From start to finish, the entire team at Villa Barone was exceptional. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without any stress. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly.

The food was absolutely outstanding! Our family and friends are still talking about how delicious everything was. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made our wedding day unforgettable.

We cannot thank everyone at Villa Barone enough for an amazing wedding experience!! My husband and I were blown away by the hospitality and service and it was truly unlike any other venue we visited. The ambiance is absolutely gorgeous, the food was INCREDIBLE, the cake was delicious and beautiful, and they had fantastic recommendations for additional vendors to work with. From our first visit with Vinny we knew Villa was the perfect fit for us. Working through the details was seamless and he made the experience easy and fun. We didn't have to worry about set up or ridiculous fees or anything else that you might bump into when you inquire with other venues. They take care of it all and make your day run as smoothly as possible. Melissa and Robert were both so attentive and incredible on the wedding day as well and were always there when we needed them! Everyone on staff was so amazing and accommodating. Our guests have continued to rave about the ambiance, the food, and everything in between. 🤍 A Night To Remember!! 🤍

Our wedding at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in Mahopac was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable.

Vinny was incredible—always attentive, thoughtful, and ensuring every detail was perfect. Nicky and Gianni were such a pleasure to work with; they’re creative, supportive, and always available to bring your vision to life. Rob and Melissa were on top of everything the entire night, keeping everything seamless so my husband and I could truly enjoy every moment.

The service was 10/10 and the food was chef’s kiss—from the amazing cocktail hour straight through to the spectacular Venetian hour. Our guests are still raving about it!

We cannot even begin to express how amazing Villa Barone was ! Nick and Vinny went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process and always called to check if we needed absolutely anything ! The venue, wedding , staff, and food were so beyond amazing ! The room looked absolutely stunning and they made sure not only me and my husband but all of our guest had exactly what we needed at all times ! They did every and anything for us to make our wedding day a dream come true and we can’t recommend them enough!

Amazing Wedding

The Villa is a gorgeous place with great views. We enjoyed the picture-perfect waterfall, being able to get nice shots out by the lake. The food was phenomenal especially the cake. Many of my guests who say they normally don't like wedding cake we're really satisfied with it. The waiters and everyone involved were responsive and met our needs promptly. It was fantastic being able to celebrate our marriage there.

Best Day Ever!

We cannot express enough how incredible our experience was with Villa Barone. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The staff was impeccable—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire planning process. Nick and Vinny make you feel like family. They were always so happy to talk and meet with us and are professionals in the wedding world. Melissa and Michael were there for our every need that night, we’re so grateful. They made us feel like we were their top priority every step of the way.

The decorations were beyond our expectations. Every detail was stunning and thoughtfully planned, and it truly made our wedding day feel magical.
The food… wow! Our guests are still raving about it. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The chef and catering team really made sure everything was flawless.

My husband and I can’t recommend Villa Barone Hilltop Manor highly enough!

From the moment we stepped inside, we were immediately treated like family and knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. Nick, Vinny, Robert, Melissa, and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate every single request we made no matter how big or small. They were attentive to every detail, made the entire planning process stress-free, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The venue is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space to accommodate all of our family and friends, and it provided the perfect scene for our special day. Our wedding was in October and our guests STILL can’t stop raving about the atmosphere, the service, and especially all of the amazing food - wish we could give 100 stars!

Best night if my life

The whole Villa Barone staff is truly the most amazing team around. It was a pleasure working with them in making our wedding night the best time of our lives. Melissa was such a huge help in easing all of my stress leading up to the big day and even day of ! I could not have gotten through the day without her! We had a memorial table that they set up for us exactly how we had asked. Every single detail discussed was portrayed wedding day. I wish I could do it all over again with them ! Vinny, Gianni & Nick were all amazing people to work with!! You will not be disappointed when booking with them!

Villa Barone never disappoints … I had my sweet 16 party there years ago, and this past weekend I got married there!
Everything was perfect. Beautiful room, attentive and thoughtful waiters, bridal attendant, and maître d’, and delicious food (as always). Between wardrobe malfunctions, schedule changes, and more, the staff at Villa didn’t miss a beat. Thank you so much Nicky, Vinny, and the rest of the wonderful staff!!!

Villa Barone Hilltop has a special place in my heart. Not only do they treat you like family, they make sure everything you ask for and want is done and completed. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt like royalty on our wedding day. Breanna and Rob were so attentive and amazing. Vinny went above and beyond and listened to all our requests, even so he had a dish made for my husband that wasn't an entrée option and made sure every detail was met and perfected. The food was 100/10 as well as service. I highly recommend this venue for any and every event you will ever have. Thank you Villa Barone for all of your patience and generosity.

No other venue can compare !

Villa Barone was a real life DREAM…. When I tell you they didn’t miss a beat that is no exaggeration. Everything was legitimately perfect. All of my guess were raving about the venue, the food, the ambience and the entire experience. Our first look photos at their lake property was so beautiful and conveniently located close to the venue. The whole process of planning the wedding with them was effortless. Melissa was incredible, answered all my questions, and made everything a breeze (AND we planned everything in 6 months!) I wasn’t an overly picky bride I trusted their judgement on things and they did not disappoint in the slightest bit. They took control of everything, who had to be where and where, my bridal party was never confused, we were told what we needed to do, we didn’t have to think about anything. The food and presentation was out of this world!! I highly recommend the chocolate fountain and ice cream machine! They even made sure no one touched it until our daughter came down from the bridal suite to have it first. That was a big deal for us that they cared so much. Vinny, Rob, and Melissa were by our side through every step and I truly am grateful for them. The 3 of them honestly made our day so memorable and effortless. Everyone here truly has passion for what they do, they treat you so respectfully, and they really do put 110% effort into your day. They made sure we didn’t forget anything at the end of the night. Process start to finish we felt so comfortable, I will always remember them as a special part of our big day. I would do it 10x over here without hesitation no other venue would ever be a consideration. THANK YOU VILLA BARONE! PS just LOOK at these photos!!

Where do I begin? The team at the Hilltop Manor went above and beyond to give me my dream wedding, this past weekend. Nick, Vinny, Melissa and Robert were so amazing and accommodating - they really made the night magical. My guests were so impressed with the atmosphere and the food, which was beyond delicious. The best ever!!!!

Thank you thank you thank you to the best venue you could ever have for your wedding. We were lucky to have our wedding here on 04.13.2024 and we still can't stop talking about the excellent service and food. Villa has great service from how they treat guests to how attentive they were to my husband and I all night on our special day. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT job HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This venue totally knows what they are doing from the mouth watering delicious food to the attention all around....they were just above and beyond.

Perfection

Villa Barone is hands down the most professional and amazing venue. Their staff is top tier! Robbie the Maitre’d and Rachel the bridal attendant were so helpful. I am truly grateful for them! They always made sure me and my husband were taken care of and able to enjoy our wedding when there was million things going on. Robbie made sure the wedding party knew what to do and where to go during the ceremony and beginning of the reception. Rachel was like my right hand woman. She made sure I had everything I need and wanted. If I had a stain on my dress or needed eye drops, she had everything! You definitely don’t need a day of coordinator. Robbie and Rachel are all you need! The owner Gianni was amazing as well. Answered all our questions and emails. He made the wedding planning process so so easy! He was so honest and helpful! There is NO wedding like a Villa Barone Hilltop Wedding!

There is absolutely NO WEDDING like a Villa Barone Hilltop wedding! Our December 9th wedding was the best day of our lives! The Villa Barone was the first and only venue that my husband and I toured. As soon as we met with Gianni and he told us everything the Villa Barone offered we were sold! They made the entire wedding planning process a breeze and we were treated like family from the day we booked to the day of our wedding. Gianni and Vinny would answer all of my emails within minutes! The day of the wedding was nothing short of perfection. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Maitre D, Robert and bridal attendant, Rachel. Robert explained every detail to us and ran the reception in an exceptional way. He even went up to our parents numerous times throughout the reception to check on them, which they were so flattered by. His attention to detail was impeccable. In fact, there was a point during the reception where my husband and I got hot from dancing because we were lucky enough to get a beautiful, warm 55 degree day in December; I turned around and Robert had a freezing cold napkin to put on our necks to cool us down! Instant relief! Rachel was also a life saver. Everytime I needed something I would look around and she was right next to me.

