We had such a great experience with VFC and everyone is still raving about our wedding! Caitlin and Kayla were very easy to talk to, answered our many questions, and were flexible with scheduling meetings. Would highly recommend having your wedding at VFC!

Choosing Valley Forge Weddings at Valley Forge Casino Resort was the best choice my now husband and I could have made! Working with Caitlin and Kayla were a dream and they have been amazing throughout our entire planning process leading up to our BIG DAY. From communicating, guiding, and understanding our time and schedules we have only great things to say. I would absolutely recommend any couple looking to book their wedding at VFCR!

Our wedding was absolutely amazing and everything we imagined since we got engaged in September 2017! We first met with Terri who I could tell was super sweet just from her initial email. She is so detailed and worked really hard to make sure that our special day was everything we dreamed of. Everything went so perfectly and so smooth without any hiccups. During the reception Chris, the matre'd was amazing and super attentive I can't say enough good things about him either. We would finish our drink and go dance or cut the cake or something and every time we went back to the table our drinks were magically filled. The food was also amazing. We paid extra for another beer choice and appetizer which was a great investment. The option to upgrade the beef in our package from the sirloin to prime rib also made me really happy. Prime rib was something I absolutely had to have at my wedding. My other favorite thing was the fact that there are no minimum head requirements instead each ballroom requires you to spend a certain amount of money. We had 115 on the original guest list and 93 accepted so that already presents a challenge when hunting for a wedding venue. Along with your package you also receive a beautiful suite for the wedding night along with 2 other suites. You can either use them yourselves or give them to family for the wedding night. We gifted them to family and they were so happy. We were so happy with this venue it's definitely worth more than 5 stars to us!

We got married in December 2018 in the Grande Ballroom and it was absolutely wonderful! Our ballroom was recently renovated, which was a bonus. It comfortably fit our guest list of over 200 people. The staff really worked well together as a team! Everyone was so helpful from the concierge to the wait staff to our maître d’ John. Our coordinator Terri was outstanding from day one as well! Also, you cannot beat the location and the amount of activities in the area. We would highly recommend it to other engaged couples for their wedding venue!

The Valley Forge Casino Resort was the perfect venue for us. We wanted one location where all the day's events could happen and where our guests could stay, especially our many out-of-towners, and have entertainment nearby. The VFCR had it all! Hotel, food, casino, entertainment, ceremony and reception all in one location with Philadelphia and Valley Forge Historical park as our backyards. We didn't have to worry about our guests getting around from place to place. Our guests were so happy with the wedding site and we received tons of positive feedback about our location choice. Terri and her wedding planning crew were absolutely amazing and helped us every single step of the way. We honestly couldn't have done it without her and her team, and their wedding planning expertise was priceless. We're not ones to usually comment on food but the chef and his crew also did a fantastic job and many compliments poured in from our guests as well. The only complaint was that the portions were too big! We had the option, which was very convenient, of working with preferred vendors and opted to go with Bredenbeck's Bakery, who also was very accommodating and made our perfect wedding and groom cakes. If we had to do it all over again, we'd do it exactly the same. We couldn't have asked for more on our special day!

Thank you to everyone at the VFCR for making our dream event come true! Terri is the absolute BEST venue planner. She walked us through every detail of our event and was fun, professional and so caring! The day of the event was spectacular! Not only was the Grand Ballroom gorgeous thank to the vendors they directed us to (LEO Design Gallery, Colonial Gardens) the staff was super professional and on top of every detail. Everyone was raving about how good the food was and the service and there was so...much...food! Our concierge, John was exceptional! So many people to thank, but really if I had one word of advice to anyone planning an event...DO have your event there. They go above and beyond for thier clients and we couldn't be more grateful! Thank you VFCR!!!!

You will not be disappointed in this venue. First class all the way with experienced staff to see you through the entire process and day. Not one single complaint!

This venue was phenomenal! They were very attentive to my and my husband's needs and they made sure everything ran smoothly that day.

An amazing place to have a wedding. Terri, our coordinator was so on top of everything and the casino was unbelievably accommodating for some of our unique requests. From start to finish the staff here are professional, thoughtful, and talented at what they do. I also found their packages to be reasonably priced, not to mention that they were willing to discuss or take certain pieces out if we didn't need them.

