    Amazing service, display and food for our event.

    Vault Catering provided an amazing display and great food for our event at Studio D2D. Ryan and Andy (owners) are very helpful and Meghan (lead) did an amazing job overseeing our event. She was so friendly with everyone. It was so nice not having to worry about anything and just enjoying the event. I would highly recommend Vault Catering.

    Everything Vault did from clear communication through the whole planning process, to the day of execution was flawless. Guests were raving about the food, claiming it was the best wedding menu they had ever had. Their staff was invincible through the whole event, yet tables were always cleared, everything was clean and orderly and our food stations stayed refreshed through the whole evening.

    Hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! Vault was on the list of food vendors for Grand Rapids Public Museum and they were FANTASTIC to work with. I told them I wanted ribs and pulled pork and to come up with the rest and boy did they deliver. They had three delicious bbq sauces for our guests to choose from, along with spicy potatoes with an AMAZING chiptole mayo for dipping. They finished off the meal with green beans (served hot), a quinoa dish with roasted vegetables (for vegetarians) and cornbread. Seriously - guests are STILL raving about our food. We chose to do family-style - and with close to 200 guests Vault served everyone on time and with ease. I will also note that their staff was super friendly - something I guess I took for granted- but a friend commented she attended another wedding in GR where the servers were not friendly at all. They also really put in the effort to win our business - provided a thorough and FREE tasting to sample appetizers, meal options and even a dessert. They were very attentive and followed up with us regularly. They were also reasonable priced. I do have to emphasize there are some pretty well known caterers in GR that are starting to become pretentious - just assuming they will get your business - not great with follow up, charging crazy prices, and charging you for a tasting (even though they promise to take it off the final bill). Vault was friendly, accessible, and customized our menu to fit our wedding vibe and venue. The appetizers were also great - crab cakes, meat & cheese plates and bruschetta both passed and stationed. Cannot thank or recommend them enough!

    Vault Catering was incredible to work with for our wedding. We were clients through a big change in their menu setup/invoicing and every time we got a new proposal or quote or payment came up, they were very easy to communicate with and were great at explaining/breaking things down for me.

    We did a group tasting 6 months before our wedding and tried several food options that Vault chose to serve. We ended up picking completely different meals just because of personal preferences and the food at our wedding was beyond impressive. Our wedding was over a month ago and we’re STILL getting comments from friends and family members who have said our wedding food was the best they’ve ever had. We chose family-style so there was TONS of food served right at our guests’ tables and it seemed like each dish kept getting better and better. In addition to the food quality, the wait staff were friendly and timing for appetizers and dinner was perfect. There was never a point where half our guests were done eating and the other half hadn’t been served yet – it seemed like every table was eating at the exact same time!

    We could not have asked for more on our wedding day. Vault FAR exceeded our expectations!

    The Vault had lots of different options for food! They accommodated some members of the family who are vegan and also had amazing brisket for everyone else!
