Best reception ever!!

It’s been a few months since our wedding and I’m still having friends and family tell me that they’ve never had such a fun time at a wedding before and they had the best time on the dance floor! I was worried that our dance floor was going to empty through the night since we had like 2 hours scheduled for dancing but literally everyone of all ages stayed the whole duration! DJ RyanJay was great about playing the songs we requested while feeling out the audience and playing the songs that kept everyone on the dance floor. I couldn’t recommend Verducci Events and DJ RyanJay enough!!

Highly Recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Verducci Event Productions for our wedding this past June, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! They came highly recommended by a close friend, and from my first inquiry, Andrew was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. After our first virtual appointment, I knew they were the perfect choice.

I had no idea how to plan a wedding, but Verducci made everything so much easier. Their professionalism and guidance throughout the entire process were truly refreshing. Our DJ, RyanJ, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond on our special day, and his excitement was contagious. Despite some last-minute changes to the timeline, he handled everything flawlessly.

One of the standout moments was when he noticed that we hadn't eaten or drunk anything because we were so busy with guests and photos. Every time I looked over, he was bringing us water or making sure we were the first to go to the buffet. Thank you so much, DJ RyanJ, for making our day unforgettable!

Great lights and DJing

My husband and I wanted mood lights and a killer DJ for our wedding. Andrew Verducci and his company really delivered, with amazing LED lights that made the location pop, great dance floor lighting, and Brandon Beach, an amazing DJ and MC who made everyone dance all night, including my Italian friends with some selected hits. Both Andrew and Brandon were responsive, patient, and worked with us to deliver our dream wedding. Thank you so much Andrew and Brandon!

The Best Team!

Andrew & DJ Percy were key to making our wedding day so much fun! Andrew actively communicates with his clients and makes sure he is able to provide exactly what you need. DJ Percy did amazing our wedding day! He played all the songs at the right time with everyone at the wedding was singing and dancing the whole time. We loved seeing all of our family and friends enjoying the music and the vibe throughout the whole night and DJ Percy did that for us! Outstanding 5-Star Experience

Our wedding day at Alila Napa Valley on September 23, 2023, was a dream come true, and we have Verducci Event Productions to thank for making it truly magical. From the moment we began planning until the final dance, their team exceeded our expectations in every way.

First and foremost, Andrew, the owner of Verducci Event Productions, is an absolute gem. His communication skills are top-notch. He was not only responsive and attentive but also incredibly patient as he guided us through the planning process. Andrew ensured he understood our vision and preferences, and his dedication to making our day perfect was evident in every interaction.

And then there's DJ Billy. We can't say enough good things about him. He is a true professional who knows how to keep the party going. From the ceremony to the reception, DJ Billy flawlessly curated the music to match the energy of the moment. Our guests were on their feet from start to finish, and the dance floor was always buzzing. DJ Billy's ability to read the crowd and play the perfect songs was nothing short of amazing.

Great for lighting & sound services

Great Wedding Entertainment!

We used Verducci Event Productions to DJ our wedding. Andrew was our point person. He was great and easy to work with. He had a list of DJs and helped us pick one. We had DJ RyanJay who was awesome. Had the dance floor going all night long and was a lot of fun. He was also very helpful with announcements and following along with our wedding run of show. The bride's father wanted to perform a surprise song he wrote for us. DJ RyanJay went above and beyond and connected with him before the wedding to make sure all the setup would go smoothly. We highly recommend them if you are looking for entertainment services. We will definitely be using them the next time we need a DJ.

Great Music, Great Vibes, Great DJ - Great Choice!

DJ ET from VEP was an excellent choice for our wedding! We loved his friendly, warm, and genuine personality. He took the time to set up a couple of calls before the big day to get to know us and understand our music preferences, which he brought to life on our wedding day. He executed the timing of our music perfectly and made sure we felt comfortable with the length of our first dance song. His song selections and how he mixed the songs together kept our guests on the dance floor the entire night. In fact, the only downside to the day was we wished the dancing lasted longer! Great DJ/MC! Super Professional!

We found VEP through our venue's preferred list and I'm so glad that we went with them! Andrew made it easy and straightforward when it came to booking and he was super professional. Wonderful Experience !

The lighting crew and DJ Robbie did a wonderful job!!

Magical Lighting

We don't have our pro pics yet but to me, everything about our wedding looked picture perfect. We were worried that our venue's power would still be impacted by the PG&E outages, but luckily power was restored a few days before the wedding. Before this though, our vendors were scrambling to figure out contingency plans and coordinated together so as to alleviate any concern on our end. I really appreciated that level of effort.

One of the elements about our venue (the UC Berkeley Faculty Club) that I fell in love with was how it looked with added bistro lighting. Paired with the vaulted ceilings, massive windows, wood structure, and forest-like landscape, the bistro lighting on the patio and in the Great Hall made the entire venue feel magical. When I first toured the venue, a wedding was to take place later in the day and when I saw the couple had bistro lighting installed, I knew I needed to look into a vendor that could do that. The Faculty Club provided me with Verducci Event Productions' number and said they are a preferred vendor. Now I know why.

Our venue isn't your typical venue, it takes skill and familiarity to set up there and I felt confident going with a vendor that knew what they were doing. Andrew did well to keep in touch over the year of planning and made sure to confirm every detail with me before the event. He let me know all of our options and any additional details that Verducci offers; I felt very well-informed and Andrew was easy to communicate with. When I got to the venue the morning of the wedding, the Great Hall was bare and I could barely picture what my vision would like like once the decor, tables, and lighting would be set up.

That evening, when I saw it all together, I was STUNNED. I have to capitalize that word because I truly was. There's something to be said about a Type A person planning a wedding. I did my best to communicate with all my vendors during the planning process and let them do their thang (after all, this is their specialty, not mine) the day of, and I'm really glad I did. Not trying to control everything on the actual wedding day and letting myself trust my vendors helped me better enjoy the day. The lights really brought my vision together and set such a beautiful mood for our evening autumn wedding. I am so happy we decided to treat ourselves with the lighting package we got. Thank you, Verducci! Your team set up and broke down without me even seeing them!

