If I could rent out a billboard to post this review to, I would! Ve'Lace Bridal is hands down the best of the best bridal shop for all of your needs during your time as a bride, mother of the bride, mother of the groom or bridesmaid! I started my wedding gown journey with Ve'lace last June, 2024 at a VIP bridal experience on a Sunday. I had the entire store to myself and was able to bring my bridal party, my mom and mother-in-law with me. Ve'lace had the entire upstairs showroom beautifully set up for us with seating and a delicious charcuterie board, assorted snacks and champagne. My lovely bridal attendant Liz was so welcoming, fun and made me feel beyond comfortable! We tried on a few dresses and Liz asked me to take a chance on something completely different than my vision and what I thought I wanted, and as soon as I put on that gown, I knew it was the one for me- it was such a magical moment! I said yes to the dress to a gorgeous Justin Alexander gown that day and then I brought my bridesmaids and my mother and mother in law back in the fall and they all purchased their dresses there as well! I then went to an accessory event later in the fall and purchased the most stunning veil to complete my bridal look! I have worked with just about everyone in the shop- Liz, Lilly, Ryan, Jess and of course the owner Shadia. Every single one of these special women are so unbelievable in their bridal knowledge and their ability to make you feel like you are their top priority. I had fun and laughed at every single one of my bridal appointments with everyone in the shop and they truly felt like friends by the end! Shadia did my alterations on my gown, and she is so beyond talented. She had a lot of work to do with my intricate gown and work that needed to be done and by my last fitting my gown fit me like a glove and it truly looked like it was sent to the store from the designer that way! It was absolutely perfect and stunning in every way! I am truly going to miss going into the shop to see everyone and chatting with them. I now recommend Ve'Lace bridal to everyone I know, and I think all of my guests at my wedding knew where I purchased my gown by the end of the night. This is truly the premier one stop shop for all things bridal in the area, no one does it better!Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

Shadia and her team were just amazing to work with. From first contact and getting my vision created before stepped into the door thru alterations and bringing dress home for wedding. Any and every concern I had was always addressed as if it were their priority. They made me and my kiddo, who tagged along frequently, beyond comfortable, welcome, and like family.
I even brought my brides maids there for their dresses and being able to compare my dress to theirs and really made the experience that much more meaningful.
Shadia and her team are extremely knowledgeable and almost know what you’re saying/asking for before you fully know at times. They read their client very well and are very communicative on what they can and cannot achieve and what will work best to your vision.

Shadia and her team has not only helped me but also my sister and sister in law find our dream wedding dress. From the moment I walked in to Velace I felt like family. As the mother of the groom, my experience at Ve’Lace Bridal was exceptional. The owner and her team went above and beyond in helping me decide on my evening gown for my son‘s wedding. Ve’Lace has a nice variety to choose from. I was encouraged to try dresses on that were out of my comfort zone and surprisingly in the end went with one of their suggestions. I recommend visiting this quaint bridal boutique versus purchasing a dress online. There is something to be said for being able to touch fabrics, try things on, and work under the guidance of a professional.Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

I cannot thank the team at Ve’Lace Bridal enough. Not only did they find the perfect dress for an upcoming black tie wedding but they took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable and had the right fit for my body shape. The store is beautiful and completely welcoming. I never felt rushed in making my choice. The shop had a variety of designers, colors, and materials to choose from. While I was shopping the brides that came in for fittings were glowing in their gowns. I had such a great experience at Ve'Lace Bridal! I went in September 2023 during one of their clearance event sales. I had Shannon as my stylist. The very last dress they pulled for me was the one! Since it was a clearance event, I took the dress off the rack and had it with me. They gave great recommendations for me with the dress as well. This was the dress of my DREAMS!! I could not be happier with the staff at Ve'Lace Bridal. Everyone there made me feel so special and unbelievably beautiful. They have a HUGE selection of dresses to choose from and everyone is so kind when helping pick out options. The dress I ended up falling in love with only came in one size and it was much bigger than I needed, Shadia and the Ve'Lace team was so helpful and they were able to make the dress fit me like a glove! Favorite Vendor
Ve'lace was truly my favorite vendor that I worked with throughout the wedding planning process. From the moment I stepped into the shop to try on dresses to walking out the door with my dress days before my wedding, I had the best experience. The women who work here are just lovely, kind people. They see brides all day, everyday but they made me feel like the only bride on the planet.
Their seamstresses work so incredibly hard and despite their overwhelming workload, took such good care of me and my dress fit me perfectly. They also altered my mom's veil for me to wear and did an incredible job.
Their dress selection is stunning. I got so many compliments on my dress.
I have already recommended a friend who has had the same, wonderful experience I did and is so pleased with her dress. She thanks me daily for sending her here. I will continue to recommend Ve'lace time and time again.Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

