I can't say enough great and positive things about Gabe and Jaci!! They were so amazing and took the BEST photos. When looking at all our wedding photos, it doesn't seem like we're looking at a bunch of wedding pictures. It totally feels like we are looking at our special day through a story Gabe and Jaci created. Every photo looks so magical and natural - I am still in shock with how amazing they turned out! Gabe was so detailed and on top of everything; he made planning and the day of so easy and relaxed. He even helped rally all the guys so we could get started! As my husband said, "Gabe's the man!!". I am so glad we went with Van Wyhe Photography - our wedding photos are something we will cherish forever. Thank you so much Gabe and Jaci for being part of our day! Looking forward to taking more pictures in the future :) -

We hired Gabriel and Jaci for our recent wedding. At first, we went to him based solely on his shooting style but after meeting with him, we realized just how important personality would be for our big day. From that first meeting with Gabriel, we were impressed with his helpfulness and professionalism. You can tell he knows his stuff!
We purchased a package that came with an engagement session and wedding photo booth. We couldn't be happier with our engagement shoot! Everyone who has seen them has been nothing but complimentary. We have not received our wedding day pictures yet but I am positive they'll be everything we hoped for. Our package also came with a photo album and Gabriel was really helpful about picking out exactly what we wanted that to look like.
I can't tell you how many horror stories I have heard about wedding day photographers just completely dropping the ball. And if that happens on your wedding day, there's no do-over. Gabriel and Jaci went above and beyond my expectations! They coordinated with our other vendors perfectly and helped make sure our day ran as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a professional photographer. I can't wait to see our wedding day shots! -

Van Wyhe Photography was recommended to my husband and me through a friend and we are so happy we selected them for our wedding. Gabe is so knowledgeable and professional it was truly a great experience working with him. On our wedding day Gabe and his second shooter Tim were on time and began right away. They were there to capture all the great moments and had wonderful ideas for different shots, we didn’t let the rainy October afternoon stop us! Our guests also really enjoyed both of them and had a lot of fun at the photo booth. -

Gabriel is AMAZING! I could not say enough wonderful things about Gabriel and Van Wyhe photography! He is truly worth every penny! His professionalism was evident throughout the entire process - he really does know what he is doing. Meeting with him in preparation for the wedding was always fun and comfortable, and on the wedding day I was just so impressed at how he handled everything! Always checking his camera to make sure lighting and everything was looking the way he wanted. We also had a huge amount of family to manage during family formal photos and he knew exactly how to guide that many people around for each photo! He was just a dream to work with and really enhanced my own experience of my day! And of course our photos are just STUNNING! I truly could not be more happy with the outcome. He is on the more expensive side of photographers, but if you value these photos you will keep forever then like I said, worth every penny! I HIGHLY recommend him!! -

Gabriel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional while also being fun and energetic on our wedding day. Leading up to our wedding Gabriel was always easy to get a hold of and during calls brought up things that we never even thought about, to say he was a help during planning is an understatement. We received our photo booth photos the day after our wedding and the full wedding photos about 2 months. He states the date you will get your photos in his contract and delivered them on time, which was relieving for us to know exactly when we would be getting them and never having to follow up to ask about the status. The photo quality was above our expectations. The hardest part now is choosing our favorites! I would recommend Gabriel any day. -

The Van Wyhes did an amazing job in capturing our wedding day! Gabe made sure to capture every shot we requested in advance and was great at making sure that we didn't forget anyone that we mentioned in advance.
I specifically appreciated Gabe's attention to detail...his level of experience and professionalism shown through in every shot!

