The Absolute BEST.

I cannot thank VIP Vacations enough for their help when it came to arranging a hotel room block for my wedding in Cabo, Mexico. I initially stated the journey with Emily Bertsch, who sent me quotes for different hotels in the area. We chose the Hard Rock and WOW! What an amazing recommendation. Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Once we made our choice, we primarily worked with Ryan Doncsecz. Ryan is a SAINT. He is extremely professional, patient, organized. He helped all of my guests book their room, submit payments, and arranged transportation. Ryan made this process so easy and seamless. I never had to worry. If I needed Ryan to follow up on something for me, he took care of it right away. We had a large group of almost 40 rooms. When we finally got to Cabo, we followed his clear instructions to find our transportation. We had no issues checking in to our rooms. This was one big stressor I knew I didn’t have to worry about. Thank you VIP Vacations for making my wedding planning experience so amazing! The wedding was off site, but the rest of these photos were taken at the Hard Rock!

Destination Wedding Planning Services

I was referred to VIP Vacations for wedding planning, I had never used a travel agent before and usually LOVE planning events and travel on my own but boy am I glad I used VIP! They were SO helpful, took my list of "what would make my perfect destination wedding" and found the most beautiful destination in Mexico. They even provided wedding planning help if desired that took some stress off for sure. The whole process made it streamline for my large group to stay together and book efficiently. Thank you for helping to create wonderful lifetime memories! I will use them for trips in the future!

The Perfect Honeymoon

Absolutely love VIP Vacations!! They had planned our honeymoon for us to Greece, and it was such an incredible trip with absolutely no issues at all. Alison was very professional, helpful, and helped us tune in to everything we wanted to see. The price was great for everything that we were able to do in such a short amount of time. Will definitely be going here for any future vacations!

Best decision!

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with! We had never hired a travel agent for past vacations, but with planning a wedding we knew we didn’t want to have the added pressure of planning our honeymoon. We had never been to Europe prior to, so it was comforting that we were working with someone with plenty of experience having booked trips there! Communication was easy & straightforward. Jennifer booked all of our tours, hotels, flights etc and prior to our trip she added our entire itinerary into an app that was easily accessible for us the whole trip. Truly everything went so smoothly, I couldn’t recommend her and VIP Vacations enough! The fact that I had to put zero thought into planning our honeymoon so that all we had to do was relax once we got to Greece was a huge stress reliever, so I am grateful that we went this route. Highly recommend!

VIP is the BEST Destination Wedding Agency!!

We had close to 200 people attend our wedding in Mexico and could never had pulled it off if it wasn't for VIP Vacations and the entire team. We worked with Jennifer and then Justin managed and helped all of our guests. Working with the hotel wedding planners was difficult but Jennifer always stepped in to ensure we didn't get lost in the shuffle and advocated for us when we were sent information that was conflicting. I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer D and VIP to any bride planning a destination wedding.

Best Experience Ever !

Everything was just the best ! My room was most comfortable with the outside shower and jacuzzi tub and very private ! I was close to all my friends and family and felt so completely safe and secure. The food was outstanding and I don’t know how this happened because I ate my full but didn’t gain one pound !! lol ! The wedding was beautifully and simply done with warm balmy breezes and perfect weather. We signed up for the catamaran excursion and went snorkeling seeing amazing vibrant colored fish of all kinds. What a blast! I highly recommend Emily and VIP for your next vacation!
I am ready for my next adventure!!

The Most Magical Destination Wedding!

My husband and I got married this May and it was perfect! VIP was incredibly easy to work with and responsive with all of the questions I had throughout the entire process. Emily and Liz were there to help us narrow down which resort to get married at. Justin helped all of our friends and family make their travel arrangements. There was constant communication before and during our wedding, we would’ve been lost without them!

