You can’t find a better venue in Austin, Texas.I went to 15 Venues and Vintage Villas was the last one I viewed. Right when i walked in, I knew that I found the perfect place. It encompassed views of the lake, stone and greenery. And don’t get me started on how perfect the sunsets are. You can’t get much better than that! We used Alexandria Gallegos as our wedding planner at Vintage Villas and she was excellent throughout the entire process. Calm, cool and collected. Know how to get everything done and run it smoothly. I was so happy I could put my trust into her. The venue provides all the food and alcohol which makes planning that much easier. It’s just simply CLASSY! If you’re on your search, you should definitely include this venue!

Having our daughter's wedding at Vintage Villas was the best decision! The sales team (Sam) was incredibly attentive, detail oriented and professional. The rehearsal dinner as well as a farewell brunch were also held on the property, and the entire staff was absolutely amazing! It's a gorgeous venue, and when we ran into some unexpected weather issues, the staff went way above and beyond to make everything work out perfectly for us! We highly recommend Vintage Vilas!

Vintage Villas was the second venue out of two that we looked at and we booked it right away. It’s so beautiful out there. Both reception areas are nice, clean, beautiful and both arbors and wonderful. The whole place makes for beautiful pictures. The staff was easy and wonderful to work with. The food, omg! EVERYONE loved it! Out of 90 people, everyone loved it!! One of the main reasons we chose this place was because they took care of everything but the cake. They provide tables, chairs, table linens, napkins, plates, glassware, silverware, centerpieces. It was so helpful and amazing to not have to worry about all that. It rained all day on our wedding day which prevented us from taking advantage of the beautiful setting. The venue graciously said we could come back at a later date to take our bridal pictures! Which turned out to be the better option because the weather that day was perfect. If you want a one stop shop (minus the cake), this is the place!

Beautiful venue and location for all of our out of town guests to experience Texas. Keena and Alex were so helpful and made my dreams come alive after slight wedding day hiccups like weather. It was still perfect. Thank you for my dream wedding!

My daughter’s wedding was held at Vintage Villas. I live out of state which didn’t make a difference. From the moment the decision was made to hold it here the responsiveness of Sam (sales), Thomas, at the front desk booking the villas reservations, and all the others was outstanding.

Upon arrival for the wedding the friendliness of all staff from check-in, set up staff, bartenders, chef, and anyone else involved was courteous and efficient in making every aspect go smoothly.

We had both the rehearsal dinner and wedding on site. The availability of personnel was wonderful. Besides, the venue with Lake Travis behind is very impressive, even in winter.

If this is a venue you’re considering, you won’t be disappointed.

Vintage Villas will always be our favorite place in Austin, TX. The Gazebo is to die for! Such an amazing and unique experience.

Our experience with VV was perfect. Erika and Kelly were awesome and worked with us endlessly! Planning a wedding during covid was stressful and VV helped us figure out all the details to make the weekend as safe as possible. Their diligence with safety contributed to a covid free experience. Our family loved the accommodations. The entire weekend was a success!

We are forever thankful to the Vintage Villas team for providing such a beautiful location, attentive and friendly staff and helping us pull off the wedding of our dreams safely during COVID. All without Absolutely the best!

I got married at the Vintage Villas July 12th, 2020. The venue and view was breath taking! It’s perfect for a wedding! I’m so happy I found this place because it’s everything I wanted and more. Erika Tucker helped my husband and I plan everything. Everyone was accommodating and just really helpful through the process. Carlos was also very nice. He came to check up on me while my girls and I we’re getting ready in the morning for the wedding and brought us coffee, Champaign and kept checking on us! I’m so glad we chose this place! I highly recommend!

We found Vintage Villas and immediately fell in love when we visited. We worked with Katie and she was absolutely wonderful. She was flexible, knowledgable, and communicated with us so well. We got married over a year ago and this venue is worth coming back for the review. We got married MDW 2019 and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and professional (but flexible) venue. Nothing but positive things to say about this venue and staff!

