  Vanja is the best! I chose her because of her experience working with our ceremony venue and the fact that her portfolio included more than sunshiney, 2pm outdoor weddings (which mine definitely was NOT). She was so easy to communicate with and I felt at ease with her immediately. Many of my guests commented on how great Vanja was, and how she seemed to be everywhere all at once. The best part is that I didn't even notice! I was able to fully enjoy myself without feeling like paparazzi were chasing me but I know she was there to capture every moment. I think it is rare to find a wedding photographer who can produce beautiful work in less than ideal lighting/venues/weather, but Vanja is truly a master of her craft. I cannot wait to see the finished product!

  Vanja is a talented artist who knows how to use light and her surroundings to capture beautiful images which she did very well at our recent wedding. You can view her talent as you can many photographers by looking at their website but what you cannot determine about any photographer from any website is their passion and their work ethic to give the best possible performance at your venue. I did not have to request anything special from Vanja because every time I turned around, at the ceremony and at the reception, she was at the right place snapping pictures. At the end of such an important event you might think or hope that certain images you recall were captured by someone's camera but with Vanja, I dont have to hope or wonder because at every special moment, she was taking a shot, formal shots, on the dance floor, everywhere and this was for a full 8 hours with the exception of a short break for dinner. Many photographers take the required shots and then yawn and want to go home but Vanja was dedicated and worked every minute and she made our event special as a result.

  Hands down the best photographer EVER. I was referred to someone that referred Vanja and Katie and I are so happy that things turned out and that we ended up with Vanja!   Vanja captured my wedding day beautifully. She was very sweet, responsive, and fun to work with. Her prices are completely reasonable for the quality of her work. I am beyond happy with the service I received, and I would truly recommend her to anybody needing a photographer!

  Vanja was the absolute best photographer we could have chosen! We had an immediate connection with her during our first meeting to discuss what she could offer us; she was also very flexible. She did an amazing work of art on our engagement photo shoot. She captured us in a way no other photographer could have! I would definitely recommend Vanja to other couples for their wedding - or for any life event for that matter.

  Vanja was a wonderful photographer! We booked her late due to planning our wedding in only 3 months and I was in a rush to find a photographer for our wedding. She was extremely prompt to everything and always available by phone/email and even text, which was great for me. Vanja worked quickly and efficiently and was able to recommend and hire a 2nd photographer for our wedding day due to the size and the number of moments that we wanted to capture. She was such a pleasure and joy to work with!

  I wish you could rate higher than a 5 on here!! Because Vanja totally rates way higher than just a 5!!! I was so amazed at how perfect Vanja captured all of our photographic moments (engagements, bridals, and wedding). All of the pictures we have seen so far have been absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have been happier. Vanja was accessible to us anytime of the day, via phone or email. She was extremely responsive and always gave such great advice without EVER being too pushy. During all of our photo shoots, Justin and I were very nervous because we didn't know what to expect or how to act/pose for the pictures -- immediately Vanja made us feel extremely comfortable and at ease. She listened to all of my ideas and studied my "pinterest inspired" photos and even used some of the ideas!!! She made our guestbook, and it was just fantastic. Nothing could ever disappoint me with her! I would 100% recommend Vanja D Photography to anyone looking for a fabulous and cost-effective photographer!!!! We love you, Vanja!!!! xoxo Amanda & Justin

  I cannot say enough good things about Vanja and the quality of work she gives. To my husband and I, we knew we would have our wedding photos forever and chose to spend a good chunk of our budget on that and we are SO happy that we did! The photos were flawless and truly captured the big and small moments of our big day. I knew what to expect from her because I did my research, yet I was still blown away when we received our photos! She is incredibly professional, artistic and very easy to work with. We will recommend her to anyone who needs a phenomenal photographer!

  Vanja did my engagement photos and wedding day photography and they came out better than I could have ever imagined. She was very professional and easy to work with. Even when it poured rain all day on my wedding day, she still managed to change plans to indoor photos and did an amazing job. I was heartbroken when I knew we wouldn’t be able to take the outdoor photos we had planned but I was so pleased with the photos she got indoors as a result of the rain. I received so many compliments saying the photos looked like they were out of a magazine. My photo album that she put together was also great, trust me when I say it's worth it! I’ve also seen her work with babies and I definitely plan on calling her once we start our family.

  I have enjoyed working with Vanja on our engagement photos, my bridal photos and our wedding day photos. She is great to work with. She makes you feel very comfortable in front of the camera and likes to try many different ideas. For our engagaments, she meet up with us in McKinney and we ran around the town square taking pictures. I love her unique picture style. For my bridals, I meet up with her in McKinney again at an old cotton mill loft. It was a hot summer day and she started off with some camera malfuctions that lasted the first 30 or so minutes. Once the camera started working again, everything was smooth sailing. She even paid for an extra 30 minutes to make up for lost time. She just made everything so easy and made me feel very at ease. On our wedding day, she showed up and was ready to go. Sheasked me a few thing that i would like to see to make sure she gets the pictures I want. After talking with her she went on her way to go and get the detail shots while i was up in the room "relaxing" :) She came back up and took pictures of me getting ready. We decided that we wanted to do a first look before the wedding. She was amazing at this. We were running late and a few family memebers and close friends not in the wedding had already shown up. She took charge and made sure everyone let us have our private time and was out of the shot. It was great! I dont even remember who was there, just that moment with my husband, just like it should be. Also, she put in a little extra for me and gave me a sweet gift.
  
  All in all, she is great to work with! I loved the pictures we received. She is very friendly and easy to work with. I already know that I will be using her again in the future. What I love about her is that this is a passion that she loves to do. She does this in her spare time and really dedicates herself to each couple.   Vanja was great! She is very good at what she does and her photos are awesome! Great photographer to work with and very flexible! She made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. She came prepared to do her job and at the end, we got awesome pictures and lots of memories!! Thank you Vanja so much!!!