When I was wedding dress shopping, I found a dress that I loved at another store but they only had it in pink and I wanted to try it on in ivory before I decided. I called around to many stores trying to find it with no luck, but Ve'Lace was the only place that offered to order it for me. When I went to try it on, I found another dress that I really liked too and was struggling with the decision but they were very patient and helped me talk through it. Ultimately I went with the original dress and was very happy with my choice. They were great with the alterations, and even helped me with cups to go inside my bridal shower dress. Absolutely the BEST place to get your dress!!!!
I honestly can’t for the life of me understand any negative reviews for Ve’lace Bridal. And to be honest, it’s appalling how bridezillas try to damage a great place’s reputation.
This place made my dreams come true. I am so happy with the service, quality of the dresses, and the mind blowing alterations! My dress is 100% perfect and wedding ready and I am thrilled to finally tie the knot after two postponements because of Covid. The staff worked with me to make my dreams come true and make sure my dress was amazing.
The owner, Shadia, is one of the most caring people and she Is accommodating and hard working and will do anything to make your wedding dress buying easy and smooth.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dresses! They even discounted by bridal parties dresses after buying my dress there!
I felt so welcomed and cared for here- the place is gorgeous too! They have an amazing selection for all price points as well!
GO TO VE’LACE! You will not be disappointed!!!!! -

I started my wedding dress journey (like everyone else) on the internet. The first photo that I saw was the dress - I knew it instantly. As it turns out the dress was actually from 2018, and I couldn't find a store that sold it anywhere. As I began searching for a shop that sold the designer, Ve'lace popped up! I called and spoke with the owner, she told me that they had a "dress share" program - this meant she could call the designer and get the dress for me to try. I was ELATED! We set up a time for me to come with my family to try on dresses & they snuck that dress in the mix. Mary Jo was our consultant and she was wonderful to work with. Little did any of us know, my Dad wouldn't make it to the wedding as he lost his battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. He was at this appointment and got to see me in the dress - for this I am so grateful. If you are looking for something special and need helping finding it - GO TO VE'LACE!!!Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

The store is beautiful, their gowns are gorgeous, and their staff was incredible. They had a large variety of dresses (including bridesmaid/MOB/MOG) and will pull dresses according to your budget. I had such a great experience with Micayla. She was so knowledgeable, kind, listened to all my requests and found me the dress of my dreams. I left the appointment with all my questions answered, and she followed up after the appointment and informed me when I could expect to receive my dress. I was very late in getting my dress due to moving across the county. I am getting married in December and I bought my dress in September. Then we changed our date to August. I was very stressed and went to one shop, that did not give me options, I made an impulse buy due to Covid and not getting out of the house, made the wrong decision, and decided to try Velace Bridal. From the Moment I stepped foot in the shop, I felt like I was family. They work with you on what you want, and they give you options, they help to narrow down the search instead of throwing another dress at you. I would recommend them to anyone.Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

Ve'Lace was the one and only bridal salon I went to. Shadia and her team were incredible and after trying on about five dresses, I fell in love with a style that I never would have picked out on my own. Julie, however, knew it was the right fit for me.
After deciding on my dress, we had one more question for Shadia - did she know anyone who could restore a nearly 100-year old veil that belonged to my Nana. The veil was discolored and ripped in some parts, but Shadia worked with a restoration company to make it almost like new. I didn't have any of my grandparents physically at my wedding, but because of Shadia's efforts with my veil, I had my Nana right there with me.
We ultimately purchased all of the bridesmaids' gowns through Ve'Lace as well - a process that went flawlessly.
And all of this happened in the midst of a pandemic! Ve'Lace kept us up to date on any appointment changes and policies for being in the store. I could not have asked for a better bridal salon.Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