10 year marriage and travel coordinator

10 years ago my husband and I used VIP vacations for our honeymoon arrangements. We then asked the team to help with our one year anniversary trip. Both trips were amazing because of the time and knowledge provided by VIP vacations.
Fast-forward to now, VIP Vacations delivered again to help us plan our first vacation as a family of four as well as our 10 year vow renewal. Liz was so patient as we pivoted from a huge group to just immediate family, a resort change, and helping me to stop overthinking all of the amazing locations we want to visit at some point.
VIP handled everything from flights to airport transfer. We are still as happy with VIP vacations as we were 10 years ago, because they really do make you feel like a VIP. We look forward to working with the team again so we can check off more amazing locations on our always growing travel bucket list.

Smooth cruise to Bermuda

Wedding with VIP

We did a destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico and greatly appreciated all the help VIP provided. VIP helped take the coordination of all of our guests travel off of our plates. I am not sure if it was intentional but all of our guests regardless of type of suite booked for the most part were put nearby in the resort. This was extremely helpful. Upon arrival there were clear instructions how to find the travel company to easily be transported to the resort. VIP was always quick in their responses and a phone call away if we ever needed. All of our guests has positive experiences with VIP. In addition to the travel needs they also assisted with the wedding plans. We worked closely with Emily, who had actually gotten married at the same resort herself, to plan the details of the day. We found this very useful given we were not going to visit the resort prior to the wedding. She was very detailed and ensured we did not miss key items. She was patient with our decision making and changing of requests. We also found this to be helpful as she would share our requests with the resort and come back to us with confirmation etc. Additionally, VIP offered perks for using their services. We would highly recommend using VIP to help with the stress of planning a wedding!

Great to work with for our honeymoon

Emily from VIP Vacations worked with me over several months to book our honeymoon. We first communicated before my wedding last May to try and narrow down our long list of countries we were interested in visiting. We got to narrow it down to the country by the fall and then she sent us several all inclusive resort options to review. We ended up booking a week at the Sanctuary Cap Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We planned to go for our one year anniversary celebration at the end of May 2024. Emily was very easy to communicate with and responded to emails quickly. She sent us a detailed email a few weeks before our departure with important details for traveling. When we arrived to the resort, we were provided with a surprise celebratory bottle of champagne and cake for our honeymoon, (which Emily must have informed the resort about). We also received a personalized note from VIP Vacations on our first full day which was a great touch. Whenever we plan to travel internationally again, I will be reaching out again!

Working with VIP Vacations was super easy and made planing our honeymoon seamless! We were working with Megan and she was great and responsive and had the experience of traveling to be able to know exactly what we wanted even if we didn't! We had a flight cancellation and she worked after we got back to get our refund for the flight since we had to book a different airline and followed up with it! definitely recommend to any one planning a honeymoon or vacation!

Excellent destination wedding and honeymoon travel agency!

We chose VIP Vacations to help us plan our destination wedding and honeymoon and I am so glad we did!!! We told Jennifer what we were looking for and she narrowed down our choices so it was not overwhelming, and we ended up at the perfect resort for us! Elizabeth was very helpful with any changes we made in the planning stage, Ryan made sure we were set with ground transport for various schedules. Mac was endlessly helpful--he answered the huge range of questions we had and proactively sent all the guests helpful travel info, which we were planning to do, but thankfully didn't have to! Our wedding vacation was everything we dreamed of, and it all went smoothly thanks to VIP Vacations!

VIP Vacations took so much off my plate while planning my destination wedding!!

I have worked with VIP Vacations for a little over a year now planning my destination wedding that was this month. Elizabeth "Liz" and Robert "Mac" were so helpful the entire time. Liz started off helping find resorts to look at, and when i recommened a few she gathered all the necessary information for that resort to make a decision. Once we finally settled on a resort that fit our needs and wants (Breathless - Cabo - amazing BTW), it was game on getting everyone booked. That's when Mac came in the picture and did a GREAT job. We had about 100 guest for a Cabo wedding, which is no easy task. They were able to get everyone booked with the resort, schedule transportation to and from resort, and make travel so smooth for us and our guest. We couldn't have planned this trip without the help of them! From communicating to the resort for me, to people having to cancel for personal reasons, and adding on others last minute, they were timely, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We even came home to a sweet congrats card signed bythe entire team at VIP Highly recommend!!!