We just had our wedding here on June 30, 2018 and it was nothing less than amazing! Our guests have not stopped raving about how it was the best wedding they’ve been to! (Coming from 2 huge families that’s saying a lot!) Our reception was held in The Venue which is an incredibly beautiful room. We worked with Nicole in the beginning and she was so great helping us create a package to fit our budget. When we heard she was leaving we were super bummed and a bit nervous but Terri stepped in and didn’t miss a beat! She made sure all of our concerns were heard and addressed and took care of everything for us. Most especially making sure there was access for my disabled grandfather. We couldn’t be happier. Our maitre’d John was absolutely incredible! He made sure we were taken care of as well as our parents and grandparents. We cannot say enough great things about such an incredibly amazing staff and venue! Thank you for making our big day not only possible but so amazing! The Venue as well as all of the staff will always have a special place in our hearts!

If you are looking for a venue with all the offerings, this one is it! I knew I wanted to book Valley Forge Casino Resort since the very first meeting. We first met with Terri, and I worked with her throughout the whole process of my two year long engagement. You are able to choose from a few options of which room would fit your personality, and my now-husband and I chose the Venue room. It was absolutely beautiful! We were able to have our ceremony there also. Our cocktail hour was on the balcony and overlooked the beautiful décor of the room. Everyone raved every detail of the night! There were so many options to make sure to fit your budget! The food was delicious- everything from the hors d’oeuvres to entrée to dessert! And because the centerpieces and cake are included, you are still given the opportunity to meet with different vendors to choose what best fits you!

Terri was our wedding coordinator, and she was beyond phenomenal! I am a workaholic, so most of my conversations had to be done via email because of my busy schedule. She was so quick and informative to anything I asked! When it come down to the wire, she was so helpful with everything from setting up to where to stand. Any question I thought I might needed answered, she had the answer to right away! She was amazing! I met an another wedding assistant, Angelique. She was also wonderful during the rehearsal with helping out, as well as the day of the wedding – making sure my bridal party was taken care of!

I couldn’t have dreamt of a better day! I am so glad that I chose Valley Forge Casino, and I would highly recommend it to anyway wishing for the perfect wedding day!!

Valley forge is an amazing place to have a wedding they are so helpful in making your big day beautiful. I never could have imagined my big day being as great as it was and valley forge is to thank for that. If your looking for a place to have your wedding I highly recommend valley forge. They also have a great bridal room for the bride to get ready in which is amazingly convenient and just beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nicole at VFCR for our wedding. She was super helpful and always got back to us right away with answers to any of our questions. We were in The Venue ballroom and the set up was perfect. The food was amazing and the convenience of their wedding package can't be beat!

Nicole was such a great help in making our wedding great. She made sure everything was done to perfection and she was able to help us with some of the hard decisions that came with it all. The venue was beautiful and we received nothing but compliments until today of how great our wedding was! We really appreciate Valley Forge for being a great Hostess too our wedding!

We had our wedding on 11/18/17 in the Grand Ballroom at VFCR and it was perfect! Everyone was so great and helpful. They knew exactly what we wanted as far as layout, setup, food, etc. We did not have to worry about a thing that night and they made sure that everything was the way we wanted it! John was our maî·tre d and was fabulous! He made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. We worked with Nicole up to the wedding and she was very responsive and helpful along the way. We never had any concerns working with her and she was always on top of things and ready to help in any way! I would definitely recommend having your wedding/event at the VFCR, it was perfect from beginning to end! All of our family and friends loved the food, drink, and location!

To start, we decided we wanted a venue that could accommodate our reception, but also have rooms available for our friends and family to stay at, not having to worry about driving home or to a hotel. We live close to KOP and actually have a few friends who have had their weddings here and loved every minute it of. Now to think of it, I clearly remember being at a local bar discussing the venue and a man came up and said, "Sorry to interrupt, but are you thinking of having your wedding at the Valley Forge Casino? (I said yes) " Oh do it! I just got married there last weekend and it was the best time of my life!" Who knew we would take the advice of a complete stranger, but his excitement got me excited! So we set up a time to meet a planner. The girl we met with was awesome! Bubbly, excited, and really informative of what is all included, we toured the entire place! I knew right away I wanted it, but A LOT of people said at least look at one more. So we did and once we walked out, we knew VF Casino was the better choice for us! We had a minor issue with our date to begin with, but that quickly got rectified! About a few months after we booked, our planner left! I was bummed but because we booked early, I had faith it would be okay. Soon enough Nicole came our way and she was AMAZING!! At the time we were both engaged and her wedding was just a few months before ours at the Casino! She answered every.single.question I threw at her. Some weren't even for her to answer, but she always gave her opinion and it was just so easy to talk to her! She always answered my emails within the hour, sometimes faster! Everything went pretty flawlessly and I have her to thank for it. (The Best Day EVER!!) Our guests have said the food was absolutely amazing, which made me so happy to hear! My husband has even said that this place was the best bang for our buck! This place is great and the staff is the absolute best! I highly recommend it, no matter the size of your wedding!