Everything about this venue was incredible, the view was beautiful, the villas were perfect and the food was everything everyone was talking about. We are definitely recommending this place to have your wedding at :)

Vintage Villas went above and beyond to make our wedding relaxed and beautiful and wonderful. The food is amazing - they even did swaps of items on our menu they did not have to do just because - and their service is top notch. I don't think more than 24 hours ever went by before I got an email back whenever I had a question and they were extremely patient with me. I cannot recommend them enough; it was seriously the best I could ask for.

Vintage Villas has a breath taking view of Lake Travis. Our guests were very impressed.
We reserved the largest villa for our guest and family, the hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. Shella, the hotel manager was amazing .
The gazebo and event center was spectacular , the food was delicious, the staff were wonderful.
We did not hire a wedding plannner but we hired VV event coordinator Erika Tucker she is the best! She helped us in choosing the appetizers, menu, & drinks. She is experienced, organized, and very passionate on what she does. Vintage villas is an incredible wedding venue.

Choosing Vintage Villas was one of the best decisions my husband and I made in planning our wedding. We had a Sunday brunch wedding, and it was amazing! This venue provides great value for your money, and we were also able to save on decor costs by letting the elegant beauty of the venue do most of the work. The lake view is stunning and provides the perfect backdrop for pictures. Our guests couldn't say enough good things about the view, and they also complimented the food, which was absolutely delicious. I ended up wishing I was hungrier so I could eat more of it! Our coordinator Tara was so helpful and made it a very stress free day. Overall, I don't think we could have picked a better spot.

I must have looked at a hundred venues, but couldn't get my mind off of Vintage Villas. I had been to a wedding here before, but it was eleven years ago. They've updated a lot since then and I knew when we toured it that it would be the venue for us. The view will take your breath away. It is the perfect backdrop for a beautiful wedding. We didn't really add any ceremony decor, because it was so unnecessary. They were extremely easy to work with throughout the planning process and always eager to answer any questions that we had. Everything was arranged exactly the way that we wanted and we didn't have any issues. We did the BBQ buffet and everyone loved it. They raved about how great the food was and how beautiful the venue was. Vintage Villas helped make our wedding day perfect. We couldn't have chosen a better venue. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. It was exactly what I hoped for. We'll always be happy that we got to start our lives together at Vintage Villas.

Wow, if you have any question about whether or not to book Vintage Villas for your wedding, do yourself a favor and BOOK THEM. My wife and I thought that the pricing was outstanding considering the beautiful view of Lake Travis that the venue offers. Katie was extremely helpful during the sales process and was able to answer all of our questions that came up. The food we had at the reception wowed every single one of our guests. By far the most valuable aspect of Vintage Villas is the onsite hotel. With most of our guests traveling from out of town, being able to stay onsite with everyone really made the entire weekend something special.

My husband and I could not be happier with our decision to make Vintage Villas our wedding venue. The staff was amazing, the rooms excellent, the views perfect. Everything was perfect! This venue was a huge part or making our wedding day the best day of our lives!

Wow is all I can say. Vintage Villas was the perfect place for my daughters wedding. The ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. Katie B was our onsite point person and she was detailed, friendly, punctual and was the master of follow up and a task master. Even when we dropped the ball she picked it up and ran with it. The view was amazing and we can't wait to get the professional pictures back. The ballroom was amazing and had plenty of space for all of our guests to move around. The staff was absolutely amazing! They served, the smiled and they went the extra mile to assist us. Oh! and the food was absolutely amazing! We stayed at the hotel the night before and the night of the wedding and it was nice as well. Vintage Villas was the perfect spot for our wedding. The location is absolutely stunning. Everyone I worked with at the venue was so kind and helpful. It was clear they really care about making it the best day possible! We also really appreciated the food and champagne left in the suite for us after the wedding.

Vintage Villas is such an amazing property! The views and landscaping are beautiful and the newly renovated reception hall is gorgeous! The entire staff made the experience easy going and fun. Our sales manager, Jennifer, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The actual day of the wedding Jennifer was walking around to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the service from the reception staff was top notch!

The hotel staff was helpful when making reservations. Seeing as my family and friends had an entire villa booked up we were able to extend our celebration to the hotel lobby of our villa. The day goes by so quickly, we loved being able to have the ceremony, reception, and accommodations all in one place. Vintage Villas thank you for helping make our day so special and alleviating any stress such a day brings!