Great Vacation

Awesome experience working with Ryan at VIP Vacations. Our Trip was to Xcaret Resort in Mexico It was everything we hopped for and more. Ryan was very helpful throughout the planning process. Destination wedding Sandals Grande St Lucian

I highly recommend using VIP Vacations for all travel needs. We used them to plan our destination wedding and am not sure what we would have done without them. Jennifer helped us select a resort that would accommodate our large group and was so helpful with answering all our questions and finding the perfect location. After we picked out resort we worked with Elizabeth and Ryan for all things wedding related and room related. all of our guests said only amazing things about how helpful they were with selecting rooms, payments, travel advice, and finding other places to stay prior. Elizabeth was a giant help with scheduling our wedding test drive and helping us get ahold of all wedding people on property and getting transportation and activities scheduled. Ryan is the champ of all things room related and helping us choose our perfect room and dealing with all the crazy room changes, name changes, etc. You can tell everyone here is highly knowledgeable about what they do and I will definitely be using them again in the future and remind other people to do the same for wedding travel or normal travel.

Jamaica wedding

My husband and I got married in Jamaica and the planning process with VIP was amazing. Liz helped us SO much and made the process smooth and less stressful. We recommend her to all of our friends! Great service to plan a honeymoon or trip!

It was a pleasure working with Megan and VIP Vacations! I was overwhelmed with planning our honeymoon and didn't know where to begin. Best TA for your destination wedding/honeymoon

Where to begin! VIP Vacations, Inc. made our destination wedding INCREDIBLY seamless. We initially found out about them by listening to a podcast about destination weddings so we reached out and never looked back. Emily Bertsch worked closely with us in the initial steps to finalize our contract and secure the room block with the resort (which would have been a huge headache otherwise). She also assisted us in booking our honeymoon (which was an absolute DREAM). She was so responsive and kind/professional throughout the entire process.
Robert (Mac) Trexler and Ryan Doncsecz handled the room bookings with our guests and they were incredible. I rarely (if at all) had any of our guests reach out to me directly with any questions to assist them with this because Mac and Ryan were so responsive and helpful. A lot of our guests made sure to let us know they had a great experience working with them so HUGE thank you to the whole team!!! We honestly could not have done it without you. Thank you X a million.

Our Wedding was off the HOOk

Shout out to Ryan and Emily at VIP Travels. Ryan had been dealing with my family members for the bookings. He made sure we were set months prior to departure. Love how VIP let's our guest pay monthly payments until it's paid off. Emily was the reason why we chose Generations Resort and El Dorado at Riviera Maya. That Resort was off the hook. Our Friends and family loved it. Emily helped us with our wedding details and direct me to the appropriate person.

Great time in Cancun!

Ryan at VIP Vacations was such a pleasure to work with! We stayed at the El Dorado Royale in Cancun, Mexico. We had such a great time and enjoyed ourselves I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We loved the resort and all the inclusive with it. The staff were so nice and welcoming and will definitely would like to go back when the time comes.

Irreplaceable Assistance Booking All-Inclusive in Jamaica

My husband and I couldn't decide where to go for our much-needed all-inclusive vacation, and then we started working with Alison at VIP Vacations! All we had to do was tell her what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, and what dates worked best and Alison did ALL the heavy lifting and eliminated all of our stress. Her help was irreplaceable. She even worked with us as we had to switch things around several times due to our revolving schedule-- such patience!

Our biggest thing when looking for a resort was that we wanted to be within walking distance to a beautiful beach and have no worries. Alison wound up booking us for a 7-night stay at the Azul Beach Resort in Negril Jamaica and it was amazing-- everything we could have possibly wanted and MORE.

Everything from the transfers to/from the airport to the flights to the resort stay and excursions were all handled by Alison. Could not recommend her and her team more. We will definitely be using VIP Vacations again!