And the food was phenomenal and it did not stop coming! Everyone was coming up to my husband and I during the reception and after party raving about the food. We are still getting phone calls from family and friends saying that they have never been to a wedding like ours proving that there really is no wedding like a Villa Barone Hilltop Wedding! Having our wedding at the Villa Barone was the best decision we have ever made!

Perfect, most memorable day!

Villa Barone absolutely exceeded our expectations for our wedding day! From Vinny the Manager to Rob our Matre'D to Breonna the Bridal Attendant to all the waiters and waitresses. Every single person was patient, observant, attentive, caring, and professional. The venue is absolutely stunning. The food was top tier. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help make our day everything we wanted it to be. From the day we booked to the day we said I do they treated us like family and made us very comfortable and eased all of our worry by letting us be apart of every decision and keeping us informed every step of the way! As a Bride, I had enough stress surrounding the big day. I had 0 when it came to our Venue our menu and our ceremony. They hit every nail on the head did not skip a beat and did not give me one thing to stress about which was a blessing! I cannot thank them enough and am forever grateful for the incredible memory of my wedding. We already referred two people and they are beyond pleased with the team at Villa Barone. Wedding Venue

I had booked Villa Barone for my wedding this past November and from start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail was apparent from the moment I walked through the door. My wedding was all that I had hoped for and more. Vinny and Nick made sure that everything was perfect and seamless from one moment of the day to the next and the staff was exceptional. My bridal attendant and our Maitre de was wonderful and made sure that whatever myself or my husband needed it was taken care of right away. Truly a 5 star experience for our wedding reception. The staff, from owner Gianni, bridal attendant Brianna, maitre’d, Luigi and the waiters and waitresses worked with excellent attention to detail in every aspect of the reception from the moment the limo pulled into the venue until the bride and groom departed. We had the most AMAZING and FAIRYTALE wedding last night, 9/2/2023. Nick, Vinny and Giovanni did the MOST AMAZING JOB. They were amazing from the very beginning to the end. They made planning so seamless and easy! Everything was absolutely perfect. From the endless amount of food, the QUALITY of the food, the beautiful property, rooms, and beyond, they made it so special for my husband and I. Nick had such an amazing eye for detail, and perfection. He went above and beyond to give us the most perfect wedding, and ending with an amazing fireworks show. This is your sign to book at the Villa Barone. They will give you the experience of a lifetime. This will be the BEST event your guests may go to. The second you step into Villa Barone you are taken care of. I did not hire a wedding planner because Villa Barone DID IT ALL. Nick provided the best insight and suggestions for everything to booking buses, picking a menu and even the schedule for the day. I never felt pressure or stress. I truly felt like I was working with my own family and only had the best interest in mind. Their attention to detail is impeccable. When I had any questions they were very quick to respond and easy to work with. Cocktail hour had maximum room for seating and practically non existent lines for drinks and food. Being able to hold an after party celebration where food and a DJ were brought in was the icing on the already fabulous cake.

As silly as it sounds, being the bride on her wedding day can be difficult. Villa Barone made sure that I was making the most of every second. They made sure we were able to eat, dance and truly enjoy the day. Rachel and Robert catered to our every need. Unlike most people at their wedding, we were able to eat and thank goodness because the food was completely out of this world. They made sure we were able to try everything we wanted before going out to cocktail hour and having a grad entrance. They never left us with an empty glass. They kept us on schedule and let us know before anything was about to happen. Rachel helped me freshen up before all picture opportunities.

The venue itself is beyond gorgeous but they also have lake front property where you can get some of the most amazing pictures. When we arrived at the lake we were greeted by staff with a full cooler and bathroom on site. This was a great place for the bridal party to get some pictures and relax before the reception.

The amount of texts and calls I received the day after could write its own novel. A family member reached out sharing their positive experience with the staff. They noticed how everyone looked like they were happy to be there and enjoyed their job. You did not need to be in the wedding party or family to be treated with the utmost respect and care. I truly can go on and on about the staff but the best thing I can think of is thank you so much Robert, Rachel, Vinny, Micheal, Giovanni, Vincent and of course Nick. This was by far everything we could have asked for and more! Thank you!

Amazing Venue!

We had our wedding there in July of 2023 and couldn't have been happier! The service was impeccable and more than we could have ever wished for. We worked closely with John to talk about our vision and he made it possible! I had particular requests that I wanted to make our day unique and John was very flexible and accommodating. Throughout the process we were able to get in touch with him quickly and easily and ask any questions we needed.

We loved the lake side property for our first look which added even more depth and scenery to our wedding pictures. It was great that it was so close to the venue and made transportation very easy. We were able to get to the venue a couple hours before our ceremony to take pictures with our family and Villa Barone was extremely accommodating. They had waters, drinks and an antipasto board in the bridal suite for our wedding party to snack on in between pictures and the ceremony.

We worked with Vinny during the day of the wedding and couldn't have been happier. John and Vinny coordinated all of our special requests and made the day seamless. We LOVED our day of matradee, Robert and bridal attendant Brianna. They were so helpful in every way! Whether it was sticking to our timeline, helping with the wedding dress bustle, giving family members leftovers at the end of the night and everything in between.

Our guest LOVED the venue and the food! Every single guest came up to us or texted us after the wedding saying how impressed they were with the venue and the abundance of food. We chose the 2nd food package and were blown away by how much food came with it for the per plate cost. (Definitely the lowest price we came across!) Guests were talking about the dessert hour for days and LOVED it! We were able to request special dishes during cocktail hour and the sit down dinner.

We were so so happy with the day of the wedding, the rehearsal, the walkthroughs and the planning process. Villa Barone is extremely professional and accommodating and gives the absolute MOST for the LOWEST cost we saw. We are forever grateful to have had our wedding there and will forever recommend it to all!

Next to Flawless

Having our wedding with Villa was hands down the BEST choice we could've possibly made. Rob and Luciana were responsive, personable, and attended to EVERY concern we had. If there was anything that went wrong - I wouldnt know because nobody missed a beat. The food was perfect, atmosphere was outstanding and spotless - every detail was a dream. The one thing I could have asked for to make it better would have been for the hours to go by slower!!

Our Dream Team

We needed to put our wedding together quickly to ensure everyone we love would be there. We contacted Villa Barone Hilltop Manor and explained our situation. In 3 days we had a venue, a date, a florist, a DJ, and a photographer thanks to the amazing Villa Barone team. They worked with us to help us put our special day together, and to ensure that everything was just as we dreamed. Absolutely Amazing day!!

If you don’t at least talk to Gianni about having any event at his place you would be nuts!! From start to finish and day one when me and my wife searched for our Wedding day venue Gianni went above and beyond to help us. The day of our event was nothing short of amazing. Gianni and his brother Nick were both present making sure everything went smoothly. The entire staff was 100% on point and attended to me and my wife’s every need. Not only were we pleased with everything but we are still getting family and friends who contact us to rave about how great the night was. If your are planning your wedding and are on the fence about the spending the extra money for the Venetian hour do not doubt if it is worth it because the presentation, display and desert options are beyond what you would expect and you will be in complete shock of how perfect everything is, I know I was. You and your guests will not be disappointed by Gianni and his staff. Speaking of not disappointed, our helper for the night Rachel was so perfect. Polite, courteous and helped with anything we needed. She even had our drinks refilled/ replaced before I even knew I needed another.

Bottom line is these the people you want to hire for any event you are going to have but especially your wedding day.

