The Vibe Tribe is absolutely incredible - so talented and they made our wedding so fun! We also used them for our ceremony and cocktail hour music, and they were all around fantastic. -

Vibe Tribe was recommended to use by our wedding venue after we expressed wanting a band at our wedding. From the start, they were so kind and got us in right away to see them for a showcase. My husband is a very picky person and after seeing them, he was blown away by how great of a band they were and we knew right away we needed them at our wedding. Jeff, who coordinated everything for our wedding, was ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! He didn't miss anything at all and kept in constant contact with us during the entire planning process. Our biggest compliment of our whole entire night was the band, people could not stop telling us how amazing they were! They kept the dance floor moving all night long even with our wedding being outdoors and it being pretty cold...which was great because the dancing kept us warm! The quality of this band is unmatched and their pricing is beyond fair. Thank you so much for making our wedding memorable! -

This will be a long review, but the short version of it is that the Vibe Tribe is the best wedding band you could ever hope to hire, and you should do so immediately.
How do we even begin to describe the Vibe Tribe? Are there even enough words? Though we had high hopes for the band, after seeing the videos on their website and seeing a showcase, they managed to exceed our already high expectations.
Let’s start with Jeff: from our first phone call with him, we could tell we loved his energy, and that he was both extremely competent, good-natured, and (perhaps most importantly) good-humored. We spoke to him many, many times throughout the planning process. He was amazing about checking in, reviewing our plans to make sure nothing had changed and that he had every detail right, and giving us valuable advice about the flow and potential issues with our timeline and plans. We didn’t have a wedding planner, and Jeff really felt like part of our team, making sure we stayed on track and that the dance floor was the wild, wonderful party that we wanted.
Jeff and the Vibe Tribe were very careful about getting our desired play-list and (even more importantly) our do-not-play list. As a result, we loved every song they played on our dance floor. We had lots of special request music we wanted the band to play, from two special processional songs for the guitarist to a first dance song that switched half-way through to a different song, they learned them all and played them flawlessly.
Each musician in the Vibe Tribe is better than the last. My husband comes from a family of professional opera singers, and even they were blown away by the talent of the singers in the band. The band read the room at our wedding perfectly, playing exactly the right songs to keep everyone on the dance floor the whole night – there wasn’t a lull for a single minute. They also served as great MCs, and made sure everything flowed smoothly. Even when we got behind schedule, they made good choices to get us back on track without missing anything or making anyone nervous. Needless to say, our guests raved about them throughout the entire wedding, and have been raving about them since. We obviously agree.
As I said above, you would be lucky to have the Vibe Tribe play at your wedding. Not only are they talented, exuberant musicians, but they’re fun, jolly people to have at your wedding and to work with. We can’t recommend them enough. -
User1234373 Sent on 07/09/2013I can't say enough about the vibe tribe!!!! They are such an AMAZING band and did an incredible job at our wedding. So many of our guests commented on how terrific the band was at our wedding. Jeff, the band leader, was great to work with. We talked several times on the phone to make sure all the details were in place. And the band had no problem playing special requests - they had learned a special song that I had requested that they play (which they had never heard before) and made it sound just like the original!! I would highly recommend the vibe tribe. -

Chris Sent on 11/22/2011I am obviously biased, but I honestly think you couldn't find a better wedding band compared to Vibe Tribe. Not only were these folks incredibly affordable, but they literally had us dancing for four hours straight. One of the biggest things that separates them from other bands is getting a feel for the audience and playing music to keep the party going. In the beginning, we went to two open showcases in the backyard of one of the member's houses. They sounded great. We knew we were getting a great deal for a wedding band, but we didn't realize just how much they would get rave reviews from our guests. If I had a dollar for every person that said "you have the BEST band I've ever heard at a wedding" I could retire. In my review of our location (Valley Forge military academy) I said that we were sweating up a storm even though there was AC. That's because of the Vibe Tribe! They learned two pretty unique songs for us, and they did it in two weeks time (yes, yes, we were late getting our songs to them). At one point during the dancing I thought they were taking a break and it was a CD playing. Nope, it was the band! Super quality musicians and singers, and incredibly affordable. You seriously cannot go wrong with them. -

Stephanie Sent on 08/15/2012The Vibe Tribe band is truly a gift! We came across the band through a co-worker of mine who was also getting married. We went to see a showcase of there performance and were very impressed. We were able to spend some time talking with them afterwards to ask questions. We quickly found out that our ideas matched their vision of a wedding and we booked them. The contract was very detailed and nothing ever changed. Jeff, the band manager, kept in touch with my mom and me and kept us on our toes. He even spoke to me about the song choices my mom gave him to see if I was on the same page and adapted to my wishes as well. he was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I did drop the ball a bit by not getting the very final details to Jeff and that's the only area where I was disappointed but I have to take the responsibility. The band is not one of these huge 20 piece bands that take over the whole room and event. I think we had 6 piece and the voices are amazing! A few times throughout the night I had to look to see if it was a CD playing or them singing and they were singing. Oh! They nailed our wedding song too! I asked for both male and female to sing (which is not the way either version is done) and it was perfect!! The only negative comments (along with the great ones) I heard were that the night just ended without the band saying it was the last dance or anything like that. Also, my parents had a special song picked for us that was to be announced for us to come to the dance floor and that wasn't mentioned either. Other than that, I would completely refer them to anyone and go to events where they were performing. Also, the price was excellent even with including cocktail hour and an extra instrument. Thank you Vibe Tribe!!