I used Van Wyhe photography for my late spring wedding this year. They did a fantastic job! I love the photos I received. I used them for a couple pre wedding shoots and my wedding.
Gabriel made sure to follow up and checked to see if all my needs were met. During the wedding, both Gabriel and Jaci were so accommodating and made the day so much better when minor chaos went on. The photo booth was so much fun. We didn't expect it to be that popular since the majority of our wedding guests were older family members. They made everyone feel comfortable. The photos are funny to look back at.
The only con would be that the photos took two months to be processed, which was completely understandable. We were forewarned way ahead of time and it was listed on the contract. I was just anxious to see the photos but willing to wait for better quality. They're popular and extremely busy during the summer. That being said, Gabriel was still easy to contact and kept me updated even before I asked.
I would HIGHLY recommend them. The pictures speak for themselves!!
P.S. Gabriel was awesome, but I did want to note how awesome Jaci was as well. For those that may worry on the quality of the second shooter, I was completely satisfied with Jaci's work. :) Definitely recommend having a second shooter based on our experience. -

Gabe is absolutely wonderful and made our whole wedding day such a breeze! I really couldn't imagine having a different wedding photographer. He was so easy to work with and made sure to sit down with us and plan out each stage of the day. He also made me and my now husband just feel so valued all along the way, even remembering us when he shot a friend of ours' wedding! The best part of working with Gabe was how easy he made our wedding day flow though! He helped us create a day of schedule and made sure we were on time to each thing, taking pictures all along the way. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease working with him, and not to mention his pictures are always gorgeous! Couldn't of been more satisfied with our wedding photography, and we are always recommending Gabe to people we know! Gabe's services are worth every penny! -

Gabriel's demeanor and professionalism is second to none!
To start off, his equipment and products come with backup plans and insurance, and he sends a helpful gift! It rained during our outdoor photo session and ceremony and he was always smiling, always cheerful, always calm, even when guests misbehave. He even stayed later than required so that he could capture every moment =).

There is something to be said about a person who can magnificently capture that one special day, one in which to date, is the best day on the planet for my husband and I...and who can literally make the most epic photos from it. Photos that we get to show off everywhere to our friends and loved ones for the rest of our lives. We truly picked and could not be more happier with our pick with Gabriel for our photographer. Him and his wife are an amazing team and the talent behind Van Wyhe Photography is beyond amazing. There are so many more chapters in our lives to come and I can't wait to have him capture all those special moments for us in our future. -

My husband and I were recently married in December and hired Gabriel Van Wyhe as our photographer. Gabe has a very calm demeanor which is something I knew we would appreciate come wedding day. Gabe and Jaci arrived on time and ready to shoot! They captured all of the images we had requested and so many more. We couldn't be happier with the results! Gabe was great about taking control during the family shots (there was a lot of us) and then slipping back in to the shadows during the ceremony and reception. You almost forget he's there! Towards the end of the night Gabe set up a photo booth for our family and friends. It's safe to say that was a HUGE hit! Thank you Gabe and Jaci for capturing special moments we'll be able to cherish forever. -

Could not have asked for a better experience! We planned an outdoor wedding and it ended up pouring rain. Van Wyhe didn't hesitate to get soaked in order to get the best shots possible. Since day one he was super flexible with a changing schedule and took the time to get to know us so that our pictures seemed natural. He will make the whole experience unforgettable! -

My Husband and I LOVED Gabriel and his wife! They did our engagement photos, wedding photos, and photo booth at the wedding. They put us at ease each time we worked with them and are great at helping create your wedding day timeline. The photos from the wedding turned out beautiful, we couldn't be happier. They even were able to work around A LOT of rain the day of the wedding and made it fun! I would recommend Van Wyhe Photography to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. They also setup a 10x10 photo booth at the wedding that all of our guest really enjoyed! -

I was impressed with Van Wyhe from the first meeting we had. We first met many months before my wedding and with his help we laid out the entire day's itinerary. At first I was overwhelmed, but I realized that the photo schedule is probably the most crucial element of the wedding since those photos last forever. Gabriel was very responsive in email exchanges and the payment process is very simple and easy with your own client portal online. The day of the wedding went so smoothly, and because of Gabriel we were able to stick to a very tight photo schedule and got every picture we wanted. When we received notice our pictures were ready it was so easy to view online with our own password protected viewing site and the pictures took our breath away. Van Wyhe captured the essence of our wedding day and you can feel the emotion through their images. We could not be happier with the pictures from our big day and are so grateful for Gabriel & Jaci’s hard work. -

