  I wanted to deliver a perfect wedding for my fiance as it had been the only thing she talked about for the past year since we picked a wedding date. We ended up hiring a wedding planner, and I was surprised to see on the list of vendors that she hired a live band in additional to our DJ for the reception. At first, I thought she chose to add the band because she had some kind of relationship with the band leader, Clarence Riley, and just wanted to rip me off, however once I began communication with Clarence, I understood why Rebecca spoke so highly of him. I really can't describe the uniqueness to which the band marveled our family and friends at our reception. I really dug the way Clarence communicated all info to us prior to the wedding and the way the band synced so perfectly with the DJ while performing. Toni requested our favorite songs before the wedding and the band delivered in class. It was the most beautiful moment of the day when our song came in 'All of Me' sax/violin duet, that I even had to join in the band to sing along. A memorable day it was, never to be forgotten!

  I am excited to rate Vinyl Fuzion because they have exceeded my expectations when I hired them to perform at my wedding. I was skeptical about hiring a band/DJ hybrid at first, but I had the backing of my buddy to go ahead and use them for the job. They started off with live jazz for the cocktail hour, then as the DJ took over, the band played along with EVERY SINGLE SONG, right until the end of the reception. Overall, you guys made my wedding a success and Candice also sends her love. It’s been two years now and I still appreciate you guys, thanks Vinyl Fuzion, Great job.

  My superman wanted an awesome band that could pull off a lot of zydeco songs, and I wanted more of an r&b vibe. It took us a while to find a good fit, but we're glad we made Vinyl Fuzion our choice. The novelty of a DJ spinning records while the band played along is what sold us. They covered all requested genres, knowledge of what we wanted musically, and had our wedding party lit from start to finish.

  Poor treatment

  I have no doubt that they are a wonderful band but I am highly disappointed with how the band leader is handling our situation. I booked with them and put down a hefty deposit but had to cancel. I was told no refunds but it clearly does not state no refunds in our contract. I tried negotiating and asking if he could give me half of my deposit but my request has gone unanswered. If this was written in the contract when I booked I would not be requesting any money back. It sucks that companies feel like they can make up rules as they go. Please revise your contract so this doesn't happen again. I plan on filing a small claim in court soon. This treatment towards a customer is not ok.