Emily was absolutely amazing to work with! She has had a destination wedding herself so she knew exactly how things worked, making our lives so much easier planning a wedding from a country away. The most AMAZING experience

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Emily Bertsch with VIP Vacations for our wedding. We had no idea what to expect, and we were of course nervous going into planning something so major for both of us. In the first 2 minutes of the first phone call with Emily, we knew we were in the best hands. Not a single moment of the process was stressful, as Emily always ensured us that everything was going to turn out great and really made sure that we enjoyed this process. With Alison and VIP I'll never plan a trip on my own AGAIN!

VIP Vacations and specifically the travel agent Alison Dobrowolski made my last vacation a breeze! From the start, my boyfriend and I went into the trip with no specific destination in mind and Alison gave us multiple options in varying countries within our price range and required dates in mind! After deciding to visit the Haven Riviera Cancun resort she set up everything (airfare, booking, transportation to and from the airport) and ensured that we were going to be traveling with safe and reputable companies that cared about the well-being of their guests. Essentially we were given a vacation "roadmap" a few weeks before traveling that we followed and had no hiccups whatsoever, not a possible detail was overlooked! Additionally, the resort we stayed at was hands down the nicest place we had ever been and I applaud Alison for finding such a gem for us to visit! I cannot recommend VIP Vacations and Alison specifically enough and will definitely be booking with her again in the future! If you want a vacation that is stress-free, detail-oriented and focused on relaxation book with VIP!!!

Best honeymoon ever!

VIP Vacations helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon back in 2017 and it was the best experience! They listened to what we were looking for and picked the perfect place. El Dorado Royale Casitas in Mexico was the perfect fit for us. They made it so easy. From the transfer from the airport to the awesome extra touches in the room. They also helped us plan our 1 year anniversary trip to the Bahamas and that experience was just as great!! Their knowledge of the destinations and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. We loved them so much that my wife, Janelle, actually works for them now and she can not say enough great things about the entire team at VIP!

We got married in 2018 and quickly got referred to VIP Vacations from our wedding planner. We were matched with Emily, who is the VIP Vacations G.O.A.T, and helped us pick the destination, resort, and coordinated all of our guests accomadations. She's such a gem to work with and super supportive with helping you make difficult decisions. Not only did she ensure our guests & us were taken care of she also helps us plan our family vacations now, providing us options within our budget and matching our preferences. They wish us a happy anniversary each year and also send us annual Christmas cards. At this point VIP Vacations & Emily are pretty much family.

Alison is the best!

I've used VIP Vacations, and specifically Alison Dobrowolski, for a few years now to plan vacations for me and I could not recommend the company and Alison enough. Alison is super thorough, very very quick with responses, has already learned what my preferences are for vacations and tailors her resort recommendations towards those preferences, and always makes sure every detail is accounted for. She honestly feels like a friend at this point because of how responsive she is, how candid she is in her emails (I'm not a fan of robot-level-professional responses and she sounds like a real person and friend when she emails you), and how much care she puts into helping plan my trips. AMAZING travel agency!

We planned our honeymoon to Dubai and the Maldives with Jennifer D at VIP! From the very beginning, she gave us so much advice and then put together a package that fit every need we had. She even sent us a tip sheet and made sure when we arrived that there was a welcome note from her and a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. It was the easiest thing to plan! Amazing Experience!!

Emily was the hero of our wedding and truly an angel during our planning process. She helped communicate with all our guests, our venue about all our selections and overall made our wedding planning process extremely seamless. We’ll limit this review to working with VIP Vacations since every resort can vary (although we loved El Dorado).

Working with Emily was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. She was responsive, helpful with advice and extremely organized throughout the wedding process. We would have been completely lost (and stressed) without her to keep us on track with planning.

VIP Vacations helped ensure we had great rates for our guests and a wonderful experience. We also used VIP Vacations to plan our Honeymoon and had a wonderful time! Emily arranged our transportation, hotel accommodations, ensured we have proper paperwork throughout and tracked all COVID related changes for us. We ended up getting stuck a bit longer on our honeymoon as a result of COVID and it was so nice being able to send a single email to her rather than having to remember each and every arrangement that was impacted by our hiccup.

