St Helena Wedding Florals
We used Vanda Floral Design for the florals for our August 2025 wedding in St. Helena and they did a fantastic job! We wanted to do beautiful but simple florals for our wedding and had a really hard time finding a florist in the Napa area that didn’t require a huge minimum spend, so we really appreciated that Vanda was open to supporting a simpler setup. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind, professional, and patient. They were excellent at explaining our various options and working with us through several iterations of our quote and contract. On the wedding day the team brought our vision to life perfectly with the most gorgeous bouquets and decor that lasted the entire event without wilting or drooping. They also flawlessly handled the delivery and cleanup with no stress on our plate. If you are looking for simple (or extravagant!) florals in the Napa area we cannot recommend Vanda enough!

Very happy with Vanda as our wedding florist! Alexa was very easy to work with. The pricing was very competitive with other vendors we were considering, and the quality was excellent. We picked up two arrangements the day before the wedding to use for a small tea ceremony, and they still looked great the next day to re-use for the wedding. The entire process of working with Vanda, from initial inquiry, through delivery and pick-up on the wedding day, was seamless!

Vanda Floral Brought Our Vision to Life!
Working with Vanda Floral was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding planning experience! We had the pleasure of working with Alexa, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and truly listened to our vision every step of the way. As someone who didn’t know much about florals going into the process, I was so grateful for how easy and fun Vanda made everything.
We visited their design studio to choose colors, floral varieties, and even did a mock-up of the centerpieces—which made it all feel so real and exciting. On the big day, everything turned out even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. I was in love with my bridal bouquet, and the bridesmaids’ bouquets complemented it perfectly. The centerpieces were absolutely stunning and created the perfect atmosphere in our reception space.
The ceremony arrangements were a total dream—and we were able to repurpose them for the reception, which made everything feel even more cohesive and intentional.
Vanda Floral brought our floral vision to life so beautifully. If you’re looking for a florist who is creative, communicative, and a joy to work with, we can’t recommend Alexa and the Vanda team enough!

Beautiful Winery Flowers!
Alexa was so wonderful to work with! I knew nothing about flowers before our call and had a lot of questions about the different floral arrangement possibilities, bouquet styles, and offerings. Alexa was so patient, showing me example photos from different past weddings and giving great suggestions on how we could repurpose ceremony flowers to decorate the reception. She was super communicative and responsive, meticulously itemizing everything so that there were no surprises or hidden costs. Our flowers were STUNNING! Vanda nailed the color scheme and every single arrangement complimented the decor around them. We got so many compliments on our florals! What Luck!
My husband and I were convinced that we were going to create our own flower arrangements to save money. We visited the SF Flower Market, did some extensive Googling, and bought a whole bunch of florist supplies. A month before the wedding day, the panic set in. We were way in over our head and we knew it. What's worse, we knew that all of the nearby shops would surely be booked out.
Vanda Floral Design was on our vendor's list of recommended florists. We decided to stop by their Petaluma storefront while we were on an errand up north. We thought, at the very least, maybe they'd be able to give us some recommendations for creating and installing our own arrangements. We entered the shop drenched in anxiety; we weren't even sure how to put our desires into words. All we had was a Pinterest album with ~5 "we like these colors and textures, but don't even know what these flowers are called" reference images. The folks behind the counter were friendly and radiated relaxed energy. They gave us some of their portfolio books to look over so that we could see the different categories and intensity of arrangements that were out there. We liked what we saw and sheepishly asked if they were available on our wedding day. No, they weren't available for on site assistance, BUT they could totally fill an order for pickup. Decorating a ceremony arch? No big deal; all you do is secure some pre-arranged oasis blocks. Boutonnieres and bouquets? No big deal; they could totally put those together for us. Loose greens for the sweetheart table? Yup, they knew exactly what we were talking about. And, as far as flower selection went, sending along those ~5 Pinterest reference photos was more than sufficient.
It was all too easy, I thought. Surely something would go wrong with the pick-up and self-installation process. But, on the day of the wedding, I swear, all of the floral elements were PERFECT. They had taken our inspiration images and executed them so well that I personally loved the execution more than the inspiration. And the self-installation, as far as I know, was totally feasible (shout out to our Day Of Coordinator for assisting with that one).
I am so, so, SO happy that we decided to seek out professional assistance instead of handling the arrangements ourselves. And I feel so incredibly lucky that Vanda Floral Design had the capacity to assist us. I would highly recommend their services, tight budget or not.

