Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Having to reschedule our initial wedding date from 2020 to 2021, there were lots of moving parts. Luckily, everyone at the Versailles was so helpful and accommodating. Angel and his entire team brought our vision to life and got us everything we needed and more. They were friendly and courteous to all of our guests. They handled the wedding crashers we had quickly and quietly. Not to mention - the food was INCREDIBLE.

Wedding of the Year! (9/14/19)

From the first time meeting Debbie and being shown around the venue to walking out the door post wedding reception, everything went so smooth and easy we couldn't have imagined anything better. Debbie and her crew did everything we asked for and made any request we had for our menu possible. Angel, our maitre'd, was so helpful beyond words. He knew everything that had to be done and when. Before the reception started, Angel brought my husband and I out to the reception room to see if there was anything we wanted to change and to just let us see the whole room before everyone came in and took their seats. He did the same thing with the cocktail hour area. There wasn't a single thing we wanted to change. Everything was PERFECT.
The food was out of this world good. Everyone was blown away by the amount and the quality. The servers were fantastic as well.
My husband and I LOVED how big the dance floor was and the yummy menu options. (two of the biggest parts of our wedding; the dancing and the food!)
The hotel itself was also awesome. They did a great job with handing out the guest accommodation goodie bags we had put together.
We cannot thank everyone at The Versailles Ballroom at the Ramada enough.

Wedding at the Versailles Ballroom

From the first wedding appointment to the last second of our stay on our wedding weekend, it was amazing. The coordinators and the Maitre D make you feel so special. They do such a beautiful job and I felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I honestly wasn’t stressed at all due to their professionalism and care. Our guests said all of the food was some of the best they’ve had at a wedding which really makes a big difference. I highly recommend them for any wedding, event, or hotel need. You will be taken care of.

The Best Day of Our Lives thanks to Versailles

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Versailles Ballroom. Debbie is always so quick to respond and answer questions no matter what time of day that it is. Angel was a godsend! He was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond all day long, the day was perfect and a lot of that was due to Angel. He helped run us through rehearsal when my officiant couldn't make it. He decorated the venue as if he knew exactly what I was thinking. He even helped bustle my dress. My day was everything I could have ever hoped for and it had much to do with Angel.
The food was also amazing, every single guest RAVED about cocktail hour! They all loved it. The cake, which was part of the package was delicious as well.
The Versailles is an hour from our home but it was most definitely worth the drive. I would not change a single thing about my day, and the staff at Versailles is much to do with that.

Versailles Ballroom Toms River New Jersey

All I can say is WOW!!! From the moment we said yes to the venue we were so happy we did. They (Debbie) were always there to help us with all of our questions. The day of.... just no words. Really was the best day of my life. The food was amazing. The venue was like my dreams. The staff friendly. And Angel was our Angel. I would give a million stars if I could.

Perfect Venue

The Versailles Ballroom was perfect for our wedding. They didn’t skip a beat in details, food or hospitality. Working with Debbie, Melissa and Angel was easy and straightforward. They answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly – and believe me there was a lot. All of our guests RAVED about the food during cocktail hour (even my grandmother who is super picky :) ). I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Everything was exactly as I dreamed it would be.

Our wedding day

Out of all the venues my now wife and I visited, this venue has smashed the competition. The Versaille Ballroom in the Ramada Hotel in Tom's River was the best experience hands down I ever had. Debbie and Angel were outstanding, and their staff were exceptional. Debbie and Angel have taken care of us since day 1 we got there and by far felt like I was treated like a celebrity. Having my wedding anywhere else would have been absurd the way we were treated so excellent. Highly recommended coming to this location, and this location only.

Wedding venue

This was a wonderful place for my wedding. I had a Disney theme and everyone was very accommodating to what I wanted. When I emailed, I always got a response quickly, especially because I would want to change my times. Angel was absolutely amazing! I would love to get remarried here!

Wonderful Wedding Reception

My husband and I got married overseas in May but we had our reception at the Versailles in August! Our whole day was perfect! Even with only about 3 months of planning, the Versailles took care of everything and made it as easy as possible to create our day! Special thank you to Debbie and Angel for being on top of everything and always being there for us! Easy to contact, talk with, and plan with! They walked us through every step along the way and they always made me feel on top of everything! Couldn’t be nicer people. All of our guests had a fantastic time! The decor, the food, and the atmosphere couldn’t have been any better! Highly suggest The Versailles Ballroom!