Overall we had an amazing experience with them and feel so thankful!

VIP Vacations and Jennifer are the BEST!

Jennifer at VIP Vacations is wonderful! My husband and I were originally supposed to get married in July 2020. Planning the trip was a breeze because Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable about our honeymoon destination, Tahiti, and was able to provide us with recommendations for the best hotels, restaurants, and islands to visit. She really knew the details and could answer all of our questions with ease. When COVID hit, we heard horror stories about how couples were being treated by their honeymoon agents and wedding vendors. No such problems here! We had scheduled a three island trip across several islands, and Jennifer took care of postponing everything - no questions asked! We were immensely grateful for this flexibility and support during a very stressful time. In 2021, when our wedding and honeymoon arrived, we were nervous because there was a lot to coordinate in terms of traveling between each island, and navigating the COVID testing/registration requirements. Jennifer was responsive and provided a sample itinerary to show us how the itinerary and ticketing would be organized for our trip. Ultimately, our honeymoon was AMAZING!! Everything went off without a hitch. All pre-arranged travel and lodging arrangements went so smoothly. We had the best time ever, and would definitely recommend VIP Vacations and Jennifer to any couple!

The PERFECT honeymoon!

We booked our honeymoon through Liz at VIP and had the BEST experience! We wanted to relax on the beach of course after a busy wedding, but then also go to Disney World the week after! Our trip was flawless from start to finish! Liz helped us every step of the way! We went to Sandals Ochi first and it was so beautiful and romantic! Liz was great about booking the little things that made a difference like the lounge at the airport on the way there and back and our couples massages that we got on a dock over the ocean! Everything was so perfect! Then she helped us book flights from Jamaica to Florida for Disney and arranged us to get to our timeshare successfully! She also booked us some pretty awesome reservations for meals at restaurants in Disney that we didn’t even know about before! It was all such a perfect couple of weeks!
We loved working with Liz so much and we were so happy that we even booked a follow up trip to Paris and Amsterdam and a trip to Mexico is in the works now too! We love VIP and Liz so much!! You can’t go wrong if you want the perfect experience!

Amazing service!

I cannot say enough great things about VIP Vacations! I first travelled with them in July 2020 (right in the middle of the pandemic) and my agent, Liz, was great about explaining the COVID requirements to me and setting my expectations for the hotel. I went to Unico 2087 on Liz’s recommendation and it was AMAZING! Great food and service and the resort was beautiful. I have another trip planned with Liz for this May and she has made the whole process so seamless. Honeymoon Le Blanc Cancun

Jennifer Doncsecz from VIP Vacations Inc was very helpful when it came to booking our car service to get to the airport as well as home from the airport & booking our honeymoon at Le Blanc in Cancun. Jennifer was very attentive when it came to fluctuation in price changes when it came to booking our flights. She was also very informative & quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She also sent us instructions about what to do when we arrived to Cancun & how to find the correct transportation representative when we arrived. Lovey Team to work with

We used VIP Vacation before through family, so our family recommended using them for our honeymoon. Jennifer really worked with us as I constantly asked questions about different place they offer. She was really sweet and professional at getting me all the information I need. They also explained the travel insurance really well and help line out the covid protocols before we left. The resort we went was lovely, we had the honeymoon package which gave us a bottle of champagne and breakfast in bed the next morning. Jennifer and her team worked it help us book activities that where off resort, letting us explore the island. We had a wonderful time and everything was planned so well by this team, we are so grateful!