Magical and Amazing Experience

We had the privilege of working with Verducci Event Productions. From a business perspective they are all about doing right by their customers. This starts with solid communication. The Verducci Event Production staff made sure my wife and I had all of the access to the website to provide DJ Lawrence all of the information about our event. They scheduled a couple Face Time meeting makers to go over our selections.

They had the timeline and details down solid.

The staff showed up early to the venue and started transforming the room into an epic venue. The venue by itself was amazing, but by the time the lighting, dance floor, photo booth, and other key details were done. The venue looked absolutely magical.

The music and playlist was solid. The staff at Verducci Event Production want to ensure they capture your vision correctly to make your event special.

I can't say enough about the level of customer service that was provided. They went above and beyond and I would recommend Verducci Event Production to anyone who needs help planning an event. They can cover it all and if there is something they cannot cover they will present great recommendations to help meet your needs. I would hire them again and would highly recommend them for your next event!

Absolutely perfect for my wedding

Garrett absolutely killed it. The dance floor filled up in 5 seconds when the dancing started, and no one left all night. All of the announcements were clear and concise and his energy was fantastic. I would never go anywhere else. 11/10.

Verducci Event Productions was recommended to us by our venue (Berkeley Faculty Club) and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were so willing to creatively solve problems and accommodate all our questions. Our DJ, Erica, was AMAZING. She ensured the night flowed nicely and that our guests' song requests were heard. Having the right DJ to keep your party going can almost make or break your wedding. That’s why we put in a lot of research before selecting our DJ. Verducci was awesome to work with! Unfortunately, our original DJ was injured a few days before our wedding and wouldn’t be able to make it, but within ten minutes they had set us up with DJ Erick and he scheduled a call with us the next day. Even though he only had three days with us prior to our wedding, he was able to understand the vibe we were going for and the layout of our wedding perfectly. On the day of the wedding he was awesome! The dance floor was full all night long and we even had people chanting for more at the end of the night. We had a diverse age mix at our wedding and DJ Erick was able to find songs that pleased each generation. We wanted everyone to have a great time at our wedding- and thanks to DJ Erick there was no question that everyone did! I would HIGHLY recommend both him and Verducci.

Words can't describe how much we loved Verducci for doing the lighting, DJ, and photobooth at our wedding! It was a pleasure working with Todd and learning about how various lighting work together and getting a tour of the lighting warehouse. Together we worked on creating a vision I had at the Chabot Space and Science Center (celestial and fun, no UFOs) and it ended up being absolutely stunning.

DJ ET kept the tunes flowing all night with a wonderful mix of oldies, a love song from the Lion King???, salsa, and top 40s that everyone across generations/cultures/political spectrums could dance to. We met with him several times so he could get a feel for what kind of vibe we were going for and he nailed it. I wanted to do dance karaoke at the end, and he absolutely delivered. Our guests raved at how great the music and decor was and the photobooth was a huge hit. I definitely recommend working with Verducci for all your events!

Brian and I would like to thank Garrett and Claudia for a fantastic job all around. Everyone was punctual to set up and everything was perfect. The blue uplighting made the room look amazing. The glitter backdrop for the photo booth was fantastic. All our guests said they enjoyed both dancing and having the option to take a break to be silly at the photo booth. I heard things like, "This is the best music and mixing I've heard at a wedding!", "Awesome playlist!". Garrett was awesome mixing and transitioning. He was also wonderful at announcing and working with the other vendors to make sure timing was perfect. As a dancer the music was a huge component to our special day. Thank you for being so on top of things I didn't have to worry about the music or photo booth at all.

Andrew, Lawrence and the team at Verducci Event Productions did a wonderful job in making our wedding reception the greatest celebration that many of us had ever attended. It was truly an event not only to celebrate our big day but also engage with the excitement and happiness that electrified the large Bently Reserve event space in San Francisco.

The team at VEP were completely detailed from the start and guided us all the way through several in-person consultations, detailed e-mail and phone communications. We loved that they were able to provide us so many options and compare all of it to their past experiences. It's awesome that Verducci team have also done events for non-weddings as well, including high-profile tech companies like Google, many of the Bay Area's museums and numerous AAA venues.

We had an extremely intricate list of customizations and requests and VEP truly aced them all. From two DJs, the Golden State Warriors Official MC, LED Dance Platforms, a humongous extremely high-def LED Video Wall, Fully Run DMX Lighting Show that only TV shows and music festival can replicate, CO2 Cannons and Audio Visual.

It was truly an epic wedding with so many big production parts and personnel that wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

There were also some faults that we wish could've been different, such as not playing enough of our "Must-Play" hits (we had a truly exhaustive list that might've required custom downloads), but the overall selection of tracks captured exactly what we wanted, a crazy party crowd for a long, memorable night!

We look forward to booking more events with VEP because we can count on them to manage some of our bigger celebrations to perfection.

Verducci Event Productions is a fantastic vendor for any event, but with numerous WeddingWire and TheKnot awards under their belt, they've solified themselves into one of the most capable, knowledgeable and sincere Wedding event production companies in the country today.

Working with Verducci for our wedding surpassed all of our expectations! They were recommended to us through the reception hall that we selected and could not be happier with the choice to work with them. Having selected a reception location that is often frequented by MANY of our guests, transforming the feel of the space was very important to us. For the lighting and decor, we worked directly with the CEO, Andrew. We explained the feel that we wanted and the budget that we had to work with. Andrew immediately knew what to do! His confidence eased all of our concerns. He was also extremely responsive, eliminating all the worry and hassle of having to follow-up (all you brides know what I am talking about!). In the end, the room looked amazing!! The uplighting that Andrew recommended made the room feel much more romantic and elegant (exactly what we were going for). Our guests could not believe that it was the same place they had just recently visited for a casual dinner.

Verducci also provided us with the BEST DJ EVER!!! After answering a few questions, two Verducci DJs were recommended for our event. After watching the promo videos, we chose Garrett who seemed to have the energy that we were looking for and ability to work with a variety of music. NO REGRETS whatsoever! Garrett lived up to every one of our expectations. Everything from his demeanor, tone, energy, and of course mixing skills was exactly what we were hoping for and more. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the very last note of the last.

We highly recommend Verducci for anyone planning an event. They are stellar!

If I could give Verducci more than 5 stars, I would.