This venue was the first one my husband and I checked out, and we knew immediately we didn't have to look further. Just one look at the pictures and you can see why we were sold, but it's everything that you can't see in the photos that made our day special. We were assigned a wedding coordinator once we booked the venue, and she was my lifesaver. I cannot thank Ms. Jennifer enough, like every wedding we had some mishaps. It rained, we lost the rings at one point, time crunches, but Jennifer managed it all and kept me from having a meltdown.
One of the top reasons we chose this venue was that it had ceremony and reception sites as well as provided catering and all the required rental equipment. It really took alot of stress off me when all of that was taken care of.
And also the catering.... Phenomenal. We created our own menu to fit our tastes and the brunch vibe and they beyond delivered. Wow!
I would recommend this place to everyone planning a wedding. I am so grateful to have found Vintage Villas. When you book this venue you get so much more, and it really felt (despite the rain) like my fairytale wedding I had always dreamed of.

Vintage Villas is a beautiful venue. We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception in Vintage Villas. There is a breath-taking lake Travis view as our ceremony backdrop. You do not need much decoration outdoor. Just enjoy the beautiful view!! All of guests love the venue we chose. Our venue manager Jennifer is very professional and responsive. She made me feel very relaxed. The food is very delicious. In addition, I love the renovated reception hall a lot. It is very spacious.

My husband and I had a wonderful memory there. And we HIGHLY recommend this venue and Jennifer to everyone!

Vintage Villas was an incredible place to host a wedding. Everything is conveniently located and having family and the bridal party stay steps away from the ceremony and reception was a life saver. Amy was incredible at directing the rehearsal and wedding day. Everything went so smoothly the whole weekend and the view over the lake is off charts!

The view is amazing the price for food is reasonable can't wait for the big day.

Vintage Villas made our big day run as smoothly as possible. Amy was always extremely professional and responsive throughout the process. On the big day our coordinator, Stephanie, had everything under control. We had no major hiccups and we were very pleased. We rented out one of the villas for our family and friends to stay at and everybody loved it! The food was great too! I highly suggest this venue!

Let me start with, if we could do it all over again, Vintage Villas would still be our first choice!!!

We were assigned a timeline specialist, Amy, who was amazing to work with. From the first meeting, she made a personal connection with us which helped her to guide us the best way forward. Amy helped us think through all of the details, including ones we had not thought of on our own. We went into our day feeling well prepared. The best part was the day of the ceremony Amy kept things on track. She made sure we started things on time, and helped keep the vendors in-line. We were able to enjoy our day and not worry about the details, knowing she has us covered.

The facility was very pretty, especially as the sun started to set. We have some of the most amazing photos and the wedding itself rivaled that of a Hollywood movie.

We didn't have a chance to pre-sample food, so other than reviews we had read online we had no idea what we were getting into. When we had the first bite of chicken and London broil at the reception, it was heavenly!!! I really mean it, some of the best food I've ever had. Nearly every guest complimented the food.

Our wedding day was amazing, picturesque and unforgettable. This is a place every couple should look at when considering venues.

Beyond the breathtaking views of Vintage Villas, one of the most attractive things about this venue is it's almost completely all-inclusive nature. From the tables, chairs, flatware, catering, servers, bartenders, alcohol, set-up etc., the list goes on. For someone who works full time and is not necessarily the type of bride that enjoys pouring over the little details, this is PERFECT. The staff has been very responsive, accommodating, and knowledgable.

Vintage Villas is positively perfect. I couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful or well-managed establishment for my summer wedding.

My fiancé and I first visited Vintage Villas in December. When we drove onto the property we immediately noticed its inherent beauty. It has an absolutely gorgeous lake view. Each venue features hardwood floors and neutral walls and décor. The Event Center, where we had our wedding, also incorporates chandeliers and tulle/twinkle lights hanging from wooden beams. The outdoor space includes a patio, trees wrapped in twinkle lights, and a gazebo. Ultimately—because the venue was so neutral and beautiful on its own—we didn’t have to bring in much décor or worry about our chosen colors clashing with the existing hues.