Gorgeous florals + communicative team
One of my favorite elements of our wedding day were the florals, all thanks to the beautiful work by Vanda. Our venue was outdoors and already had beautiful greenery, but Vanda really made everything pop and stand out so beautifully, and made a beautiful space even more gorgeous. I absolutely loved my bridal bouquet, I am still thinking about it weeks later! Vanda was also more affordable when I was comparing quotes from different florists, and they absolutely knocked it out the park.

Vanda did such an amazing job on our bridal bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages! They were incredibly easy to work with and were able to take my vague ideas and bring them to reality! I did a ton of research on florists in the Napa area and was so impressed with Vanda floral from the very beginning! I worked with Alexa and she was so detail oriented and super helpful in coming up with suggestions to fit within my budget and how to make the impact I was looking to make. I absolutely was blown away by all of the florals on my wedding day. Serious a winning combo. I wanted my wedding to be full of flowers. I got what I wanted without spending $10k. That’s what some people quoted me and what some guests estimated I spent on flowers.
Nope, I just worked with Vanda! I came in with PowerPoints and Pinterest boards and they worked with me to bring cost down but still get what I wanted - whimsical, organic, fairytale garden wedding vibes! Communication was super easy and very timely as well.
My medium bouquet was huge, my “low” centerpiece was full of blooms and greens and my aisle flowers were huge! Honestly came under DIY and faux options.

Alexa at Vanda Floral was excellent. My daughter requested a unique bouquet which featured green vegetables. Still can’t get over my wedding flowers and Alexa made it such a fun experience! 9 months out from the wedding, I had a completely alternative floral design and after much thought, I revised our design plan entirely. Wedding florals of our dreams!
We hired Vanda Florals for our wedding in wine country, and could not have been happier with the experience. We were going back and forth between different color schemes and floral arrangements, and Alexa was wonderful (and patient!) about putting together different proposals and visuals to help bring our descriptions to life. When we had to move our wedding indoors due to a massive storm, Vanda was great at accommodating last minute changes, and even offered additional decor to help bring our original ‘outdoor’ vision in. The floral arrangements turned out stunning, and totally captured our vision. We got so many compliments on how everything turned out, and the guests were beyond excited to take home some of the arrangements. I’ve already asked my husband if we can go back to the flower shop for our anniversary because we loved their arrangements that much!

Vanda Floral was an amazing wedding florist. Their staff is so kind and responsive, and they transformed our ambiguous ideas into just what we imagined. Such a great experience!!!
Vanda did a great job with our wedding flowers! Alexa was a wonderful partner throughout the whole process and I very much appreciated her attention to detail. In the end, our flowers had all the colors, variety, and movement that I was hoping for!
I also had a number of very specific requests during the discussion phase, none of which were overlooked by Vanda. For example, I had wanted a protea in my bouquet but only one that was partially open so as not to dominate the bouquet - that is exactly what they gave me! I had wanted sprigs of olive to be added to the cloches housing our table numbers - on the day, there they were! My mom had only wanted certain colors in her corsage - Vanda delivered! Even more, I had actually sourced garlands from another vendor and asked if Vanda could add florals in and move them from the ceremony site to our dinner tables. Once situated for dinner, I asked if they could then add extra greenery to the ends so it looked like the garlands cascaded onto the floor from the tables - they were more than happy to oblige even though it meant staying later and repurposing the garlands! Additionally, copper was one of our wedding colors so I asked them to wrap the bridesmaid bouquets and boutonnieres in copper wire - they did so but took it a step further by using copper wire when attaching arrangements to chairs and other fixtures. It was something I didn't even think to ask, but they did it anyway and went above and beyond to keep everything cohesive!
I feel like there were so many opportunities for mistakes to be made or for things to get missed, but Alexa and Vanda didn't miss a step! Trust me, on your day, it's so helpful to have experienced vendors you can count on! I was so happy to have Vanda on my team and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality florals with great customer service.