My wedding planner from Sydney Camille Events initially booked us with another lighting/DJ vendor, but knowing we had high hopes and visions in transforming our venue into something that glowed, she then referred us to Andrew + his team for our entertainment and lightning needs for our wedding, and we're so happy she did!

LIGHTING:
We really wanted to transform our wedding venue into something that illuminated romantic, warm, amber tones and from the beginning, Andrew was determined to make that happen for us. Our initial vision had bistro lights fanning out from the ceiling, but due to Bridges Golf Club's beams and low ceilings, we unfortunately could not make this happen. Andrew + team didn't let this bump in the road get in the way of creating the atmosphere we were looking for though, because in the end, we could not have asked for anything better! We did run into a small hiccup with some string lights, but our DJ came to the rescue with some spares uplighting they had, just in case (good lookin' out Verducci!).

So much thought and detail went into everything: from vision, to test runs, to set up, and tear down - the team was phenomenal and worth every penny spent.

DJ/ENTERTAINMENT:
We chose Garrett for our DJ and have absolutely no regrets in our choice. He was warm, friendly, and likable. Transitions between events throughout the reception went smoothly and felt very natural. His music choices and transitions were also A+. He found a good way to blend our eccentric music style into a very cohesive set. He even pieced together a custom track for our first dance AND for my father-daughter dance. Again, worth every penny spent.

Thank you to the entire Verducci team for bringing our visions to life! You play one of the big role sin why my husband and I want to relive that night over and over again - you helped make that night absolutely magical. We can't wait to share our official pictures.

I work with Verducci both in my professional life and also just had them DJ and light my wedding a couple weekends ago! The entire team at Verducci is really great, very professional, and super fun to be around! Cedric killed it at my wedding with the music & sound, and the uplighting around all the trees in our reception was really beautiful as well. The team at Verducci knows so many Bay Area venues and can really transform a space with uplighting, bistro lights, etc. if you're looking for that! Garrett was our DJ and he was fantastic to work with from start to finish!

I was thrilled with DJ ET at our wedding in August! We met with him a few times before the wedding and he really helped refine our day of timeline and make helpful suggestions about music timing and how to fit everything in. He understood the type of music we were looking for, for each part of the evening from ceremony to reception. Also, he was super flexible in playing some specific songs we wanted and made sure the speeches ran smoothly. There were a ton of requests from guests and he fit in as many as possible. The photo booth from Verducci was also fantastic - I would recommend this service as well.

Everyone was on the dance floor all night and we had the dance party we wanted!! I strongly recommend DJ ET to anyone looking for an event DJ - I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

We worked with Todd and DJ Derrick at Verduccies for our wedding here in Oakland. They were the bomb. We had an outdoor venue, and had some additional requests associated with a wedding flash mob. Todd was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and guided us through what would be the most beautiful light solution within our budget. The lighting was gorgeous all-around. The sound worked great, including during the outdoor ceremony, where it was a little windy. As for the music, my husband and I are pretty particular about the songs we like and don't like. We told DJ Derrick we were sick of the standard wedding songs (we've been to a lot of weddings recently), and wanted the songs WE like. DJ Derrick is quirky and fun - exactly what we wanted - and moreover, paid attention to detail and really took good care of us making sure we were 100% comfortable. He got our vibe immediately, and the mix got many compliments from our guests. Overall we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend working with Verduccies!

Andrew and his team are incredible. They took a very basic, industrial looking room, and transformed it to a beautiful, romantic, and elegant wedding reception. The up lighting around the room, and two chandeliers that we're last minute adds to our design, and the custom gobo above our wedding cake, there wasn't a detail that they didn't attend too. We've loved seeing the photos of the event and room- from the professional photographers, or our friends snapchats- everything looked great.

We just had a 240 person wedding with the reception in the ballroom of a hotel. Andrew did the lighting and did a fabulous job! It took a while for me to understand the lighting options, pricing and for us to develop a lighting plan, but Andrew stuck with me as we ironed it out. The end result was wonderful. The amber lighting, gobo patterned dance floor, and later blue party lighting really set the mood. We highly recommend working with Andrew on any future lighting needs you may have!

We hired Verducci for lighting services, specifically amber uplighting for the main hall and gobo dance floor lighting. Besides a small hiccup with signing the contract (it was way too long and most sections didn't apply to our wedding), working with Verducci was flawless. Lawrence really took care of us by making the planning as easy as possible.

But the most important part of it all is that our wedding venue looked incredible! The lighting really transformed the space and set the mood/atmosphere for the evening. Hiring Verducci is a must.

DJ ET was AMAZING. We cannot thank him enough about what a wonderful job he did. My dad said he was the best MC he has heard in a long time. My friends thought he was awesome with getting the party going and he followed my music preferences perfectly. I don't think the reception would have gone as smoothly as it did without him. It was able to transition from one announcement to the other with ease and his attention to detail was perfection.

I would HIGHLY recommend Verducci to any family or friend hosting an event. The company is easily accessible, easy to work with, easy to communicate with. I have nothing bad to say about Verducci.

Thank you for everything you did on our wedding day! Lawrence was an absolutely amazing DJ/MC! He was a pleasure to work with during the planning process, and played amazing music that had the guests dancing all night long! I had family and friends coming to me to tell me how amazing the DJ was, and all I could say is "I know!" I love the philosophy of your company, where clients work DIRECTLY with their DJ, start to finish. It brings such a personal touch to the event, and I really felt that Lawrence knew us on a personal level and he was invested in our event. We felt that Lawrence wanted to do the best he could, so we can have a perfect wedding. We put our complete trust in Lawrence, and we are so glad we did, because he did a fabulous job keeping the event going on a good timeline and the dance floor packed. DJ Garrett was fantastic! He absolutely made the wedding! From the initial meeting to the end of the wedding, Garrett was fabulous! He was very easy to work with and made sure that everything we asked for was played. Garrett made sure that the wedding was kept on schedule and ran smooth. We had DJ Kelly for our wedding on September 20. We were more than happy with his services! He was punctual, professional, and was available to answer any questions we had about our wedding. He helped ensure our day went smoothly and offered up any suggestions to assist in making it a perfect day. He was accommodating to our guests and played anything and everything that was requested by us and our guests. Everyone got on the dance floor and it remained packed with people for most of the night. Verducci as a company is fantastic. They include a vendor planning packet that helps you remain organized and helps assist you in making choices that you otherwise might forget. They have a team of people that communicate with you throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them for any event!