The staff at Vintage Villas is also wonderful. To help create, manage, and implement your event, each couple is assigned a Wedding Coordinator. We were blessed to have been assigned to Alex Middlebrook. She was phenomenal! Throughout the planning process Alex answered all of our questions and concerns within 48 hours via email. She helped us develop a layout for our tables, create a timeline for the evening’s important events, and ensure that we received the most food and drink options for our contracted price. In addition, she was able to secure a hotel suite for us.

Thanks to the staff and gorgeous location, our wedding day was like living in a dream in which all of your needs and wants are met before you even realize that you have any. Our ceremony was breathtaking and our wedding coordinator ensured that it ran smoothly so that we could focus on each other and the momentous occasion. Our reception was fun, well organized, and well staffed. Throughout and after the event, guests raved about the food and s'mores bar that Vintage Villas provided. The evening ended when my husband and I arrived in our hotel suite, which had been stocked with food from the event and a bottle of champagne.

I had the most beautiful wedding here. My wedding coordinator was Amy and she was simple amazing! She covered everything with us from beginning to end. This one of the most important days of my life and this venue made our day so special. A perfect outdoor wedding ceremony for anyone looking.

If you appreciate the beauty of Lake Travis and if you prefer intimacy over big hotels, this is the place for you. The honeymoon suite is roomy and gorgeous but requires walking up a few flights of stairs. Check with staff for that. Lovely breakfast in the morning.

If you are looking for a destination type of wedding, this is it, without having to leave Texas! We loved Vintage Villas. We were sold to book after touring and seeing the great packages for both the ceremony/reception. Being on a budget, this venue worked well for us. With the gorgeous view, there wasn't much of a need for elaborate decor. The sales coordinator was great and professional throughout all of our communication. The staff and service was superb on the day of. Everyone raved about the food. We blocked a villa for both of our families and I loved how private it felt. My husband and I recommend Vintage Villas.

My wedding isn't until July 17th however Vintage Villas has been prompt, courteous, and professional. Other venues sometimes didn't respond or go out of their way to be helpful however Alex at Vintage Villas has been great to work with. Really appreciate her making this a smooth and pleasant experience.

I recommend Vintage Villas to anyone getting married in the Austin area! From the wedding center to the staff to the hotel, Vintage Villas was a wonderful venue for my reception. Throughout the planning process, the wedding specialist that was assigned to me was always just an email or phone call away. It didn't matter if my wedding was 11 months away, she would still respond within 24 hours. Amy was my wedding specialist, and she was wonderful! I could not be more pleased with her work. She's down-to-earth and sweet, but also sharp and smart. She made me feel comfortable enough to voice my concerns or issues but also displayed confidence that she could manage my event. Actually this was true of all of Vintage Villas's staff from the wedding center staff to the hotel staff, and it is exactly what you want when you're planning a big event like a wedding. Despite being a popular venue, they make you feel like your wedding is the only wedding they are working on.

Also, the venue and boutique hotel were very accommodating. I had several special requests and Vintage Villas went out of their way to fulfill each and every request, which included adding an extra guest an hour before a tasting, a customized menu, rearranging guests rooms from the hotel block, providing gluten-free meals for some guests, etc.

On the day of the wedding, the wedding center was set up perfectly, the bartenders and servers were friendly, and the food was delicious! Our guests raved about the beautiful views, the different rooms (sunset and lakeview rooms), the food, the bartenders, etc. At the end of the night, like other reviewers, my husband and I found boxes of hors d'oeuvres, dinner, cake, and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room.

In the end, I could not have asked for a better venue. If you want a venue that will make you feel special from the start of the planning process to the very end, then book Vintage Villas. You won't regret it!

My husband and I cannot say enough about how much we loved having our wedding at Vintage Villas!! We are THRILLED with our decision to get married there.

First of all, the entire place is GORGEOUS. The views are amazing, so our outdoor wedding was unbelievably beautiful. Our guests (who were mostly from out of town) raved about how pretty Austin is and I was asked multiple times if Vintage Villas is where everyone in Austin tries to have their weddings. The interior rooms are beautiful, too, so our reception was as lovely as the ceremony!