My daughters wedding was at the venue valley forge radisson hotel. I cannot say enough just how fabulous the entire day and evening was, due mostly because of our wedding planner Nicole Vinci and the entire staff. Absolutely flawless day and evening from suite for hair and makeup to cocktails and dinner. All of our guests called for days complimenting what a fantastic wedding . I highly recommend this venue.

We used the Valley Forge Casino Resort for our reception and we are so happy that we did. Our wedding specialist was Nicole Vinci and she was amazing to say the least. Nicole was so sweet, attentive, and was interested in every little detail and that made me feel so safe and secure that everything was going to be perfect, and it was! We chose "The Venue" as our ballroom and chose the highest package. The value for the package was great!! The vendors that are included in the package are all amazing. John our Maitre D was exceptional! He was there with me all night, making sure I was comfortable. He was so pleasant and we will never forget him. He and the staff packed up all of my things at the end of the night and John escorted us and our belongings to our room. I didn't get to try the stations at cocktail hour because my husband and I were in our private cocktail area (that overlooked the entire ballroom, so beautiful) but I heard that it was all amazing. In our private area we had a table with hor d'oeuvres and champagne, it was nice to relax alone after saying "I do". Dinner was out of this world! Our guests are still talking about how big the lobster was. The wait staff and bartenders were professional, fast and courteous. I received so many compliments on our signature drink. I love that my guests were able to go to Valley Beach, the Casino or the Tavern to continue having fun after the reception ended. The location is great for guests that are traveling, and the hotel is very clean. The rooms were modern and clean and all of the staff were polite. It’s great that the hotel has a Tavern in the lobby. It provided a spot that our guests could hang in and have a drink in-between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Nicole Vinci and the rest of the staff at the Valley Forge Casino Resort made all of my dreams a reality. It was the best day ever and I wish we could go back and do it all over again. Our guests said that they never had so much fun at a wedding! Thank you!!!

From the moment we met with Lori Glennon to book our party we just knew that the Valley Forge Casino Resort was the venue we wanted to celebrate with friends and family! The quality of the food and beverage was unsurpassed. Barbara Forgash was the planner assigned to us by the VFC and she was amazing! Barbara took all the stress of the planning out of the equation and was there for us whenever we needed her. We simply glided through the night and every little thing was taken care of. Our Maitre de, John and his staff were awesome and really made the difference that brought all the planning and vision to fruition. We recommend the Valley Forge Casino Resort from the bottom of our hearts!!! Thank you!!!

I am honored to be writing a review about Valley Forge Resort and our Wedding Specialist, Nicole Vinci.
Originally we had a deposit with another vendor and started to read about Valley Forge Casino Resort’s Wedding Packages, including the outstanding florists and bakers they have listed as preferred vendors. At first I was a little hesitant about having our ceremony and reception at a casino, but after our first visit, we knew this was the perfect place.
Nicole went above and beyond to ensure the vision we had for our wedding came to life. She was quick to reply and follow-thru on everything we needed and requested. We had a very unusual request to place a huge paper flower wall backdrop that I spent months making in the reception room. When I told her about the flower wall, she wanted to understand all of the elements involved to ensure nothing would go wrong and it would indeed be the focal point of the reception, and it was. I’ll always be grateful to her for that! We also worked with Taylor Osorio, who was lovely, helpful and hands on at the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. They handled things from start to finish without a glitch.
People still rave about the food – and after our first food tasting, we both made it a point to enjoy our fabulous meal! The reception was amazing and all of the servers were incredible. Tasha as our own personal server during the reception and I have never seen anyone work so hard to make sure we were happy! She was great – and we will never forget her!
Finally, let me say that I plan and run events for a living so naturally it’s very hard for me to let go and trust caterers/hotels when I’m on site. However, after we started working with Nicole and met other people at the hotel, it was very easy for us to just relax and enjoy our wedding day!

My wedding was planned to the perfection. Setting up meeting times with the wedding planner was easy due to there flexible schedule. Having a list of venues made planning easy and fun. Everything was very well put together the day of and the food was amazing and something my guest talked about.