I originally witnessed the fabulousness of Verducci at my sister's wedding where Adam DJ'd and was wonderful. My sister had a wonderful experience working with them, so I contacted them immediately after. Adam was already booked, but we still went with Verducci because of the overall experience my sister had working wiht them. Mortay DJ'd our event... he was absolutely wonderful! Before the wedding, he was so responsive everytime we had a question. We met twice in person and then 1 phone call the week before the wedding, otherwise he was always available over email to answer questions. Verducci has a wonderful website that you get access to once you book with them, and it helps with picking and planning all the music. Mortay went through it with us and asked questions, made suggestions, and clarified so that he could make sure he had an idea of what we were thinking for the day of. He got in contact with the venue the week before in order to touch base with them, since he hadn't DJ'd the venue before. He showed up the day of early to set everything up. Once the wedding started, he kept everything running smoothly. Once the dancing started, he had everyone (young and old) out on the dance floor the entire night. He did a wonderful job of balancing what we wanted played, requests, and what he knew would keep the crowd out there. I couldn't have been happier with Mortay's services! In general, all my communication and interaction with all the Verducci staff was professional, helpful, pleasant. I would highly recommend them for any wedding!

I was very satisfied with their work. They did their work professionally and executed their items well. They did meet all of the tight timeframes by setting up in advance--so good foresight and planning.

The gobo lighting on the dance floor looked amazing. They did an amazing job on setting up with the dance floor. I was made aware of a potential issue of the gobo looking distorted if the lighting technician did not have enough time to coordinate with the dance floor lay out and was suggested to possibly use one of the walls. However, I am glad we stuck with the dance floor projection. It looked wonderful.

ET was amazing! He was super helpful and did a fantastic job keeping the party going. We changed the time frames and schedule last minute (walking around to each table took longer than expected), but he did a great job keeping us on track and accommodating our needs. If I ever get married again, I'll for sure have him as our DJ =) We will be recommending him for sure to all our friends and family. He also met with us 2 weeks before our wedding to go over the vibe we wanted and he exceeded our expectations!!!

Verducci did lighting only for my wedding and they did a fantastic job! For those of you out there who are using a band for your wedding looking for just lighting packages, Verducci can help you at a reasonable price! Verducci made everything so easy. I was one of those brides who was so busy with two jobs and wedding planning that I wanted everything to be easy and simple and working with Verducci was a breeze! I was overwhelmed with the number of in person meetings I had to do with vendors the month before my wedding. Verducci ensured me we could communicate via email, over the phone, or in person, whatever worked best for me. We were able to work everything out via email due to my busy schedule it was SO NICE to eliminate the need for yet another vendor meeting!

We used Verducci for purple uplighting in our venue as well as a cake pin spot and bistro string lights on the patio. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't have asked for more. The lighting was the perfect finishing touch on the venue. It was so simple, yet tied the entire event together! I can't believe I was considering not having lighting at first--It was money well spent! Nothing transforms a room like gorgeous lighting! Also the patio turned out to be a prime hangout space during dancing at our reception for those who needed a break from the dance party, and the patio lighting was spectacular. I can't say enough great things about Verducci, they were incredibly professional, did a fantastic job, and were one of the easiest vendors we worked with during our planning process. If you're looking for a bay area lighting vendor, contact them ASAP!

My husband Jonathan and I are active duty military stationed on an island in Alaska, and planned a destination wedding in San Francisco. After doing some shopping around, we decided on API for a multitude of reasons, from their kindness and professionalism to their competitive rates.

We didn't have the pleasure of meeting our DJ, Joey, prior to the reception, but that didn't end up being an issue at all. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We had a very specific request for the wedding march, and we had the timing down to the second of when we wanted it to play. Joey rolled with the punches and timed everything perfectly, it couldn't have gone better.

When the reception rolled around, there were a few changes, but Joey was awesome and didn't skip a beat (see what I did there?... ;). We were thrilled with the music selection he played, and was overall a pleasure to work with. They met and exceeded our expectations by far!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any event, we were so thrilled with their services!

From the get go, and initial contact with the company, Andrew was awesome. His professionalism was great, and he answered any questions I had within 24 hours. Not only that, but it felt like he was truly excited for our big day. That's difficult to emote when you're in the wedding industry and see weddings all the time...but I felt that he was just as excited as I was!

DJ Mortay was FANTASTIC!! He played all the songs we wanted and created the perfect ambiance for our wedding day...from the Cocktail Hour to the Dancing. The dance floor was NEVER empty!! His emceeing and timing was absolutely flawless.

Do not look further. The rest of the reviews are all correct - this company offers the highest quality service and I really cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. We hired Adam Kennedy as our wedding DJ. He covered the ceremony music as well as the reception and emcee responsibilities and he was amazing. We met with him in person twice before the wedding and traded lots of emails. He was very responsive and meticulous with the details. By the time of the wedding, I felt like he really knew us and we were very comfortable having him play such an important role in our big day. I didn't know this until afterward, but he even gave my sister a pep talk before her maid of honor toast, which she said made a huge difference. She was so impressed with him that she tried to book him for her wedding, but he was already booked (moral: book early!) I am sure the other DJs are equally amazing and qualified.

We also booked a photobooth and it was a huge hit. Working with Verducci to book both the DJ and photobooth was very smooth. All of the owners and employees we worked with exhibited the utmost professionalism and were extremely nice and courteous. When we hadn't heard from anyone about our photobooth graphic design about 2 weeks or so before the wedding, we contacted them and Andrew Verducci responded immediately and walked us through the entire process. They designed the perfect graphic for our photos and our guests loved the props. If I have not made it clear enough already: BOOK THIS COMPANY!

Kevin and I are so happy we chose Verducci's for our wedding! DJ Adam was very accomodating in working with the seven hours of wedding music we provided; the music came together beautifully. He accepted last minute requests from wedding guests which made the event more meaningful for everyone. After using Verducci for my sister's wedding a few years ago, I decided to call them first when my husband and I got engaged! We made the right call for sure!!! We added in the Photo Booth option and we and our guests had so much fun taking some pretty silly pictures….It was fun to get the digitals back and see what everyone did in the booth! Jarred was our DJ for the evening and he was amazing! He really knew how to keep the party going plus we found the pre-wedding meeting super helpful! We went over time lines, likes and dis-likes, etc. I would refer Verducci Event Productions over and over! We used Verducci Event productions for our wedding this past weekend and we could not be happier. We had Andrew as our DJ, and Verducci's was also there for our lighting and Photo Booth.

