Our wedding in Villamaina, Italy was nothing short of spectacular. Surrounded by rolling hills and the most breathtaking countryside, the venue was spacious, beautiful and felt like a true Italian dream. Planning a destination wedding while living in New York City could have been stressful, but our wedding planner made the entire process seamless. She managed every detail with grace, professionalism and impeccable organization. Despite the distance, we communicated often, and I always felt informed and completely at ease. She handled the event with such class that I was really able to enjoy every moment without worrying about a single detail. It was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have picked a better wedding planner than Vittoria!
Il nostro matrimonio a Villamaina, in Italia, è stato semplicemente spettacolare. Circondati da dolci colline e da una campagna mozzafiato, la location era ampia, splendida e sembrava uscita da un sogno italiano. Organizzare un matrimonio di destinazione vivendo a New York City avrebbe potuto essere stressante, ma la nostra wedding planner ha reso l’intera esperienza impeccabile. Ha gestito ogni dettaglio con grande professionalità, eleganza e attenzione. Nonostante la distanza, siamo stati in costante comunicazione e mi sono sempre sentita seguita, tranquilla e sicura. Ha coordinato l’evento con grande classe, permettendomi di vivere ogni momento senza alcuna preoccupazione. È stata un’esperienza indimenticabile e non avremmo potuto scegliere un wedding planner migliore di Vittoria!

Our wedding would simply not have been possible without Vittoria Belmonte. From start to finish, she was exceptional in every sense of the word.
Vittoria managed the logistics of 85 Cypriot guests traveling to Irpinia for three full days, including transportation, food, drinks, schedules, and countless moving parts—something that on its own feels almost impossible. Yet she handled everything with absolute professionalism, calmness, and attention to detail.
Every single detail was taken care of. Nothing was overlooked. She anticipated needs before they even arose and made sure that both we and our guests felt comfortable, welcomed, and stress-free throughout the entire experience. Coordinating people from different countries, cultures, and expectations is not easy, but Vittoria did it seamlessly and with grace.
Her organization, communication, and dedication allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything. We felt fully supported and deeply cared for, knowing that everything was in the best hands possible.

Vittoria was our wedding planner, and she was impeccable: every detail was perfectly organized, and many guests complimented us on the wonderful success of the event. I must admit that, caught up in the excitement of the day, I didn’t have the chance to check everything myself, but the result spoke for itself.
Moreover, in the months leading up to the wedding, I “tormented” her with a thousand questions and requests, but she was always patient, helpful, and professional. She truly did an excellent job, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! -