The minute, my daughter stepped into the Radisson Ballroom, she knew this is her wedding venue. As a New Yorker, she knew that Radisson Valley Forge is the perfect venue for the wedding and for her guests. The casino/bar was ideal for the after party. The guests opined that the wedding was the Best Wedding that they had ever attended!
Terri Hughes (Sr. Wedding Specialist) played a huge role in the success of the wedding. She is intelligent, hard working, patient and so charming. Terri Hughes and the Radisson worked with us with the Hindu ceremony, the baraat, a multi racial crowd, different cuisines, hotel stay for the guests and more. Terri stepped in and organized an amazing after wedding brunch when my previous vendor had to back out just a week before the wedding. I would like to take this time to share how wonderful my wedding was at the Valley Forge Casino Hotel in the Waterford Ballroom. From the very beginning the wedding planners both Emily and Terri Hughes were amazing. We started initial with Emily and then Terri Hughes took over the responsibilities. Terri was amazing very attentive, answered all our question promptly through email or phone. She gave wonderful insight and just was a pleasure to work with in preparing this very special day. On the day, of the wedding the reception was beautiful, the food was out of this world, and everything just flowed so perfectly. The Maitre D was fabulous and took care of our every need. It was just the perfect day and for that I thank all the staff including Terri and the Maitre D for making it all happen here at the Valley Forge Radisson Casino resort. You all helped us make wonderful memories that my husband and I including our family and friends will have for a lifetime!!!!

My husband and I just got married at the Radisson Hotel - Independence Ballroom. Terri Hughes was incredible to work with from the start to the finish. She made sure that she met all of our needs, had great ideas, responded to all of our requests and made sure that nothing was left untouched. She was so flexible with all of our different requests and options. I have a gluten allergy and Terri made sure that we were accommodated with all of that. We strongly recommend her! We had 250 guests and we were able to accommodate all of them with hotels and comfortable space at the venue. The room came together perfectly too. The layout was great and decorations/lighting were awesome. There was also plenty of room on the dance floor for a stage and all of our guests. The location is perfect. Everything is right there and you never have to leave. Guests can hang out at the Tavern the night before the wedding, go to the wedding the next day, have an after party at the Valley Beach Club and then hang out at the casino later. We heard by many people it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to. For all that is included, the price is better than anywhere else we looked at.

I am so happy that we chose Valley Forge Casino Resort. We are planning our wedding for a distance and Emily has made that process so easy and has taken away any stress and worry I've had. We toured 8 venues in 3 days! The Radison was our last venue and as soon as we were there we felt "this is it!" We had a specific vision for day and for our wedding weekend, and we knew this was our spot. The value of the packages was unbeatable! Our wedding isn't until next summer, but we've been able to easily communicate with Emily from a distance. I was in town for only a short time this summer and she let me come in to see the venue again and ease any worries I had about planning from so far away. I'm really excited to continue to work with her and cannot wait for our special day!

We started working with Julianna, who was fabulous and ended working with Terri, who was absolutely amazing! She was there to help with everything and always made us feel like we were her only wedding, even though there were many! Since the wedding, we have heard nothing but good things about the venue. The food was delicious, the ballroom was beautiful, and the service was great!

Valley Forge Casino resort was great they made our day as special as could be

I knew from the beginning that I wanted to get married in King of Prussia. It is the middle point of my family and my fiancé family. Once I started looking at wedding venues in KOP I just knew we had to get married at the Valley Forge Casino Resort. I was so happy that we decided to book with the Radisson. We booked the Waterford Ballroom which is the two story ballroom with a stage. I can not tell you how helpful Emily has been. She answers all of my questions within 24 hrs. Emily has been a crucial part of my planning. She has been so knowledgeable about other vendors. She is able to see my vision and is willing to put work in to make sure it becomes a reality on my wedding day. I would recommend the Radission to anyone who is looking to have a good time at their wedding reception. All your wedding guest get free access to the casino the night of the wedding. There is a night club in the hotel so even after your wedding reception is over the party does not have to stop if you don't want it to. The Radisson works within any budget and that is a great for any couple who is planning on a strict budget. If you book at the Valley Forge Casino Resort you won't be sorry.

Besides that the venue was stunning, Noreen went above and beyond for us! She was amazing and took away all of the stress!!! A+++

Most bang, for your $$$! We had our 200 person reception in the Waterford Ballroom, and everything was great! They are very accommodating, and willing to make your vision a reality!