Andrew, Lawerence (lighting), and their team kept in contact with us often in the months prior to our wedding to make sure they got to know our vision and every detail we wanted incorporated. Everything went off without a hitch. Andrew and his team truly listened to our vision and executed. Their service is unparalleled, and they truly helped to make our dream wedding.

We had a mix of cultures, as it was a Jewish & Hindu wedding, and Andrew was able to blend music together perfectly to fit the bill. Everyone was so impressed with the music, as well as the flow of the night.

The lighting was on point and turned the room into the exact atmosphere we were hoping for. Also, the photo booth was so much fun. It was nice because they had such different props then the usual cheesy ones, and everyone really enjoyed it.

The party went all night and no one wanted it to end. I can honestly say Verducci Event productions is the reason for this. Thank you all for making our wedding such a success!

The team at Verducci's made our wedding absolutely wonderful! I purchased a package from them that included lighting and DJ services and they delivered on every aspect. Everyone on the team was readily available to answer questions throughout the process, and even took the time to have a special meeting with me to ensure the color of the lights was the perfect "coral" I was going for!

I was most impressed with our DJ, Jared. My husband had been friends with Jared in high school, but I had never met him until the wedding planning began (and I was very hesitant to use one of my husband's "buddies"!) He was absolutely amazing. Not only did he keep the dance floor packed the entire night, more importantly, he really listened to exactly what we wanted and made sure that those things happened. One of my requests was that Jared do basketball style introductions for my wedding party that I had written and he was perfect! I loved that we could throw anything at him and he made sure it was executed flawlessly. I truly think that Jared went above and beyond his duty of just being our DJ, and helped us incorporate the special elements that were important to us.

I am so happy I chose Verducci Event Productions as my DJ/MC service for my wedding reception! DJ Mortay was my DJ for my wedding and we was AMAZING! From Day 1 he was attentive and very accommodating. He was so great about emailing/callling me regularly to check in and to make sure everything for my event was perfect. I am writing to enclose my absolute pleasure and happiness that Jared Sanz-Freilich displayed while being an MC for our wedding day in Half Moon Bay, CA on September 6, 2014.

I received countless compliments from guests of how well the mixes were, as well as the music choice. He started the evening out wit holder generation playlists and slowly transferred to a new age contemporary playlist. His professionalism, both in speech and appearance was exactly that, professional. As an MC, he kept events during the night running smoothly and flawlessly, which was one of our highest expectations. We first spoke with Joey and we were super impressed. We didn't have an extravagant wedding but we knew that DJ could make or break the night. He asked all the right questions and had answers for everything. You could tell they've done events. We left the meeting feeling so relieved - a huge chunk of our worries was taken care of. We were assigned to Lawrence later due to schedule conflict but that left no gap. Our peace of mind was the same with him.

During the wedding, Lawrence did a great job keeping the guests engaged and moving things along. He worked great with the venue staff. Everything went so smooth I was totally unstressed. We're so glad we were able to get Verducci to DJ/emcee our wedding. They had so much more to offer to make the event more extravagant. They sent us a follow-up note too. Amazingly thorough from the first meeting to the end!

Verducci Event Productions was a WONDERFUL choice. A recommendation by a close friend is how I made my decision to work with Andrew and Joey, and I am thrilled I did. Joey did a wonderful job--from start to finish. When I arrived on site, he was already set-up and had everything ready to go for my wedding. We had to make some last minute changes for the set-up due to rainy weather...but he was still prepared! And he jovially handled his MC duties and announcements (including the wedding party arrival, as well as our dinner toasts...where he had to hand-walk the mic to each speaker because of tight dining arrangements). Joey played everything I asked for on my "play list" and avoided everything on my "no play list" which was very kind! And his ability to mix together the WIDE range of music I asked for is what kept everyone on the dance floor! Thank you to the entire Verducci Team for making my wedding day perfectly wonderful! And thank you to Andrew for making the whole process from the beginning as smooth as he did...!

Andrew was so great to work with. We are still getting rave reviews about everything.
The packet they provide really helped make the whole event run smoothly and feel so organized. The pace was great. I had someone comment today that they never felt they were waiting for parts of the wedding to happen and they didn't feel rushed through parts either.
People also keep commenting on the great vibe he kept up and how well he did with the crowd. There were people out dancing that I never would have guessed would dance. I really can't say enough great things! The wedding was a huge hit!
Venders can make or break your wedding and Verducci Entertainment will not let you down.

Verdicci Entertainment provided DJ services, a photo booth and lighting for our wedding reception at the Golden Gate Club in San Francisco. I wish I could post before and after pictures of the venue with this review. The transformation was amazing.

Andrew Verducci was our DJ and having him there was like having another wedding coordinator working for an with us throughout the night. He acted as MC and DJ and did a fantastic job keeping everyone dancing and keeping the night on schedule.

10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Verducci Productions was incredible and I am so glad they were apart of our wedding. Andrew talked me through the whole planning process and provided exceptional service, lighting, photobooth and DJ for the reception. Andrew and his team are truly a class act! From the very beginning he was responsive, knowledgable and very professional. Throughout the planning process he offered great ideas that added so much to our wedding ceremony and reception! His team was very easy to work with and always got back to me very quickly! What really impressed me about Andrew is that he took time out of his busy schedule to do a site visit at my venue since he had not been there before! This showed me his commitment in making my event the best it could be!

The day of the wedding Andrew was early and willing to help in any way he could even if it didn't have to do with services he was providing. He was an invaluable addition to our wedding experience!

On top of being a wonderful person, Andrew is so easy to work with! I will absolutely be calling Andrew and his team again for lighting and DJ services!

We used Verducci Event Production for our wedding in October, 2013. I was really impressed with the company, they pride themselves on customer service.