The Managers Helped Save Our Wedding!!!

I work at a local bar close to the The Ramada in Toms River and in nearly a year and a 1/2 Of planning I heard nothing but good things about the venue. Of the over 40 friends, family, locals and regulars I talked to about the Ramada literally not one person had a single negative thing to say. Most people had been there for more than one occasion.

The staff and especially the managers Debbie and Angel more than lived up to their reputation. Kelly and I were having our ceremony at the Ramada to be followed by the reception. Six minutes before we were to start the ceremony they informed me that our DJ wasn’t showing because he had screwed up the date. Upon my request they tried to shield the news from my soon to be bride as we tried to figure out the situation.

Within less than 5 minutes they had three reliable, local DJs on the phone all willing to get there ASAP. They had Mark from Off the Chart Entertainment there and setup before cocktail hour was finished.
They also were working on in house music to buy us time. What could have been a catastrophe turned out to be a great party.
Kelly and I are very grateful for The Ramada, it’s wait and bar staff and especially the managers Debbie and Angel. So many people raved about how beautiful the room looked, how great the service was, how delicious the food and food choices were and how there was never a line at the bar because of the quick service.
We Thank God we had the venue and staff that could turn a nightmare into a dream wedding.

Women getting married

Had our wedding there and so thankful we did!! Angel is amazing at what he does and Debbie and Melissa were excellent coordinators!!! It was was exactly how we imagined!!! The food is phenomenal too! Can’t give this place enough praise!!!

First Communion

We celebrated our daughter First Communion at Versailles Ballroom and it was the best party ever! The food was delicious and the staff was very pleasant. Melissa and Debbie were the best! Everyone had awesome time!

Perfect wedding

Entire staff was VERY helpful! From the first tour a year ago, to the last dance of the night. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their wedding somewhere! Angel and Melissa were a HUGE help!

A magical day

When we started looking at wedding venues, my husband and I did a site visit with both sets of parents. We had unanimously decided this was the right place for us before we even walked out the door. The service at the Versailles Ballroom is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, they were always so responsive and helpful. No matter what I needed, they helped me figure it out. On the day of our wedding, Debbie made the ballroom look utterly perfect. My husband and I were totally taken care of, from food and drink to the clean up at the end of the night. All of our guests RAVED about the food and how beautiful the space was, especially the cocktail hour space. Thank you to Debbie and the team for making our day so very special!

Best night of our lives!

I had my wedding at the Ramada in Toms River on 11/16. There are not many words I can put into a sentence to describe my experience other then it was absolutely the best day/night of our entire lives. From the venue tour, to booking, planning, and execution it was flawless. Heidi, Angel, Melissa, and
Debbie were ALL undeniably amazing every step of the way. Debbie answered every and all questions I had no matter how many emails I sent day and night when I ran into problems or had questions. Angel was basically another part of our bridal party the night of the wedding with how much he pitched in and helped. He made our wedding an absolute dream come true. Highly highly recommend.

Best experience. Beautiful venue

We had the most amazing experience from day 1 with this staff. We only looked at 2 venues and decided as soon as we saw the Versailles Ballroom that this is where we wanted to have our wedding. The venue is beautiful, much more modern than some other venues, and they really give you a lot for your money! It was very convenient for us to have the wedding at the hotel since we had a lot of family traveling from out of state! They staff really seemed excited for us when we walked in and made us want to work with them which was not the experience we had at the 1st venue we looked at. Throughout the last year, I must have sent hundreds of emails all of which were answered very quickly and the staff never seemed annoyed! They were so accommodating and really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect throughout the entire process. The week of the wedding, when I dropped off 8 giant Rubbermaid containers of decorations, Debbie didn't complain that there were too many boxes, she just asked how I wanted everything placed and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The day of the wedding was perfect. We are soo grateful for Angel. He really is an angel. From decorating, to letting everyone know where they needed to be and when, to bustling my dress, to making us goodie bags from the cocktail hour, he really did everything to make sure the day was absolutely perfect and that we were happy. He even kept the drinks coming all night. We would recommend this venue and staff to anyone. Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more thanks to the wonderful crew. We can not thank you enough!