I found Ve'Lace per chance as I was trying to find a bridal salon that carried my dream dress. I ordered a Lillian West that I knew I had to try on and Micayla assured me she could bring in a loaner sample from the designer. She did not disappoint! The dress was just as beautiful as the pictures but just wasn't for me. Micayla had pulled 4-5 dresses with similar style and color and I said YES to the dress in my very first appointment. I chose Ve Lace based off other positive reviews and am glad I did! I purchased my dress and veil and had my alterations done at Ve Lace and every aspect of my experience was enjoyable and easy. All of the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The salon had a large selection of gowns, yet I didn't feel overwhelmed thanks to the quiet and beautiful environment. I couldn't recommend Ve'Lace Bridal more highly. This was the second bridal shop I visited to find my dress. I was incredibly nervous and wasn't really looking forward to it as I had had an awful experience at the first shop I went to. This place was amazing though!
I first made an appointment through the website for a weekend that I wasn't working and knew my mother could visit from out of town (the next possible weekend wasn't for several months). She booked her travel and everything, but then I received an email saying that they were actually closed that day and there was an issue with the online scheduling system. I explained the situation and Shadia went out of her way to arrange to have an employee there so that I could still come and try on dresses. Melody was absolutely incredible! She really listened to what I wanted in a dress and helped to steer my group more towards dresses she knew I would like and would look good. I showed her a picture of a dress that I had found at the other shop but was unable to try on. While they didn't have that specific dress, they did have one that was similar and even better! I tried it on and that was it! We were there for 3 hours and didn't feel rushed at all. Melody let me try on as many dresses as I needed (in addition to trying on MY dress 2 more times). I couldn't have had a better experience here.
When I went back for my trial, I had Julie who was just as great! We were so comfortable with her - it felt like we had known her for years. She made me feel incredible in my dress and helped me to find the perfect veil to go with it. I had such a great experience here, that I brought my future mother-in-law back to get her dress. We got Julie again, and she worked her magic with my MIL as well.
Not only does this bridal shop have an incredible selection, but Shadia truly found the best people to work here. They really do a great job of helping you through what can be a very overwhelming experience. I can't wait to go back for alterations!Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

Amazing experience!

Where can I say about a shout out and her team but absolutely amazing! Everyone on staff truly cares about you and your bridal experience, making every detail as perfect as it can be. For my bridal appointment, I came in with a vision and they absolutely nailed it. My dress was not what I came in thinking I wanted, but I the stylist listened to what I liked, and put me in a dress that blew me away. Total bridal moment! I had an amazing experience buying my wedding dress! My consultant Julie was so helpful. From picking dresses only in my budget (so I didn’t fall in love with something too expensive), to helping me in and out of dresses, and giving me honest advice on each dress I tried on. My family and I didn’t feel rushed during our appointment, she made us all feel so relaxed! Shadia, the owner, gave me some great tips and advice for when I pick up my dress and have it altered. Like most girls I have dreamed of my wedding day since I was little. After searching the internet and bridal magazines for hours on end I came across the dress I had always hoped for. My heart was set on this dress and I knew I just had to try it on. I began calling around to all the local bridal boutiques and just my luck no one had the dress. Starting to loose hope I called Ve’ Lace Bridal. The women I spoke with on the phone was quick to tell me that they did not have the dress in stock but the designer I was interested in offered the dress on what they call a loner program. In just two short weeks they could have the dress in store for me to try on. I made my appointment on the spot and started counting down the days until I could finally see the dress. Unfortunately, things do not always go as planned, because of the holidays the company delivering my dress was experiencing delays and my dress was not going to arrive on time for my appointment. The staff at Ve’ Lace called me right away informed me of what had happened. With Christmas only a week away they were able to accommodate my very limited schedule and fit me right in once the dress was in store. The staff at Ve’ Lace could not have been more exceptional in their customer service. Ve'lace was the first and only place I looked for a dress. When I first went in (and brought my entire family) all the girls were super sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. They stayed within my budget (below actually) and I didn't feel pressured to purchase; which is the main reason I went back the second time and said "yes to the dress"! Since I had such a good experience with my dress I brought a few of my bridesmaids back to try on bridesmaid dresses. The whole experience was just easy! They had plenty of dresses to choose from and tried to get the girls in the best dresses for their body types. All the girls ended up liking the exact same dress, which was a huge plus for me, however they were delivered with stains on them. Not Ve'lace's fault of course but they took care of it immediately!! I simply brought them back in and they had the designer send new ones within 3 weeks! I really couldn't have asked for anything more in that situation.
I recommend Ve'lace to all of my engaged friends, they really seem to care about making everything perfect for you and I can't thank them enough for helping me find the perfect dress, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories for my special day!Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

