  VIP Limo was great to work with. They allowed us to bring our beverages down the night before the wedding so that they were over ice and cold for us the day of! They were fun and didn’t mind changing plans last minute!

  Tina and Paul were awesome. I bombarded Tina with price questions that she quickly answered, and helped us along an easy path to making our prom awesome. Paul was an absolute gentlemen and the red carpet roll out could not have been any better. Also his hat was cool. Plan to use them in the future!

  We had the absolute best experience having VIP Limo be our transportation for our wedding day! Beautiful limo, awesome driver, friendly and easy-to-work-with service - what more could we need? This wasn't the least expensive option, but I am convinced that sometimes you really do get what you pay for, and VIP Limo was worth every penny.

  Limo broke down before we even got to our first destanation. We walked to our destanation to keep on time. They did get a new limo for us that was a big downgrade from the first limo that broke down and barely fit all the girls into this little limo. The original limo was suppose to have ice and cups. Nothing was provided as well glow bracelets that was special for ladies night out. Never got that. The music wasn't working at all and there was no A/C...hence why the limo broke down later on. The limo driver was amazing and a trooper with us. But the limo business was not the best. No discount at all no apologies from the business. Granted I didn't ask or call them later that week to ask for one. But you would think that would be good business to call after the event and make it better. Oh well that just means I won't recommend this business to anyone in the area.

  The driver was great. The person "in charge" is scattered and unorganized. I wouldn't recommend them at all. She was a diaster to work with.

  The driver was ok. The service was horrible. The company showed up 30 minutes late stating that they went to the wrong place to pick us up, after I had to give them clear instructions on where and when to pick us up 4 times, to two different people.
  
  In the days before our event I was told that I could bring our beverages down to their shop but the shop had very limited hours and the "owner" was very difficult to work with in that way.
  
  After all of these problems I called and spoke with the owner asking him if he could do anything for me. He stated "I had a rough night last night, can I give you a phone call back later in the day when I get to the shop. Also can you text me your number so I can text you back with information." at 3:30 he text me stating he did not forget about me. I got nothing the rest of the day. I then text him the next day asking if he forgot about me now. I got no response for a few hours he then called me to tell me their was nothing he could do for me because I received a deal at the beginning. I am sorry for shopping for prices and asking your company to match a competitor. YOU were the company that accepted that match! I could have just as easily went with the other company.

Yeah this is me calm about the service I received from your company. Not only will I not recommend you to another person, I have told people that I know to stay away from you company.   I'm sorry you feel that way. We were out bid by another company and was unable to match that pricing. We are very comparable in pricing with the rest of the Fox Cities and try to be as competitive as possible. I'm sorry we were unable to reach an agreement on pricing.