My wife and I live in LA and traveled up to the bay area to do wedding planning and this company was exceptionally flexible with their meetings. We met with Andrew (owner) on our way out one Sunday in a Starbucks in San Ramon, we met with Aaron (DJ) on the Stanford campus one time (my wife's mother lives about 10 minutes away from the campus).

The price was very reasonable for the value that you get. Our DJ really did a great job of listening to what we wanted and delivering a fantastic music selection and various announcements. Aaron was fantastic!

Our lighting was also done by Verducci's and I have to say that Nicole was probably my single favorite vendor to interface with. She was beyond prompt with her responses to e-mails (which was great because we weren't local to the venue). She drove out one time to take a look at the venue because she hadn't worked there before, and this was before we even knew if we wanted to add any lighting. She has a great eye for it and made suggestions that worked perfectly with the look of the venue. The lighting techs did a great job of setting up the ceremony site, the dinner site, and the reception site.

This company will really take care of you as a client. They won't just send out a DJ with just a playlist and some notes without having at least one meeting with you first. They provide a rather thorough packet to fill out with song choices and other things like schedule and special announcements (which came in handy trying to coordinate movement around our venue site).

After meeting with Andrew for our initial meeting- my husband and I felt confident with what VE had to offer. Andrew made it clear that his company would do everything they could to make our day special and stress free. We got to pick our DJ that seemed to match what we were looking for.
When we first met Luke (our DJ), we quickly felt comfortable with
him. What an amazing person he is. He was very friendly, not only talked
to me and my husband but he also included my daughter. A couple months later
during the planning process, i was having a hard time finding the song we
wanted to do our first dance to. I emailed Luke to see if he had
it....he didnt but about 2 hours later he had found it and sent it to
me!! It was so easy and i didnt have to stress about it. We had some
phone conferences telling him what we wanted and didnt want.
When our wedding day came, it was perfect!! luke was great!! He was able
to adjust the timeline when things got a bit behind when it took us longer to make our rounds then expected. He remained calm, which kept
me calm and relaxed. The music he played was fun and our guests were
having a blast!! I had many guests comment on luke and how fun he was!!
I seriously couldnt have asked for a better day!! Luke definitely helped make our special day extra special..... I highly recommend VE for your wedding or event!!

Jared was amazing to work with! He took care of us from the beginning of the contract process until the very end of our wedding reception. He made us feel so comfortable and really took the stress out of creating a timeline for our wedding. Jared gave us insight and ideas about how to create a great flow for our reception. Andrew from Verducci Event Productions MC'ed our wedding along with provided a fabulous photo booth. We really could not have been happier with our experience! Andrew was so great about answering questions in a timely manner, and checking in with us to see if he could help with anything. The weather in Half Moon Bay did not start off well for our outdoor wedding. It rained so hard that it flooded into the reception room. That did not stop Adam though. He is super friendly, calm, cool, and accommodating. He checked to make sure I was ready and feeling alright when it was time. He played the songs I asked him to play with start and stop times for certain songs, in which he had to modify. The wedding ran late because of the rain, but Adam got us back on schedule and kept us there by reminding us of all the important thing we wanted to cover at the wedding (toasts, cake cutting, 1st dance, etc.). I am definitely going to recommend him to my friends. The bonus was the dj booth that was lit up in our color scheme . it really set the mood and made our cake look great. Thanks Andrew Verducci for having great customer service and fantastic workers like Adam. Everyone loved the music and complimented him.

The wedding was great and Lawrence did such an amazing job!! I was so unaware how crucial it would be to have an excellent MC to take care of the timing until we went through the day and everything went by so fast. Everything was perfect. We were coordinating and planning our own wedding so we dealt directly with Verducci. The wedding was around 250 people so we opted for the large photobooth. Verducci arrived and setup without a hitch. Our guests loved the photobooth and of course we have some of the best pictures from the wedding on the CD that was provided to us before they left the event. We highly recommend using Verducci, it was a good experience for us.

I just wanted to write a quick note to say how amazing DJ Jared, Nicole and Maxx were at making our ceremony and wedding a magical event a few weeks ago at the Garden Pavilion in Sonoma. From our first meeting with Andrew at his office in Berkeley, to the communication we had with his staff throughout our wedding planning, working with Verducci Entertainment was a delight. The music was superb and right on que throughout the night, thanks to DJ Jared. There were so many dance-offs and sing-a-longs that all of our guests enjoyed together... old and young! I was a bit nervous about how the reception space would look without lighting and when Nicole and Maxx came up with their ideas about how to make it look like a romantic and intimate space...they blew us away! They developed a custom lighting plan just for the space. The uplighting was gorgeous, the gobo of our names highlighting the dancefloor and the magical mason jar lighting that was placed above our receptions tables was perfect! Thank you again for all your help in making our destination wedding in beautiful Sonoma a dream come true!

A month ago the love of my life and I woke up, realized we were now husband and wife, and immediately thought.....wow, what a party! When you are planning your wedding, there are so many little details that contribute to the end result. Hiring Verducci Event Productions was a blessing in disguise. They are incredibly organized and really take the time to get to know you as a person not just the bride and groom that hired them. You know you have a great DJ when four year olds are dancing with 80 year olds for the entire reception. There was not one moment where the dance floor was not occupied and Andrew took such good care of the flow of the evening, my husband and I felt like we could actually get some air outside while not worrying that our guests were not entertained. To be honest, the music was so good some probably didn't even notice we were gone because they were too busy dancing! It is an amazing feeling to marry the person of your dreams, but an even better feeling knowing that you hosted an experience not just an event that people are still talking about. I had a last minute DJ change (a month before my wedding!!) and Andrew was kind enough to help me out in a pinch. He found me a new DJ (Aaron) who I had an opportunity to meet with and talk to before the wedding. Aaron is courteous, professional, and very open to suggestions. He listened to everything I said in terms of music choices, even though my taste is very eclectic. We had an absolutely amazing time at the wedding, and Aaron was wonderful. He had amazing energy and we had the most epic dance party! My friends all commented on how they knew the dancing at my wedding would be great, and how the DJ killed it. My bride and I could not have been any happier about our experience with Andrew Verducci and his team related to our wedding this past June. We were very pleased with the entire portfolio of services (DJ, sound, photobooth, lighting/décor) that Verducci Entertainment provided. Andrew's level of responsiveness was great all the way from our first meeting to the actual day of the wedding. He and his team were very well prepared and showed great attention to detail. As an example, Andrew arrived well before the ceremony for the sound setup and quickly discovered that a change in microphones (from lapel mikes to standing mikes) was in order, due to the wind conditions for our outdoor ceremony. Had he not done this, I have no doubt that it would have been much more difficult for our guests to have heard the speeches during the ceremony. As for the reception hall, it looked spectacular! Amazing job on the uplighting and pinlights by Andrew's team ... the place looked magical. As for the DJ services, we were delighted by Andrew's mixing of songs. We had a fairly large number of folks dancing all the way to midnight. He really did a great job in moving things along. We had a number of guests say that they really liked the music and his DJ services. The photobooth was also a big hit. If you want to work with a consummate team of professionals who will make your event dazzle (and alleviate your worries/concerns beforehand), you should look no further than Verducci Entertainment for all your needs.