Best Wedding Ever

Our wedding was 11/11/18 and our coordinator was Debbie. We had a great experience with her. She was super responsive and helped us alot. Angel ran the ballroom and we did not worry about a thing all night. Everything went so smoothly and we could not have had a better day. We had a large wedding (176 people) and the room was still comfortable. Everyone loved the food and all of this for the price is unbeatable. I would absolutely recommend the Versailles Ballroom to anyone!

Fabulous Wedding

My husband and I absolutely LOVED the Versailles allroom! Our wedding ceremony and reception were there. The staff was VERY accommodating! The Versailles Ballroom is gorgeous!! We loved having our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and hotel all in one location!! The veranda, which has a large stone fireplace, is what sold us on this space! The ballrooom has a large bar, huge dance floor, and plenty of table/vendor space. We received so many compliments on our wedding. Our cocktail hour fiesta station was a hit!! The catering office team and Angel are the best at what they do!! We had the BEST day EVER!

We had our wedding here and everything turned out so beautiful. The team and staff were very attentive and we did not have to worry about a thing all night. The food was amazing. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted. They throw the best weddings around this area.

Heidi, Angel, and Tara were AMAZING to work with. We planned our wedding from CA and they helped with everything. The food, the service, the set up, the lighting....you name it, they did it. They were so wonderful, and made sure all of our wants and needs were met. Tara was there for me throughout the whole night making sure I ate at cocktail hour, had a drink, etc. Angel was ACES!!! He is absolutely the best at making everything so wonderful. All of our guests kept telling us how awesome the food was, the bartenders were amazing and on point, and all we kept hearing was how it was the best wedding ever. I would highly recommend them for all of your wedding needs. Because of Heidi, I literally had zero stress in the planning process. THE BEST!!!!

We just got married here on 1/19/2018, and our wedding couldn't have been any better! Heidi and Rachel were great to work with throughout the whole process - they were very diligent with responding to emails, and they were always very accommodating whenever I wanted to come check out the venue space to plan out the decor.

Angel was simply incredible. He always made sure my husband and I were taken care of, and made the night flow so smoothly. He laid out all of our decor perfectly, and made sure to triple-check everything to make sure our night was perfect. He even had extra entrees send to the bridal suite for us later that night to make sure we were never hungry!

Our guests were so complimentary of not only the food, but the service as well. The servers and bartenders were all so friendly and accommodating! The food was incredible - so much at cocktail hour that some people couldn't even eat their dinners because they were so full!

Overall, the Versailles Ballroom was an incredible venue and I couldn't be happier with how well our wedding went. Heidi, Rachel and Angel are true professionals, and I would recommend this venue to anyone!

The Versailles Ballroom has the whole package. They have the wow factor, all of my guests were extremely impressed by the grace and elegance of the venue. The staff, every single one of them, were AMAZING! Angel is the king of weddings; he is a perfectionist and you can tell he LOVES what he does. Weddings are more than his job, they are his passion. Without Heidi and Rachel I don’t know how I would have made it through the planning of my wedding. And Rachel held more than my train before walking down the isle, she held my nerves together when I didn’t think I could. If you are looking for a place to marry your better half, you’re looking in the right direction!!

We are so pleased with everything Versailles Ballroom provided for us. Our wedding was perfect. They set everything up exactly the way I wanted it to be. All the staff was great with service. Melissa was great in providing us with information and we never felt like we were being pressured to add anything on or to book, which was one of the reasons why we booked our wedding there! Responsiveness on our questions and requests were always almost instant. We had our ceremony and reception, as well as took all photos on site which was very convenient. The planning process was so simple because the venue took care of basically everything-including the cake, centerpieces, menus, catering, set up, and cleaning! Worth every penny!

From the moment I walked into the Versailles ballroom i knew this was where id be getting married! Heidi and Rachel were beyond helpful with my planning. They answered every email within the hour it was sent. They were both very professional and so fun to work with. Angel....now this is a man you want on your team! He was so attentive to mine and my husband's every need. He did such an amazing job executing every vision I had and made our night memorable and magical! Everything from beginning to end went exactly as it shoild! My guests are still raving about their experience as well..ESPECIALLY the food! Thank you so much for a perfect wedding! I can’t not say enough about our amazing expierience! We had sooo many amazing compliments from our guests about the venue as a whole!! Food being the number one!! The cocktail hour left out guests not hungry for dinner!! The cake was omg sooo amazing and the staff at their off site cake service is amazing. 100% would have another wedding here!!!