The staff is also completely incredible. They answered SO many questions, were very accommodating, and helped us through the entire process. Jenna, our day of coordinator, made sure everything went smoothly. We didn't have to worry or stress about anything! I'm not kidding- the entire day was perfect. And my husband and I honestly had very little to do with that! We were able to relax and enjoy the whole day because everything was taken care of for us. Jenna went above and beyond through the whole process, but especially on our wedding day- she even bustled my dress before the dancing started!

The food and drinks were amazing- our guests made sure to tell us how much they enjoyed dinner. And we blocked off an entire villa since our friends and family were coming from out of town, which meant that we got a free honeymoon suite! The staff also provided us with leftover dinner, cake, and a complimentary bottle of champagne. It was so fun to have everyone in the villa together- it made the entire weekend a celebration and made us feel like we were having a destination wedding. Again, I cannot praise Vintage Villas enough. We feel like we chose the BEST venue in Austin and would not change a single thing about our wedding day! It was perfect! I would recommend Vintage Villas for anyone getting married in the Austin area!

I had an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception at the Arbor and Travis Room. This place was beautiful. Jenna was amazing to work with. She helped us out a lot. The day of the wedding, the staff was so helpful as well. Everything went smooth and how it was suppose to go. I'm glad we booked with Vintage Villas.

Jenna was amazing from beginning to end. She was there to answer every question we had no matter how small it was. The venue was beautiful everytime we went out to visit. All the staff at the venue and hotel were very positive and ready to help where ever they could. This place is perfect. We had a smaller ceremony at the Arbor and in the Travis Room and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Everything was so easy and flowed so well. Jenna handled everything like a true professional. Their packages are affordable and the view is amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. THANKS SOOOOOO MUCH JENNA & VV STAFF!!!!!!!

A great venue if you are looking for something that is "all-inclusive" type place. It was so wonderful having one contact for the ceremony, reception, catering and alcohol. Amy was our coordinator and she made everything so easy from the rehearsal to the big day. They also had a lot of nice little touches to make the whole wedding very special. I would highly recommend for the bride who is looking for a little less stress!

Vintage Villas was an amazing place to have our wedding!! Hill Country is such a beautiful area and looks like you're out in the countryside of some European village. Besides the location itself being spectacular, the wedding coordinator and all the staff were fantastic to work with! The Villas also have a hotel right across from the event center, which make it ideal for a reception. We had an open bar and it was great to give our guests somewhere so close to stay where they could really make a night out of it and not have to worry about driving. It was also a big plus for my husband and I when we had our grand exit because all we had to do was walk across the road and we were in our room! Our wedding coordinator was Amy Minor and that girl is phenomenal! She was so incredibly easy to work with, helped me with every detail of the planning, and was so flexible when it came to the various meal constraints we had (no seafood, no pork). She was especially awesome on the day of the event and I did not have to worry about a single thing! Amy was on top of it and kept things running smoothly. Half of the time, I lost track of where she was and was just enjoying the evening, mingling with guests and my new hubby, which I think is a huge testament to what a great job she did do! But the entire staff at Vintage Villas was amazing to work with. We got married at the Gazebo and used the Wedding Center as our reception site. It's a bit pricer but if you have the room for this in your budget, I think you definitely get what you pay for. The Gazebo is just beautiful and the view from it as well as pictures of the ceremony are absolutely gorgeous!! The Wedding Center was also a great fit for us because there are two separate rooms, so we were able to having dining in one room and dancing in another with a bar in between. Overall, I just cannot say enough great things about Vintage Villas. It was an amazing wedding experience and I am so glad we chose them!

Perfect venue! From the onsite hotel rooms, to the catering, to the ceremony & reception, everything was fantastic.

When we first went to this location we fell In Love with the view! Everything was so beautiful! We first met with Jenna which was very helpful and informative and very kind!
Our wedding specialist Shelby really did an amazing job with Everything! We loved her! She was soo helpful, she was always asking if we needing anything and really worked with us on ideas we had. She was awesome :).