Magnificent Floral Designs!

Brought my wedding flower vision to life!
We had the BEST experience working with Millita, Bryce, Alexa and the whole Vanda Floral team. They are super nice and accommodating even when they’re absolutely slammed in the thick of wedding season, and they are absolute pros when it comes to making the wedding flowers of your dreams come to life. Their portfolio has a huge range of styles, and they were so attentive to working closely with us on exactly on our unique vision. They are also super responsive and flexible with making changes and updates, which was really reassuring throughout the process. Their prices are very transparent and reasonable. There were SO many flowers in my bouquet – I ended up getting it preserved and the woman who dried it kept remarking about how big the bouquet was!!
We had originally sent them a bunch of inspiration photos and when we went in to review a sample arrangement they absolutely knocked it out of the park. We made some very small changes and they were reflected perfectly on our wedding day. I literally shrieked multiple times when I saw the final bouquets and installations on the day. Everything was beautiful!
We got married at Deer Park Villa which is a naturally stunning, lush venue, and we were excited for the floral design to also feel natural, organic and integrated elegantly in the space. For the bouquets, centerpieces and boutonnieres we wanted lots of different textures, movement and tiny details. The team incorporated lots of different floral elements while still keeping it all feel coherent and consistent. And one of our favorite parts was the greenery that they installed on the tented roof where we had cocktail hour – it made the open-air porch feel even more intimate and elegant. We asked quite a few vendors about draping the greenery, and Vanda was by far the most laid-back and reasonable about making it happen!
We are so grateful for the Vanda Floral team for making our day even more beautiful and stress-free!

Working with Alexa and the Vanda team was such a great experience. I had to postpone my wedding an entire year and so actually planned for 2 years and went back and forth on colors and floral designs. Alexa was super patient with me and provided her guidance and perspective. It was really helpful to get her opinion on florals, designs, alternative options, what's in season, etc. It felt like a true working partnership!
And on the day of my wedding, the floral designs and details were so incredible and exactly what I had envisioned in my head…but even better! The arch took my breath away and our guests could not stop talking about it! Even the event manager at our venue said it was one of the more magical designs she had seen.
In addition to that, Vanda is super cost effective. I felt that Alexa didn't try to upsell me or push anything on me. When I gave her my budget and what I was looking for, she worked with me and even suggested several different options to stay within my budget. Compared to other florists, Vanda was very approachable and reasonable.

My husband and I had a budget for wedding florals and Vanda was able to accommodate and work with our budget but still deliver beautiful flowers. We decided to add extra centerpieces and floral arrangements at the end and boyyyyy it was worth it!
Flowers were so fresh and the colors were beautiful. Definitely changed the vibe for our entire wedding. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

Great Attention To Detail & Beautiful Design
So thankful we hired Alexa & Vanda Floral to design our wedding flowers. We had to reschedule our wedding a few times due to the pandemic, but Alexa and her team were with us every step of the way and ultimately came through with truly breathtaking wedding day floral arrangements. I was soooo happy with my wedding florals and can't thank Alexa and Milita enough for really making my wedding floral vision come true. Alexa really listened to me and made many adjustments to the mock up in order for everything to turn out better than I had imagined. Vanda has a wonderful team and I can't thank them enough for being so accommodating especially while planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic, I would highly recommend them :)

The Prettiest Flowers Ever
I am a visual person and had my wedding bouquet & florals in my head...and Vanda? Well, they helped bring that to life! These days, I feel not many brides go full color...and lots of it! We planned & planned and on the day of, my flowers brought tears to my eyes. Vanda exceeded my expectations with my arrangements. I loved our flowers so much that the morning after the wedding, we went back to the venue to collect all of the arrangements and brought them to our hotel room for the few extra days we were in Sonoma. And, family carried them back across the country to dry arrangements that can be cherished for years to come. Thank you so much for all of your help, patience, and amazing results!