Of all our wonderful wedding vendors, Van Wyhe Photography was the best. Gabe and his wife, Jaci are not only incredibly talented and professional photographers, but they were also therapists, cheerleaders, planners, problem solvers, and super heroes on our "big day". We were interested in them because of their beautiful work and reasonable pricing, we hired them because of their excellent packages and professionalism, and we have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family because they provided us with all we could have asked for and more. They have a gift for helping you to relax into the chaos of the day and even helping you to enjoy it! They made me, my husband, and our loved ones feel so comfortable and relaxed in front of the lens and throughout the day. We are so pleased with our photos and with our whole experience from my first email to them to our final wedding photos. They were so fun, engaging, creative, and a wonderful addition to the best day of our lives. The photos were artistic, detailed and captured the feel of moments that meant the most to us. When starting to plan my wedding I knew the photographer would be one of the most important vendors to both of us since we would always look back at the pictures. We were so happy to find Gabriel and he was absolutely fantastic. He helped us every step of the way. He was very quick to respond to any of the emails I sent him beforehand. The photo’s are beyond words, and he gave us way more than we expected to receive. Gabriel captured every moment of the wedding. We also had the photobooth at our wedding reception and it was a huge hit. We had a lot of younger kids in attending and they loved the photobooth. I would recommend Gabriel to anyone, he was worth every penny. The photo’s live up to the entire day of our wedding. -

Van Wyhe Photography provided me and my boyfriend with the most amazing engagement shoot. Gabriel was there every step of the way helping me with the process of finding the perfect location and type of photos we wanted. He was so flexible and took all of my ideas and thoughts into consideration when planning for the shoot. He made the entire process so much easier and enjoyable, and he was always quick to reply whenever I had a question (there were lots). The day of the shoot he made us feel SO much at ease and made the shoot a ton of FUN!! Choosing a photographer is a daunting task, especially when it's for your wedding. I was so relieved when we met them. I knew within minutes that we'd found the right photographer for our wedding. They were professional and attentive every step of the way. They have such an amazing eye for detail and the photographs are just incredible! I laugh and cry every time I look at them!
Everything was included, making it so easy for me – engagement photos, wedding photos, and a fun photo booth! Just amazing!
The photos are so beautiful, and they really captured the fun, the love, and the happiness of the day, and who we are as a couple.

My husband and I are very happy with our wedding photos! Gabe did such an awesome job and he has so easy to work with.
We met with him almost more than a year in advance and he was always very professional at every meeting and extremely responsive to all of our emails and questions. The day of the wedding was amazing and the family photos went so smoothly (we were even waaay ahead of schedule).
After receiving our photos, it was almost like we were reliving our epic day. I would highly recommend Van Wyhe Photography to anyone who wants quality photos and a fun photographer who you can feel comfortable with. It was definitely money well spent! It is very likely that we will be a repeat customer for future celebrations and family photos :) -

Gabe and Jaci are the best! We were so lucky to have them as our photographers. They were easy to work with, organized and professional. Thanks to some advice Gabe gave us at our first meeting our wedding was totally fun, stress-free and low-key, just the way we wanted it. Everything ran smoothly and on time. I also had beautiful boudoir photos done by Jaci in pinup fashion and old school Hollywood glamour, which I would also highly recommend! My husband loved them, and so did I :-) It was like having our good friends photograph our wedding, and we really couldn't ask for more. Thanks so much!!! We love you! -

My wife and I loved the Van Wyhe's. The way they conducted themselves throughtout the entire wedding process was amazing. In fact, we were able to construct our wedding day schedule almost completely around Gabriel's experience and knowledge of wedding ceremonies and receptions. Without his help, planning the entire day would have been a difficult task.
We will definitely be using the Van Wyhe's for any future photography sessions. Thank you Gabe and Jaci. -