To say I highly recommend Villa Barone Hilltop Manor would be an understatement. There are no words to describe how AMAZING this venue is and how personable the staff is. Our wedding was on 6/24/23 and everything was just simply perfect! Our vision came to life like no other!! We were lucky enough to work with Nicky and he is so great! We felt like we were his direct family every single time we would speak and with every single piece of advice he would give us. We felt like he truly had our best interest and that of our guests at heart and we are truly grateful to be able to work with such a person. Don't get me started on the food!! Our guests could not stop talking about how great the food was, how well prepared and presented everything was, and how much food there truly was. We are still getting calls raving about our wedding and that was our goal, to put together a wedding where people would speak nothing but great things about!! You absolutely CANNOT go wrong hosting your wedding/event at VBHM!!! We had our reception here a couple days ago and are still on such a high from how perfect it was! Every single person that said goodbye to us that night raved about the beautiful time they had and, most importantly, how stuffed they were - Villa doesn’t mess around!!! We worked with Nick throughout planning and he was so beyond hands-on and meticulous I can’t even explain how at ease it made me feel not having to worry about anything. The second we met him we were sold. The staff was just excellent, from waitstaff, to Rob our maitre’d and Sophie my bridal attendant. They are all so professional but also super friendly you feel like you’ve known them forever. My family used to go to the Villa Barone in Pelham Bay so we knew from the start we were in good hands - they’re the real deals. The venue is gorgeous and the grounds are PERFECT for photos, it looks like you’re at an Italian villa. We can’t wait to go back for another event and actually be able to enjoy the food!!! 1000/10. Don’t even think twice!

Exceptional Experience

For an extremely reasonable price, Villa Barone was the most beautiful venue I toured. I am so happy I had my wedding there. All my preferred vendors were through Villa Barone and everyone was over the top amazing to work with. Villa Barone was absolutely amazing from the owners, to the maitre d, bridal attendant, secretary Melissa who answered my calls and emails and gave me detailed responses to my 100 questions. Day of coordinator is not needed with these highly experienced professionals. The set up my decorations beautifully and packaged it up nicely for pick up. The whole day was beyond seamless and perfect and the entire year of planning they were great with communication and planning.

Above and beyond

Nick and Vinny at Villa Barone helped bring the wedding of my dreams to life! They went above and beyond and nothing was off the table. From start to finish working with them has been a breeze, day of coordinator who?! They took care of everything for me and I didn't have to stress a thing, and I know all my brides are looking to enjoy their day after all that planning. I truly have zero complaints the staff was marvelous, the food was mouth watering, the view speaks for itself it takes your breath away, that dessert hour will blow you away! If I had to do it all over again I'd choose the same place because you won't find hospitality like theirs elsewhere, they really make you feel like family and give you whatever you ask for, within reason of course! After the wedding was over and the guests all said their goodbyes we continued to get amazing reviews from everyone, not a single guest had a bad thing to say. In fact our wedding was a game changer for some, saying we set the bar for future weddings. I couldn't recommend this venue enough, not just for the atmosphere or the amazing food, but because you're working with people who truly care and want your wedding day to be one of the greatest days of your life.

Best place to have a wedding at

We visited the Villa Barone as my husband is from the area and he had been there before, their wedding plans are fantastic and the pricing is excellent as well. They're always willing to answer any questions (I had many) and also work with you to make your wedding be exactly what you want it to be. We had the wedding of our dreams there on August 13th, our guests haven't stopped talking about it and we could not be happier. Thanks to Vinny, Rob & the entire team for being fantastic. Everything was on time, the food was delicious, the event was extremely organized and we loved every moment of it. We added the Viennese hour, which not only gave us an extra hour but it was a fantastic add on to the party. Last but not least, I have to say how thankful I am for the Villa to have worked with me on a surprise I had to my husband, I organized La hora loca with a set of performers and they made sure everything went as desired and HE HAD NO IDEA!!! If you want your wedding to be amazing, this is the place to be. Thanks team one more time, we couldn't be happier!!!

There are not enough words to express the amazing experience we had at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor for our daughter’s wedding on 10/29/2022. If it was possible to give them a million stars we would! From the first moment we met with Vinny to tour the venue we were treated like family. When we arrived on the day of the wedding, not a detail was missed. The entire staff was amazing, and Luigi, Vico, and Rachael were exceptional. Everything was so well organized and timed to perfection. The food was outstanding and we are still getting calls from family and friends raving about the food and the venue. I can’t tell you how many times we have been told “it’s the best wedding we have ever been to”. Two weeks ago my husband and I had the most magical wedding we could have dreamed of at the Villa Barone. Absolutely gorgeous property, with the lakefront available to us to take first-look pictures at, and the absolute best value around for a wedding venue. I was treated like an absolute princess the entire night. The staff were phenomenal and they genuinely wanted me to have the best night of my life (and I did)! They kept the night flowing smoothly and allowed me opportunities to talk with my guests but kept me on track with my schedule. No matter the request, big or small, they made it happen. My bridal attendant and maitre d both went above and beyond to make sure the night went smoothly. They dealt with any hiccups professionally and with quick attention to make sure I didn't have to disrupt my night. I felt safe and so taken care of by the staff. Next, the food was amazing!! By far the best wedding food I've ever had. And the desserts, oh my goodness, absolutely fabulous! I received numerous positive reviews about the desserts and displays that came with it. But the best part for me was actually the cake! It was delicious, moist, and so flavorful. It looked gorgeous and tasted even better. We loved that we got to customize it completely to our liking! I cannot thank The Villa Barone for everything they did for me that day, it was a night I will never forget! And neither will my guests!!!

Above + Beyond - A+++++.

I was just married here on 8.6.22 and it was truly the best day of my life. After leaving VBHM on our first visit, I knew this was the place, but we decided to still check out a few other venues (candidly waste of time). No other venue gave me the family + hospitality feeling, and glam scenery/venue vibes I wanted other the VBHM. We worked with Vinny thru the entire process, and he was a dream. Consistent with communication, always answering my emails on random questions, and TRULY working to make anything happen that we wanted that day. Toward crunch time of the wedding, everyone at the venue was communicating and working with me on whatever I needed. They are honest, flexible, and truly want this to be the best day of your life. I knew they would do an amazing job, but on the day of my wedding I was blown away by just how amazing and detail oriented they were, and I truly felt like a princess. Honestly.. my MOHs hardly had to do ANYTHING for me because VBHM staff was all over it! Luigi and Rachel tended to myself and my husband all day - all night - helping me with my dress, flowers, getting us food/drinks, anything we wanted, 24/7, from the moment we arrived. Rachel even came to give me a hug when she left, and say goodbye, while we were still partying at the after party, and it was just the best feeling ever. All of our family friends had the best time, we received SO many outstanding compliments on the food(and how much there was), service, venue itself, everyone thought it was just over the top and FUN!! Which is exactly the vibe we were going for.. we wanted it to be a big a** party, and we succeeded with the help of everyone at VBHM to make our dream come true. I cannot thank their team enough, and will forever to be grateful to them.
**Side note - we did our rehearsal dinner at Trattoria Sei which is an Italian restaurant, just down the st from the venue, owned by the family that owns VBHM. Again A++++. Great wine, amazing food, amazing martinis - just AMAZING! I could go on and on about how awesome everyone did so JUST BOOK!!!!

It was magical

I don’t even know where to start. My (now) husband and I are in complete awe with Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. If I could give this rating TEN stars, I would.

We booked the venue with Villa Barone back in early 2019 and due to the pandemic, we rescheduled it FOUR TIMES! Everyone was so patient with us, empathetic, accommodating and just amazing throughout the entire process.

Fast forward to our special day and boy was the wait worth it! They exceeded our expectations. I am in disbelief with how AMAZING every staff member was with us. So attentive and so kind - to say the least, we were treated like royalty. I can honestly say, this place consists of incredible employees that from the outside seem like family and treated us like so too!

Our wedding day was magical and it’s all thanks to Villa Barone. A special thank you to Vinny - this day wouldn’t have been possible without you. Thank you for making our LONG awaited day so special and perfect. To Julian, Ashley, Joe and all staff at Villa Barone, thank you for your wonderful care - we will never forget you.

I don't even know where to start!
Villa Barone exceeded our expectations!
Our wedding day was beyond perfect.
Luciana, Robert, Mike and Vinny we can’t thank you guys enough. The amount of dedication these four put into our wedding day was breath taking! From the moment we walked through those doors to the second we left they didn't leave our side. Anything needed it was done in a matter of seconds! Myself, Nick and our entire family are left speechless with how amazing this wedding was. The cocktail hour, the dinner, the cake, the viennese hour … I have one word… AMAZING!!!!!
The entire staff made you feel like family and I knew my wedding was in good hands after the first conversation with Vinny.

Villa or nothing!