Day-of delivery, set up and design is always on point, making our couples dream day come to life! We love delivering the bridal bouquet only to see our Bride's jaw drop every. single. time! Vanda Floral is Amazing
Vanda Floral took care of the flowers for my wedding at the Log Cabin in San Francisco and they absolutely blew me away. I’ve worked with Vanda on other events so I already knew what a fantastic job they do. What they did with the fireplace mantle was absolutely stunning.

Loved working with Vanda Floral Design
We are SO happy we found Vanda Floral design for our wedding. From the very beginning they were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. There were many many emails sent back and forth, making little tweaks here and there, and everything came out PERFECT. Millita made sample centerpieces that were gorgeous, and then took our requests and made them even more beautiful. All of the centerpieces, bouquets, arch decor etc were incredibly full arrangements with so many different textures and pops of color. They were able to deliver everything we wanted at prices less than many other places we researched. We had so many compliments on the florals, that were not only beautiful and abundant in person but photograph phenomenally! We highly recommend Vanda floral for any event, working with Millita was easy and stress free. Thank you!!

Best Florist!
As most brides know and have experience, the Floral portion of wedding planning can be really intimidating- you have no idea what you are doing, what things "should cost", how things will actually look on your wedding day, etc. All the above are reasons why we chose to work with Vanda Floral. Alexa and the whole Vanda Floral team are honest, kind and creative. They worked with me to make sure I stayed within my budget and offered creative alternatives to ensure I had every single thing I wanted. The best part was I felt 100% comfortable leaving my wedding day in their hands, knowing they understood my vision and would execute it perfectly- which by the way, THEY DID! My wedding bouquet was an absolute dream. They couldn't have made it any more perfect and I was brought to tears when I saw it. This told me they heard me and prioritized making sure I had exactly what I wanted. I even made a few last minute changes during our final call and of course, Alexa heard me and executed this vision flawlessly. I cannot recommend Vanda Floral Design enough, especially if you want to feel comfortable knowing you are getting a fair price and can leave your day in the hands of a team you can trust.

All around amazing!
We loved working with the whole team at Vanda for our wedding! We had no idea what the cost of wedding flowers would be going into our wedding, we had what we learned was a modest floral budget ($2k), and they were superstars at helping make our money go as far as possible. We also knew very little about types of flowers, but they made it so easy by recommending we show them photos of example arrangements and color palettes of what we were looking for, and the florals turned out amazing! It also ended up being super windy when the setup team was adding the flowers to our Chuppah/arbor, and they stayed put and looking amazing when it finally came time for the ceremony! They are true professionals when it comes to communication and execution, and we would highly recommend them!

From the get-go, working with Bryce and the team at Vanda was absolute perfection. Knowing that value for the price was important when it came to flowers, we couldn't be more pleased with what the team at Vanda was able to accomplish. I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding bouquet, Bryce took careful note of my love of gardenias and incorporated them into my arrangement -- I made everyone I could find smell it! The thought and care that went into the team's work was truly impeccable and we could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail.

Amazing flowers!
Love Vanda Floral, they are amazing! I got married a couple weeks ago. I didn't know the exact look I was going for, but I had the idea to ask all the women in my family what their favorite flower was, and then told Vanda Floral to put them all in a bouquet according to a more "pastel" color scheme. I didn't know what to expect, but my bridal bouquet was breathtaking! The flowers looked so fresh and vibrant, and we all just thought it was so beautiful. I worked with Millita on their team and she was super responsive, helpful, and provided recommendations as well. We also had Vanda help us with greenery for our center pieces, a floral piece for the arbor during our ceremony, and flowers to decorate the cake. Everything looked perfect; would highly recommend!!