Newly remodeled this hotel is clean, chic, and elegant. The grand ballroom looked incredible and the setup was breathtaking. Up lighting in the room as well as a wonderful coordinator, Noreen, who helped us from beginning to end. The block of rooms was affordable at $99/night and everyone said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Out of 200 experienced wedding attendees that's quite the compliment!

I have done many weddings and have done many large parties and all I can say about this venue and all of the people we came in contact with "I have never been so impressed with everything" I could not think I one thing I would have wanted to change.

Five stars all around! We worked with Juliana and Patricia and they were awesome! We had both our ceremony and reception in the Grand Ballroom, and they were beautiful and flawless. The food, drinks, and service were all amazing! Our guests literally keep telling us it was best/funnest wedding they have ever been to. Juliana and Patricia were professional and attentive through the whole planning process, and the day of the wedding went so smoothly with no issues- they really took the headache out of wedding planning. We had to plan the wedding long distance since we don't live in the area, and they were very understanding and flexible with our schedule. And as a bride who was completely clueless about what actually happens at a wedding, they were very helpful and had great ideas. I'd recommend this venue to anyone :)

This venue was great! We started off with Lindsay as our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! As she moved on we worked with Juliana who was great! Everything was beautiful and exactly how I asked for things to be set up. The food was delicious and it was a great night!

From our first meeting with Monica, a year before the wedding, we were comfortable that all of our needs would be addressed. The Radisson exceeded our expectations! Having to give over control is difficult, but they valued our opinions and suggestions, made us feel so at ease and made for the most relaxing wedding day! Everything was perfectly amazing and the Waterford Ballroom looked beyond beautiful! The staff was top rate - thank you to the maitre'd, Tasha who was a calming, friendly presence to us and was so thoughtful and cordial to all of us.
The wait staff and bartenders were professional, courteous and cordial. Every employee who we came in contact with was respectful and helpful.
Lastly, our wedding coordinator, Monica, always took time from her schedule to listen to our suggestions and helped and guided us to make decisions. Her professionalism and approachable nature made the planning stages flow smoothly. She was a constant reassurance that all of our arrangements would make for a beautiful wedding day! Many, many of our guests expressed that this was one of their best wedding experiences ever! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!

This was our first daughter getting married and I must say this whole experience was such a memorable one due to the quality of the service we received not only from the Radisson at valley forge but from our wedding planner Monica DIrenzo who made itt such a special experience! We would referr and have done so over and over again.

I would like to thank Monica DiRenzo and her staff on doing an excellent job with my daughters wedding. They were great to work with from start to finish. I have never experienced such a professional staff and they went beyond to help with my daughters wedding! When it comes time for my other daughter to get married we already know who we are going to.

We loved our wedding at the Radisson in Valley Forge. Monica DiRenzo was fantastic from beginning to end. She was professional yet made us feel welcomed and special. Later in our planning process once the casino opened, Lindsay McGlaughlin and Monet Imperazo got involved with our wedding and they were wonderful as well. We worked with the Radisson from April 2011 when we signed our contract. They worked with our budget and made us feel so special. The convenience of the having the ceremony and reception in one space was fantastic and so super easy. Anyone looking for a hotel venue, this is your venue. With the added bonus of the Casino attached now it makes for the ultimate fun wedding!! Thanks to our Radisson team for making things wonderful for us!!!

We had our wedding at the Radisson Valley Forge in the Waterford Ballroom, we worked with Monica and Lindsay during the planning process. I can honestly say that there was so much weight lifted off my shoulders the moment we met Monica. Anything that we needed she was able to help with, she assured me many times that everything would be perfect, and it truly was! Even during the days leading up to the wedding when things were crazy, she was accommodating with everything that I threw at her, i.e. changing the seating chart, changing someone's entree (the day before the wedding), etc. She made sure everything was perfect and everything exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was amazing and Monica did a lot to help us make it perfect!