My first experience with Ve’lace Bridal was so different from any of the other bridal shops I visited. My Mom, sisters and I felt welcomed from the moment we entered the store. The appointment started with the bridal consultant, Allie, asking me a series of questions while taking notes. She listened intently and genuinely wanted to help me find the right dress. When it was time to start trying on dresses I noticed she walked over to one of the racks and confidently selected a dress. I could feel my excitement from the moment I saw the dress on the hanger realizing that could be the one. I stepped out of the dressing room and walked over to the mirror in front of my Mom and sisters. None of us could hold back our emotions. This was the one. For the rest of the appointment we made sure to rule out other styles, had fun, and picked our Top 3 favorites. In the end we landed just where we started knowing it was the perfect dress.
In the next few weeks I would also get to work with Shadia and other members of the Team like Elizabeth and their seamstress, Tosh. We ended up finding dresses for my Mom (MOB), sister’s (MOHs), bridesmaids, and flower girls! We knew we were in good hands and had built a huge trust for the Team at Ve’lace.
Thank you so much to everyone at Ve’lace for all your patience leading up to the Big Day! I highly recommend you make an appointment to ensure a good experience from start to finish.

I had a wonderful experience selecting my dream wedding gown. Ve'Lace Bridal has such a fantastic selection, welcoming staff, and flexible hours. I really didn't know what I wanted in a dress until I came to their shop. I immediately felt at home and wasn't overwhelmed with the process. I tried on many different styles, and ultimately landed on a gown that needed some work to be perfect. Since I lived a little ways away, they were always more than accommodating with times that fit my schedule for dress alterations appointments. The team of seamstresses on their vendor list were fantastic! Every change that needed to be made to my dress (I'm 5'1") was done to perfection, and it was steamed and ready on time for pickup. Shadia and her team at Ve’Lace Bridal were absolutely amazing!!! Julia was my consultant for my bridal appointment. She listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses to match that as well as some she thought would work for my body. As I tried on dresses she asked me how I felt, and built off my input. When I got down to two she let me go back and forth numerous times and didn’t rush me. I loved my experience so much I brought my ladies back. Shadia and her team ended up outfitting all my ladies!! Their shopping experience was equally as enjoyable as mine was. I got stressed during one of my fittings (like most brides to be I was second guessing everything), Shadia came over and completely calmed my nerves. My experience was amazing! I found my dress at the bridal expo while trying on dresses for fun with my bridesmaids but could not purchase it without my mom being present. I took my consults card and scheduled to visit the salon a few weeks later. While shopping I mentioned the dress I tried on at the expo to my consultant, Tiffany, and she was able to locate it in store. After putting it on, I knew that was the dress in which my mom agreed! I went to Ve’Lace for my wedding dress and I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. I am overwhelmed with happiness with how gorgeous my dress came out. I arrived at Ve'Lace having a vague idea of what I wanted (something with straps and A-line) but nothing much more than that. Tiffany pulled perfect dresses and the third dress I tried on was the one. I was amazed by how well Tiffany and staff knew about the dresses, fits, and were able to listen to what I wanted and didn't want, and find something so perfect. I also had my alterations done here which were done flawlessly. I did a french bustle on my ballgown dress and it looked amazing. My mother-in-law got her dress and alterations here too, and she looked stunning. Her dress required a lot of alterations and the final product looked perfect. Awesome dresses!
Ve'Lace Bridal should be the only stop in your wedding dress search! They have such a beautiful collection of gowns and kind, helpful staff to make your decision easy. My sister also got her wedding dress here, and even though I'm sure they get hundreds of brides come through the store, they remembered her and treated us like family. But I know that everyone who shops here has a great experience with the staff!
I love that you have a chance to browse through the dresses so the person helping you gets a good idea of what you like before they go into the magical back room and pick some more options for you. I only tried on a few dresses because I immediately knew when one of the Mori Lee gowns was the one. Tiffany helped me and she found the matching veil for my dress. Alterations were so easy, and everything came together beautifully. I got the dress of my dreams and it was so easy thanks to Ve'Lace!Ve'Lace Bridal's reply:

Our experience with Ve'Lace was more than we could have wished for! We had two brides and went for our original appointment together. We were each given our own amazing attendant who listened to what we envisioned - what we liked, didn't like and absolutely needed to have. While we tried on dresses in front of each other, once decisions were made, everyone at Ve'Lace worked to make sure we did not see each other. They confirmed for us that the styles complimented each other and the ivory color was the same. According to our guests, we both looked beautiful. Thanks to perfect alterations, we were comfortable and able to dance for hours!