This is the GROOM leaving a review! And if the guy leaves a review on something it is either absolutely horrible or 100% over the top, and the world needs to hear it. Well my wedding on May 22nd 2022 BLEW MY MIND! ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE!

I do not know how to begin or where to start.

Let’s start with booking and seeing the venue. (2019) From the first time we stepped foot in the building we were greeted with kind words and open arms! Within the first 5 minutes WE knew this was the place!!! We met with JOHNNY! Paisan!!!! We gave him our Vision and he provided not only the best input and knowledge but he didn’t speak to us like he wanted our money. He spoke to us like FAMILY. Like he was throwing his own family a party. We picked May 22nd 2020. He opened his book and told us his daughters sweet 16 was booked for the same room, same night. Not only did he NOT ask us to change the date, he moved his daughters party to another night without question. He was thorough and genuine from the tour he gave us to working out details like moving cocktail hours and ceremony’s if it rained. If there is anything you could imagine, Johnny WILL make it happen. And he made it very clear, YOU HAVE HIS WORD. Johnny really outdid himself that day and booked us an incredible night!

Then came COVID (March 2020) Covid took a tole on numerous people. Brides Brides Brides. Covid bride Facebook groups were created. Brides were contacting venues numerous times a week. Venues were shutting down and getting overwhelmed. The Villa took a big hit as well. With their new restaurant opening at the start of Covid. They had to adapt and overcome. I am so glad we stuck with it! The entire staff at the Villa Barone Hilltop made the WHOLE process painless. Yes we postponed 3 times! THREE TIMES! That means numerous phone calls and crying! So much crying. The Villa treated me and my wife like family. Our special day was coming, no matter what. We saw the light at the end of the tunnel.

We then met Vinny. He was OUR GUY. May 22nd 2022 was happening. And Vinny was the guy who was making it happen! Vinny treated us with open arms like Johhny and the rest of the staff at the Villa! He was certain our day was coming and he talked and walked us through the process over and over 3 separate times, 3 separate dates! He answered every question we had with honest answers. I could not have asked for a better man to put together our special day! God bless Vinny

We were treated like royalty that night. They took very good care of not only the bride and groom but fathers, mothers, grandmothers. I saw Johnny and Vinny numerous times and could not stop smiling and thanking and hugging. They were there for us. Again like FAMILY.

I could go on for days and days because our special night was breathtaking!

The Villa knows how to make a night extravagant! TRUST THEM, TRUST THE STAFF & TRUST THEIR OPINIONS!

The Villa Barone is AMAZING

The best decision of our wedding was booking with the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. My husband and I are from Miami and I grew up in Mahopac, I initially was cautious about having a wedding in upstate New York but it was the BEST DECISION EVER. You don't come across a venue like the Villa Barone. The Food was SPECTACULAR. My husband and I are very into food and we were very impressed with what the villa barone did for us. The cocktail hour was phenomenal, there was so much food and it was so delicious. The villa barone offers add on services such as the hand made mozzarella station, an entire pig was roasting in the corner and an entire leg of fresh prosciutto was being cut all while 10 different auderves were passed out and trays of pastas and salads were all displayed. Some of my guests said wow the dinner was amazing, and it was only cocktail hour.... The dinner then came out and it was very fresh, I had a few restaurant chefs as guests and they came up to me telling me it was the best prime rib they ever tasted at a venue/event. I had a personal assistant Lucianna who accommodated me the entire night. She got me my drinks, breath mints, helped me in the bathroom. It was perfect. The entire staff treated my fiancé and I as royalty, checked in on us, helped us with anything we needed. Then, the venetian hour came out and it was INSANE... all of our guests were shocked at how awesome it was. We added on the venetian hour a few weeks before our wedding and it was the best decision and totally worth the cost. The deserts were so delicious and fresh and I had guests telling me that it was the best wedding cake and deserts they tasted. I cannot wait to get invited to someone's wedding at the villa barone for the experience the entire staff gives you. We are even planning on going back for NYE this year for their party. Nick, Vinny, our matre d Robert and bridal assistant Lucianna and the entire rest of the Villa Barone staff were so awesome to work with. They had your back the entire time. I am so grateful I had my wedding at the Villa Barone. Every guest and my husband and I are so impressed on the entire day. No one throws a wedding like the Villa Barone.

Our Wedding 9.26.21

Villa Barone made our wedding dreams come true! I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Our guests all had the most phenomenal time at our wedding and could not stop telling us about how amazing the food and service was! Villa Barone helped us make our wedding the best day of our lives. From the first look at their gorgeous lake side venue to the outdoor ceremony next to their beautiful waterfall, I can truly say everything was perfect. Nicky and the entire staff were so wonderful to work with and we are so grateful for everything they did for us!! Truly amazing customer service that can’t be beat.

The Perfect Wedding Experience

If possible to give more stars I would. To say Villa Barone Hilltop Manor went above and beyond for our wedding is an understatement. Our wedding was postponed multiple times due to COVID-19, but VBHM was extremely accommodating each time we had to move the date. Every promise they made to ensure our wedding day was perfect, was delivered and some. The owners and staff are top tier, great people who throw a great party and make you feel like family. Food is incredible and the service impeccable. Special shout out to Nicky, Vinny, Johnny, Luigi, Rachel, Victor!!

Wedding of our dreams!

Villa Barone Hilltop Manor gave us the wedding of our dreams in July of 2021! They are true professionals. We met with Vinny twice to view the different ballrooms, cocktail hour room, and outdoor spaces. Each time he was completely kind, professional, and understanding. He answered all of our questions, multiples times even given the different family members who joined us. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, but we were kept up to date on any news or changes that were happening. They helped us reschedule our date and really gave us the wedding of our dreams! We met with Stephen the week of our big day to go over the set up and final details. He had amazing suggestions and was able to really fulfill all of our requests despite changes outside of our control due to COVID. He was able keep me calm despite the anxiety I was experiencing and really fulfilled the dreams we had for our day. From the moment we arrived until boarding our bus back to the hotel, it was an incredible night! Our guests could not stop commenting about how amazing and attentive every single staff member was, especially Stephen and our bridal attendant. They worked so diligently to accommodate all needs from dietary restrictions to the ever-changing needs of young children. They helped me take off my veil and bustle my dress, in addition to a last-minute bustling fix on the dance floor, which were so helpful! They knew what they were doing and made what could have been a tricky wardrobe change effortless. They were so unbelievably helpful with our vendors and photographers/videographers and even supported them so that our photographs would be even more amazing! The food was incredible and plentiful as well! Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious it all was! Some guests even thought the cocktail hour was our reception space because of how beautiful it was. They were floored when they went up to the grand ballroom! It was just stunning! Every detail was meticulously thought out and put together to make it feel as though you were walking into a fairytale. Every moment of our night was well planned and thought out, so that we never felt as though we were missing any part of our big day! We could not stop smiling that night because it felt like a fairytale and we will forever be grateful to the staff for making our dreams come true!

Where should we begin because everything was beyond perfect! We first want to thank Vinny and all of the Villa Barone staff who made us feel like family from day one. We cannot say enough how grateful we are to have had the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor family host our wedding. Planning a wedding during this time of the pandemic was very stressful but we always walked out of that building with our stress and anxiety immediately relieved. Nick was always attentive to our needs during the planning and helped guide us in the right direction to planning the most perfect day. We were fully comfortable with putting all of our trust with the Villa Barone family while planning our wedding during these hard times and they took the utmost care of us throughout the entire process. The venue itself is breathtaking and so spacious! Once inside the building or on one of the terraces upstairs, you forgot you were on a main road. The décor is beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms are immaculate and moving from room to room within the building was completely enjoyable. On the wedding day, the staff was completely attentive. Our Maître De, Robert, and bridal attendant, Luciana, were the best and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to run the show on our special day. And the food was absolutely exquisite. Everyone was wow’ed by the abundance of delicious and eclectic array of food at our cocktail hour and throughout the rest of the night. It is safe to say that no one left the reception hungry or unsatisfied with the food. We were definitely recommend using the in-house vendors. Get Down Entertainment and RunwayFoto were did an excellent job and helped make our day even more special. Our guests left the venue smiling ear to ear and we have heard by so many that this was the best wedding they have ever attended. When reading reviews at wedding venues, it is easy to think that most reviews will be good because you would hope every bride and groom enjoys their wedding day. But when we say we would recommend you to have your wedding at Villa Barone, we absolutely mean it. We are sitting on cloud nine remembering this day and how perfectly everything went and are figuring out how and when we could host another party there again!

