More than I could have hoped for
Tina was wonderful to work with. The venue was stunning and she made perfect choices with premium florals. Tina even went above and beyond to get my requested Lily of the Valley flowers here to honor my deceased mother. She is absolutely amazing. You can't go wrong with anything she does. -

Don’t look any further
I had a micro wedding so I wanted to make sure that whoever I chose would be able to add that special touch. Tina went above and beyond! My bouquet was perfect and was so beautiful. I got so many compliments! Tina was also extremely patient as I changed my mind and offered suggestions. My husband and I were married in Nov. 2022 and we had the wonderful opportunity to work with Tina and Virginia Floral Design. Tina was absolutely wonderful to work with in the lead up to our event - flowers were perhaps one of the more intimidating planning pieces of my wedding, trying to strike the "look" and the budget. Tina was open and transparent with me, and often provided options so that I could best strike the balance. She was also very patient and professional, always! I really appreciated how involved she wanted to be with our day and our additional vendors, to create a seamless process. Everything from our bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces, floral accents were amazing - but I was most blown away by the ground meadow (arch of flowers on ground for ceremony) and my bridal bouquet. Both were my statement pieces and she really just knocked it out of the park for us. I love my wedding photos that much more thanks to her stunning work. Tina is lovely to work with and truly creates beautiful, timeless, and memorable florals for your big day. Hire her! -

Amazing experience!!! 10/10 recommend Tina and her team.
Wow. As a bride there are so many decisions and so many things ti keep track of and let me tell you, Tina was an absolute lifesaver in my whole wedding planning process. She always made time to sit down in person and chat and go over what the plan was. I really let her use her creativity only telling her what I did not want and she blew me away. Our rehearsal dinner was gorgeous, moody, matched the venue and was the perfect touch. The wedding was unreal. Truly so many comments from other vendors and guests on how beautiful she did with everything. She went above and beyond and I am so happy I let her do her thing because she is truly an artist and creator. Tina even helped with other decorative items outside of florals and I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. We gave her a budget and she worked with us to create a vision that fell in our spending goal. She repurposes flowers if possible which I love because why waste or limit gorgeous floral/greenery to just one moment!! -

Works of art
Why I chose her
I liked the more unique and very artistic floral arrangements on her website. I also thought her price point was very good!
Why I am glad I did
We decided to use different vases and make each centerpiece unique. She excels when you let her get creative and create works of art. She even found cute little pineapples to add to some pieces which were a huge hit! I will say if you have a VERY specific look in mind and want to just recreate that look, it might be hard because I think Tina is more artist than just florist and has a personal style just like a painter or sculptor. But if you’re a little more open to her creativity, she will create something amazing for you that will not look like anything from other Pinterest weddings! She knows all the ins and outs of flowers and did everything she could to make my day look stunning. -

Extremely Talented!
We were so lucky to have worked with Tina at Virginia Floral Design for our florals for our wedding in April 2022. She was very responsive and took my vision and made them 1,000 times better than I ever could have imagined. She was willing to work within our budget and made excellent suggestions to make our venue even more beautiful. Tina's work is absolutely perfect and opened my eyes to new design ideas that made our wedding more unique and less cookie-cutter. Beautiful flowers!

Gorgeous and Unique Arrangements!
Tina and her team were fantastic! Everyone was raving about how unique and gorgeous the arrangements were. Tina was so creative with bringing our very vague theme of "dark and moody" to life at a reasonable price! She even took care of our request to donate the arrangements following the reception. GREAT experience, beautiful florals
Tina was phenomenal! We emailed back and forth for a few months leading up to our wedding to discuss all the possibilities and options - she was so fun to brainstorm with and had great ideas for our big day! Once we settled on a plan, she took it and ran with it. I didn’t have to coordinate anything further as she handled it all. She worked with my coordinator and venue to set it all up. It was amazing to see all the florals come to life! Flowers were one of the things we cared most about for our wedding and Tina went above and beyond! She is so kind, easy to work with, and shares great suggestions and options!
Tina also worked with my now mother-in-law for floral arrangements for our rehearsal dinner! All around a great and beautiful experience.Virginia Floral Design & Events's reply:

Tina was great to work with. I had a small elopement style beach wedding in Sandbridge and only needed my bouquet, mother of the bride corsage and 2 boutonnieres. She had great prices and the flowers were beautiful. She even called me as I live several hours away and we video chatted as she showed me some flower ideas to get a feel of what I was looking for in my bouquet. My bouquet turned out to be perfect for me and I received so many compliments on it!

One word... Amazing!!
Not only did they have the best prices, but Tina was amazing from beginning to end. Planning a wedding during Covid and from the other side of the statemade things hard, but Tina sent me pictures of what she was thinking about so that we were other same page from start to finish. She was flexible when it came to all the changes necessary due to COVID19, and was quick to respond anytime I had questions. The thing that wowed me the most though was when I accidentally left my bouquet behind, she was willing to work with me so that I can have a forever bouquet. After I had to reschedule my large wedding to the following year due to COVID, my now-husband and I didn’t want to wait that long to tie the knot. Tina truly saved our day and went above and beyond through the entire process. My wedding day was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!
I have nothing but great things to say about Tina and her Team! Tina really listened to my wedding vision and made it even better than i would have ever imagined! Her flower arrangements, bouquets and greenery were soo beautiful and whimsical and the flower alter was just breathtaking! I would have taken the alter home if it wasn’t so big. The flowers also smelled wonderful- I received so many compliments from My guests. Tina was also very responsive to my Millions of questions/emails that i felt confident that my wedding day was going to be beautiful. Tina is also thoughtful and kind and my husband and I had a very nice wedding gift waiting for us on our porch before the wedding. Tina and her team really delivered the day of the wedding with set up. She also came back at the end of the night to take all votives/vases/number holders that were hers; I didn’t have to worry about bringing those items back. I love her unique And whimsical arrangements; very different from other top rated florists; who I have looked at before; but had the same generic ideas for my wedding. At the beginning of quarantine, I started to panic a bit about finding a florist. I stumbled upon Virginia Floral Design and Events while browsing the internet one night, and I am so glad that I did. Tina has been such a joy to work with over the past few months. Without ever meeting me, she took so much time out of her day to email me and make sure that my vision was being understood by her. From photos of past weddings and photos of ribbons that she had ordered for me, Tina kept me in the loop as she designed the most gorgeous wedding reception decor for me. I was blown away when I saw the bouquets for the first time, and then I absolutely lost my mind when I saw the reception decor. It was everything I had ever wanted. I never could have put into words what Tina created for me. Wedding Floral Dreams Come True
The florals for my wedding were everything that I wanted and more. Not only were the flowers stunning but they do such an awesome job with arrangement. I wish I could make floral arrangements like this!
Not only are the florals amazing but they are not as pricey as other places in the area, and it is well worth the price!
The only thing I would say is I wish they were a bit more responsive. I would wait weeks for responses at some points but I will say the couple weeks before the event, communication was quick and clear. I got everything I asked for and more! I am a one person band right up to the week of your wedding so I do struggle to keep up with emails, proposals, ordering flowers and supplies.