Ve'Lace Bridal was wonderful to work with. My first trip to the store was on a quiet weekday with my mom. Tiffany was new to the store and was helping me pick out dresses to try. She was so professional, sweet and fun to work with. The store itself is so cute and the upstairs area where I got to try on my dresses was beautiful. I felt like I was in a movie! From that day on working with Ve'Lace was nothing short of perfect. Making appointments was easy, they were always punctual and everyone in there was so kind and helpful. After my last dress fitting I had a few more alterations that needed to be made, as you can imagine this being about 2 weeks before my wedding, I was anxious and flustered but there team was amazing and made all of my alterations come together in time for our wedding day! I had been to Ve’Lace Bridal once already as a bridesmaid, and found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The day of my appointment to shop for wedding dress, I was alone. Kimberly Sent on 09/27/2018Ve'lace was the 3rd bridal shop I visited, so by the time I went to them I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. When you show up, they have your name written on the board outside which is a really cute touch! I had Shadia, the owner, and she was amazing. I loved all the dresses she brought out for me, but ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on. The straps were a bit wide for my taste, but Shadia assured me they could be thinned out in alterations. I also picked my veil and hair combs there, which were BEAUTIFUL. The only thing I didn't love about this shop was that you couldn't take pictures in the dresses. I'm lucky that I found my dress there, but I think I had such a good experience because I was able to show Shadia what I liked myself in from pictures from other salons... so if I hadn't found my dress at Ve'lace, I wouldn't be able to have pictures for feedback at other salons.. just something to think about. Alterations were also great- very flexible timing and reasonable prices! My bustle ended up falling apart at the reception, but it didn't affect the amount of fun I had. And my straps were nice and thin like I wanted!! I would HIGHLY recommend Ve'lace to anyone looking for their wedding dress :-) -

Buying my wedding dress was what I was most excited about in the wedding process and Shadia made my dream a reality. Everyone at Ve'Lace is knowledgeable and respectful. My style and budget was all taken into consideration, and I never felt that dreaded pressure to rush and purchase. Everyone there wants you to look and feel your absolute best and I 100% did. My biggest requirement when going dress shopping was that I wanted to feel special. Shadia went above and beyond to make sure that I felt like the queen that I think I am. From the moment I stepped into the boutique, I was in awe of the beautiful atmosphere they created for the bride-to-be's shopping experience. My sales consultant was so nice and pulled gorgeous dresses for me to try. I immediately fell in love with the second gown I tried on! I knew it was going to be the one to beat! Although I was 99% sure that was my dress, I felt like I needed to sleep on it and I wanted my sister to be there when I said 'yes' (she was driving up from out of state the next day). I decided to make a come back appointment for the following day, which they were very accommodating with. I actually got to work with the owner of the salon during my second appointment. She was absolutely the sweetest and even helped find me the PERFECT veil for my dress.
Throughout the entire process of finding and purchasing my dress at Ve'Lace, I truly felt like a princess. The level of service you receive here is incredible, they truly do everything 'right' in order for you to relax and actually enjoy the dress shopping process. I was initially a very nervous shopper, and I wasn't sure I'd get that *feeling* of finding the perfect dress for me. However, once I put *the one* back on, the tears started to flow and there was no doubt in my mind that that dress was the one I'd get to marry my soulmate in. Kara Sent on 05/15/2018I do not live near Ve’Lace and didn’t want to travel too far but I was referred there by a friend and I am so happy I listened and didn’t just go to David’s or anywhere else. Shadia and her team are amazing! I am not an easy one to deal with and they never got frustrated. When I went to originally try on dresses, they listened to what I wanted and in the end helped my find the perfect dress. Her shop itself is so gorgeous and they have so many dresses to choose from. Also, when I went for my fittings, Natalie was fantastic! I would reccommend Ve’Lace to anyone who is getting married. -

Shadia may quite literally be the dress whisperer. She's warm and welcoming, understanding and patient, and absolutely knows her stuff. The customer service provided by Shadia quite literally saved the day. I am over-the-moon happy and excited about the dress I purchased through Ve'Lace. I'm looking forward to working with Ve'Lace Bridal through the alterations/fitting process and am considering also purchasing bridesmaids dresses through them.

Lauren Sent on 11/30/2016When I first started my dress search I was on the hunt for a particular Maggie Sottero dress and came across Ve'Lace as one of her stores. I called them and they told me they had the dress in stock and I set up my first appointment. They were my first stop and I tried on my first wedding dress with them. I worked with Allie who was able to help me narrow down the style I wanted and always had ideas to help my make tiny changes to a dress that there was something small I did not like about it. They even reached out to a prior bride who ordered a dress in a color they did not have in store in hopes I could see what it looked like before ordering.
Everyone in the shop is quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. They even offer discounts on bridesmaids dresses if you purchase your wedding gown with them!
After visiting another bridal boutique and coming back to Ve'Lace I was finally able to say yes to a dress that is perfect for me! Thanks for all of your help!