Our wedding was more than we could've hoped for! Everything was perfect! Heidi and Melissa were very responsive and helpful throughout our planning and Angel was on top of every last detail the day of. It was a real pleasure to work with them!

Where do I begin? My husband and I had our wedding at the Versailles on Sunday. The day was truly magical. Heidi, Angel and Melissa delivered on everything they promised us. Our guests raved about the food. They allowed me to drop off my decorations and I had specific ideas on how I wanted things and they followed to perfection. Angel truly went above and beyond the night of to make sure Mike and I were happy along with our parents and bridal party. He also made sure to walk me through the ceremony / ballroom to approve all of the set ups. Heidi and Melissa always answered all of my emails months leading up to the big day. If I could give the versailles 1,000 stars I would. Thank you so much for making our day unforgettable and perfect!!

My husband and I got married there on 9/15/17 and we could not have wished for a more perfect wedding experience. Not only did our day run extremely smoothly thanks to Angel and his team, but leading up to the wedding was so smooth and organized. I worked closely with Melissa and she was absolutely wonderful. I would be emailing her everyday with something new and she would respond to me in minutes. She was extremely helpful and patient. You can put your complete trust in the Versailles team and I promise your wedding will be breathtaking. P.S. guests could not stop talking about the cocktail hour! The food was sentential!

We had a little problem with our make-up artist showing up, and Angel and his staff were very flexible in pushing the ceremony back and allowing the DJ to stay a little longer to make up for the delay. They really went out of their way to make the most out of a horrible situation. The room was set up perfectly and everyone raved about the food. The Versailles staff helped make our night so very memorable.

Booking our wedding at the Versailles Ballroom was one of the best decisions we made. The Versailles Ballroom staff is extremely helpful, creative, professional, kind, and they work so hard to make your wedding dreams come true. Angel and Melissa were with us every step of the way! We absolutely loved the fact that our wedding guests did not have to shuttle and could safely walk up to their rooms at the end of the night. The food is incredible!!! The Versailles is a GREAT Jersey Shore wedding location. You will not be disappointed!

I was so pleased with the Ramada! Everything about the venue was amazing! Working with Heidi and Melissa made my wedding planning that much easier! Angel was a huge help the day of the wedding! I searched multiple locations and wedding venues in our local area We wanted to find a venue that would work with having a 180 people with stunning views, luxurious accommodation, great food and service that would make our special day perfect for us and our guests. We chose the Versallies Ballroom at the Ramada in Toms River for our ceremony and reception and couldn't have made a better decision. Heidi, Melissa and Angel were so helpful ensured that every detail was exactly what we wanted. They helped plan our special day and were extremely efficient and attentive. It was a fabulous day for all of our guests and they had nothing but excellent feedback for the venue, service and food. Every guest complimented the cocktail hour and the main course meal. The food was amazing! Every aspect of the day went perfectly! (except the fact that our child woke up with a 103 fever but a big thanks to Heidi, Melissa and Angel for helping us keep an eye on him). There was nothing that the staff at the Versallies Ballroom wouldn't do for us, they couldn't have been more exceptional.

As a mother and father of the bride who was paying for this entire event, we would say yes definitely book the Versailles ballroom for you wedding. The staff was always in touch with us on every aspect of planning, they were always very accommodative with change whether it be adding or taking something away, they couldn't have made my daughter's and son-in-law's wedding a more memorable event. Everyone who attended the wedding had a great time, enjoyed the food and atmosphere and even said that this was the best wedding they had ever been to!! This was my second daughter who had her reception at the ballroom....I have a third daughter and hopefully we can plan to have her wedding at the same place!!!

