I found this venue shortly after getting engaged and immediately knew it was the one. It’s stunning. My husband and I got married on October 28th at Vanderwende Acres and we are over the moon by how perfect it was. Working with Sarah was such a joy and the whole process was stress free. The whole venue is carefully thought out- and the bonus it’s that is so beautiful you don’t need much to decorate! Thank you Sarah for such a magical day! 5 stars isn't enough! Vanderwende was absolutely amazing for our wedding day. The whole day ran smoothly thanks to Sarah and her team. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I got married at Vanderwende Acres on April 29th, 2023 and it couldn’t have been a more amazing experience. The day went absolutely perfect and every single vendor we hired did a fantastic job. The weather turned out to be amazing and so many of our guests kept telling us how beautiful the venue was. We had about 100 guests and there was ample space for everyone. There were many great locations for photos, both indoors and outdoors. Sarah, the venue director, was very communicative during the whole planning process and was a gem to work with. She answered all our questions and helped ensure everything went as planned. Our guests could not stop complimenting everything about our wedding and they all seemed to have a blast. I definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking.

Amazing venue, amazing team! Sarah and Caitlin were awesome day 1! Super friendly, responsive and patient as we went through our the planning! Truly they are first class!! Wedding came out perfect!

Sarah and her team made my wedding planning painless. Her responsiveness and willingness to answer all questions at any given time makes the process even easier. The price is very reasonable for the stunning views and beauty of the venue. Would recommend to anyone!

We have been working with Vanderwendes to plan our big day since early 2020. The entire team was extremely kind, helpful and understanding. The property is absolutely stunning & I cannot have imagined celebrating our love and family anywhere else!

VA is not only a one-of-a-kind location, its staff is also truly unique. Sara and her coordinator staff worked tirelessly to ensure my day was perfect. From setting up the wedding of my dreams to assisting me all day along the way, they were there for me every moment. Sarah helped me plan all through COVID and helped me make decisions along the way. She made me feel valued and important.

It was overall a good experience. There were times I felt communication could have been better. Is a beautiful venue n wedding was amazing Did feel some disconnect with staff. Wasn't totally sure who was supposed to do what.
