My husband and I got married at the Kimpton, Vero Beach in May of this year. The day was perfect and the staff was super friendly, organized and professional. Nikki Estes met with my husband and I the day before our wedding to go over the wedding day schedule and it took for much stress off my shoulders knowing we were in good hands. Nikki is very friendly & absolutely amazing at what she does. The venue is stunning and the beach has beautiful white sand. The food was incredible and the bartenders made delicious drinks. The Kimpton Vero Beach is the perfect venue for a wedding because it offers all the amenities and more. If I could do it all over again I would still choose to get married here and I recommend it to anyone else.

Our daughter got married on 3/10/24 at The Vero Beach Kimpton Hotel and Spa. It was a beautiful venue with the ceremony on the pool deck and reception at Cobalt. Nikki Estes is the wedding coordinator and was incredible to work with. She was organized and responsive and detailed. Nikki is extremely seasoned and capable at what she does and we are so grateful for such an incredible day. The food and service were top notch. The natural beauty that the venue holds is magical. No regrets on this decision to have the wedding at the Kimpton!!

This was a wonderful beach venue with incredible views and scenery that will make photos look amazing. Every staff member we encountered was professional and incredibly attentive. Nikki and Alexandria along with their entire team made sure our wedding was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Vero Beach Hotel and Spa was an easy pick for my destination wedding, it truly did not compare to anything else in Vero Beach and their wedding package for food and beverage were perfect and priced right. I do not know where to begin....
EVERYTHING was perfect, the venue itself was gorgeous. The service was incredible all of my guests were commenting on how great the service and food were. My room was gorgeous and will make for some beautiful photos. The catering director Nikki Estes is an absolute pleasure to work with she made everything perfect and I worried about NOTHING. The planning portion was easy and done primarily over email. The day of, flawless and I was able to sit back and enjoy my day while they did all the work and made everything happen. I can not say enough great things about this venue! I can not wait to return and will continue to relive that day until then!

I cannot recommend this venue enough! I travel a lot for work (and one of my roles is to plan large scale meetings). I try to stay at Kimpton's as often as possible. Actually, I have stayed at the majority of them. My very favorite one is the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa. The decor, the location, and most importantly the staff really make every stay an amazing experience. When it came time for my husband and I to select a wedding venue, this property was at the top of our list, but we didn't know if we could afford to have our wedding at a four diamond resort. Nikki and Courtney were great to work with and were very open to discussing our budget and offering workable solutions that enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams and for us our guests to have an absolutely fabulous time! The sales team was great as well. Rosa and Carli were flexible and also so friendly, no matter how many questions I asked. The front desk team led by Adam went above and beyond for us and for all of our guests. Even when minor hiccups happened (as to be expected with 40 rooms reserved) they took care of things no questions asked. It is nearly two months after our wedding and our guests are still reaching out to us sharing what an amazing time they had and how much they enjoyed spending the weekend at the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa. I could go on an on.... In sum, we are so very happy that we kicked off our life together over looking the beach, surrounded by our loved ones, and with team of professionals that wanted nothing more to make our big day go off as we envisioned. 10 out of 10!

The Vero Beach Hotel was the perfect wedding venue for my daughter's wedding. Nikki Estes and her staff were wonderful. To my pleasant surprise, the staff began setting up the tables with my décor before I arrived. Nikki made the wedding processional go smoothly, and made a seamless transition from the ceremony to cocktail hour. A staff person was assigned to the bride and groom and provided them, and their families, with refreshments while pictures were taken. The food was fantastic and the bridal couple's signature drink was made superbly. We are so grateful to Nikki, her staff, and the Vero Beach Hotel for making our wedding so special.

Everything was so perfect at Vero Beach Hotel and Spa! The staff was so accommodating and listened to all my requests. Nikki was awesome to work with and ensured that our day ran smoothly! I recently got married here and couldn’t believe how accommodating they were for all our requests. Courtney and Nikki, along with their staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was amazing!!! If you want a stress free venue and to truly feel like a princess with no worries, I highly recommend this venue. I have been to many weddings myself, and I have to say they really pay attention to detail. From the front desk, vallet, to everyone that works here, amazing!!!!! The Vero Beach Hotel and Spa made our Wedding Weekend magical! From the ceremony, to the reception and sit down dinner, to the wonderful experience each of our guests had while staying at the hotel...everything was perfect! No detail went unnoticed. From Nikki, Courtney and Lorna spearheading all of the planning, to the front desk, pool staff, valets and wait staff... EVERYONE made us feel special!
It was so wonderful I would do it all again, and I wouldn’t change a single thing!

