All brides go into wedding planning thinking they want to plan every single individual detail to make their wedding a fairy tale. After a while, we realized that it’s not actually that easy and I wanted to find a venue that’s all the above: local, beautiful, affordable, inclusive, and with professional staff with good communication. The venue staff was so accommodating and kind, and the vendors they recommended were all so amazing as well! It was nice having someone who knew what they were doing in this chaotic wedding world. What made it even better was we can always walk by or walk in the venue during the day whenever we wanted, whether it was to talk to someone in the office, get a tour, or just to walk through ourselves to admire the place. Also, they let us bring in outside things too, such as our own late night snacks and decor and such if we wished to, and our day-of coordinator and head waiter would be helpful in assisting us setting those things up and making sure things go perfect for us. Loved it all! -

Jessica was truly the best coordinator we could have asked for. She was empathetic and flexible, while being succinct and efficient, and made every step feel so much easier than anticipated. Villa Tuscana was a wonderful venue for our wedding. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the reception hall was, and Jessica and Gabby helped make our visions of a Christmas-wedding come true. The All inclusive aspects made everything a walk in the park and the monthly payment plan made it possible for us to pay towards our wedding while in graduate school. If given a chance to do it all over again, we would still pick Villa Tuscana, no hesitation. Communication was easy and never a stress. And, the food options for the all inclusive were so good! -

Well worth the price which was considerably less than most we looked at! They offered everything was flawless! Totally accommodating during the pandemic and we were never worried they were gonna cancel on us. I highly recommend. We used the taco bar and our guests are still commenting on it! -

My husband and I toured Villa Tuscana twice - once in 2017 and then after a surprise pregnancy, we went again in 2018. Both times we were absolutely sure that this was the venue for us. In August of 2018, we put down our deposit. Because it is an all-inclusive venue, we did virtually no planning and coordinating. They took care of all details aside from the 2 outside vendors we chose to bring in. We were always contacted with plenty of notice for events such as food tastings, rehearsal date, final consultation, etc. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. On the wedding day, everything was set up beautifully and perfectly. We chose the mexican food for our dinner and it was great! I honestly could go on and on about this wonderful venue, but I suggest you go and check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed! -

From day 1, staff was super flexible. From payment arrangements to vendors, everyone was so helpful. No surprises, everything was explained thoroughly and they’re quick to respond with questions/concerns. If you can get the DJ and bartender through the venue, DO IT! You will not regret it!! Nicole and staff were amazing in making our big day so magical! Thank you!!