Extremely helpful

My husband and I just came back from our honeymoon in St. Lucia. We worked with Jennifer who was extremely helpful with booking this trip for us. We gave her ideas and price ranges of what we wanted and she sent us of plenty of options to choose from. Traveling outside of the country during covid is no easy task. However, Jennifer made sure to send us detailed information regarding the mandatory processes that were in place to travel to St. Lucia. This made our lives and wedding planning so much easier! Vip vacations

When my husband and I were planning our destination wedding, I had no clue where to start especially with COVID-19 ruling the world. And being a health care provider, I had some struggles trying to plan this wedding. I couldn't have done this without V.I.P vacations! They are and will always be my saving grace. They are the most attentive company I've had the pleasure of working with. They did everything and I MEAN EVERYTHING! One thing about VIP Vacations is that they will work with you til the end of your recent your wedding day..legit! My husband and I chose a date of May 30, 2020. The months before COVID-19, we started planning and I called VIP Vacations because I had no clue where to being. I called them everyday with questions on what I needed to do and they always told me "Viv, we will take care of everything" All I did was tell them what place I was looking at for the wedding and the people we were inviting. They were my Ride or Dies! They included me in every step of the way, they gave my guest the best care and worked with them. When everything started to shut down during Covid, VIP Vacations contacted me first BEFORE MY WEDDING PLANNER to tell me the resort shut down. My favorite person at VIP Vacations was Robert! I can't begin to tell you how much I love Robert D! The day the resort got shut down Robert called me to tell me the news. I cried over the phone and he stayed on the phone with me for as long as I needed. I went through all the emotions and he stayed so positive for me. I couldn't have made it without him. So as months passed we rescheduled it for October 17, 2020. During this time so many things were changing with flights and our guests. I had a guest list of 50 people before COVID and then it went down to 25. Alot of my guests were not telling me they were not going which was upsetting because I was clueless but my Robert did his detective work and told me all who weren't going. I couldn't be more thankful for that. And he reached out to everyone and kept me updated on who was and wasn't going. Robert gave me my final count because relying on my guests was going no where. Now it's closer to the wedding and I called Robert everyday one which documents I needed, what happens if I forget this or that (you know...all the worries a bride has weeks before the wedding). He gave me a piece of mind and I had him on speed dial up to the day of the wedding. VIP Vacations played the biggest part for my most important day. I've met many brides before my wedding and the nightmares they had went through planning their wedding with no help. I have to truly say that planning my wedding was a phenomenal experience because of VIP Vacations. They are hands down the best company to have on your side when you are planning anything from a wedding to a nice vacation away. I have so many people at VIP Vacations to thank and I will always be grateful for all they have done for me. But a big special thank you to Robert D. He was by my side through everything. He would even check up on me when I worked at the hospital when the COVID-19 cases were high. He always wanted to make sure I was ok and I stayed safe. He not only cared about my wedding and my husband and I, but he cared for me and thanked me for being in the front lines. Amazing honeymoon

Covid wasn’t about to stop us from traveling to Tahiti and taking our honeymoon. VIP Vacations provided amazing service, helped us with all the rebooking and got us a fabulous deal but beyond that, Jennifer answered every question and made me feel at ease. Best vendor for a honeymoon!

There was nothing easy about planning a wedding in 2020 except working with VIP Vacations and planning my honeymoon! VIP took care of everything, found me an amazing price and kept me in the loop during Covid and the requirements we needed to follow to get into St Lucia! We stayed at Sandals Grande and I’m eternally grateful to Jennifer at VIP Vacations for her patience and reassurances. She was a saint and we are SO glad we took our honeymoon because we felt safer there than here in the USA. I will forever use VIP for all travel planning and tell everyone about them!

Honeymoon in St. Lucia

We went through VIP vacations for our honeymoon. Normally we don't use a travel agent. However, I am so glad we did and from now on we will use VIP for all of our trips. Ryan was our travel agent and he was fantastic!! I recommend any newlyweds to go through VIP!

