Judy and the team at Ventura Rentals were wonderful to work with for our wedding day. We were introduced to them through our wedding planner who had worked with them many times and they did not disappoint. They even opened their showroom for us on a day it's normally closed so that we could view their rentals after driving in from out of town. Their delivery and pickup was professional and friendly, we highly recommend them. -

They have a great selection and also work with great partners so they can source different styles of things if you are looking for something specific. They also have a partnership with a dancefloor vendor so they can get you custom dancefloor vinyls as well!
They were great at making sure that all of our rentals were included and also took care of it all so that we didn't worry about delivery or pick up. They were also super communicative and transparent about any issues that came up and worked with us to find reasonable solutions. -

Going to the Ventura Rentals showroom and picking out our decor was one of the highlights of wedding planning for us, it gave us clear vision of what we wanted and answered so many questions that we didn't know to ask before. We worked with Shannon who was so knowledgeable and excited to help us! They work with our venue MOXI all the time so it was good to have that working relationship on our side. From start to finish, working with Ventura Rental for our wedding was a pleasure! Long-distance wedding planning is not an easy task but Celine was absolutely wonderful in guiding me through my selections and had saint-like patience dealing with the many times I changed my mind and requested various quotes. After booking our wedding in the Santa Ynez valley, I knew I wanted to utilize a vendor close to our venue but also our home. After researching my options and comparing prices and availability, I decided to go with Ventura Rental. Nicole helped me to obtain items which fit perfectly with my wedding day, and that were well within my budget. This company not only kept my busy schedule in mind when coordinating delivery and pickup, but even checked in the weekend of, to make sure the plans went accordingly and that everything was smooth sailing. Ventura Rental made the experience very personal and I really enjoyed using a local vendor that had my best interest in mind! Nicole was seriously amazing, from the help with napkin color & material, quantity of glassed needed and even a last minute cake stand recommendation, she was a gem! Ventura Party Rentals was used for our wedding in a greenhouse where we had to bring everything in. They had all the basic rental needs we required (chairs, tables, flatware and more) as well as responded to last minute needs such as needing heaters. Our planner worked with them mainly, but we were always able to get a new quote put together quickly and they were flexible with the changes we made. Would highly recommend to use as a local SB/Ventura rental company. -

It was so beautifull!! Ashely took over and keept us all on schedule for the rest of the night. They were amazzing. The know what needs to be done and how to make it a wedding to remember!! -

Kourtney Sent on 09/27/2011Ventura Rental had an amazing selection at great prices and I was thrilled with how beautifully everything came together on my wedding day. Looking at a bunch of samples was hard for me because i couldn't visualize how it should look but the staff there (Georgia and Heidi) were amazing and really helped me see the big picture. They gave great instructions and I really valued their professional opinions about what we ended up renting. Thank you very much for helping make our wedding one in a million -

Amanda Sent on 03/12/2019Beautiful rentals but left me uneasy about their service
Big picture—rentals were delivered and set up on time, their items are beautiful quality and Nicole was responsive and easy to communicate with leading up to the event.
Problems—1) A week before our event they let us know they didn’t have enough goblets that we chose months before. 2) They left our venue late (I think they might have been setting up for a event the next day) so we had money taken out of our deposit from the venue—I told them this and they refunded me the amount which was nice 3) Somehow, a case of wine glasses went completely missing after our event. I obviously wasn’t there, but both the planner and caterer said that no one saw or heard about any missing glasses. They charged us $300 for these missing glasses but I feel that that is not good customer service for someone who just gave you $4k in rental revenue, you have no proof it was anyone at the weddings fault (broke on truck? Your staff lost them?) If there was evidence that they broke or even if they would have asked my coordinator or caterer about the glasses and had people look for them, I would feel better about it. But in the end even after fighting for it, they gave me 1/2 off the cost so I ended up paying $167 for the mysterious wine glass disappearance. Still doesn’t sit well with me to this day and I would not recommend or book them again after this experience. -
