Perfect Ride For A Perfect Day
We had an incredible experience with VIP Limousine! I rented the New York 34 bus for our wedding, and everything was perfect. The bus was stunning—spacious, clean, and luxurious. The bus came decorated and even had champagne. It had all the amenities we could have asked for, making the ride even more enjoyable.
Our driver, Daniel, was fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire trip. His friendly attitude and smooth driving really helped set the tone for a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for a better ride.
If you're looking for a top-tier limousine service, VIP Limousine is the way to go. Highly recommend! -

Quinceañera for my daughter
I normally don’t write reviews but zuliel(driver) was outstanding! For my daughter quinceañera we had 3 stops and he was on time to pick us every single time. We had to stop to use the bathroom couple times and he stop right away. He also decorated the limousine with flower and provided beverages. Highly recommended. -

It was true Vip experience 10/10
We booked VIP limousine for our November wedding after struggling to find the right vendor. So many transportation companies are very impersonal and just send quotes without considering specific requests. Tom was receptive and INCREDIBLY fast to reply to our emails. On our wedding day, the bus was on-time, clean and the driver was responsive -- especially when we discovered there were some road closures nearby. The driver safely got us to our venue in a timely manner. Did I mention that party bus we got was simply gorgeous? The fit and finish is from a different planet. One of my friend works in furniture factory and all I can say he was very impressed with our bus interior design. Would recommend! -

Excellent service!
I was so grateful to VIP when I went back and forth with changes and requests, even a week before the date! They were flexible and professional, we were on time for everything and we got from the southwest suburbs to downtown Chicago so quick! They also offered beer, pop, and water in the package! -

Spring wedding
Hired VIP Limo for our spring wedding. Due to all the restrictions we were worried about cleanness of the party bus. I do have to say that VIP did an amazing job! On time, clean bus, AC worked well. Overall very satisfied! -

My wedding reception
I booked VIP Limo for my wedding this past August and had the best experience! We rented the Hummer with jet doors which was very clean and decorated especially for us. Highly recommend using VIP Limo for a wedding service! -

Wedding day service
My hubby and I used VIP Limo for our wedding in September. We rented a party bus which was spacious and very clean! The driver looked very professional wearing a suit and was on time. They added extras like champagne and a red carpet when we were at the church, I really like that! Thanks VIP! -

Quick and Easy to Book Limo Service
We needed a limo booked somewhat last minute, and VIP Limousine, Inc. was easy to work with. Our driver was on time and patient with our wedding party in picking up and dropping off at two different locations. We booked a stretch SUV, which was a lot roomier than expected, even for 14 people. The lights inside were a nice touch to really add to the moment! -

Great service and prices
I reached out to about 7 vendors for a 24-person party bus. VIP Limousine gave me the best quote (tied with one other vendor) but was also the most responsive. Glad I went with them, everything was very timely and professional (even with last minute changes the day of and a HUGE snowstorm the day before). The party bus was nice, clean, and top of the line and the driver was pleasant and professional. They also don't nickel and dime you, which was super nice not to worry about it. Highly recommend! -

Perfect in every way
Everything went perfectly with this company. From our initial emails, to quotes, contacts, pick up, etc. There were no surprises. Vehicle was very clean. Made our wedding day so smooth!
VIP Limousine made planning and executing our wedding day so easy and seamless! We had one stretch hummer and one party bus for the big day. Both vehicles were immaculate and show-stopping gorgeous! Both drivers arrived early for pick-up, which eased our minds for making it to the church on time, and the both drivers were incredibly kind and professional. When we were in the planning stages, Anna was always quick to answer our questions and made it so easy to feel comfortable that our needs were being met. I highly recommend this company, and i will definitely use them in the future for all of my limo needs! -