Hands down...the best!!! I own a restaurant and we do rehearsal dinners and weddings all the time. Nikki and her crew at Vero Beach Hotel & Spa were unbelievable!!! Very professional, attentive, accommodating and on point. From the day that we booked it until the day of our wedding, they were amazing. I can't say enough great things about them. They made our special day run so smooth and with no worries. I would highly, highly reccomend Nikki and her people to anyone and everyone. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious and all of their recommendations from the dj to the photographer were on point. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you to everyone there that made our special day amazing!! Don't look at any other venues in Vero.......just go here and you will be happy!!!

Nikki and Courtney at Vero Beach Hotel & Spa were nothing short of amazing! They made my wedding day a BREEZE!!!!! A complete breeze! My husband and I still can't believe it went that smooth! But I knew Nikki wouldn't let it be nothing short of that. She was so attentive with anything and everything I needed to be sure I wasn't overwhelmed with anything. It rained the morning of my wedding and I was so stressed out but thank God we were able to have it outside where we planned on having it. Nikki was sure we had a back up plan just in case. The food at Cobalt Restaurant was OUTSTANDING!!!!! We are from Louisiana and we LOVE to eat. All the food was the BEST! We still have guests talking about the food!! :) We had one little hiccup in my bridal suite but it was fixed quicker than I can think about it. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them...HANDS DOWN! I don't over exaggerate because I love to review places. They exceeded my expectations and my family and friends expectations also! :)

I had my wedding at this hotel on December 9, 2016 and it was amazing. The staff was exceptional, the food was superb and the ambience was just right. Nikki and Courtney made the experience one that I will never forget and my guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Our wedding ceremony was beautiful! Exactly what we had envisioned! Nikki and Courtney (and the rest of the staff) are fabulous. The food was delicious and everything went so smoothly. Nikki and team took care of all the details, which allowed us to really focus on and enjoy our day because we knew everything was in good hands. We stayed for three nights and ALL of our guests raved about the resort. It was a great weekend! Highly recommend this venue! We're already making plans to go back to celebrate our anniversary.

Beautiful venue. We had a morning wedding and the ceremony was beautiful. The package we selected came with 2 free nights and the suite was amazing. I would recommend this to everyone. The wedding planner was so helpful and made it a lot lass stressful. They did a great job setting up the reception room with all my decor. It's a great place.

YOU MUST BOOK YOUR WEDDING OR VENUE HERE!!! I live in Dallas but had a destination wedding at Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. We also stayed at the resort for 7 days so we got to know everyone very well. The service was amazing, the rooms were exquisite, and the food was amazing. Nikki helped us every step of the way and for two school teachers on a limited budget, this place provided unmatched value and elegance. If you decide on Vero Beach Hotel and Spa you will not be disappointed!

Planning a wedding at Vero Beach Hotel is so easy and stress free. We used all vendors they recommended and it was so beautiful and I didn't have to do much work. Everyone loved the hotel and said the beach was the best one they'd ever been to. The food was delicious. Nikki and Courtney are so great. Nikki made sure everything went perfectly on my big day and I didn't have to worry, I was able to just enjoy. I can't thank her and the hotel enough. We will definitely go back again and again and I would highly recommend having a wedding here. Our guests were blown away by how fabulous everything was!

Nikki and Courtney are amazing! I was in Boston during the entire planning phase, and they were very responsive to all my annoying emails, even knowing how ridiculously busy they are with all the other events they have going on all the time. The food was great, even having not tasted a thing beforehand. It rained the day of my wedding where we had planned an outdoor ceremony, so everything got moved inside. They did an amazing last minute job making it look like that's the way it was planned from the get. I also got my hair and makeup done at the in-hotel White Orchid Spa which was super convenient. They opened their doors 2 hours early for us at 7am since we had a brunch ceremony. Arianna did makeup and MIchael did hair and they both were soo nice. (I was lucky enough to fly down for a hair and makeup trial, and I definitely recommend it no matter who you go with, if only just for peace of mind.) Overall a great venue and team!