Went above and beyond

There are not enough words to describe how well Villa Barone conducted our wedding. I will first start of by saying how incredible and understanding the staff is. Nicky one of the owners especially. Our whole engagement has been an exhausting journey for us between covid hitting and a family crisis. I was on the verge to cancel my wedding two weeks before again due to a family member being ill and we met with Nicky and told me my options and encouraged me to go through with it which I thank him and god I did. Even in a tough situation in my life Villa barone gave me the best wedding possible. The beautiful ceremony outside by the waterfall, the amazing cocktail outside with the gorgeous view, the incredible service by all staff members. My family and friends were blown away and everyday since the wedding I get so many comments on how we had such a great wedding. Thank you so much to Villa barone and staff for making me and my now husband feel so happy and loved on our special day.

Money well spent

Where do we even begin.

My wife and I had our wedding at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor this past Friday and it was nothing short of amazing!! Our friends and families are flooding our phones with calls and texts about how enjoyable and well executed our venue was.

As any couple would, my wife and I visited a few other locations to possibly have our wedding at and looking back on it now, I don’t know why we even did that to begin with. Villa Barone Hilltop Manor and their staff are professional, business educated, high energy, and above all personable. Even going through the first meet and menu suggestions we could tell that the owner we worked with (Nicky) understands that it is THEIR venue but OUR wedding. Nicky sincerely cared about giving us the best possible day and he catered to any thing we asked. We actually built a relationship from talking back and forth a few times a week to sharing a drink after the wedding and talking about how much of a success it was. Nicky is a class act and knows the business inside and out! I had a chance to meet his partners that night, and they all were gentleman. That’s the kind of people they are there. You definitely do not receive the same treatment at other venues!!

The venue itself, is elegant, modern/updated and able to accommodate a large party. We had 26 people in our bridal party and party of close to 250 people. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, Viennese hour, and after party all on site and all were delicious and flawless!!! My wife Daniela particularly took a liking to her bridal assistant, Rachel, and kept telling me the whole night how incredibly helpful she is and how she made the night go smooth. Anything we needed from Rachel to our Matrè D (Steve) was taken care of within minutes. That alone relieved us of so much stress and allowed us to enjoy our day even more. Rachel and Steve were extremely helpful and professional. Thank you!!

This venue is the most well rounded location to have the wedding of your dreams that you and your guests will never forget. My wife and I left that night with our hearts full and with massive smiles on our face. We all know that weddings aren’t inexpensive, but at Hilltop Manor it is MONEY. WELL. SPENT. And we can’t stress that enough. We couldn’t be happier with the team or the venue, seriously.

The best by far

To say our wedding was the best night of my life is an understatement. Vinny, Gianni, Nicky, Rob and the entire staff at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor were absolutely amazing and made our dream wedding into a reality. They went above and beyond with every detail throughout the night and never skipped a beat. Between setting up and organizing our ceremony, to making sure my husband and I had a chance to eat, to setting up an amazing after party the list could go on and on. You can tell that everyone who works here genuinely loves what they do and because of that they are all equally extraordinary at making sure every detail is taken care of. They make you feel like family and any stress or anxiety I had from the morning went right out the window the second I walked through the doors. My bridal attendants Lucia and Maria were there to help me every single step of the way and I have to say my dress (which I was the most nervous about) is truly thanking them for that. The food is unmatched to any other venue I’ve been to and my guests could not stop raving about how impressed they were (for a big Italian wedding we all know how important that is). I put all my faith and trust into these guys and they truly exceeded all of my expectations. All their desserts are in house so they are fresh and even better than a bakery. Vinny and Ashley helped design my wedding cake because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and when I saw it I was was blown away. Rob our maitre d cannot get enough accolades. Before I could even think to ask him a question he was already on it and the ceremony and party went without a hitch. The amount of calls and texts I got from family and friends who attended was out of control, it made every penny worth it, knowing that every single person couldn’t say enough of how incredible everything was. Being in the industry myself I have been to almost every venue in the area, and without any hesitation or doubt I can genuinely say that the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is by far the greatest venue out there, these guys know what they’re doing and you will not be disappointed !! Best Decision Ever Made

My wife and I visited and chose Villa Barone Hilltop Manor to be our wedding venue in November of 2018. With my friends and family located in New Jersey, and hers in Connecticut, it served as the perfect mid-point for all of our expected guests. We were extremely impressed with their venue settings, food options, and commitment to service. We were ready and excited to celebrate our big day in May of 2020.
As many wedding couples experienced last year, COVID completely disrupted and altered any and all wedding plans we had for our May wedding day. My wife and I were absolutely devastated to have to cancel our wedding only weeks prior to our originally scheduled date. There was so much uncertainty, confusion, and quite frankly fear, about what the next steps would be, what would happen, and if we ever would get to experience the wedding day we always dreamed of.
Fortunately, the only saving grace throughout this entire process was that we chose Villa Barone as our wedding venue, and led by Vinny, the staff and employees of this remarkable wedding venue redefined what it meant to provide outstanding service.
During the absolute chaos which was the summer of 2020, Vinny remained upbeat and positive for us, allowing us to reschedule (and once again cancel) our date three times before settling on May 2021 (exactly on our one year anniversary!). We had heard true horror stories from other wedding couples about all of the issues they were having with their venues, and we already felt so blessed that we did not have to experience that.
However, their commitment to treating us with first-class service did not simply end there. The day of our wedding was everything we ever could have dreamed of and more. The presentation and decorations for the ceremony, cocktail room, and main banquet hall were stunningly perfect. Many of our guests thought the cocktail hour was the actual dinner because there was that much food provided! Steve and Rachel were excellent to us all night, making sure we had everything and anything we could have wanted. At the end of the night, countless friends and families told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and it is all thanks to Villa Barone!
I hope that anyone reading this understands that this is much more than just a wedding venue review - but rather a true testament of gratitude to the exceptional people who work at Villa Barone. Many venues have beautiful settings and delicious food, but if you want to be truly taken care of and treated like family, then Villa Barone is the place to go. We would highly recommend them without hesitation to any future wedding couples, we promise you will not be disappointed!

The Only Choice for a Perfect Venue

Simply put, Villa Barone understands that weddings are supposed to be spectacular and memorable events, and they do everything possible in order to achieve that goal. Things that other venues would charge a premium for (or not even consider) were seen as necessities to Villa Barone and were simply included in their wedding packages—from ice sculptures to thrones and a stage for the sweetheart table to premium food choices.

The wedding day itself was nothing short of spectacular. Prior to it, many friends warned us that the day goes by so quickly and you’re so busy that you don’t get much time to enjoy it. For our wedding, Villa Barone did a fantastic job of making this seemingly common warning unnecessary, for we both always felt like the guests of honor. We had plenty of time to eat, dance, and say hello to all our guests because the Villa Barone staff made sure that whenever we had to leave the ballroom for pictures, we returned promptly without missing anything.

Another thing that stuck out to us on the actual wedding day is how smoothly everything ran. Villa Barone’s staff was in constant communication with one another to ensure that every component of the reception—from the cocktail hour to the final dance—happened without a hitch. While it may sound cliche, Villa Barone and its staff truly have weddings down to a science. When it was time for toasts, everyone had champagne in their glasses. When it was time for the pasta course, all of the salad plates had been already cleared. When it was time to cut the cake, the DJ was notified in advance so that he could end the current dance set and make the proper announcement. While these things may seem minor or even insignificant, they are all things that the two of us have witnessed go wrong at other weddings where the staff members were not as diligent and efficient as those at Villa Barone. Speaking of staff members, the entire staff was kind, professional, and deserving of praise, from the busboys to Steve, our maitre d'.

Dozens of family members and friends have reached out to us over the past two weeks since our wedding. Every single one has said that it was the best that they have ever attended. We deeply and profoundly agree. Villa Barone made our wedding perfect in every way imaginable, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

Best venue ever!

If you are looking for a place to hold your special occasion, look no further. Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is the place to book.