All of our guest loved how everything looked! The view of the venue really left little of decorations needed for the Arbor/Ceremony because it was beautiful as it was. And the Travis/Reception had an amazing view of lake Travis that made for really nice pictures and view for our guest during dinner. I wouldn't have had it any other way. I loved how my wedding turned out!

Oh! And we had a customized vegan menu! Our vegan lasagna and sides were so delicious! Our non-vegan guest could not believe how good vegan food can really be!

We heard about Vintage Villas through a few friends of ours who have been married in the last 6 years and each one had raving reviews so inevitably it was the first venue we checked out in person. All I can say is WOW. This place really does go above and beyond in expectations. We had to pay for our own wedding all by ourselves and for two under-30's even with great jobs it isn't easy! They were incredibly accommodating and affordable, giving us the best quality options and offering payment plans to help. Our onsite wedding coordinator Amy was the friendliest and most organized person which is great for the OCD me who really wanted everything to be in place so I wouldn't have to worry about it the day of. I can't speak enough to how helpful, wonderful, and BEAUTIFUL this venue is. Every person we talked to at the wedding raved about how gorgeous it was. We had a sunset wedding in May and we can't say enough how much we recommend you use Vintage Villas if you want an unforgettable, great experience on your perfect day!!!!

From the beginning I knew this was the perfect place for our wedding day. This place is beyond beautiful and the service they provide is incredible. I have to thank Lauren and Shelby forthe amazing job they do in making eeverything so organized and professional. They do as much as they can to make that momment so perfect and stress free. Choosing Vintage Villas for our wedding ceremony and reception location was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! I had done a lot of research and there was no need to check out any other sites after we met with our awesome coordinator Erin Todd. The food was delicious and everything went above my expectations. We really enjoyed the rooms provided in our package and plan on returning for an anniversary in the future. Again I just can't say enough about Erin and the wonderful staff at Vintage Villas. You can rest easy knowing your big day is in their hands!

Vintage Villas was the perfect place for us to host our ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner. VV makes everything so EASY. They have options for sites/facilities, tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, linens, centerpiece components, catering (all food was delicious), bar, on-site coordinating, and hotel, among other things. The pricing is fair. The venue itself is beautiful with meticulously maintained grounds. The staff is always professional, prompt, friendly, responsive, accommodating, and fully dedicated to making our day special. They know what they are doing!
Shelby Gehrels and Erin Todd were our coordinators, and they were absolutely phenomenal. Shelby and Erin put us at ease and made the experience so enjoyable from the first phone call. The day of the wedding, Shelby was on-site to ensure everything went smoothly. It was a perfect ceremony and reception. We know Shelby must have been exhausted by the end of the night, but she never showed it and executed the event with grace.
I would like to mention how great it is to just WALK back to the hotel after the wedding to relax in the suite. The VV staff had two full to-go containers of reception food along with a box of wedding cake slices waiting for us in the room as a late-night snack.
In case you can't tell, my husband and I highly recommend Vintage Villas! As with any venue, there may be some slight hiccups along the way, but we never had any major issues with VV. If there were any inquiries the VV staff was ON IT and went above and beyond to assist.

I cannot say enough great things about this venue! The sales manager and other office staff members were so helpful, the food was amazing, and the price was on point for the quality and the area. We had our ceremony outside, with a backdrop of the lake and a gorgeous sunset. We had the reception in the event center, which had a dinner room separate from the dancing (which was almost used as our rainy day back up plan, but luckily the sun came out for that afternoon), as well as an outdoor patio for our guests to enjoy. Our service staff and bartenders were great also. One of our favorite benefits was the onsite hotel, as this was a destination wedding, and the majority of our guests were from out of town so we didn't have to travel much away from the area. The hotel staff was equally awesome. The location and venue is so gorgeous that it doesn't require a whole lot of extra decorating. The absolute best feeling is walking away from your wedding with guests giving you compliments such as, "it was one of the most beautiful weddings," or "the best wedding" they have ever been too. We could not be happier with how everything turned out!

Beautiful location, lush landscaping, pleasant staff willing to answer questions and help with anything you need. Having the hotel on site and having the wedding and reception all in one place was the best choice for our wedding. No worrying about friends and family driving off on dark windy roads (after enjoying the open bar) because they just walked to their rooms.

