Vanessa is amazing!
Vanessa is amazing, simply put. Due to the ongoing pandemic, our wedding was changing every 5 minutes it felt and Vanessa never missed a beat and was more than accommodating to all our changes. Vanessa has the most down to earth, warm personality and she makes the whole process fun and easy! 10/10 would recommend! -

Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She made us feel so comfortable while taking our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. Vanessa made our wedding day go so smooth with having a timeline that explained when and where we would be taking our pictures before and after the ceremony. Vanessa was not only our photographer, she became a great friend throughout the process as well! -

I was referred to Vanessa by my sister in law who had a great experience with her and I’m so thankful. Wedding planning is stressful and a lot to handle but Vanessa made the experience SO EASY. She was prompt to get a first meeting schedule. She was clear what she was able to offer and let me have the freedom to morph my photo package with what we needed. She checked in on me throughout the process. The day of the wedding.....I can’t find the words to explain how grateful I am to have had her there. She was thoughtful, professional, upbeat and excited through all nine hours we had her. She ran the show so swimmingly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. And the final product... amazing! She truly capture our day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Vanessa and our experience with her. -

Makes your wedding day a breeze
Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so organized and personable. We had a huge wedding party and she got photos done fast and efficient. My family and wedding party couldn't say enough about how great she was to work with. Also, I received my wedding photos in a week. How great is that?! I plan on working with Vanessa in the future for family photos. -

Stop what you are doing - this is the only review you need to read. Vanessa Hein Photography completely exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Our engagement shoot was amazing. We received all of our pictures within a couple days and they turned out better than I could have imagined. She also took the time to drive about 2 1/2 hours to our location without blinking an eye. We had a great pre-wedding meeting where we went through a timeline and our expectations for the day. On our wedding day, her and her sister showed up and it was such a breath of fresh air. I have known Vanessa and Valerie since middle school, and I couldn't imagine anyone else being our photographer. They were extremely professional the entire time and knew what shots to take and when. They were inconspicuous during the ceremony and reception but continued to take amazing shots. During our wedding party pictures and couple pictures, they had amazing poses and ideas and were extremely flexible and willing to try anything that we thought of. I honestly cannot say enough about Vanessa Hein Photography. If you are looking, you can stop now - you have found THE ONE! It's rare to find a wedding vendor who actually makes your day so much easier and less stressful, but Vanessa is that vendor. She is amazing, and you should go right to her website and book her now! -

Awesome photographer with amazing photos!
Vanessa has the perfect personality for this field! She's friendly and approachable but was still able to direct bridal party and family members in a quick and efficient way. Vanessa responded quickly when we were still looking at vendors and before we knew it, my husband and I were sitting with her at Starbucks planning our engagement shoot. We knew we chose the right photographer for our wedding but at the engagement shoot, we knew we had found a photographer to work with for years to come. Vanessa is so laid back and calm, which helped us relax and be ourselves.
Due to Covid, we ended up with 2 weddings. The first was on our original date with immediate family only and a larger ceremony and reception followed a few months later. Vanessa was the main vendor I absolutely did not want to lose with rescheduling. Luckily, we were fortunate enough to have her photograph both of our weddings! Family and friends at the wedding could not stop talking about how nice our photographer was and now they can't stop talking about how amazing our pictures turned out! For our engagement shoot and both weddings, we received a preview the next day and the full album within a week.
Vanessa always made us feel like we were her only client and went above and beyond to help us remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives. ❤️ -

Beyond Amazing
Vanessa was beyond amazing! Our first meeting she helped us set up and guide us through a time line of our day! This helped when everything else was falling into place. She went above and beyond to find the perfect spots for our pictures! She made taking pictures a lot of fun so our moments are honest and not posed! The action shots, getting ready, ceremony, and reception were so real! She had “sneak peak” pictures the day after and the rest of the pictures within 2 weeks. (Amazing) We are so grateful and blessed! -

Vanessa the best hein
I literally cannot express how amazing our wedding photographer was. Planning a wedding is very confusing and can be extra stressful but she made it easy. When I first contacted her she was prompt and helpful. Her packages are worth every penny. We met in a random horrible snowstorm and I knew from the min we started laughing about it. She helped me with basically a timeline that was a platform for my entire wedding. When the wedding got closer we met again to finalize everything of course laughed some more, and I couldn’t have felt more relieved. She goes the extra mile you’ll see. On wedding day she made it comfortable,fun and fast. The day after I got a peek of the amazing photos she had taken, which included breathtaking sunset photos, my husbands first look, fun photos, family photos, capturing everything. A week after I received the online gallery of all the photos and they were absolutely incredible. Then I get this special box in the mail. 😭 All the feels. I cannot thank her enough. If you need a photographer this is your girl! @vanessaheinphotography your stuck with me for life lol 🤗 -

Vanessa was absolutely amazing to work with!! She helped me come up with a wedding schedule for the day and came prepared with pictures of poses! She was very professional, yet was very fun! She made picture taking in 85 degree weather enjoyable! The pictures turned out amazing and I got them back after just one week! Definitely recommend her to everyone! -

Vanessa was fabulous! She and her assistant were incredible with our bridal party and family in organizing pictures and getting everything shot in the limited time that we had. The only thing that threw a wrench in the day was time running out! I didn't get a chance to have my father-daughter dance captured due to organization/time issues, although this was not Vanessa's fault! (speeches ran late, food came out late, etc.). Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Vanessa was such a friendly and supportive force by my side throughout my wedding day! -

We had an amazing experience with Vanessa! She is quick to reply with any questions. We had a meeting before our wedding and she came to our wedding rehearsal, which really helped put me at ease for the day of. Vanessa is very flexible, we had to change our plans a few times due to timing and weather and she was very accommodating. I would highly recommend her as a photographer and definitely plan on using her again. -