First time using VIP Limo and from the very beginning I knew it was the perfect choice. I prefer phone calls to handle specifics, and was extremely happy with our conversations and response time if needed. Online paperwork was easy and any additional understanding or questions needed on my end was wonderfully handled by Anna. She was great! The Limo was beyond expectations. Clean, bright, ready for the evening. The Limo driver definitely helped to make the evening a huge success. He was happy, fun, and we will ask for him next time!! VIP Limousine was extremely accommodating with setting up two separate vehicles for my wedding! Ana was fantastic and made sure every small detail was accounted for. I booked my limos through Anna. She was extremely helpful in helping me with my wedding day. Since my ceremony and reception were in the same place, I only needed transportation to the venue and then at the end of the night. Most limo places require a 4 hour service but Anna understood what I was looking for and immediately helped me out. The gentlemen driving the limos were on time and very pleasant to work with.

The Party Bus we had for our wedding was perfect! We had the 30 person VIP bus and it was amazing inside and out. I would recommend this bus to anyone looking for a very stylish and very roomy bus for their party or event. -

We rented the 40 passenger Mad Max party bus. And, Mad Max was a party bus like no other. From the flashing strobe lights to the super sound system to the sparkly clean leather seats, this bus had it all. It was like a mini night club, but even better. The driver was great. He arrived early to our house. Took us to several places in the city. We communicated with him via text each time we needed to get picked up. He responded immediately and was always waiting as we walked out the door. He was extremely professional. Love this company and would use it over and over again. -

I recently used VIP Limousine for my bridal party and me and my now husband's transportation for our wedding and it was great! Compared to other companies I looked at, for what you get, you cannot beat the price! We were so lucky to get upgraded to a bigger limo than what we had originally booked, all complimentary, and it even had the jet and lambo doors that open upwards instead of out...my hubby and his groomsmen LOVED this! The limo was nice and clean and the driver was very professional, on time patient during pictures and accommodating!! I was a little nervous since VIP Limousine is based out of Chicago and my wedding was in the suburbs, however the driver was great and really didn't need much help finding his way around, and again, was on time, if not early to pick us up! They had champagne and water bottles in the limo for us too which was great for the hot day it was. We also got decorations included and a red carpet rolled out for when we entered the limo. The booking process was quick and easy and Anna was great to work with as well. I would definitely recommend this company to any bride looking for a great limousine company for her and her fiance's big day!!!!! -

We booked VIP Limousine for our wedding based on recommendations and they did not disappoint!! First of all the owners were on vacation during that time, yet they responded on time, answered all of my questions via email within hours! Our contact person was Ania, and she was very helpful, gave recommendations on times, checked traffic for us to plan ahead when to leave the house etc.
Pricing is reasonable, and the service is exceptional, the bus arrived on time at every location, made several extra stops upon our request and he had no problem with that. The limo was very clean inside and out with decorations, champagne and red carpet service!
Overall we are very happy with the Service that was provided, and will recommend them to all the future brides !! -

Anna from VIP limousine helped us from start to finish. From the first look on the website, to the first phone call and all the way through our process she was great. My husband and I are so happy we found VIP limousine because what you see is what you get! We went to so many other company's and looked at stretch hummer limo's for our wedding day and everyone of those we're not what was advertised online! When we saw the vehicles, they were dirty, rusted or not what was pictured.
When we met with Anna, she had the limo outside and ready for us. As soon as we walked up, she came out and was a delight to work with. She was upfront about everything from start to finish. The limo was exactly how the picture looked on their website. It was beautiful and definitely taken care of by the drivers and company. Not to mention, pretty affordable, especially for the quality and look!
I will definitely book again through Anna at VIP limousine!!! And I highly recommend them to everyone! :) -

Anna Olejnik was very easy to work with! She was very professional and she even helped translate English to Polish! Anna helped us book our Party Bus for our wedding.
The Driver showed up on time with the Party Bus decorated with colors from our wedding. The Party Bus was also stocked full of beer, soda, and champagne!
They were very courteous and we all got to share a champagne toast! If you want to have a great time with exceptional service, I highly recommend using VIP Limousine INC! -