Bryce and the rest of the Vanda Floral team were amazing and did a wonderful job for our wedding. We gave Bryce just some general recommendations and he created such a wonderful concept for our wedding. There was a wonderful variety of types of flowers and the color choices were beautiful. We had bouquets, centerpieces, a floral runner on the head table and a few other arrangements and they all were fantastic. Bryce was very punctual and responsive throughout the process. Millita and Bryce at Vanda floral were referred by both my wedding planner (Dandelion Events) and a coworker and we were very happy about how our August 2017 wedding flowers turned out! Millita was very professional, thorough and accommodating while planning our wedding flowers, allowing for last minute add ons and special requests. She was so calm and honest, and the process of sharing flower inspiration (via Pinterest) was easy. Their pricing was very fair as well and overall was a great stress-free experience and beautiful results!

These guys recently bought Stems Floral in Santa Rosa. They took over my order, and I'm so glad they did. Bryce was incredibly professional, delivered exactly what I wanted, and delivered everything on time. The flowers were the exact palette I was looking for, and my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous!! Flowers were going to be the only decorations we did for the wedding so we wanted to make sure we paid attention to the florist, while still being respectful of a budget, Vanda was perfect for this. Vanda was a breeze to work with and the place looked spectacular, and with very little effort on our part. After my first conversation with Millita I knew Vanda would be great. Millita quickly got what we were going for and honestly I am not sure if I gave them that much to go off of. I knew some colors I liked, but that was about it. She walked me through the process and was able to come up with an entire plan. We did talk once or twice more, but other than that it was based all off of pictures I said I liked. I did give her a color swatch for the girls’ dresses to make sure the flowers stood out against their dark dresses. I loved everything they did and they were great with the budget. I really appreciated that they were able to arrange the flowers so that I could use them over again for different parts of the wedding (for example, aisle flowers became cocktail table flowers). I would highly recommend Vanda and will certainly call on them again if the opportunity arises.

we used Vanda Floral Design for our August wedding at Paradise Ridge and were beyond blown away when we saw our end product. Milita and Bryce were both extremely easy to work with and without even giving very much direction, they produced the perfect product that was everything I'd envisioned. I wasn't sure I had a budget that would allow for 7 bridesmaids bouquets but they made it happen and they were fab. I don't think I have words to describe how much I loved my classic bouquet. I cannot say enough about Vanda Floral! We had the best experience with Millita in selecting the flowers for our destination wedding. Millita took the time to discuss my vision for the floral arrangements and used ideas from my pinterest page and what was in season to create the look for the ceremony and reception. Since my husband and I were not local, Millita was very flexible in corresponding via email and phone and provided sample photos to ensure we were comfortable with the arrangements. Millita took the stress out of the planning process and on the day of our wedding, we were in awe of how beautiful the arrangements were. She has an incredible way of making a vision come to life. All of our guests and even our wedding planner were shocked that we hadn't met with Millita in person or seen the arrangements prior to our wedding day. I was so pleased that we ended up booking Vanda Floral for our wedding day. I am from Petaluma, and my mother actually used Vanda Floral to make my graduation lei back when I was in high school (2006), so when it came time to start looking for a florist, she remembered Vanda Floral. We had a couple of family friends in the area who had already gotten married, and all of them used and recommended Vanda Floral for our wedding day. I was only looking for a florist to do mine and my bridesmaids' bouquets, so I began emailing with Milita and then we met in person to talk about what I envisioned for the wedding day. My mother would go in and talk with Bryce too, and both Bryce and Milita were helpful and sweet. Our bouquets turned out to be exactly how I wanted them to look, and we had so many compliments from our guests at our wedding on them. Thank you, Vanda Floral, for making our beautiful bouquets. GORGEOUS! The flowers Vanda did for us were amazing. The only direction I really had to give Bryce was not to use too many traditional roses, a color scheme, and a few photos of flowers I liked. The centerpieces he delivered were spectacular, and we received so many compliments on them, and guests were able to take them home at the end of the night. My and my bridesmaids' bouquets were so beautiful - exactly what I wanted. The boutonnieres for the guys were succulents with some lavender (?) flowers and everyone loved them. Everything was delivered and set up beautifully. Bryce was flexible with me on having to add and take away tables for the flower order as well, based on our fluctuating guest numbers. I highly recommend working with Vanda!