The venue is beautiful and additional decoration is only needed to personalize the wedding. Lots of food options, and everything is delicious.

This was the best venue to work with. They made everything extremely easy. On the day of my wedding, I feel like everything just magically appeared. Everything ran very smoothly. At the end, there was cake, champagne and two boxes of dinner in the honeymoon suite. Which was great because we were starved. I can't say enough about this venue and the staff at Vintage Villas. Erin is great! It was a beautiful location, at an affordable price. All of my guests made it a point to tell me how much they loved the location. The food is also something to note; it is very good! The staff is very accommodating, and flexible when things (such as the weather) don't go as planned. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

We booked Vintage Villas as our wedding venue 13 months prior to our wedding and could not have had a better experience. In searching for venues, we found Vintage Villas to be among the most reasonably priced for the value and our guest count (200+). We worked with Lauren Allen as our sales manager and she did a seamless job of helping answer our questions, reassure us and keep us on schedule throughout the process. Furthermore, she was always responsive, usually answering our questions within a few hours of sending an email. We ended up with about 200 guests and on the day of the wedding, the Vintage Villas staff had everything under control- allowing us to enjoy every minute of our wedding without worrying that something would go wrong or wouldn't be handled. We were initially concerned that space might be an issue with our guest count but it turned out fine, with plenty of room for people to mingle comfortably. Our guests commented that the bars were stocked and efficient, and multiple guests told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We would highly recommend Vintage Villas to anyone!

I had my wonderful wedding at Vintage Villas and Erin and Shelby made sure that everything went perfect on our special day. Before the wedding Erin was always there for me whenever I need anything. The accommodations for the hotel were wonderful and the view is spectacular. I could not have asked for anything more. Also the food was amazing at the reception and the Travis Room as beautiful!!

They were amazing! Our representative, Samantha, was so sweet and helpful. She made the whole process easy and fun. She had great advice, worked with us to find the best answer to any problem, and didn't mind when we had to make last minute changes. The view from both wedding sites (we had the arbor) is just beautiful. The lake was a perfect backdrop to our day, birds were chirping, the grass was a vibrant green, I couldn't imagine it coming together any better.

The venue was beautiful. They were very attentive and courteous. If I would have to do it all over again there would be nothing that I would change.

Our wedding was amazing thanks to Vintage Villas. From Kristi at the hotel front desk, to Lauren in the main office, everyone was super responsive and willing to work with us on pretty much everything. The Chef was super accommodating with menu tweaks we requested. All the food at the wedding was amazing… we are still getting rave reviews on apps and late night tacos. For our NYE wedding, the proximity from venue to hotel was amazing. No need to worry about over-intoxicated guests driving and the rooms are nice for the price point. Staff, food, and venue were beyond epic from beginning to end.

Vintage Villas was an amazing wedding venue! They were extremely organized and helpful, and they made me as a bride feel relaxed and stress free. The food was amazing and their timeline coordinator kept everything running smoothly. Most of all, it was a beautiful venue that accommodated all of my out of town guests, and graced them with it's "vintage charm." I wish we could do it all again!

I had the best wedding ever . I loved everything

From the beginning, Samantha made us feel as if Vintage Villas wanted our wedding there, as opposed to the reception we felt at other venues. The value of the venue rendered the quotation for our wedding a STEAL.

Planning the wedding from Houston looked to be a challenge, but it was much easier than anticipated with Samantha's help. Samantha answered emails usually within an hour. Her answers were spot-on, detailed, and included information to address follow up questions I invariably would have. She was a dream to work with and made the entire experience pleasant.

I worked with Kristi in the reservations for our room block and she also was a dream to work with. She answered emails within the hour, gave detailed answers to questions, and made the process run so very smoothly.

The food was simply outstanding. We had a buffet and had the VV signature salad and Caesar salad, mahi mahi, beef medallions, and mozzarella and prosciutto stuffed chicken. We had potato and vegetable sides, along with the mashed potato martini bar. All of our guests RAVED about the martini bar. The presentation was perfect and the portions were just right.