Jamaican leap day dream wedding

We booked our Jamaican Weddingmoon with Jennifer over 2 years in advance of our leap day wedding date. Over the course of those 2 years Jennifer always took the time to answer all our questions (I had a lot!) with kindness & complete understanding. Jennifer & her crew made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed right down to an email with some travel tips a few days before we left and that email certainly came in handy! Perfect Destination Wedding

The VIP team helped me plan my destination wedding and exceeded my expectations! We had 80 quests join us to celebrate our wedding at Azul Beach Resort Riviera Cancun. Special shout out to Liz, Emily, Justin, Robert, and Ryan, they are true professionals and were so pleasant and helpful during all of our interactions. I had no idea how to plan a destination wedding and they all stepped in and made it easy for me. The VIP team is organized, provided informative tools & checklists, answered all my questions and helped me feel comfortable with all my decisions. Our wedding was everything we imagined it to be and more. Everything turned out beautifully, just as Emily assured me it would. We had such an amazing time that we wish we could relive our wedding day again! All of our friends and family also enjoyed there stay during our wedding weekend and they’re now asking us to arrange future family vacations with the VIP team! VIP helped make sure our wedding day was memorable and special! The wedding card with well wishes from the entire team and the personalized gift were very touching. Perfect Honeymoon

We just returned from our Honeymoon in Aruba and can't thank VIP vacations enough! Wedding at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana through VIP Vacations

I worked with Vip Vacations to plan my wedding in the Dominican Republic. They were extremely helpful to not only me, but also to all of my guests. They handled all of our travel arrangements and also helped with the contract and other things for the wedding. They always responded to my emails right away and got things done over the phone very quickly. Right before and after my wedding they checked up to see how everything was going and if I needed anything. Amazing and stress free vacation experiences!

My husband and I have had the best experience with VIP Vacations. From day one Emily helped us pick and plan the most amazing honeymoon. I was such an indecisive bride when it came to our honeymoon destination, but from my first email to Emily I quickly realized we were in the best of hands. She answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Not only did she ask questions to help me and my husband narrow down our possible destinations but she also shared her experiences at different resorts to help us make our decision. It helps tremendously to work with someone who has visited and stayed at multiple locations to help you make decisions, her knowledge is beyond helpful when planning a once in a lifetime trip. All of the arrangements made through VIP were perfect, and we honestly did not have to worry about a single detail. Our experience surpassed our expectations so much with our honeymoon, that we had VIP and Emily help us with our year anniversary trip, which we just returned from a week ago. Best Travel Agency I ever worked with!

When my husband and I decided on planning a destination wedding, we contacted at least a dozen travel agency. But once I stumbled on VIP Vacations through the knot web site, I knew I found the right travel agency to take care of all our arrangements for our wedding. VIP gave us the best group rates, took care of all our guests, and were in constant communication with me throughout the year and a half I spent planning. Liz and Robert were always easy to communicate with and were consistently able to answer all my questions (Which may have been a lot at times!). I am hoping to work with VIP again in the near future! If you are planning a destination wedding, do not hesitate to contact VIP, you will not regret it!

I was very hesitant working with a Travel Agency, as sometimes you think they will charge you a big amount of money but I was certainly wrong. Since our first initial contact until the very end I was very please working with Liz Moran at VIP Vacations. She made sure we had everything we needed. We have found our go to travel agent!!

We have used VIP twice now and this last trip was better than the last. We had some issues while on our honeymoon and Jennifer did everything she could from 5000 miles away to resolve it with the airline. Everything she helped plan was amazing and she went above and beyond on each trip to get us the best of everything in our price budget. She was always helpful and there with any answers for questions we may have. We ONE HUNDRED percent will be using VIP vacations for future trips!!!

VIP really makes you feel like a VIP!

What could be better then marrying the love of your life and best friend??? Doing it while working with VIP Vacations! I couldn't have dreamed of a less stressful wedding planning situation! It allowed me and my hubby to just relax and soak up the sun in paradise! We went to Sandals Grenada where the resort and the people were just beautiful! Everything was taken care of for us except for the fun stuff...like deciding what kind of cake we wanted and what kind of personalized cocktail we wanted! I couldn't have asked for more from Jennifer and the VIP team. They made the best day of my life even more bestest!!!