My husband and I were looking at all different venues for our wedding. This was the last venue we visited and met with. After meeting with Nick and his staff at Villa Barone Hilltop, we knew this was the place for our wedding day. We left feeling like we were family, and we just met them!

Our original date was July 11th 2020. We all know that never happened. We were able to switch our date to July 10th 2021. The process of switching and communicating was so easy. The communication and professionalism from the entire staff is incredible.

Before arriving to our reception, we were able to take photos at the lake front property. Absolutely beautiful!!
From the second my husband and I walked off our party bus, we were greeted and welcomed by the amazing staff. The service is top of the line, like nothing we have ever seen before. Shout out to Rob and Rachel for making sure everything ran smoothly and making sure everyone was happy and taken care of.

Our reception was held upstairs in the grand ballroom. Our guests are still taking about how amazing the wedding was. From the food at cocktail hour, the service, drinks, the main meal, and dessert. They said it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

At the end of the night, Nick asked us how everything was. I started to cry. ( Happy tears) I was honestly at a lose of words because everything was just that perfect!!

Wow, that is all we can say. Villa Barone is absolutely an amazing place. My husband and I are eternally grateful for the amazing wedding that we had there. Best venue!

The most incredible venue! From the moment we walked into the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor and met Gianni we knew we wanted to get married here. We never felt pressured and were treated like family throughout the entire process. We had to postpone our wedding a few times and despite so many postponements, Gianni and Vinny gladly worked with us to ensure we had a date and made the entire process so smooth for us.

The staff at the Villa Barone are the absolute best. Vinny is absolutely amazing and was so helpful throughout our entire process. Before our wedding date we went over how we wanted everything to look for our big day and Vinny made sure everything was better than what we had discussed. Also absolutely everything we provided the staff with for our wedding was used and at the end of the night everything that had to be returned to us was returned in pristine condition.

As soon as we arrived to the venue on our wedding date I was assigned a bridal assistant, Rachel, who was so amazing. So many people have told me that the bride and groom usually don’t eat at their weddings but Rachel made sure I ate during our cocktail hour, dinner and she even put desserts aside for us from our Viennese table. Not only did she ensure we ate but she made sure to pack food and desserts for us to take home. She truly went above and beyond the entire night. Rachel made sure my dress and hair were fixed for pictures and she even bustled my dress when I was ready.

Steven our maitre’d also went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had drinks of our choice and making sure the night ran smoothly. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about Steven and Rachel and about the Villa Barone staff in general.

The Villa Barone staff also made sure that a family member of mine had puréed food all night. I was told that the staff was so attentive to this family member making sure that they enjoyed absolutely all of the same foods and desserts all of our other guests were having.

We will be eternally grateful to Vinny, Gianni, Rachel, Steven and all of the staff at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor for ensuring we had the most amazing wedding! Thank you!

Impeccable

All I can say is WOW! VBHM exceeded our expectations this past weekend. We’ve received so many compliments on the food, staff, service and the breathtaking venue from our guests. We were supposed to be married in Italy in 2020, however COVID-19 changed the world. We literally found Italy in New York and couldn’t be more happier with how things turned out. These people treat you like family. Thank you to Vinny, Steve and Duffy for your outstanding service. Special thanks to a wonderful young woman by the name of Gia. I was the first bride that Gia was in charge of and let me say, it was a honor to be the first. She was so sweet and attentive. Thank you to every person that had anything to do with our night. I want to do it all over again!

I cannot say enough about Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. From the day I made the appointment, I left knowing that where I wanted my wedding to be. The guys treat you like family. They work with you to make your wedding day extra special. My husband and I were supposed to get married in May 2020. Due to the pandemic, we had to postpone our wedding twice. It was a very stressful, uncertain time. Everyone at VBHM was extremely patient, understanding, and always willing to help, even if it meant me calling to vent or ask questions that no one had answers to at the time. We finally had our wedding on April 30, 2021 and it was the better than we imagined. Our guests are still raving about the food, cocktail hour, being offered seconds at dinner time, etc. The owners have been in the business for a very long time and it shows by the quality of service and the attentiveness by the staff. Our maitre d, Steve, and bridal attendant, Rachel, were phenomenal. I wish we could do it again!

July 20, 2019 Wedding

My husband and I got married here over the summer and they did an amazing job giving us the wedding of our dreams. Everyone was so friendly and there for us every step of the way. We still get told how great our wedding was every time we see family/friends. I would highly recommend going with their vendor recommendations (Runway Foto for photo/video and Westchester floral for flowers), as they did not disappoint! Overall so happy to have chosen Villa for our wedding and wouldn't have changed a thing!

This place is great!

This place was amazing, they were so sweet really took care of our bridal party day of the wedding. Our Maitre D' (Steve) and bridal assistant were great! Owner was very nice, guests could not stop talking about the food and how great it was ! I would definitely recommend.

Perfect wedding venue!

Inside or outside, the Hilltop Manor is the perfect venue for a wedding! We couldn't have been happier -- the staff were so attentive and took care of everything. It was such a relief not having to worry about all the details on our wedding day. We were able to enjoy every minute! We absolutely recommend the Hilltop for any event!

The best!!

Our wedding at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor was absolutely perfect! From the planning process, to the set up, to the staff, and the food-the whole thing was better than I could have ever imagined! There are not enough words I can say to express how much I adored and appreciated the staff throughout the whole process. Vinny, Steve, and Lauren are absolute wedding experts, and attended to every question and need we had with smiles on their faces. The food was delicious, and I’m sure no one went home hungry (there’s enough offered in cocktail hour alone to feed everyone, but then it keeps going!) We even had leftovers to enjoy the day after the wedding!

There is no reason to look anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!

I just had my reception at Villa Barone this past weekend and it was AMAZING! They really know how to keep everyone happy and the food is top notch. I do not know where to begin....let me just say If your planning a wedding this is where you want to be!!! Incredible Experience

From first meeting Gianni, my husband and I felt immediately at home at this venue. As we went for menu tastings and other planning we met Nicky and Vinny who also have the same positive demeanor making us more excited each time we went for our big day. They treated us like family and made us feel comfortable and at ease. They didn't have to sell us on the venue, the venue speaks for itself- marble floors, grand ballrooms, elegant chandeliers, beautiful waterfalls, delicious food, and more. We met Stephen at our menu tasting. He introduced himself as our maitre d and said he would be there for our every need on the day of the wedding. He wasn't kidding!!! I can't say enough good things about Stephen. He was incredible. He was always nearby and made every effort to make sure the day was exactly the vision we described to him. I'll never forget standing by the dance floor with a perplexed look as I was searching for my mom. He caught my eye from across the dance floor and mouthed "Are you ok? Do you need anything?" He was incredible and really felt like a friend by the end of the day. We were so thankful for his kindness and still don't understand how he attended to us so gracefully while also simultaneously working the room. He really brought our vision to life with such an upbeat attitude and thoughtfulness we'll never forget. Lauren was our bridal attendant and she was extraordinary!!! We met her when we went to drop off menus, cake topper, and other wedding supplies at the venue prior to the big day. She was so kind, sweet, professional and really made me feel comfortable right off the bat. I don't know what we would have done without her that day. She had a way of predicting what we would want/need before we even asked for it. I remember getting off the party bus into the venue. She greeted me from the entrance and told me she'd be taking us up to the bridal suite. I asked if she could bring my mom there and she said "Don't worry Ally. I already brought her there." She was absolutely incredible even helping me get my shoes off and bustling the train of my dress. I had nerves at times about being in a large crowd and she calmed my nerves with a humor and positivity I could only have dreamed of. The venue when we arrived was pristine, stunning, elegant, exactly the vision I had requested. Everything was just how I wanted it and the service was out of this world. My friends and family are still raving that it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. Other compliments were the staff was kind and the food was the best they have ever had! Every guest was raving about the food. I have friends saying they want to get married here for the meatballs at the cocktail hour alone!!! The Viennese Extravaganza had everyone up on their feet. No one could believe the spread and the room went crazy for it. I was truly blown away by every little detail of this wedding. Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is absolutely beautiful and immaculate inside and out. I couldn't be more grateful for how special they made our day for us. I highly recommend this venue!!!!