We hired VIP limousines for our wedding in May. We had booked a Lincoln Navigator SUV limo, and were surprised when a huge stretch Hummer limo pulled up! They gave us a free upgrade, and the limo was awesome. I honestly wish we had had more places to go, because we were only able to use it for a short time due to the wedding schedule. Good value and good service - definitely recommend!! -

The driver was 15 minutes early to the initial pickup location and was gracious enough to wait extra time since things took longer than expected. I used VIP Limo for my bachelor party to Chicago for the weekend and back. We rented a 24 person stretch Hummer for transport to and from the city, and a party bus for a bar crawl. The service was PERFECT. The vehicles were exactly as pictured. No scratches, no surprises. The vehicles were perfect, great sound, and the drivers were courteous and professional. The company even let us come in to inspect the vehicles we would be using prior to the event to ensure we were getting the best service, something that most other companies would not let us do. You can't go wrong with this service and price. -

I used VIP Limousine, Inc. for my 30th B-Day in November and had NO problem at all. After calling every Limo company I could find. I found VIP Limousine at the last minute (day before) and they were the best price and vehicle was awesome, driver, my friends (14 of us) were very impressed! A friend used in January 2013 loved the service again! On time :) -

50th Birthday (Girls Night)
We celebrated my Mom's 50th birthday as a girls night. I shopped around and decided to book with VIP Limousine because we had a party of 20 and all other limo services would only book a party bus that required the additional expense of a security guard. It turned out to be a great decision and I was beyond pleased with the service provided. Aneta was helpful and pleasant to talk to from finding out pricing, booking, making changes, to confirming and answering questions. On the actual day, the driver, Sebastian, showed up on time and was amiable and personable! He was accommodating to all requests like waiting for everyone to be ready, rest stops, and assisting all the ladies on and off the limo. He was super friendly, took pictures for us, and even joked around with all of us. He seemed to just enjoy being a part of our event! The limo itself was beautiful, with multiple doors, but most importantly clean! The price was a bit high considering the event was on a Sunday, but overall, the experience met and went above all expectations. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next event and will be referring my friends and family! -

VIP Limosuines is my go-to for transport! After using them with a group for a random event, they proved their professionalism, punctuality, and quality customer service and I knew for sure I wanted to use them for my own wedding.
Booking with Anna is so easy and seamless. She puts her best foot forward to ensure everything goes great and even follows up after use.
My wedding transportation was amazing! Everything is clean, timely, and the drivers are fun! We had the best time and i would highly recommend! -

Definitely recommend
Loved VIP limo. Found them last minute, about a month before our wedding. They were the most reasonable with price compared to other companies and the only company we found that had stretch limos instead of having to pay $1,000 for a trolley or party bus. Very professional service and the driver even took a longer route when we were running ahead of schedule so that we would still get our money's worth. -

Overall not bad, BUT I had issues with the following:
1) Cash only payment on the day of my wedding, seriously?? Do you think that I as a bride have a chance to run around with cash for the driver? I asked Anna to charge my card instead, and was refused (unless again, I - the bride - will personally give my card to the driver). For brides without wedding planners - beware.
2) The driver was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. I realize that he is probably tired of the non stop weddings every weekend... But this is our ONLY wedding. So please try to be more positive... -

Lied and broken contract 7 days prior to event
My name is Ricardo, our "party bus" was scheduled for August 6th 2022 at 1:45 pm for our wedding. We had several issues with the service. First and foremost, we were promised a red carpet entrance and exit, we did not receive either. We also were promised a just married sign and that was not anywhere on the bus. We were also promised decorations on the outside of the bus and that was also not anywhere on the bus. The party bus AC was not working properly and felt like it was just a fan more so then Air conditioning. It made our guest uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning and the party bus had rips, tears and had one of the pole covers broken. Many guest including the photographer/videographer told us we should've decorated the outside of the party bus. Lastly we were charged extra for the party bus 7 days before our event. We are very dissatisfied with the service that was provided and will be contacting better business bureau.