I’ve used VIP Vacations, specifically Emily B., twice now and both times have been amazing and so easy I don’t think I’ll ever go back to planning my own vacation! Our honeymoon was absolutely amazing! We went to El Dorado Seaside Suites in the Riviera Maya and Emily set everything up and we felt like real VIPs without having to even lift a finger!!! VIP Vacations made planning our Ireland honeymoon a breeze! We connected with them at a bridal fair and we were so happy we did. Neither of us have every planned an international trip before, so the experience that Jennifer, Megan, Allison, and the whole team brought made everything incredibly easy! We spent a week in Dublin, Ireland, with day trips to the Cliffs of Moher and Belfast, and enjoyed every second of it! Emily helped us plan our honeymoon and she was wonderful to work with. She made great recommendations and tweaked them based on our preferences and feedback. Wow!!!!!! First of all, VIP Vacations have been very very accommodating to my guest and I for our destination wedding of almost 30 people, which was BEAUTIFUL BY THE WAY!!! Shout out to Liz, Ryan, and Robert. If someone was busy, others were willing to help. I recommend all my friends and family to use VIP vacations for future travel.
My guest can't stop raving about this travel agency and the hotel.

I really do want to thank you all for everything especially the surprise room upgrades for myself and our guest. My now husband really really enjoyed the room and the upgrades were top notch at the Hyatt Ziva in Montego Bay, Jamacia.

We worked with Alison Murphy to book our honeymoon to St. Lucia in June. She was very responsive, patient and helpful. When we were booking our trip, we changed our mind on locations several times, messed with the dates to get the cheapest room, and emailed back and forth many times. Alison was also available by phone. We have a great stay at Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia. We have discussed going back to this location in a few years. We will definitely use VIP again to assist with our travel plans!

My husband and I have been married for a little over a month now and it took me until just recently to snap back into the reality of non-vacation dwelling, rainy pennsylvania, non-all inclusive life. I waited a bit to post my review of VIP because I couldn’t quite come to terms with the fact that I actually had woken up from my actual dream come true. I have been working with VIP since June of 2017 to plan a destination wedding. I am NOT a planner so the idea of a destination was ideal for me... I relinquished control to the professionals and took the advice from the pioneers that had quite literally walked the aisle that I was just about to. Every fiber of my being fought the idea of the total unknown, but the dream of my fairytale wedding was painted and brought to life by VIP. No amount of words can describe the guidance, insight, professionalism and actual therapy that VIP gave me throughout our planning process. After what seemed like an endless amount of time combing through the worlds coolest all inclusive resorts, we finally chose to embark on our wedding at a Karisma resort called El Dorado Royale based on its convenience, price and ultimate vibe. I put my faith in the hands of Emily Bertsch and team to help me plan the most memorable day (and week) of my life. I was UNDOUBTEDLY a pain of a customer because at any given moment I had 1500 questions, specifically about the security and safety of our resort. Emily- my Mexico pro, ensured me that I would be treated like a queen. She couldn’t have been more right! I had a helping hand from the second that I jumped on the destination bandwagon to the second I got home from our trip. To put the icing on the metaphorical wedding cake, we came home to a beautiful personalized picture frame from our family at VIP. I could spend hours showering these folks with accolades and acknowledgments, but I will leave you with this.... stop what you’re doing and call these guys already. You WILL NOT regret it.

I was introduced to the company by an email that Emily Bersch sent to me simply reaching out to say hello. I had attended a bridal expo and assume Emily received my contact info that way. I figured why not see what she has to say and see if she can help with planning our honeymoon. I hate planning and arranging details. Emily was patient and totally professional, guiding me as I decided whether to do Hawaii (which was the original plan) and she was supportive when we changed our minds and decided on Europe. Emily answered all of my questions and concerns and with a series of emails and phone calls, she was able to book our honeymoon and take care of all the details. My husband and I just returned home and I cannot thank Emily enough for everything! All of the trip details went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing! I even had a question while traveling and emailed Emily and within half an hour, she had responded. The really sweet gesture was the lovely post card we received from VIP Vacations Inc. the day after returning, welcoming us home and asking for us to share some of our beautiful photos.