My husband and I hired Andrew from Verducci Entertainment to be our wedding DJ and to help us with lighting arrangements. Not only is he passionate about his work, we were impressed with his commitment to the community. We knew we were in good hands but we didn't know how good until the wedding day. Before the wedding, I was concerned with the fact that we didn't have a day-of coordinator. I was worried that the wedding would seem choppy and people wouldn't know where to go or what to do. However, my fears were unfounded. During the wedding, Andrew kept the events moving forward smoothly with no hitches, directing people from event to event while setting the mood with an amazing playlist. As a result, my husband and I enjoyed the wedding stress-free. And the lighting! My husband and I had created a logo that we asked Andrew to make for us into a custom gobo. The end result was a gorgeous light effect on the dance floor that had all our guests talking!

The Verducci's team is a joy to work with. When we first met with Adam, he walked through all of the steps for filling out the DJ packet, and showed us examples of what they could do with our exact venue. It was so nice to see pictures of our venue and see exactly where everything was going to go instead of just relying on a floor plan.

Adam, our DJ, was great! He met with us several times, and kept in constant contact through out the planning process. He took what we wanted and made it even more then we could have imagined.

The photobooth was a huge hit! Even my 97 year old grandfather had his picture taken with some great props.

I highly recommend the Verducci's team!

We hired Verducci Event Productions for our wedding in Mill Valley at the Outdoor Art Club on 6/8/13 and couldn't have been more happy about it.

Andrew was professional, personal, and really fun to work with. He thought of everything (many things we never thought about beforehand like what music to play during cocktail hour to what music to play during the bouquet toss) and made us feel comfortable right away. I knew he had a good reputation on all websites, but I was still surprised by how impressed we were.

A DJ is a really important part of your ceremony and reception and Verducci Event Productions really came through. Andrew basically kept the reception running on time since we didn't have any wedding planner. The lighting looked great with our linens/venue decorations. He showed up early to set up and make sure everything was perfect well before any guests (or even our caterer!) had arrived.

As for the dancing, he kept us on our feet all night long! We sent him a long list of songs we wanted to hear and he had them all ready to go. He had a detailed music planner for us to fill out WITH suggestions. This assured we got to hear all our favorite songs.

Also - our venue had some volume restrictions (it was partly outdoor, partly indoor) but Andrew took care of everything.

He also was really good at staying in touch with us. He guided us through deciding which song to play when well before the wedding was coming up. Basically, he let us relax. Also, when we were unsure about a particular song to play, he found several version of the songs and sent them to us so that we could make up our minds. It was a great experience and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Verducci Event Productions. Finally, as a great finishing touch, he had a couple of CDs with all of our wedding music that he handed me as I thanked him after the reception. It was a nice touch and we got to listen to our wedding songs as we were on our honeymoon.

I hired Adam Kennedy from Verducci Entertainment to DeeJay and MC my daughter’s wedding at Cornerstone Gardens in Sonoma. In a word, Adam was fantastic! He worked well with my daughter and son-in-law to develop their playlists and had no problem accommodating some last minute changes. I had a very specific way that I wanted the members of the wedding party introduced and Adam pulled that off without a hitch and really set a good, fun tone for the entire evening. My Father-of-the-Bride toast required some musical accompaniment and, again, Adam worked with me to make sure that the right songs and parts of songs were ready on cue as I made my remarks. Once we got to the party after dinner, Adam started playing songs, people started dancing and the dance floor was full all night! The ceremony, dinner and reception were all great and the experience was definitely enhanced by Adam on the mic and the music that he played for us!

Booking the event was also easy thanks to the assistance of Andrew Verducci. All in all, I was pleased with the preparation and the execution.

We had our wedding in April of this year and we were very happy with Verducci Entertainment!! We did our lighting and music through them and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The lighting really made the mood of our reception and it was beautiful!!! Andrew Verducci was our DJ and he was right on!! great d.j. adam kennedy d.j.a.k. was perfect, all the music was timed perfectly got my grandma on the dance floor, everyone had a great time. his attire was appropriate, he had everything set up and ready to go. his phone conversations put me at ease i knew he knew exactly what to play and when , he helped me pick music out when i had no idea what to play, he was perfect!!!

Verducci Event Productions made my wedding night! Our guests of all different age groups danced the entire night. I received so many compliments about the music and it was all because of DJ Lawrence and Verducci Event Productions. I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding the best night of my life!

I've been to about 30 friend / family weddings and hands down Verducci Entertainment has been the best DJ. Andrew hit my vision AND read the crowd perfectly! I've had NUMEROUS guests call me post wedding to say they have never been to a wedding with such great music and a happening dance floor. All said it was thanks to the DJ. Andrew even gave us a CD with the songs we had requested for the night. It truly showed his willingness to go a step above to provide amazing customer service. As an event planner on the side, I will definitely be contacting Andrew in the future!

There are simply no words to describe our perfect San Francisco Wedding on April 6th. Verducci Entertainment made our reception absolutely flawless.

Leading up to the wedding, we met with our DJ, Lawrence, for those of you who would like a name to request. He went above and beyond to take the time to personally meet with my family and fiancé, honoring all of our MANY song requests and multiple changes to our timeline.