This place is by far met and exceeded my expectations to the max!!! Absolutely gorgeous location, beautiful venue, Nikki is the best wedding planner in the world! The food was delicious. I only heard oohs and aaahs and compliments all night long not one negative comment from guests. The servers were on point. I felt so comfortable and relaxed with the help of the staff. Everything was gorgeous and beautiful not one flaw.

Nikki Estes and her staff were absolutely PHENOMENAL we had an 8 am wedding and it could not have been more beautiful. Her staff made sure everything went perfectly. AMAZING, This venue is so so pretty, the food is great, the hotel service is superb..... BUT the real
gem here is Nikki Estes. We live in Oklahoma and until the day before the wedding, we had not seen the space in person, no taste testing and no face to face with Nikki, the hotel planner.
We had lots of emails and a couple of phone conversations within a very small window of 3 months.
She took my bits and pieces of information and recommended vendors and a list of decisions that we had to make,and SHE brought my vision to life. We had a small intiment wedding and reception
but we still wanted elegance. We arrived the day before the wedding and met with Nikki face to face for the first time. I was so nervous because if things werent right, it was too late to change anything.She was graceful and sweet and COMPLETELY in control. She had every detail "nailed"
She was like a ghost during the wedding and reception. Oh she was there, making sure everyone was in the correct place for the walking order, everyone had a corsage or boutineer, the cake was set up and displayed properly, the guitar player was in the right place and playing on time,and the reception started on time....but she did it so effortlessly that our stress level was NILL. There was not one thing that I had to worry about because it was PERFECT. The venue is wonderful and elegant and the food is great AND Miss Nikki gives you the peace of mind to enjoy and take in the joy of the entire affair. You just absolutely cannot go wrong with tis venue, no matter what size wedding you have.

Our wedding turned out just the way we wanted it! The venue was just lovely, and Nikki Estes did a wonderful job putting together our ceremony and reception. Nikki helped set up the ceremony in my non-traditional request (semi-circle around our "altar" on the beach), set out all of our centerpieces and made sure we were running smoothly and on-time. I was looking for something very low-key and Nikki and all of the staff at the hotel helped make that happen. We planned our wedding from DC, so most of our communication was done via email. I didn't even visit the hotel under 6 weeks before the event, so I selected the hotel and signed a contract sight unseen. The location and venue was worth the minor fear of what I had agreed to from a distance!

The reception hall is nothing spectacular (pretty standard hotel event room, actually), but we were able to get an additional room (part of the restaurant) that we loved loved loved for a reasonable price. The outside patio is also very, very nice with pleasant views of the ocean. Together, the reception hall and the restaurant room made for a spacious and pretty reception.

We also opted to do the package event for our wedding (it was a small wedding) and I think it was so simple and easy to deal with, that I would recommend it to anyone who is planning a small wedding.

It was absolutely amazing, Nikki and Courtney were wonderful and there every step of the way! Everything was perfect!!

Nikki and her team were great. Nikki really helped me and my mom out by providing me details, even though I'm out of the country, and she helped my mom with complicated questions/decisions. She and her staff were so kind to try to tape down an aisle runner that my mom had made for the wedding, even though the rain was about to come and the wind was super strong! I really appreciated all that Nikki and the staff at Vero Beach Hotel and Spa did to make our event unforgettable. :)

Last year my wife and I had our reception at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their facility and staff. Nikki and their staff bent over backwards for us and truly made it a special time for my wife and I. Our reception was everything we dreamed! I plan on coming back every year in the future! I would highly recommend the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa and their staff, without any regrets.

The Vero Beach Hotel and Spa was the perfect place for my wedding. Not only was the hotel gorgeous but the back drop of the beach and ocean for pictures/ambiance was priceless. I couldn't imagine anywhere else to have gotten married.

The Vero Beach Hotel and Spa put on a wonderful meal. I think choosing from the menu was definitely the most fun part as you got to try all the delectable items. Both of my choices were well received by all the guests and the portions were a good size that didn't leave anyone hungry. DELICIOUS!