The Versailles ballroom is the perfect place to celebrate your special day! Melissa is amazing! I could not have asked for a better person to help us plan and orchestrate our dream wedding. From the moment we walked through the ballroom, we knew this was the place, beautiful with tons of space, a huge dance floor and most importantly it was affordable. The food is fantastic and they work with the Chocolate Carousel for your wedding cake, which is also amazing. This was the right choice to make my wedding something special and it was the best day ever!. The moment we arrived on my big day, they were helpful and accommodating. The bridal suite is lovely and has ample space. We were never rushed and even enjoyed an after party at the bar in the restaurant when the wedding ended. Our day was everything we wanted and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, stress-free wedding experience. Set up an appointment to see it today, you wont be disappointed! Our wedding was so much fun! Working with Melissa and Heidi was so easy. No matter how big or small our question was, both Melissa and Heidi eased our minds. I cannot say enough good things about the Versailles Ballroom!! Heidi and Melissa were amazing from the very beginning of wedding planning to the last second. They answered every email immediately. They kept me posted on food tasting, when to make an appointment for my cake, and every payment. When the day came the room was absolutely perfect!! Every thing was exactly how I pictured it. The Versailles Ballroom was a great choice for our wedding! The day of our wedding went very smoothly. We had about 120 guests. The decorations were set up by the staff according to all of our instructions and pictures. The food was delicious! The dance floor is large and was at first a concern for being too large for our amount of guests, but the dance floor ending up being the perfect size! The staff really took care of everything the day of and made the day worry-free. Even when I got chocolate ice cream on my dress, Angel was there with club soda and made it go away!
During the planning process, there were always email reminders about payments. I also received quick responses when it came to my random email questions. A word of advice - be sure to ask about a taste testing! We never did ours since I never received a notice to do one. Staff later said the email probably went to my spam, but it's unfortunate that this part fell through the cracks. That being said, the food was still delicious, and we were pleased with our choices.
Overall, The Versailles Ballroom is a wonderful wedding venue and was a great place to hold our ceremony and reception. It was also convenient having the rehearsal dinner the night before in the hotel restaurant.

If I could do everything again, I wouldn't change a thing! Everything was perfect. Angel, Melissa and Heidi were such a big help throughout the whole process. Melissa and Angel along with the whole catering staff checked in on me all night to see if there was anything I wanted/needed. Wedding of my dreams and good time had by all!

I honestly, don't even know where to start. From the day we booked out wedding with Versailles Ballroom they have been beyond helpful. They were always in contact with us. Made sure we scheduled cake tasting and food tasting when it was suppose to be done. They truly made so much of the planning stress free. The bonus was that it fit into our budget SOO GOOD! Was the cheapest place out of a couple we looked at and it offered way more!! Our wedding night was the best night of our entire life. With a huge thank you to Versailles and the coordinators and their staff. Food was AMAZING. People are still talking about the cocktail hour days after the wedding. Highly recommended!!

The Versailles Ballroom blew every expectation I had (and our families had) out of the water. My husband and I had so many guests come up to us and tell us "this is the best wedding we've ever been to" and just gush about how lovely everything was. Even with about 200 people, the cocktail hour went without issue, the dinner was served hot & efficiently, and the bar never had a line (even with our Irish families!)

Angel is a freaking DREAM. The man can bustle a dress in literally a minute, which is something I really thought I was going to miss half of my cocktail hour for. He ran up to my room multiple times because I forgot so many things, and did it with a huge smile the entire time.

Heidi and Melissa are the friendliest people ever, and answered every question I had promptly and knowingly. Ashley at the front desk dealt with a LOT with our room block, and still managed to fit in everyone we requested, even last minute.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are all amazing, and I hope someone I know throws another wedding with you all so I can come back.

We had an amazing time on our wedding day and couldn't have asked for more. Heidi and Lauren were great to work with. Anytime we had a question they returned an answer with in 24 hours. We chose Ramada for so many reasons, the big dance floor, the awesome cocktail hour (as well as the room it is held in), the food choices, the affordability and the location was perfect for us.

The Wedding day couldn't have gone any smoother. Everything was set up exactly how we wanted, we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! Angel lives up to his name! I had read lots of great reviews about the Ramada especially him, and they are true, he IS the BEST! He never stops smiling and you just felt secure knowing that he was there for you and just wants to make sure your day is perfect! I had 2 incidents that day and Angel was there to rescue me both times! First time, I had accidentally marked my dress with the chocolate on the rim of my martini glass (this happened 5 minutes into the cocktail hour). OMG right?! Angel was there to help with in 1 minute and with the help of another fabulous staff member Dawn, a tide stick and seltzer water, the stain was out!! Then before we were introduced into the reception, I noticed my dress wasn't hemmed right on the inside, so every time I took a step back, my heel would catch on it. The only thing I could think of was to cut off that inner flap - again, there Angel was with a pair of scissors cutting that part of my dress out in the lobby and getting my out on the dance floor within 4 minutes! Can't say more about that man, he takes the worry out of your day so you can enjoy and have fun.... Thank you again Angel!