Verducci Entertainment assisted with the timeline, music selections, announcing of the bridal party, and lighting at the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club. Lawrence did an exceptional job of keeping us on the tight schedule I had planned; organizing the bridal party for the grand entrance and kept the guests on the dance floor the ENTIRE night!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Everyone at Verducci Entertainment was reliable, extremely helpful, responsive to any and all concerns--and truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure our day was exactly as we had imagined. It was that, and so much more! We have had many of our guests say it was the best wedding they have ever been to! (The words every bride and groom want to hear from their guests!)

If given the option, Veducci Entertainment would have 10 stars! They are by far the BEST IN THE BAY! One of my bridesmaids booked them for her upcoming San Francisco Wedding in July!

They will make your day absolutely perfect!

The Verducci Entertainment crew has been such a pleasure to work with when we had our wedding 2 weeks ago at the Claremont Hotel in Berkeley. From the initial consultation they provided all the detail about the process, benefits, and all options while providing a friendly and professional attitude. Understanding our needs and providing a sense of peace of mind changed from what could have been a tedious wedding plan to now an exciting one.

I met with DJ Lawrence who performed at my wedding and he is absolutely fantastic. He is very professional, very friendly, and most importantly, easy to work with, especially during the track edit sessions. He is always patient and always responded to any of my questions and concerns very quickly. He even let me know his schedule in case he might be out anytime during the week. As for spinning music, he definitely is in tune with the diversity of music and really knows how to read the audience and keep them moving!

I have to say, hiring someone that has the experience and skill, not only with music, but most importantly knowing how to engage the audience, goes such a long way in making your one time......hopefully one-time ;) ..... experience that extra special.

We were simply blown away with the service we received with Verducci Entertainment! We worked with Andrew all the way from concept to the event itself, and he made it nothing but easy and enjoyable!

Andrew worked to make sure that everything that we requested was done. He gave us plenty of helpful options, especially for a number of things that we had not even thought about. In fact, Andrew was so organized that we basically ran everything through his plan and it worked out wonderfully!

Extremely professional and made the night incredibly fun! We would definitely recommend Verducci Entertainment and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Working with Verducci Entertainment for our wedding this past October was awesome! Andrew and his staff are professional, helpful and creative. As a busy bride, I appreciated their wedding planning packet, which made the whole process so simple and stress-free. Plus their knowledge of lighting and how to best brighten the space made our reception gorgeous. We loved the purple lights!

Our DJ, Jared, was incredible. He took all our suggestions to heart and met with us about a month before the wedding. He was always quick to respond to our questions and had great suggestions. Everyone danced the night away at our reception and had rave reviews for the DJ.

If you want top-notch service and an issue-free wedding (at least when it comes to your DJ and lighting!), I highly recommend Verducci Entertainment. Both my husband and I were 100% happy with our choice.

DJ Lawrence was incredible! He had EVERY single person out on the dance floor all night long. He played all of the songs we requested and rounded out the evening with the perfect mix of songs based on our style. We had several people come up to us the next day saying that they were "sore from dancing all night" - exactly what we wanted. Everyone raved about the songs and the variety and Lawrence did an absolutely incredible job. Outside of the actual event he was incredibly organized, fun to work with, on top of every detail and has a fantastic planning process. My husband and I had so much fun brainstorming music with him and he had great advice about key moments of the night. A DJ can make or break the night and he made our wedding perfect, we loved every second of the night. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Verducci gave me an amazing wedding.

Jared was so great and easy to work with. He was a huge help with my music selection and had an easygoing personality. We had a lot of fun and my guests loved him.

The lighting they put up was the perfect amount to accent the room. Their setup looked great and was completely professional from the lighting to the DJ booth.

I was originally unsure about the photo booth but I am so glad I decided to go with it. The guests loved it and the photo booth attendant was so fun.

Overall Verducci was fantastic and their staff is so fun to work with. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for big events! Thank you Verducci for making my special day memorable and a bit more special.

DJ Lawrence and Verducci Entertainment could not have been more professional or on point for our wedding. We met with him early on about 11 months before the wedding, when just starting our search for wedding day vendors. He asked all of the right questions – trying to get a feel for the vibe and setting of our special day. The price quote that we got was competitive, and we felt very comfortable with DJ Lawrence after our first meeting, so we decided to book Verducci for our outdoor Sonoma wedding in October 2012. DJ Lawrence coached us through completing the planner packet, which covered every single important detail of our event – from timing to song choices to order of events. Then after we completed the packet, we sat down for a face-to-face meeting at the Verducci Entertainment office in Berkeley (very cool office, by the way!). We walked through the entire planner packet carefully, and DJ Lawrence practiced saying everyone’s names and provided suggestions for music selections. He worked very hard to understand our taste and the underlying vibe of our event. We felt calm and confident heading into our big day. On the day of, DJ Lawrence arrived early to complete set up – he mic’d our ceremony, and then provided music for cocktail hour and the reception (ceremony and reception were at the same outdoor location in Sonoma). He was dressed SUPER sharp, he pronounced everyone’s names correctly, he kept us on our timeline, was a wonderful emcee AND DJ, took queues from the crowd, kept the dance floor packed all night – he played fabulous music! He squeezed in our “must plays” – every single one of them – in addition to providing excellent choices of his own. DJ Lawrence also set up lighting on the dance floor and around the DJ booth that looked amazing and fit the venue perfectly. All of our guests raved about DJ Lawrence’s professionalism and song choices. It was absolutely perfect. We could not be happier with our decision to hire Verducci!

We stumbled upon Adam (Dj ak) through a friend of the family and couldn't have been happier! Due to scheduling conflicts I never got the chance to sit down with him before the wedding but it wasn't a problem. We let him know our music style and tastes and provided him with our must have songs. Adam then plugged in the rest of the music built around our preferences and he did an AMAZING job!!! We had so many compliments about the music at our wedding and it was all thanks to Adam. Couldn't recommend him enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment I discovered "Verducci Entertainment" I knew they would be the ones we would hire for our Wedding...from the very beginning...they demonstrated professionalism and seemed to "truly" care about our needs...rather than other DJ's we had talked to that seemed to care more about getting the job! My husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves throughout the whole evening knowing everything was "under control..."

Andrew Verducci was amazing!!! He really handled all of our requests and changes in music and schedule on the spot. The whole wedding was dancing the night away to his music! So amazing!