We love Villa Barone

Everyone at Villa Barone were amazing. We had such a great time at our wedding. Vinny made sure to answer any questions I had before the wedding. During the wedding everything ran so smooth. They made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Steve was our Maitre D' for the night and I can't say enough good things. He made sure everything ran on time and everything was exactly how we wanted it. Villa Barone is an amazing place, and we would definitely recommend them!

Absolutely breathtakingly amazing!

Our wedding was on June 1, 2019. Villa was the very first and the very last venue we visited while searching for a reception space for our 300+ person wedding. We cannot find enough words to describe how much we loved and enjoyed having our wedding at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. It was amazing, spectacular, incredible, over the top, jaw dropping (literally) and more than we could ever even dream of. Nicky, Johnny, Vinny, Stephen, Lauren and the whole Villa staff went above and beyond for us on our special day. They made us feel so relaxed (which is not easy to do to a bride) about the reception. Everything was taken care of without us even having to blink an eye or ask for something to be done or worry about anything- they were just simply amazing. The food..?? Well- guests did not leave hungry, that’s for sure. Cocktail hour was packed with food to satisfy everyone’s tastes and more. The food was unreal. We even had people ask if that was it- meaning they were full and didn’t expect a dinner afterwards too. Dinner was out of this world. Between the eggplant tower, pasta course, and main entrees- you couldn’t go wrong with whatever you ordered. Viennese Hour was to die for. There was something there for everyone! The selection was incredible and it tasted amazing too. The presentation was spectacular. Everyone was so happy with the food. If you’re looking for a stress free experience, amazing staff, incredible food, and a unforgettable wedding- Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is your venue!

Upon arrival at Villa Barone we were greeted with genuine kindness and the staff welcomes you with their warm hospitality. We met with Vinny who immediately made us feel like family. Amazing Venue!

We had our wedding at the Villa Barone this past Saturday and I'm not even sure where to begin because every single aspect of our wedding was perfect! From the day I met Nick he told me not to worry about anything, that he will help me and everything will be great. It was beyond great, it was absolutely AMAZING. I had over 300 guests and I heard all that night, the next day at breakfast and am still getting messages on how great the wedding was. (Some the best they have been to). Every aspect was flawless, the decorations, the food, the service, the homey feeling. I literally was not worried about a thing the whole night. Our guests were full and happy. Lauren was my bridal attendant and she was GREAT! From the beginning, helping me with any questions I had and the day of the wedding she went above and beyond and always with a smile!! Steven was our Maitre D and he was nonstop making sure the night went smoothly. He did an AMAZING job!! I'm not really sure how but as much as he was running around he was still making sure everything was okay with us. When I asked for something there was no hesitation from anybody. All the vendors they recommended we used and it was the same with all of them, nothing out of place and if so they figured it out quick. You do so much planning and there is a lot of time and effort that goes into having a wedding and I truly feel like every single person who works at the Villa Barone genuinely cares and that is what makes them so wonderful. All the staff was great and accommodating! Vinny and Nick helped us so much throughout the whole process and never without smiles! They make you feel like you are part of the family and it shows. Prior to our wedding I only been to this venue once and since we got married there I have a feeling we will be there more :) Easy to talk to, eager to please, welcomes you with open arms, reliable, caring, genuine and truly the nicest family & workers I have met

Perfect Wedding by Villa Barone Hilltop Manor

My husband and I cannot begin to thank Villa Barone for their amazing planning and consideration. We were married this past July and Villa Barone went above and beyond to make our day special and unique. The quality of service was five star and the organization of the entire wedding could not be planned any better. We did not need to worry about anything because Villa Barone was there to take care of it all and they did! Their recommendations for vendors made planning the wedding a breeze. Because of Villa Barone my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams. It was a day of pure happiness and no stress. The food was unbelievable, it just kept coming. Our guests continue to tell us that they were stuffed at the end of the night but still wanted to eat more. Villa Barone coordinated everything for us with the vendors and we truly enjoyed every minute of the wedding. Before getting married I told my husband I wanted to eat on my wedding day and boy did we eat! There was time for us to sit and enjoy the food while still enjoying the night. Enchanting Evening Wedding

I got married on 10/7/2018 at The Villa Barone. From the beginning Jonny and Vinny the owners simplified all planning and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The staff was unbelievable, answering all questions when I called numerous times with a friendly and helpful attitude. When our big day arrived our guests were blown away by the beautiful outdoor ceremony in front of the waterfall. The weather was unreal. 80 degrees in October. Pretty sure they arranged that as well. Vinny and Jonny were at the venue when we showed up and surprised us by setting up our cocktail hour outside. It felt like a dream. Unfortunately I can't remember everyone's name but Luciana my 16 year old bridal attendant was unbelievably professional, taking care of my every need from bustling my dress to making sure I was in general satisfied throughout the entire reception. I had only one complaint and that was the house DJ that was recommended. I gave him a playlist in advance but he just winged it playing very few of the songs on my list. When I heard Gloria Estefan "Conga" come on for the second time, and I promise it was not on the playlist even once, I almost choked him. But truthfully I don't think my guests noticed as they still packed the dance floor and had a great night. It was a magical evening overall. I wish I could get married again and again. When it is time for my daughter to get married I absolutely will go the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. They know what they are doing!

My husband and I got married at The Villa Barone Hilltop Manor September 14, 2018. I don't even know where to begin. From the first moment we went there, we knew this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. They completely wowed us the moment we walked through the doors. We were treated like a part of the family from each and every person that works there. Anytime I called with a question or concern, they were right there lending a helping hand. But that was only the beginning. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect, in fact it was Magical! The lakefront was amazing. They even allowed us to take our engagement pictures there last year. We did our first glance at the Lake Front. They provided a cooler filled with waters and Beers for our entire bridal party. The property is absolutely breathtaking, we can't wait to see how amazing our pictures came out. As soon as we arrived at the venue, we were greeted by Lauren my bridal attendant and our Maitre D' Steven. They brought us up to our bridal sweet and made sure we weren't missing anything. Lauren was amazing, she made sure I was calm all night long, and that my dress looked flawless and amazing. Steven made sure everything went as planned. He even made sure our parents and bridal party had everything they needed. They were both simply amazing. I have never been catered to like that in my life. I felt like a princess that entire time, and I owe that to Lauren. VBHM is the one and only place to have your wedding. The food is delicious and amazing, the entire staff is there every step of the way, the environment is welcoming and warm. The entire place is overall simply amazing. To Vinny, Nicky and the entire staff at the VBHM we can't begin to thank you all enough. There are no words that can express how grateful Yan and I truly are. Our wedding at Villa Barone was an absolute dream. The service was top-notch and made sure my husband and I had everything we need throughout the night. The food was absolutely delicious and EVERY guest said how delicious and Full they were. Its only been almost 3 weeks, and I still have my guests telling me how beautiful and fun our wedding was. We had a seafood tower at our gorgeous outside whimsical cocktail hour. Their timing was perfect and my vendors kept remarking how organized everything was. Luciana was my "assistant" for the night and was the sweetest and most efficient person. Our private cocktail was like a dinner in itself. My husband asked if a lobster could be brought to me. I ate in in seconds. Our Viennese dessert hour was surreal, delicious, and gorgeous. Villa Barone was like being at Sunday dinner. They treated us like family. This review does not come close to how wonderful our experience was. Of course, my computer is not letting me do pictures. The waterfall, outside, and inside is a wedding photographer's dream.

Our wedding was a dream come true thanks to Nicky and his team at Villa Barone. We got married in June and every guest was amazed by how beautiful band wonderful everything was. There was not one hiccup that iccures the entire night! The food is amazing and dessert was incredible!! Shakespeare couldn't adequately express our thanks to Vinny, Gianni, Nicky, Luciana and the entire staff for the fabulous wedding provided to our daughter Marissa and son-in-law Billy. It is every parents hope to make the wedding dreams of their child come true...Villa Barone exceeded those dreams tenfold. The food, service and ambiance were spectacular. Almost every guest has called/texted declaring it was the best wedding they have ever attended...and we have the owners and staff of Villa Barone to thank for those compliments. Our photographer was so impressed he stated, of the hundreds of weddings he worked, he has never dealt with a staff so friendly and professional.