Gabriel and his wife were amazing! It was great getting to know them during our meetings, engagement shoot and on the wedding day. They were friendly, outgoing, professional, creative and had some great tips to help us with the small but important details of our wedding day. We could't be more happy with how our pictures turned out, I am so glad that we chose them to capture the best moments on our special day! -

We had a great time working with Van Wyhe Photography. When ever I had a question he was very helpful. We were dealing with a military time schedule and he was able to finish our Engagment photo's in a VERY short amount of time and we LOVE so many of them. On the day of the wedding we had a lot of fun taking our pictures with the bridal party and the fun booth was a huge hit with everyone. We are very excited to see our wedding pictures and I know they will be awesome. Thank You Jacki and Gabriel -

Gabe was such a great photographer. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to have done our wedding. I love all the photos he took. The only thing I would have changed was to have him longer. Gabe was always quick to respond, did what we wanted, was very flexible and is easy to get along with. He made taking photos fun and silly. We recommended one of our friends to him and their wedding is tomorrow. Gabe is the man you want to shoot your wedding. :) -

Gab and his wife Jackie are simply the best! They make sure you get all the shots you need and also the ones you want. The pictures are always beautiful and the best quality you could ask for. They have an ability to make you feel comfortable with them from the moment you meet them. Its doesn't feel like a stranger taking your wedding picutes, but on old friend. They are a true pleasure to work with! -

Gabe and his wife Jaci were amazing!!!!! From the engagement shoot that we did at Pike Place, to the wedding day, every interaction with them was fun!!! Everyone who has ever seen our engagement shoot photos have raved about them constantly. We were just married early this month, so we're waiting on our wedding photos in the coming weeks, but we know they will be even more amazing!
Gabe and Jaci are so lighthearted, entertaining and relaxed. They like to have a good time at the shoots, and have a unique eye for creativity that is so hard to find in other cookie-cutter photographers.
They set up a "Fun Photo Booth" at our wedding which allowed our guests to take pictures in costume/props that made the night so entertaining! My guests raved about how fun our reception was, and they loved Gabe and Jaci.
They felt more like family at our wedding, than like photographers we hired!
Their work is worth much more than they charge! I recommend this photographer team to every bride I encounter!

My husband and I absolutely loved Gabriel! He is friendly, professional, positive, easy-going, knowledgeable and obviously loves what he does. He was by far the easiest of our vendors to work with from start to finish and gave great wedding advice during the planning stages. He made our wedding day photo session a lot of fun and one of our favorite parts of the day. And most importantly, our wedding photos turned out gorgeous! As a photography hobbyist on a budget, it was difficult to find someone that offered the quality I wanted at the price I wanted. Gabriel far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone! -

We discovered Gabe Van Wyhe at a Seattle bridal expo, and I was instantly drawn to the style of his wedding albums, which included attractive vintage washes. He is warm and responsive, and I was so impressed with his light, upbeat manner on the 'day of'. The pictures were AMAZING- we loved every picture and he really captured the fun, beautiful, and intimate essence of our day. He took the time to deliver the 'best' pics in a traditiional wash, vintage-y warm wash and also b & w which looked awesome. The hardest part was selecting the 40 to go into the physical album since we loved them all. I've seen wedding pictures that are stiff and with generic poses- he captured plenty of unique, candid and emotion focused photos of the bridal party and of bridal pre-ceremony prep(approx 10-13 different settings around the property) in a relatively short period of time.
The photo booth was so much fun and we bought instamix prints for our guests to take home which i recommend- Gabe simply takes an instamix(polaroid) shot and a 'pro camera' shot, which enables guests to have a physical memento of the wedding. He brings props which adds to the fun.
In sum, I definitely recommend van Wyhe photography- he is flexible and responsive to your unique needs, both in terms of the wedding day poses you prefer, and the end product you desire. -