All in all we truly had the best time, the food was great, the atmosphere was perfect and our guests had all great things to say! The Chocolate Carousel was great to work with also, the cake turned out great!

I would highly recommend the Versailles Room! Thank you again Heidi, Lauren and Angel!!!

Versailles Ballroom was the perfect place for our wedding reception! The guests raved about the food and style! I got endless compliments on the food (guests loved the mashed potato bar!) and how gorgeous the cocktail & reception rooms are. The team at Versailles is exceptional and took great care to answer any questions my husband and I had leading up to our big day. Heidi, the sales coordinator, is such a hard worker and is incredibly responsive! She made sure that wedding planning was a breeze and no question went unanswered. Angel, the maitre d, executed our vision flawlessly. He truly had an eye for design! Even the wait staff was incredible and ensured my husband, guests and I were comfortable. Having our ceremony and reception at The Versailles Ballroom at The Ramada Inn was definitely a phenomenal experience and was the wedding I had always dreamed of having! From the very beginning Heidi and Lauren were absolutely amazing with answering any questions or concerns I had. My husband and I had a Beauty and the Beast themed wedding and two days before the wedding I dropped of all of our wedding decorations and I met with Angel for about five minutes and showed him all of the things we brought for the ceremony and reception. I couldn't believe how amazing everything looked the day of and all I did was show him and tell him in small detail how we wanted everything setup. From the lighting down to the food everything looked and tasted absolutely amazing!!! He setup our tables exactly how we requested them to be setup and our sweetheart table looked absolutely gorgeous!! We got a little behind due to our photographer taking forever with our pictures and we missed our cocktail hour, but Angel made sure everything we wanted was served to our table. Everyone had a hard time bustling my dress and the only one that could bustle it was Angel! He definitely saved my day!! Everyone keeps telling us that was the most beautiful cocktail hour and reception they have ever attended. The service from all of the waiters were outstanding and were at our side every time we needed something. Dawn was our server for our sweetheart table and she was so pleasant to have. I am so glad we chose the Versailles Ballroom and would definitely recommend their venue to anyone that is looking for a venue that gives outstanding service in all areas. Even the concierge desk was amazing and I can't tell you how many times I had to call them to rearrange rooms for our guests. It was overall the best wedding experience I have ever had!!! Thank you Heidi, Lauren, and Angel for everything you did for us!!!! It was truly the most amazing fairy tale wedding ever!!

My wedding @ the Versailles Ballroom was everything I could dream of and more. Everything about the ballroom as well as the hotel was just beautiful and perfect. I couldn't ask for a better team to work with than Heidi, Lauren & Angel. They were extremely responsive & helpful in every aspect of my wedding. They were supportive and so very amazing in all of their help. If i could do it all again I wouldn't change a thing. The 3 of them and all of the staff of the ballroom & the hotel made my day absolutely perfect. I'd recommend The Versailles Ballroom any day! You can't go wrong with this choice!

If you are looking for a stress free, reasonably priced, beautiful wedding, this is the place to go!!! They were so helpful and accommodating. From the moment we booked, to our last dance, they even drop your wedding decor off at the end of the night to your suite!!! My husband and I were outrageously happy!!!

Awesome job. Special thanks to Heidi Hutch, Dale Sutter, and ESPECIALLY Angel who does not have that name due to coincidence. He was so helpful throughout the entire ceremony and reception. He must have fixed my bustle at least 3 times that just wouldn't seem to stay on. All of the staff were attentive, caring and simply amazing, who never lost their smiles no matter what. My husband and I recently got married here on 10.31.15 and the day was amazing! Working with Lauren and Heidi during the wedding planning was amazing. They were very professional and very nice to work with! If I had a question, they got back to me quickly and helpful!! Everything turned out the way i wanted it to and I couldn't be more grateful!!! The team at the Ramada was amazing! Heidi and Lauren helped me with all of my questions and concerns leading up to my wedding day. They were so accommodating and helpful that I never had to worry about anything! I appreciated the way they made me feel comfortable when I came to visit, and even came to check up on me the day of my wedding. They went above and beyond and I was so appreciative. Angel went above and beyond to make the day of completely perfect as well. He had everything exactly like I envisioned and there was not one issue the entire night! Ashley, the hotel room coordinator, was so quick to respond to all of my questions and constant room counts and never made me feel like a bother.