Nikki Estes the catering manager with the hotel was great to deal with. As I live in Nova Scotia, Canada, and corresponded via e-mail, she did an amazing job. I think I sent her a million e-mails and she answered each and everyone to the fullest and in a timely fashion. I couldn't imagine dealing with anyone else.

Highly recommend this 5 star hotel for your wedding! Clean, very upscale and you have several options for the venue. Food was fantastic!

My daughter was married there May 2017 and everything was outside with a backup area if there was bad weather.... It was absolutely perfect! There was not one thing I would change about my experience. Our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Even the hotel guests had made comments to our guests about the event. The food was great! We had a very complicated ceremony and reception due to the entertainment we were providing and Nikki and Courtney handled it all very well. I had a blast and did not have to worry about anything.

All our guests were very pleased with the amazing accommodations, gorgeous ceremony, and personalized reception at Vero Beach Hotel. When my husband and I got engaged, we searched many different types of venues - but we kept coming back to the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa (VBHS). We initially passed it over because of the cost but the venue was so beautiful and had so many aspects that were important to us. 1. Food: The food at VBHS is outstanding but you don't get to do the tasting until after you've signed the contract. If you've never eaten there, go to Cobalt (the restaurant in VBHS) for lunch or dinner and you'll be pleased with the unique food choices - everything is very fresh tasting and not heavy at all. We wondered if it would still be as good when mass-produced for the crowd and it was - every person raved about how good the food was. Every app was delicious, the entree was great and the sides were great too. 2. Bar: The bar is a little offset from the main reception area but not too far away to keep the crowds off the dance floor. The staff was very friendly and everyone got whatever they wanted. 3. Ceremony: You can have it right on the beach if that's what you dreamed of or they have a lovely pergola like structure on the back patio. We wanted a beach view but were concerned about our elderly guests being able to walk through the sand so the patio was perfect for us. It's not a huge space but we fit 115 people on the patio and everyone could still see and we could still see everyone. 4. Reception: We booked all of cobalt since we had too many people for the one room. They layout is a bit unconventional and a few people had a hard time hearing - so get extra speakers for the odd spaces. Coordinators: We worked with both Lorna and Nikki and they were both fantastic. They answered all my questions and eased any concerns before the wedding. On the day of the wedding they had everything under control - the whole day was so stress free and wonderful, I couldn't have done it without them! Be sure to get extra rooms in your room block because everyone will want to stay there!

Wedding reception was flawless.

Niki helped bring our small "simple, but classy" wedding to life. She was open to all of our out-of-the-box ideas and worked her magic to make our vision of an ice cream bar a reality for everyone to enjoy. Niki and the staff at the hotel treated us like a king and queen and made sure that every detail was covered from parking for our guests to our hotel accommodations to packing up some leftover food to send to our room after the reception.

We opted to just order one meal for the guests and selected the filet mignon plated dinner - it was the best filet I've ever had and I've been to all of the fancy steak restaurants and this filet doesn't even compare. We got married one month ago and I'm still talking about the filet!

The view alone was enough to make our decision for our destination wedding but working with Nikki was easy and reassured us that everything would be perfect even though we would be planning from afar. On the day of, the food and the staff was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel for a destination wedding.

I absolutely LOVED this venue!! Our ceremony and cocktail hour took place on the shoreline patio and the reception in the Cobalt restaurant. At first Nikki would be occasionally hard to reach and meet with but even if it was a bit delayed I always received a very helpful response. Once my date got closer (about a month out) the responsiveness was immediate and she was there to answer any questions I had no matter how silly they may have been! Then on the day of the wedding no words can describe her, her assistant Courtney and the other staff but outstanding!! (and so friendly and helpful!!) I had made a lot of things for my wedding myself and was worried about it all being set up without me being there but it was PERFECT. I can tell they all really listened to how I wanted it to look and made sure it was flawless. The dinner was also amazing!!! I had complements all night on how great the food was! (we did steak and fish and they really were amazing!) Guests also would not stop raving at what a beautiful hotel and view it was as well. I was so incredibly pleased with everything about the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa and would definitely suggest it for a fairytale Vero Beach wedding!

