My husband and I cannot even find the words to describe how INCREDIBLE Scott was as our wedding DJ. He was amazing to work with from start to finish - he took the time from the very beginning to get to know us as a couple and to truly understand the vibe we wanted for our ceremony and reception. Everything on the day of was absolutely seamless - he set up all of the equipment and lighting, and was the absolute best master of ceremonies we could have asked for. And then the freaking playlist!! He CRUSHED everything from the music during the dinner to the BANGERS he played for our reception party. Our guests talked about our reception for months after, and we owe so much of it to Scott. We cannot recommend Scott enough, he made our wedding weekend absolutely incredible and unforgettable!! -

Scott came highly recommended by both our wedding planner at Simply You and our venue Casa Marina. Being from Tampa, I was apprehensive about hiring a DJ/emcee from out of town and that would cater to my taste of music as well as my crowd. I called him months in advance, and he was super personable and straight to the point on the phone with questions I had. He was quick to answering our emails or giving us calls back to help with our song requests, and even gave feedback with what he's seen be successful at previous weddings. The day of the wedding, he was SO prepared and precise with our schedule throughout the reception! I was blown away. He made clear and concise announcements about our audio guest book and kept the night moving efficiently with dances, speeches, cake cutting and walk out. When it was time to dance, he got my guests PUMPED UP! He transitioned every song I requested perfectly into the next, making sure everyone (including grandma and grandpa) was having a blast. Scott, thank you thank you thank you for an amazing night and setting the tone. So many of our guests came up to us saying our wedding was "the wedding of the century". If you're looking for entertainment for your wedding in Key West, seriously look no further!!! -

Scott is a stone-cold pro, with a heart of gold and an ear to match. We were very happy with his professionalism, MCing, and taste in music to keep the guests moving throughout the evening, and he was essential to all phases of our wedding day.
From initial communication around contracts and worksheets, through our first phone call and pre-wedding check-in, all the way up to the day of the ceremony itself, Scott was a pragmatic and friendly communicator, helping us to clearly establish the tone and mood we were hoping for in our ceremony. We appreciated the detail he took in learning our families' many pronunciations and preferred means of address. He evinced these same traits on Saturday morning, during setup, and worked closely with us and our wedding coordinator to make sure our schedule and our different song selections were timed and sequenced correctly. The audio quality of his microphones and speakers was first-rate as well!
On the day of the ceremony, Scott quickly came in and set up, playing focused lo-fi tracks to help our caterers. He then MCed and DJed our pre-ceremony mingle with an equally effective taste in mood, showing flexibility and more clear communication when our start time needed pushed back. The ceremony and introduction dances before the wedding were also well-executed, and he continued keeping the party going after dinner, mixing in 80s and 90s crowd-pleasers with our selection of must-plays and additional tracks from a playlist we had prepared and shared with him prior to the ceremony.
Through each element of preparation and performance, Scott proved himself to be essential to our day! We wholeheartedly recommend him for your next event service - especially if it's a wedding :)

Excellent DJ!
When planning our Key West wedding, I knew what I didn't want for a DJ. I didn't want some guy in a hawaiian shirt emceeing the whole night like it's high school prom. So I had a few phone calls with different DJs and completely loved Scott's vibe! He was so fun at our wedding that it seemed more like a friend playing some tunes than a hired DJ, which is exactly what I wanted. We only had a group of 35 people on the beach so I was afraid we wouldn't have a ton of people dancing, but I was so wrong! Scott got the party going and even had an obscure song that we special requested. He was so great at interacting with our guests and we really felt like he was one of our guests himself! If I had to do it over again, I would choose Scott a million times over! -

My wife and I booked Scott to DJ our wedding in Key West, FL. Scott was easy to work with before and during the wedding. Scott assured that he is a pro at reading the crowds and goes off the flow of what he sees/feels, and he nailed it. Our wedding was a mixture of guests who have been in lock down due to COVID in 2020 and looking for a reason enjoy themselves, Scott did a great job providing the entertainment and excitement that we all needed. The dancing started right after the Father/Daughter dance, and it did not stop until we all jumped into the pool! I would highly recommend Scott for any of your events you are looking for, 5 Stars!
PS - If I had the photos from our photographer, I would post them on here to give an idea of how much fun we had, I'll try and update this when we have them.

Scott is amazing!! It was a pleasure to work with him in putting together our wedding reception. He was always prompt in emailing us back when we had questions during the planning process and helped us out with a fun Mother-Son dance mash-up! We had a 4 hour reception and the dance floor was consistently packed! He played a nice variety of music that got all ages of friends and family on the dance floor! We are so grateful we chose Visualize Entertainment for our wedding! -

If you get married in Key West, Scott is the DJ to go with. He was so nice and sweet during the planning stages, he worked with us on every aspect of the reception. People told me that DJ's help receptions go smoothly, and Scott made ours effortless. There was not a time that people were not dancing or having fun, and i got nothing but compliments for weeks after. Highly, highly recommend. I could not be happier!!! -