Being a destination bride, I had limited access to meet with vendors, including Bryce. We did have a meeting, but my main communication was via email. I had been recommended to use Bryce through Kristen Hardy at Viansa, who had used him for her own wedding. I gave Bryce multiple images of things I like and we talked about the inspiration, but that was about it. As we got closer to the event, I was nervous I'd provided too little/too many pictures, how could he ever make it look the way I wanted? Did he ever! Bryce is a seriously talented floral designer and made every little detail come to life in the most perfect way. I can't imagine how he could read my mind so well, but he did! He was an easy, no fuss vendor and everything was so smooth on the wedding day. I'd highly recommend Vanda Florals for your wedding or any other occasion.

Bryce and his team at Vanda Floral do outstanding work and have so much patience/agility to change up your order as needed throughout the process. We let the team do what they do best, i.e., they selected the flowers that worked with our colors and wedding vibe within minimal input from us. On our wedding, we were absolutely blown away by all the flowers - the center pieces, ceremony arrangements, and bouquets were stunning. Vanda Floral exceed all of my expectations and we received so many compliments on the flowers. Bryce is a breeze to work with and you get so much for what you pay.

Bryce and his team were amazing to work with! I intereviewed at least ten florists in the area, and the minute I spoke with Bryce on the phone and met with him in person, I knew he was the florist for us. Living in Arizona, I needed someone who could work with me and our wedding coordinator long-distance. He took my pictures and descriptions and turned my dreams into a reality. He literally nailed it. From my bouquets to the centerpieces, to even the the candles and table decor, he got it exactly as I had envisioned and described to him. He was reasonably priced, worked within our budget, provided me with a plethora of flower options to bring my ideas to life, and was prompt and timely in his communication and delivery. I cannot thank Bryce and his staff enough for all of their hard work in making our wedding absolutely beautiful and dream come true. I would work with him again in a heart beat and will definitely be recommending him in the future.

Bryce and his team did a fabulous job with our wedding flowers. They were the most reasonable of the florists we quoted and really delivered on the day of. Our wedding was in August and I asked for peonies in just my bouquet (they were out of season) and he ended up including peonies in every arrangement at the wedding. He really went above and beyond and made our wedding perfect!

Bryce and his team did a wonderful job with the bouquets, table centerpieces, gazebo sash at our wedding. He translated our inspiration pictures and ideas into stunning arrangements that were perfect and even better than we could have imagined. We're a gay couple, and with two brides to please Bryce had a tall order and a lot of input to sort through during our meetings. He handled the challenge masterfully. He was incredibly accommodating and guided us through the process so that we felt confident all the way through. On our wedding day we had so many compliments on the flowers - they were loose, fresh, romantic, original. We truly couldn't have imagined a better result. We highly recommend Vanda Floral and are sure that they will exceed your expectations, just as they exceeded ours.

Bryce and Vanda Floral Design made our son and daughter-in-law's wedding very special with the gorgeous arrangements they provided....everyone at the wedding in Sonoma commented on how beautiful they were. He and his staff were a delight to work with: very prompt in responding to questions, etc. I cannot say enough about them!! They also did the arrangements for me for the rehearsal dinner....beautiful! I thought they were very reasonable since I had been told by so many people that the flowers for a wedding would cost a fortune.....yes, I would definitely use them again and again.

Bryce was AWESOME to work with. I never got the chance to actually meet with him in person, and so all of our interactions were through email. I suppose I was "taking a chance", but his beautiful work speaks for itself. He was always extremely responsive, and was really accommodating with all of my ideas, changes in plan, and random long emails! But basically...I gave him a few examples I liked, left it at that for a few months, and then was just blown away by everything on the day of my wedding!! I got so many compliments from my guests and wedding party. It really was amazing, and I would recommend him 100%!

