Vicky is an incredibly talented and attentive wedding hair and makeup artist! She and her team truly went above and beyond to ensure I looked and felt stunning throughout the entire event.
First and foremost, her creativity and skill were unmatched. She expertly created FIVE distinct looks for me, each one tailored perfectly to match the different moments of my wedding day. Whether it was the effortlessly elegant style for the get-ready photos or the timeless radiant glow for the ceremony, every single look left me in awe.
One particular highlight was during the tea ceremony. Vicky's quick thinking and attention to detail were truly remarkable. She sourced beautiful florals to complement my red dress and incorporated them seamlessly into my hair. The final result was beyond what I had imagined, and it added an extra touch of grace to the occasion.
But it didn't stop there. The true testament to her professionalism came during the actual ceremony. While I was caught up in the whirlwind of emotions, she noticed that my dress train and veil weren't properly fluffed after I walked down the aisle. Without hesitation, she dashed to my side and expertly adjusted them, ensuring that I looked picture-perfect. Her keen eye and immediate action made a significant difference and saved the day!
I cannot express enough gratitude for her incredible talent, dedication, and exceptional service. She made me feel like an absolute princess, and her unwavering commitment to perfection truly made my wedding day all the more magical. I really wanted to find a Korean makeup artist for my wedding, since being Korean myself I've found that usually other MUAs don't have as much experience with asian face/eye shapes as well as the more natural style of makeup. The Vicky team is amazing and my bridesmaids looked so beautiful on my wedding day, and of course I felt beautiful as well!! Thank you so much Amy!! :)
I booked my engagement shoot makeup with them as well to try out and I was very happy with how it turned out! Both hair and makeup teams are very talented and they definitely listened to what I wanted. I thought it was really cool that they did airbrush makeup as well! It looks very natural!
I also got eyelash extensions with Vicky C5 right before the day of, they came out beautifully and stayed on for weeks! I felt like I didn't even need to do eye makeup, it looks so nice even by itself but doesn't look fake or overdone.
On the morning of the wedding, they came over to the hotel suite we were in and got to work on me and my bridesmaids - they were very efficient and brought a whole team to make sure everything got done on schedule. And I do want to mention that they don't only do Asian makeup, not all of my bridesmaids were asian but everyone looked beautiful and had hair and makeup that looked beautiful on them individually. My mother in law and sister in law also had their makeup done with us and they looked beautiful as well!
Thank you so much to Amy and everyone on the Vicky C5 team for helping make my dream wedding day come true, I really felt beautiful all day and it was an amazing day!