Perfect wedding DJ!
In planning a destination wedding, it can be hard to choose between wedding vendors that might seem similar online since you can't always meet them in person before your big day. Choosing Scott and Visualize Entertainment as our DJ was such an easy decision! In booking a DJ, I reached out to a few DJ's in the area after doing some online research. Scott followed up with me almost immediately (some others never did). He called me to introduce himself, get to know more about my husband and I, and offer more information on his services. I felt like sometimes I had to beg vendors to get back to me, so I was really impressed by Scott's responsiveness and knew after our first phone call we would book him as our wedding DJ. He was so friendly, not at all pushy, and seemed to genuinely love his job and have a lot of fun with it. I also felt his costs were extremely reasonable compared to other DJ's I considered. Scott has an online portal that made it really easy for us to communicate to him remotely about our song selections, preferred DJ style and song preferences, etc. He even had multiple options we could choose as to what he would wear on our big day so he would be dressed appropriately - great attention to detail and consideration. In the days leading up to our destination wedding we were super busy and didn't get to have a final phone call with Scott to go over everything one last time, but I felt no worry whatsoever because I knew we could trust Scott as the expert to make our day so fun and special, and I was not wrong! The day of the wedding went seamlessly - Scott played all our favorite genres and song requests, was engaging and fun with our guests (he even danced with my husband's grandmother, which was a huge hit, led to a great photo opportunity and moment we will cherish forever, and our guests are still talking about it and raving about Scott), was professional, fun, happy, and knew exactly which songs to play all throughout our wedding - our guests never left the dance floor and our reception went by so quickly! And I didn't have to worry about a thing, which is a huge plus on the day of your wedding. Don't hesitate to book Scott as your wedding DJ, we give him our absolute highest recommendation - thank you so much, Scott! -

Scott was amazing to work with! Right away from our initial outreach we could tell Scott would deliver a great evening. From a practical/ease of mind sense, his online portal is so easy to navigate, and he is so thorough in the weeks leading up to the event...but the great aspects professionalism aside, even more important is the fact that he truly is a special artist and just an all around great person. Like the dude just gets it! He took the time to understand our own music preferences and then found creative places to go from there, simply by reading the crowd. Our guests said, in no uncertain terms, "He is the best wedding DJ we've ever seen." We couldn't agree more! -

Scott and Jimmy were so awesome to work with and they provided us with tremendous above and beyond service for my 50th birthday party followed by my wedding the next day!!! Jimmy is the best DJ on the planet earth. He seriously is. We had excellent communication leading up to our big weekend with a lot of specific requests and unique details and he took care of everything flawlessly. The music was really important to me for both of these events and Jimmy really enhanced the fun factor for everyone in attendance at both of our events. Scott also helped us with lighting, a large movie screen and projector and an awesome photo booth. I really could not be more pleased with Visualize Entertainment and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Scott and Jimmy for being such a big part of our perfect weekend in Big Pine Key!!! -

Scott was the DJ for our wedding reception. He was wonderful! He kept the crowd on the dance floor the WHOLE night and we heard from so many people how much fun they had and how great they thought he was. Not only was he the perfect DJ for the day of the wedding, he was so easy to work with leading up to the wedding day and took all of our wants in to consideration. He even coordinated with our Best Man who sang and played guitar for our first dance song. We appreciate his flexibility, professionalism, expertise, and fun personality! Thanks Scott! -

Our experience with Visualize was great!
Planning remotely could have been super stressful, but Visualize made it easy! Scott was extremely responsive from the beginning and the online portal was a nice touch.
Jimmy DJed both our ceremony and reception and we were very happy with him! We had an especially challenging night with a crazy storm that rolled through... Which could have been a disaster given our mostly outdoor setup, but Jimmy handled it flawlessly. He did a great job MCing and keeping the night moving, and we love that he stuck to our list but also read the crowd and worked in some requests. All in all, awesome job!! -

While we met several good choices, we chose Scott because he was very responsive, personable, and understood exactly what we wanted. We also thought he had the best pricing for a block of time without additional costs. He was flexible to combine a few songs for an unique mix, though we ended up going another way. He did a great job reading our crowd and adjusting to them without breaking our preferences. We're still getting rave reviews about his interactions and musical selections over a month later!

We used Visualize Entertainment for our DJ and uplighting services and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Scott and his company. First, he is an absolute joy to work with in the planning stages – he makes the planning fun and the company has a web interface that makes planning the music for the ceremony and reception a breeze. He was great about communicating with us all the way up to the event.
But as great as all of that was … Scott *made* the event go from a gathering of people to a memorable, surreal, incredible experience. Scott made the ceremony and dinner classy but made the party an event we will remember for all of our lives. At one point, I looked around and every single person (except for one guest who really liked the cake) was out on the dance floor. His energy level is perfect … inviting, fun, chill, but never over the top. And the uplighting was beautiful – at one point we were trying to cut costs but decided to add the uplighting at the last minute. Let me tell you, our investment in the linens, flowers, décor would have been wasted had we not had the uplighting. Trust me … it creates the décor more than the décor. One last piece of advice, if you hire Visualize, you better order a bigger dancefloor than you think you’ll need … people were dancing in the grass, the mulch, everywhere. It was the best.

Christine Sent on 02/23/2016Scott was great from day one. His online portal made it easy for us to let him know what songs we wanted and stay in contact with him. He also picked up every time we called him and answered our questions on the spot. He was by far the easiest vendor to work with.
The day of wedding he did a great job MCing and keeping our wedding flowing, as well as playing the music we requested as well as reading our style and adding in some songs we hadn't thought of.
He is worth every penny and we would use him again!