I had such a wonderful experience having my wedding at the Versailles ballroom. The food, atmosphere, location, price and hotel amenities were incomparable. I highly recommend having your wedding here, and I'm so glad I did!

Our wedding at the Versailles ballroom was everything we dreamed of and more! Lauren was our coordinator and she made the whole process as easy as possible. She was always available to answer my questions and made sure to keep in contact with me to remind me of important dates and things that needed to be taken care of. Angel the maitre d is also phenomenal. He took care of everything the day of the wedding from start to finish. This includes everything from making sure we were all where we needed to be at the appropriate time, to bustling my dress, and making the ballroom look even better than I could have imagined it! The rooms are also amazing and all of our guests were beyond happy with their stay. I reccomend this venue for any event. Everyone did a fantastic job.

What an amazing wedding venue! The Versailles Ballroom at the Ramada in of Toms River exceeded our expectations more than we could have imagined.

Throughout the whole process Heidi was so attentive and responsive to all our needs. She responded to all of my emails in less than 24 hours and always explaining everything thoroughly. When we met to finalize everything for the day of, they made sure they had every little detail we requested on the contract.

The day of the wedding was amazing. Angel, the mater dei, took us through the ballroom before cocktail hour to make sure everything was in place exactly the way we wanted. And it was! Throughout the night he made sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hand and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. He and the bartenders even made sure no one else drank the specific vodka I requested for myself.

The food was also phenomenal! Our guests were raving about the cocktail hour and entrees. I personally had the Chicken Florentine and it was delicious. And the wedding cake from Chocolate Carousel was excellent as well!

If I had to do it all over again, I would STILL choose the Versailles Ballroom. I would recommend all my family and friends consider them when choosing their wedding venue.

My wedding is coming up very soon at this venue. Several of my friends have been married here too, so we know it will be amazing. They have been very flexible and nice, for example, one of my bridesmaids has a lot of food allergies, and they are being very accommodating. The price is great, and we love that it was kind of like one stop shopping for food, cake, ceremony, and reception. And the customizable colored lighting on the ceilings and walls is great too.

The Ramada was great! They took care of EVERYTHING! The venue is so nice and the cocktail hour room is beautiful. All the rooms were also redone and are so nice! Angel is AMAZING! He was right on point and took care of everything. Every time I felt like I needed something, somehow he was right there! Lauren was also great during the planning of everything! She answered all my emails and questions immediately. We did not have to worry or stress about anything because they were always one step ahead. Our guests kept telling us how nice everything was and how great the venue was. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They have great affordable packages. The amount of food we got for the price was awesome! Our cake was also included and it came out amazing! We are very happy with our choice.

After getting a tour of the Versailles Ballroom, my husband and I booked our wedding immediately. Heidi was great, going above and beyond for some guests with food allergies. Angel was phenomenal! Not to mention, the food was delicious. Wouldn't have had our wedding anywhere else!

Our wedding could not have been more perfect. Everything was flawless and the staff took care of everything. From Heidi answering my millions of emails to Angel getting every detail just right! Heidi, Heidi's assistant and Angel were AWESOME!!!! Heidi helped us with all our questions and needs. All the staff during our cocktail hour and reception were very helpful. My waitress made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. They even accommodated special diets and drinks. All of our guest still talk about our wedding venue.

The facility was absolutely beautiful, The new renovations are amazing. The catering and sales staff are amazing. I knew after meeting Heidi and Angel that I was making the right decision on the venue. Their reputation of being the best is completely deserved. The planning was flawless. The execution the day of the event blew my expectation of perfect out of the water. From the moment we got there until we checked out we received the best service. The entire hotel staff was friendly and told everyone how nice they looked and were congratulating us at every turn. All the guests were very happy with the food, and kept commenting on how delicious it was. The room set up was perfect, the tables were immaculate. The bartender was outstanding and knew everyone\'s drinks before they even asked. The banquet staff was attentive and professional. Our stay in the bridal suite was spectacular, the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The champagne and cookies that were waiting when we returned to the room was such a nice surprise. All my guests have been raving that it was the best wedding they\'d ever been too, I knew that would not have been possible without the wonderful staff at your hotel. I would recommend it to everyone,and if I ever have another event, I will be going to Ramada, Toms River first!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

We cannot say enough about the Versailles Ballroom in Toms River!! They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. From the first meeting with Heidi we knew we were in great hands. Heidi was attentive to our every email! The week of the wedding was a breeze!! Angel took care of all of our requests and executed all of my crazy DIY's perfectly. Everything was perfect. We were a bit of a crazy wedding crowd, but they handled us pretty well, I'd say. Angel was amazing during my wedding and set up the ceremony and reception spaces so perfectly I almost cried when I first previewed it. Heidi was awesome to work with - very down the earth and helpful. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change the venue at all! We traveled over an hour to go to this place and I'm so glad we did. Thank you!!!