Experience
I work in the hospitality industry, so I chose this company based on positive reviews, hoping for a smooth experience on my big day. My now husband and I paid all vendors and services in advance specifically to avoid any stress or payment issues on the day of and yet, exactly what we were trying to avoid happened.
While I was taking last-minute pictures before the ceremony, my bridal party tried to board the bus and were not allowed in. Then, the driver started asking my friends and family for money. People were calling my husband, who was already waiting for me at the church, while this chaos unfolded. Eventually, they came to get me, and while I was showing my phone to prove payment, my friends and family kept offering money as if I hadn’t paid. After I sent a picture of the receipt to the manager/owner, only then were we finally allowed on the bus. This entire scene was embarrassing and stressful.
Once inside, there was a very explicit video playing on the bus TV that I honestly thought was p__n completely inappropriate, especially since there were kids present. This added to my stress and made me late by a few minutes, leaving me no time to relax before walking down the aisle.
After the ceremony, the champagne included in the package wasn’t ready when we came out. The best men had to go back inside the bus to grab it, and when they asked for champagne glasses (also included in the package), they were given red solo cups. A family member decided to skip the toast altogether, and we left feeling disappointed.
On the way to the venue, the driver suddenly stopped the bus in the middle of nowhere, right in front of a parked truck. We were all freaked out not knowing if the bus had broken down or if something worse was happening. There was zero communication from the driver, which made the situation even more unnerving.
I called the manager on Monday to discuss everything. He downplayed the issues, saying it wasn’t a big deal since we still got from point A to point B. He did assure me the video wasn’t p__n but a “kinky music video,” which I appreciate him clarifying. However, for everything else the payment confusion, the inappropriate video, the champagne fiasco, and the random stop he insisted it wasn’t a big deal.
Honestly, this was a hugely disappointing experience on what should have been one of the happiest days of my life. I do not recommend VIP Limousine, Inc. -

Terrible customer service and lack of compassion
Extremely disappointed, please avoid at all costs. Please look at vendor response in attached image as evidence for their lack of compassion. Also look at prior negative reviews and note that this business has been referred to the better business bureau for unethical practices.
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent experience my wife and I had with this company. We were excited to use this vendor but had to cancel after my wife’s father unexpectedly passed away. In light of the unexpected passing of my father-in-law, we were forced to cancel our booking. Our decision was not made lightly, and we were hopeful for understanding and assistance during this difficult time.
However, our interactions with the customer service team left much to be desired. The complete lack of empathy displayed during our conversations was disheartening, to say the least. Instead of providing a compassionate response, the representatives seemed more concerned with rigidly adhering to your cancellation policy, without any consideration for the circumstances. They cited their financial loss over human life as the reason why they needed to charge us.
What truly astonished us was the refusal to comprehend the gravity of the situation and the subsequent denial of our request for a credit. While we understand that companies have policies in place, there are moments when compassion and flexibility should override strict adherence to procedures. The fact that this company failed to grasp this concept is truly disheartening.
Adding to our frustration, we observed that every other vendor we had to deal with during this time, in the wake of our loss, showed genuine understanding and offered either refunds or credits. This stark contrast further highlighted this company's lack of compassion and willingness to accommodate customers during distressing times.
As a result of this ordeal, not only did we have to cope with the emotional burden of losing a loved one, but we also had to contend with the added stress and disappointment brought on by this company's callousness. It is clear that our experience with VIP Limousine stands in stark contrast to the compassionate and customer-centric approach we encountered from other service providers.
In closing, I hope this company take this feedback as an opportunity to reflect on the company's values and customer service practices. A more empathetic and understanding approach during difficult times can go a long way in preserving a positive reputation and customer loyalty.
For all people planing their wedding, please please avoid at all costs. This company is all about profit over human life and they will not treat your family with any respect. -

Awful expericance
Had a contract with them for 11 months. Called 4 days before the wedding wanting more money for cost of driving. ( Basically extortion ) Never use them! Worst way to run a business I have ever seen. Avoid them at all cost -
