. They had a great selection and their prices were comparable. What set them apart was their staff and the fact that everything was included in the rental price. They even go so far as to make minor alterations on the spot when you go for your final tux fitting just to make sure everything looks perfect.

  The customer service the I received at Vittorio's was fantastic from the first fitting through to returning the suit after my wedding. The suit itself was high quality and comfortable. I'd highly recommend Vittorio's to anyone.

  They made the groom and groomsmen look red carpet great, as well as my four year old son(ring bearer). Best place ever love the owner he is a nice guy.

  We had a great experience working with Matt from Vittorio. The quality of the suits and the service we received was soooo much better than our initial consultation at Men's Warehouse. I'm glad we made the decision to shop local. Several of the guys purchased their suits, too. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the little ringbearer's suit was a lighter gray color so he didn't quite match, but everybody but me thought it was done on purpose so it all worked out!

  Great local option for tuxes or wedding suits. My fiance had a tricky bridesmaid dress color to match but they did a nice job finding colors that worked for the vest and ties. We had out of town guests from Columbus and they helped hook them up with a place near them to get measured. They just picked their stuff up when they arrived. Bottom line, we'd use them again.