Vero Beach Resort and Spa offered a romantic, on the water, destination feel, which was exactly what we wanted for our special day! Our wedding was exquisite. We loved everything about the venue expect not getting a room comped for the amount of money we spent for the wedding. I feel the bride and groom should receive some kind of discount more than what is offered for guests. When family and friends also booked rooms and everything happened at the facility, I feel the bride and groom should get at least one night comped for having all festivities on premise. Overall, service and food was outstanding!

I worked with Nikki Estes for my recent wedding at Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. She was absolutely amazing and was so helpful on the actual day and leading up to the day. She responds quickly to emails and tries to work with you to accommodate all your needs. I really cannot say enough great things about her. The view from the restaurant/reception area is already gorgeous and all my guests thought the wedding was stunning. The only downfall is they have enough room for 140 people, but the table setup ends up a little awkward. I still loved everything about the venue for my wedding even with the odd seating arrangements. I would highly recommend. The only negative I had was I wanted to use the spa for hair and makeup and they booked to an outside wedding which was really frustrating and I had to go elsewhere, but overall I had a great experience.

This hotel made for the most perfect fairy tale wedding :) Overall, my husband and I were extremely PLEASED with everything! It's a gorgeous venue, food is amazing, and rooms are beautiful!! Nikki Estes and Lorne Nickle, helped with wedding coordination, were both just dolls!!! They were so very helpful and pleasant to work with and completely dedicated to making everything perfect for us. Personally I don't have any complaints with the hotel at all. However, some of my guests experienced minor issues: be careful who you talk to at the front desks, some employees are more friendly than others and if you smoke, don't do it here. Apparently they implemented a "no smoking on premises" rule a week before our wedding and A LOT of our guests were charged an additional $500 to their room bill if they were seen smoking on the hotel grounds or if butts were located around the outside of their room. The rule was so new that there wasn't even any signage up yet so it was a little unfair. Hopefully they've put some signs up by now if they're going to charge a hefty fee like that.

We were very pleased with the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. They are a fairly new resort and are newer to the wedding scene. That being said they really went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. The only thing I would say could use a bit of improvement would be the responsiveness when you are trying to get into a contract with the hotel. It took us a while to actually get a contract from the hotel which made us a bit uneasy, but in the end it all worked out and our wedding was fantastic. The staff through out the wedding was fantastic, catering to anything we needed. We really felt like royalty for a weekend. It is a beautiful resort and certainly worth the cost!

We stayed at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa after having our ceremony and reception at other venues. At first they forgot that we had asked to check in early. I don't think that corporate offices communicate well with the hotel. Some of my guests had a hard time doing the "wed rate" with corporate booking as well. But the lady at the front desk was able to get us into our room within 10-15min. The doormen were fabulous took great care of our cars and bags! Even gave us a discount for having a hybrid car! They are big on being GREEN!
We had a BEAUTIFUL room with an ocean view! Plenty of space for all my bridesmaids and mothers to get dressed and do hair and makeup in!
My sister left flowers and candles at the front desk. Then later in the evening before we got to our room, my cousin came in and decorated our room.
All in all it was a lovely experience. I would stay there again and would recommend the hotel. I just would recommend talking directly to the hotel and not Kimption corporate.

The site for the ceremony was AMAZING! Best by far in the area. The food was great, but very unorganized due to laying off wedding/catering director and not informing us of the situation. Some of the staff was rude, but the head manager took care of any issues and was very helpful.

After reading all the great reviews and meeting with the coordinator we were more than excited to work with them and have our wedding at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. However, after we signed the contract and put in our down payment, we really felt as if we were not of high importance anymore. Sometimes, it took weeks to hear back about questions, phone calls would be answered days later in emails when all we wanted was just to hear that there was really someone there to help us with our problems/questions. The day of did end up coming together great and the food was highly complimented, we were just disappointed in the amount of money we put into it and the lack of response we felt like we received.

The shoreline patio is a perfect and beautiful backdrop. The "wedding planner" that is included in the hefty price is a joke. Be prepared to have your own wedding planner. The Orchid Spa was great as well as Cobalt. All around a pretty good experience for such a stressful occasion.
