  We recently had the pleasure of working with Neil, the extraordinary caterer for VIP Catering who not only met but greatly exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. In the realm of Jewish weddings, the cuisine is often regarded as mundane, something most people accept without much excitement. However, my husband, who happens to work in Michelin starred restaurants, had a vision for something exceptional – a menu that celebrated seasonality and local sourcing. Enter Neil, who not only embraced this audacious request but turned it into a culinary masterpiece.
  
  From the start, Neil demonstrated a remarkable commitment to making our wedding truly special. Despite the distance, (we live in NYC and our wedding was in South Florida), he made it a priority to meet with us during our pre-wedding visit to ensure that every detail aligned with our vision. Neil's responsiveness and dedication were evident in our email exchanges and phone conversations leading up to the big day.
  
  What sets Neil apart from the rest of the Kosher catering world is his unwavering commitment to his word. If he says he will do something, he follows through with unparalleled integrity. Collaborating closely with my husband, Neil and his chef crafted a custom menu that surpassed our wildest expectations. The end result was not only delicious but a testament to Neil's willingness to go the extra mile for his clients.
  
  VIP came highly recommended by a family friend who praised the delicious food at various simchas. The recommendation was spot-on, as VIP’s culinary prowess shone through at every step. On the wedding day itself, Neil personally went above and beyond, offering assistance to our overwhelmed wedding coordinator during the ceremony by helping the bridal party get in the correct order. He also ensured that my husband and I had a taste of the cocktail hour before entering the reception - a thoughtful gesture that showcased his genuine commitment to customer and guest satisfaction.

  Amazing Experience

  We want to thank you and your whole staff for making our our son's wedding such a fabulous affair. The room looked amazing and the food was plentiful and delicious. The entire evening ran smoothly and we are only hearing wonderful "reviews" from all of our guests. They all are saying that they have not seen a wedding like this before. So thank you for everything you did and for making the process so easy and stress free.

  I can't say enough good things about Neil and his team! We used VIP for our wedding at The Club at Emerald Hills. We went with their stations package and all our guests were raving about the food. The meat sauce at our pasta station and garlic bread got amazing reviews, as did the chicken, steak and dessert tables. Neil went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. I would recommend VIP in a heartbeat!

  I cannot thank Neil and his team enough for the amazing job they did at my wedding. We had out wedding at a private space with really limited kitchen space and I was so nervous about how the quality of the food was going to turn out, particularly because I have been to so many weddings where the food came out cold. Neil worked with us to have exactly what we wanted, from the presentation, to some special dishes (mini-fish & chips to represent my English hubby and for me my favorite type of mini ice cream Sundays).
  
  The food was unbelievable! As a matter of fact, nearly every guest commented on how good the food was- it was definitely the biggest hit of the party. We had 3 food stations and then a sit down dinner, and I thought "wow there's so much food, no way people are going to eat this much " but it was so good that everyone really overindulged!
  
  Overall and amazing experience!

  Neil Wasserman is a true visionary and producer. He can imagine and design every part of celebrations. While he was hired as the "caterer"----he did that and so much more--and he did it all smiling, always being prompt and through and creating a sense of confidence that each meal would be outstanding and plentiful. His ability to listen to my tiny idea and take it so far beyond my dreams ,understanding how to use each venue to its best advantage, how to artistically display yummy, outstandingly delicious meals and how to ensure everyone's happiness was extraordinary. I would use Neil and VIP caterers for any event/large or small in the future. Also, at his suggestion I used Dulcimer Florist . Neil guaranteed the end result would be fantastic and , it was. Thank you for EVERYTHING Neil.

  When we first booked VIP caterers over a year ago, we were very excited to start all our planning. We never expected the wonderful experience we had. Neil and Emily were easy to work with and very flexible to help work within our budget. The food was one of the most talked about thing from the wedding. My guest really enjoyed everything from the cocktail party to the delicious desserts. I would highly recommend having an affair at Temple Kol Ami with VIP caterers.

  We felt very confident with them that everything was going to work out as planned. Guests and friends had rave reviews about their food and service. Good Kosher Caterers are not easy to find but VIP CATERERS are the TOP and BEST out there!! Will recommend 100% to anyone.

We had a weekend of meals at hte Boca Resort leading up to the wedding and all of our guests would not stop commenting on how good the food was both during the weekend and at the actual wedding. Neal listened to all of my requests and was a pleasure to work with. His team was on-sight the whole weekend to make sure we had everything we wanted and his servers were friendly and made our guests feel comfortable. If you are looking for an amazing high-end kosher caterer VIP is the best. Thank you so much Neal, Emily and team for an amazing wedding weekend- Liora & Ben

  Neil Wasserman catered my daughter's wedding and it was a spectacular affair. As beautiful as the wedding itself was, all people really talked about was the food. In fact, two years later, people are still commenting on it. Not only was the quality of the food outstanding, but the way Neil took the time to arrange the room and set the lighting, the room was actually transformed right before our eyes. This happened to be an orthodox Jewish wedding with lots of complications. We had a very extensive buffet for all the guests and sit down dinner for the out of town guests. Neil was totally flexible about how to do those arrangements, and truthfully, the buffet was so grand, that no one was even hungry for the sit-down dinner. (We ate it anyway because it was all so good.) As the mother of the bride, the thing that I most appreciated about Neil was his take-charge attitude. He was completely professional and confident. Since I was such a basket of nerves, I was so grateful that Neil was there to make sure that everything - including parts of the ceremony and the bride's preparation - ran smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend VIP Caterers to anyone and when we have another simcha, I know who I am calling!

  Neil is a professional. He knows the industry, he knows brides, and he knows how to throw an amazing soiree. If you're looking for a great caterer, he really does the best job in town.