The bar was perfect, as we went with the full premium open bar. We also were able to personalize the offerings per our preferred beers and liquors. The bartenders were polite and quick. We had about 100 people and two bars, but I think one would have been sufficient.

Not having planned a wedding before, I was concerned about the smaller details. All of them of service, presentation, and whatnot were flawless. The staff made us all fell as if we were the most important group on the property. Granted, we were the only event that weekend, so I cannot speak to the experience if other events also are taking place, but I cannot imagine anything "slipping."

At bottom, I would highly, highly recommend VV. It's that simple.

Being that I chose Austin as a Destination wedding location, having NEVER been there until the weekend before the wedding, I could not have asked for a better person to work with. Erin had all of the answers I needed & totally made me feel 100% relaxed & I had total confidence in her & her staff to make it all happen. I am from Key West FL & have worked as a Catering Sales Manager/Wedding Planner for about 3 years & have seen some beautiful weddings take place, but NOTHING compares to the flawless success of Erin & the entire Vintage Villas Staff. Kristi, Rooms Director, was also a joy to work with & made everyone's stay really great. She accommodated every last minute request we threw at her & everyone enjoyed their stay. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, & my suite was SO amazing! Perfect space for me & my girls to get ready. I also shipped a lot of stuff to the hotel for my arrival & every one of the staff members were aware of everything & promptly informed me of any deliveries & sent everything to my room promptly as well. It was flawless. The Ceremony Venue is MORE beautiful than the pictures even show. The Sunset was more beautiful than any Key West Sunset I've seen. Honestly, I don't think there is another place on the planet more perfect for a wedding. The Event Center was absolutely perfect for cocktail hour & dinner. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! The space was clean & in pristine condition, everything was on time, & we were catered to in every way. I felt like I was Royalty. Erin, Kristi, & the entire Vintage Villas Staff have set the bar for the industry.

Vintage Villas was a perfect place for our wedding. Everything went exactly as we hoped and the staff was a pleasure to work with. Since most of our guests came from out of town, it was very convenient having the hotel rooms available at the site so no one had to worry about finding accommodations elsewhere. We had an absolutely terrific experience.

Words cannot express how amazing my wedding was. It was my dream wedding that came true! From the moment we walked in there for a viewing, I fell in love! We booked it right then and there and snatched our ever so popular date before anyone could... more than a year early. Oh yeah, they are that popular for weddings.

From the very first day we secured our venue, Lauren had been so amazing to us. She accommodated EVERY single request without any questions. I'm a control freak and she knew how to help me get everything in order. I planned the wedding on my own and only hired a day-of coordinator but had Lauren & my coordinator to bounce ideas with. She's always easy to reach out to.

Comes the week of the wedding, it rained and flooded in Austin, and Lauren was ready for Plan B. The outdoor gazebo is THE dream, and thank God when Saturday came (wedding day) the sun came out and shined on me and David. All our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. I wish I could do it all over again. And I would definitely pick the same venue over and over and over again!

Vintage Villas wait staff made up for lost time and served our dinner quickly (to 132 guests) yet it did not seem rushed at all. The boutique hotel staff was very helpful to me and my guests (we filled up an entire villa and half of another one with out of town guests), and everything was so comfy and well kept! Kristi Easley was very helpful with booking and answering all my questions about the hotel. I would recommend Vintage Villas to all my friends and family! I LOVED our special day!! Thank you!

We thought all the food with our fajita buffet was delicious. Our favorite things were the fajita beef and the queso. Everyone has told us that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Having our wedding at Vintage Villas was THE BEST decision ever. The place is just stunning, gorgeous view, peaceful and romantic feeling through the whole place. For me there's no a better venue for a wedding than Vintage Villas!
The food was sooo goood, the whole team is great, but the best one there is Lauren. She made our wedding process so easy and she is so great to work with. The night of our wedding she was there helping my mom, she stayed until the end of the wedding and helped us pack and clean everythin, she even put back in the box our champagne flutes and box our cake anniversary tier in the box and handed that directly to my moms hands.
Also, at the end of the night when me and my new husband went to our suite, they had champagne, a plate with the wedding food and another one with cake and a few others desserts for us!!! That was so thoughtful of them and sweet!