One word summarizes my overall experience with Vanda Floral (Bryce Vanda): OUTSTANDING!!! I was my own coordinator for my Petaluma wedding, and even working from Virginia, I found Vanda to be flexible, prompt, considerate, a great value for the quality of the flowers...not to mention, easy to work with. I loved my flowers (the arrangements were exactly to the specifications and beautifully arranged) down to the last petal and sprig; I really couldn't be happier to recommend them to anyone for anything from one arrangement to an entire event's worth!

We worked with Bryce for the floral and design for our wedding, and we could not have been more pleased. The theme for our wedding was modern vintage, and Bryce made sure that every last detail fit within our theme and added to the overall picture. Of course, the flowers were beautiful, but the arrangements, the vases, and the placement of everything looked truly perfect. Vanda Floral is professional and great to work with. I highly recommend them for any occasion!

Best flowers ever. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I knew what colors I wanted and some of the flowers I liked, but didn't have a super clear vision. Bryce narrowed it down, dealt with multiple revisions to the contract, and came up with the best flowers I've ever seen....at a wedding or elsewhere. I would give anything to have my bouquet recreated and kept forever. Everything was remarkable.

Bryce met with me a few times to discuss my ideas. I changed my whole flower choice a bit last minute, but Bryce accommodated all my changes no problem.
The value for the price is AMAZING! You won't find this quality for this price anywhere else! Bryce is such a great guy, he really makes wedding planning easy on the bride. He is confident and knows his flowers and made me feel so calm when I was stressed out. THANK YOU BRYCE!

He also provided some great suggestions that I ended up using. The bridal and bridesmaid bouquets were so pretty, and all the decor and centerpieces turned out beautifully. Bryce and the entire Vanda Floral Design team did an amazing job at my recent wedding at Silverado Resort in Napa. He met with my wife and I twice for about 45minutes each time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and even provided my wife with a sample a few weeks before the wedding to make sure the colors all matched with her dress/bridesmaid dresses.
The value in what we got was incredible--For what we got, most other florists would have charge 3X the amount!
I know nothing about flowers, but luckily Bryce knows exactly what he's doing and made everything look amazing at our wedding! My wife was overjoyed with how everything turned out.

We used Vanda Floral for our wedding near Calistoga in August and they were amazing! Bryce was so helpful and always responded right away. He was flexible and always willing to take the extra steps to help us out. Our bouquets and boutonnieres turned out beautifully and the whole experience was stress free. Bryce and his team at Vanda did such an amazing job. I wanted tropical colors and orchids for my hawaiian themed wedding. He worked with me to achieve my vision within my specified budget. When I saw the bouquets for the first time I was blown away with how beautiful they were.
Bryce was very easy to work with and took all my inspiration pictures and requests to heart and created something totally magnificent and unique.
The colorful rose petals lining my aisle were so colorful and he did a fabulous job with the flowers on my cake as well. I could not have asked for prettier flowers.

I am so thrilled I chose Vanda Floral Design for my wedding on April 27, 2013. The flowers were AMAZING. My centerpieces were stunning and he created this magical space, transforming an empty room into a forest and flower wonderland. He delivered a beautiful palm tree, set up our votive candles, a gorgeous head-table garland, and created these overflowing flowering manzanita tree centerpieces with succulents and peonies and woven within the branches were orchids and gardenias. The flower color palette was soft with shades of white, soft greens - so romantic.
When I saw our reception space it EXCEEDED my wildest dreams. I told everyone I wished I could live in that room forever. Very magical. A++++++++

Brice at Vanda Floral Design did an amazing job of transforming the reception room into a sophisticated and stunning room. On each dining table he used tall dark manzanita trees which were decorated with gardenias and white orchids with a low profile of lush, cascading floral arrangement at its base.
For the head wedding table he made a 10 foot long floral garland along the front of the table using varieties of foliage of white and light green flowers that cascaded over the the edge of the table with gold votives woven into the garland. The bride and the bride's maids bouquets were luscious and sweet.
The people that work at Vanda are reliable, professional and amazingly creative with ideas and suggestions
We highly recommend you use Vanda for your wedding or event.