The Versailles Ballroom was the first venue my husband and I visited and it was the last. We knew It was perfect because it had all we needed for our (over 230 person) large wedding under one roof: the ceremony, reception, hotel & breakfast room for all of our guests who came from near and far. From day 1 when we first met Heidi on our tour, I knew this would be the place for us since there were so many options to make our dream wedding come true. It was great working with Heidi and she was always there to answer my 100's of emails I sent her within minutes (sometimes seconds). The day we put our down payment on the ballroom, I told her to prepare for one of the most rowdy weddings since most of our friends were from Penn State and knew how to party! When we needed to sit down and pick the menus it was so hard because the choices were extensive between the cocktail hour, reception dinner and the dessert hour we had. All of our guests are still telling us that they were so stuffed from all the food they didn't know how they had room for the candy buffet and other dessert stations we had. It was great working with Angel too (the mater'd) who had all my fine details for the wedding come to life. I still remember walking into the ballroom breathless at how beautiful it looked. Our wedding was a dream come true, and the food and drinks were bottomless like we wanted! Our guests went home happy and full and still still talk about how much they enjoyed our wedding! I wouldn't change the day for the world !!!

The Versailles Ballroom was a great venue to host our wedding! We went to a few locations prior to seeing the Ramada, and when we did we knew it was the perfect place. It is a beautiful location, both inside the ballroom and outside by the garden and made for amazing photos! The food was delicious too! Heidi and Angel were amazing to work with, always so helpful and attentive to our hopes for an amazing wedding day. My husband and I are truly appreciative for all that everyone has done here at the Ramada and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

The Versailles ballroom was a wonderful place to have our wedding. After going to a few venues and calling around we decided to look into the Ramada. As soon as we got there, we knew this was the place. Heidi was so amazing to work with through the whole process. Angel the maître d, was so incredibly nice the day of and made the ballroom look fantastic. I had all these ideas in my head and written down on paper, and when I walked into the room for the first time I started to tear up. I was so overwhelmed to see all my ideas perfectly brought to life. He did an amazing job!! For a year and a few months I would check these reviews over and over again just reassure myself we made the right choice. After having our wedding there, it absolutely was. Everyone had an excellent time and raved about the food. The cocktail hour room and ballroom are beautiful. The hotel rooms are clean, comfy and cozy. Our bridal suite was so nice as well. Thank you so much to the staff at the Versailles ballroom for giving us a truly magical wedding. It really was everything we hoped for!

The staff at the Versailles Ballroom are wonderful! They were responsive to all of our questions and accommodating to all of our special requests. They turned the ballroom into a my winter wonderland. It truly took my breath away! Jason, the executive chef, executed amazing food for our cocktail style reception including pork roll and cheese sliders and buffalo wings! My guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. I can't emphasize enough how perfect my reception was and I give the staff at the Versailles Ballroom perfect marks!!

I knew I wanted to have my wedding at the Versailles Ballroom at the Ramada from the first time I saw it. I looked at other places but kept coming back to the Ramada. Heidi our event planner was wonderful!! She answered every question, every email and shared in our excitement! We met Angel at our rehearsal and he was great! He walked us through everything. Our wedding day, was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. He personally took care of my husband and I throughout the night! The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone LOVED the food and couldn't get over the amount of food! The staff was great too! They made sure I ate during our cocktail hour knowing that that night would go fast. Our day was truly amazing! The beautiful lights, centerpieces and the chandeliers are gorgeous and made the room just right! My package included breakfast the next morning for my husband and I along with our guests that stayed at the hotel. The breakfast was great and I just loved having a little more time with family and friends that next morning before everyone went they separate ways. I can't say enough about this venue, the decor is beautiful, the food was awesome and the staff was fabulous! Thank you to the crew at The Ramada...you truly made our wedding the most unforgettable experience and we will be recommending you to everyone we know!! Thank you for giving us the wedding reception of our dreams!!