The cocktail hour was beyond incredible and the seafood display truly amazing.
Five star reviews are not adequate. I always said the best wedding I ever went to was my own...it took 39 years, to the day, to attend one better. My husband and I are eternally grateful that wedding was our daughter's. We walked into the venue last year as strangers and left Saturday feeling like family..for that is the way we were treated. Recently got married here and from start to finish every last detail was absolutely perfect. From the owners to the entire staff everyone treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The cocktail hour was so over the top with incredible presentation and so many options for each guest. We are all about food and they knocked it out of the park. Nicky the owner treated us like family and made the experience as easy as possible. He also personally texts and calls us still to make sure we are happy with everything. Flawless ! My husband and I just had our wedding there this past weekend and I wouldn’t of changed a thing about Villa Barone hilltop! Nicky and the staff were with us from the start, planning every little detail that goes into a wedding and beyond. As a bride you have high expections for your wedding, the second you walked through those double doors every expectation is met and more. They make you feel like family and take care of you as you were one of them. It’s hard to find great food at a wedding venue, Espcially coming from a restaurant owning family but when I sat down and ate I felt as my grandmother was back in the kitchen making everything from scratch.

My husband and I got married here a month ago and we still have friends and family calling and complimenting the food and quality of service. From the day we walked in, before even booking our date, Nick and Vinny treated us like family right away. They made suggestions for the big day we never would have thought of on our own. They worked with our vendors to make sure everything would run as smoothly as possible and were accommodating in every possible way.

On the day of the wedding Steve and Marissa made sure every little detail was taken care of. They guided us through the whirlwind that was our wedding day so we wouldn't miss a thing. We can't recommend this venue enough. You won't find a higher quality of service, food, and decor anywhere.

Thank you to the whole Hilltop Manor staff! On a day that flies by in the blink of an eye you managed to make every minute memorable and relaxing.

On May 4th, my husband and I celebrated our ceremony and reception at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor and it was truly a dream come true! The staff is absolutely a dream to work with and I was overwhelmed by their attention to detail make sure everything was running smoothly. Vinny was recommended to me by a family friend who previously had his wedding there and we were so lucky to have had his help with this process! Since I had recently moved down south, my communication was mainly though email and phone, but Vinny got the job done and took every item into account from the menu to the cake design.
The biggest shout outs go to Steve and Lauren. Both of them have the patience of saints making sure that everything was running smoothly. My husband and I were truly blessed to have them assist us throughout the day. Lauren was the best bridal attendant ever! She was thorough from taking care of all my decorations I wanted for my reception, to fixing my dress, and treating my husband and I like a king and queen. Steve was the MVP of the night! Our dj ended up being terrible, which broke my heart, but Steve made sure that everything was still going according to plan the way my husband and I wanted. The shining moment for me was when Steve was determined to make sure the right song played for the cutting of the cake after the dj screwed it up three times. He did not back down. The VIP after party was a lot of fun and Villa Barone provided their own dj for those final 2 hours, which was incredible and we had a lot of fun. I highly recommend having a wedding at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor! My husband and I got married here in October of 2017. From the moment we booked this venue we were immediately treated like family. Johnny made us feel so relaxed throughout the entire planning process. The staff completely exceeded our expectations on our wedding day and made it so memorable! The amount of texts, Phone calls, Facebook/Instagram posts, and snapchats of the wedding showing how much fun our guests had was such a great feeling. People are still talking about the champagne March, the food, and the dessert! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, we had an awesome wedding day!

Top notch service all the way!! The staff was dedicated to us from beginning to end, not leaving a stone unturned. The venue itself is immaculate, the food was mouthwatering, and their attention to detail second to none. Our maitre d Steve was amazing! He made the night go so smoothly. Nothing less than perfection. The team at the Villa Barone hilltop manor made our dreams come true!!

A HUGE thank you to Nick and team for giving us an outstanding wedding! The service, food, and overall day was beyond amazing. From the second we stepped into the doors of the Hilltop, we were treated like family. Nick responded to every email and phone call within minutes and no request went unanswered. Steve, our maitre d, was fantastic. He handled everything and made the night go so smoothly. Don't let the location pass you by. The lakefront property for pictures was gorgeous, and the surrounding grounds of the venue were beautiful. We cannot thank you enough for making our night unforgettable!

Where do I even start? Words cannot express how happy my husband and I are with the way Villa Barone Hilltop Manor hosted our wedding. Nick, Gianni and the entire staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made planning such a breeze for us. We knew that we were in capable and professional hands. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. From cocktail hour to the Viennese extravaganza the food was absolutely delicious. Their attention to detail was incredible. They truly brought my vision to life. Our guests were so delighted with their service and spoke so highly of the entire staff. Every need was taken care of. Their execution of the champagne march, Viennese hour and Pyrotechnics was absolutely flawless. Our night was perfect. Thank you so much for being so attentive, accommodating and truly giving us the best possible treatment. I highly recommend booking with them for all of your milestone events. Choosing to have our wedding there was the best decision we made.

Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is by far one of the best venues (it is the best in me eyes out of all of the places I have been to for weddings) . Looks can be deceiving on the outside but that is what i love the most. The awesome valet parking, the simplicity of the building, and then boom. You enter the building and see the magic. The rooms are all so spacious, the venue is clean, smells good, has an organized and amazing staff. The ceremony area outside is to die for with the turf, beautiful water fall, marble steps. I could go on forever! Every spot is a good place for picture taking. Our guest were blown away with the beauty of VBHM. Johnny was our main man throughout the entire process, he emailed me at any and all times, answering all my questions and ensuring I had no worries. Steve our maitre d and Marrisa my bridal suite attendant were PHENOMENAL. They were always a step ahead of us and just so good. I did not have to worry about anything all night Marissa even removed cocktail sauce from my dress, she worked endlessly to make sure it was barely seen before our entrance and it worked! I cannot imagine a better turnout and cannot thank VBHM enough for an amazing day. My husband and I are so lucky and fortunate to have had our wedding there and will never forget our wedding day.

Our daughter's wedding was on Sept 3rd, 2017 & let me tell you that we got lots of compliments that this was the best wedding they ever attended. The venue is beautiful & even though it rained & we could not do the ceremony & Cocktails outside, it was still beautiful as they gave us a huge cocktail room that our guests can sit & enjoy appetizers & drinks as well as big ceremony room. This was an Indian wedding with traditional baraat @ 11 AM followed by ceremony & italian lunch provided by the venue (everyone loved the food & pastries). Reception was in a big ball room & the place is outstanding where we had 2 grand buffet on each side. we had a total of 300 guests which was just the right number for this hall. Their service is outstanding & they keep asking for a drink. They took care of all our stuff & put it in our car while the party/dancing was going on. It's an amazing place & I would come back again as my son will be getting married in 2-3 years. The entire staff is very nice & it's easy to work with them. They do tasting once a month & they gave us 4 invitations so all of us could go & we all enjoyed it thoroughly. I would recommend this place. Our hotel was about 17 miles away so we had to arrange 3 buses but it's still worth it to have a wedding here as the place is gorgeous.

Villa Barone was amazing! Gianni and the rest off the staff were a pleasure to work with. The food and service were flawless and well timed. The food and presentation were something that we and our families are still raving about. Not a single detail was missed. Special thanks to Lauren and Rob. They were attentive, patient, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. We can't thank them enough. Thank you Villa Barone for making our wedding day one that we will never forget.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor last week and it was absolutely MAGICAL!! Our guests were blown away, they cant stop talking about how perfect the venue was, how OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING the food was, how the décor was breathtaking, and most importantly the service was impeccable. Thank you especially to Nicky, Gianni, and Vinny who made the wedding of our dreams a reality. Also, thank you to our Maitre D’ who made our night so special and my bridal attendant, Lauren, who was not only so sweet and by my side the whole night, but she even fixed my dress after it ripped on the dance floor! We are so lucky to have had the chance to have the Villa Barone host our wedding. It was even better than we could of ever imagined, we couldn’t be happier. So with that being said, The Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is with out a doubt the BEST place to trust your special day with. The staff will take care of you from start to finish and work with you to make all your wedding dreams come true. Thank you again Villa from the bottom our hearts!