Vanda is the best florist shop in Petaluma. I contacted Bryce two months before my wedding since I was still debating between doing my own arrangements or having them done professionally. I'm so glad I went with the professional.
I told Bryce that I really liked the look of peonies, but I knew that with a mid-August wedding, it would be pretty hard to get peonies. I was totally okay with having garden roses and other flowers that had that multi-layered round look. I was floored on my wedding day when Bryce told me he got me peonies for my bouquet! My bouquet, nosegays, boutinneres, and centerpieces were gorgeous. I received so many compliments on the arrangements. I honestly wish I could have preserved my bouquet forever ... it was honestly that beautiful.
Vanda was really easy to work with, they are super flexible and very accommodating.

After getting a few quotes and looking at portfolios, it was obvious that Vanda had the best prices along with the best quality of work. The job Vanda floral did for my wedding was UNBELIEVABLE! Not only was I planning a destination wedding (at the Silverado Resort in Napa) from Daytona Beach Florida at a place I had never seen but I also know NOTHING about flowers! I could hardly tell Bryce examples when he wanted to know what type of flowers I liked. Vanda was listed as one of my venus preferred vendors so I reached out to Bryce through email, gave him my budget, my colors, and sent pictures I found online of flower arrangements I liked. Bryce was great! He got back to me after every e-mail in a couple of days, put together a contract for me, and let me shift stuff around 2 weeks before with no problem. My sister is getting married in October and after seeing my flowers at the wedding she asked me how much I spent on my flowers and she was really surprised that it was so much less than she would have guessed!! I'm not sure how much flowers are suppose to cost but I felt like it was very reasonable, and worth every penny!!
The day of the wedding I couldn't believe how GORGEOUS my flowers were!! How he put together such perfect arrangements from a few pictures and e-mails, I'm not sure but they were absolutly BEAUTIFUL! I don't know if I've ever commented on flowers at a wedding I've been to but I got so many compliments about mine!
After a wedding it's easy to look back and think where you would have cut cost to save money.... I would say 100% I wouldn't change a THING about my flowers!

We used Bryce and his team at Vanda for our wedding in March 2012. After our first meeting with him, we were convinced he was the best man for the job. We had a vintage-baseball themed wedding, and it required someone with an eye for creativity, and who could see our vision and execute it with minimal direction. We didn't want anything too elaborate, except for our place card table, which Bryce took on as a side project and totally knocked it out of the park, no pun intended. Our flowers were perfect, there's no better word to describe it. It was exactly what we wanted, simple, elegant, and he used our little extra details (baseballs, peanuts, baseball signage and mini pennants) to perfection. He also took note of what we did not want in regards to type of flowers, size and containers, so we didn't end up disappointed. He also went the extra mile on my bridal bouquet, adding some last minute details that made it extra personal for me. Oh and he revised the contract for us three times, which was so nice of him, since the direction changed on our end twice. At the end of the day, Vanda is awesome, Bryce is hilarious, they are so professional, eager to please, do amazing work and are extremely reasonably priced, which is hard to find in Sonoma County for weddings. Definitely talk to Bryce if you need flowers for your wedding, you will not be disappointed.

We were married in November 2011 in Sonoma and were referred to Vanda Floral by our caterer. We were so lucky to have found Bryce, he was so wonderful!!! He worked with our budget and accommodated our ideas. Everything came together beautifully on our wedding day and he was there in person to set it all up! From the beautiful bouquets (especially mine!) to the unique manzanitas, we were extremely impressed by his work. We are from Seattle so we never met Bryce until the day of the wedding, we only communicated through phone and email, but everything turned out better than we could imagine that day! We highly recommend Bryce as your wedding florist! :)

I highly recommend Vanda Floral Design for wedding flowers. Our flowers were amazing! Bryce was very good at helping us out with our budget and really listened to what we wanted. Everything was beautiful and the staff was great!