The food was delicious, the ceremony location (outside near the pool) was beautiful, everyone involved (including the wedding planner) were incredibly attentive and professional the day of the wedding, and our guests were talking about the party for weeks. The Radisson Valley Forge was the perfect place for our ceremony and reception. Our coordinator at the Radisson, Clem, was fantastic. He was helpful and patient and very knowledgeable. You can tell he really cares about his job and about each wedding and couple he works with. He made the planning process so much easier and less stressful. The staff at the Radisson during the ceremony, coctail hour, and reception were wonderful beyond our expectations. They really know what they are doing! I received many compliements from guests about how wonderful the hotel staff were - which can really make a difference in the experience your guests have! The food was fantastic and plentiful. I just can't say enough about how glad my husband and I are that we had our ceremony and recption at the Radisson and that we had Clem as our coordinator. I would defintely recommend the Radisson to anyone for their wedding or other special event!!

Make sure you go beyond the "courtesy block" of rooms, and actually reserve rooms in your name. We wound up with guests at a neighboring hotel because our courtesy block was overridden.

My husband and I chose the Waterford Ballroom for our wedding reception and were completely blown away. The food, service, decor and especially Clem were absolutely amazing. We were married almost 2 years ago and we still have guests telling us it was honestly the best wedding they have ever been to. The room is breathtaking. It is not your typical overdone ballroom. It is so unique! It has a beautiful stage were we had our first dance and a balcony overlooking the room for cocktail hour. Working with Clem was great. He was always there to answer any of my (or my mothers!) questions and to calm any worries about the day. He made sure everything I wanted was there. Thanks to the Radisson, and Clem, I had the wedding of my dreams. I would highly recommend this hotel and the Waterford Room especially to anyone looking to get married in the Philadelphia area. It will by far exceed your expectations!

I was just recently married on November 26, 2010 at the Radisson Hotel in King of Prussia. It was everything and anything that I could ever ask for. We were married in the Grand Ballroom and our reception was held in the Waterford. Both rooms are gorgeous and Clem Pascarella was amazing to work with. He met all our needs, keeping our budget in mind. It was unbelievable and perfect in every way. I would highly recommend the Radisson to anyone who is engaged and looking for a reception site. Ask for Clem! He is fabulous!

I wanted something different, my husband wanted something convenient. The Waterford ballroom was the perfect combination of both. It had a different feeling, modern and not a typical hotel ballroom but was located along the turnpike and major roadways for our guests. We also were relieved from having to get a hotel shuttle because the guests were able to walk upstairs to their rooms. From the very beginning we felt taken care of. We worked with Clem and he made sure that every detail was taken care of for us. The food was amazing and our maitre d (Tara) was beyond words.... she took care of us to an extent that I never imagined... she absolutely made my night perfect. There were a few TINY glitches here and there but that is to be expected. We also had our ceremony there and the staff set everything up for me and packed it up as well. All in all they were the best choice we could have made!

I would never recommend a different venue for anyone in the Philadelphia area! I absolutely loved working with the Radisson Valley Forge to have the most wonderful wedding reception. We were in the Waterford Ballroom, and the venue was absolutely fabulous. We recieved so many compliments on how beautiful the room was, how delicious the food was and how nice the staff was. They really made our experience wonderful!

Our wedding reception, in the Waterford Ballroom, was a dream come true - literally. Working with Patricia and Cassie was a breeze and they catered to each and every request I sent their way. The evening was perfect from start to finish - the food was excellent - our matradee was always there bringing us anything we needed - the room was impecably set - it was just perfect! I would not have changed a single thing!

The Radisson at Valley Forge far exceeded our expectations -- The Waterford Ballroom is fabulous -- the two story ballroom is so different -- it will blow your guests away -- the food was outstanding the service inpecable and then there is Clem who is probably the best asset the Radisson has -- he truly loves his brides and will stop at nothing to ensure that they are happy -- I wish I had another daughter so we could do this all over again

From the minute we met with Clem at the Radisson, he understood the vision we had for our wedding and made those dreams come true! All the staff was very helpful! We had some of the happiest guest ever at any wedding!

The Radisson Vally Forge went above and beyond our expectations. My wedding coordinator was Clem and he did an excellent job meeting all of our needs. The set up was beautiful and the food was delicous. I had not one complaint from my guests. Our Maitre d', Larry, was awesome. He was by my side if I needed anything throughout the night, but not in my way. He also made sure our gifts got safely to our rooms when we were a little too busy to notice!

I used the Radisson Hotel for our reception. The reception was beautiful. It was everything I imagined it would be and more. The room was set up just like I wanted with a little extra. It was magical. The food was DELICIOUS. We were given so many choices for our menu, centerpieces, cake, and table linens. I was very happy and pleased with the outcome. The planning process was fun. I worked with Clem and Dana. They were both wonderful. They were so nice, hard working, and professional. They were both a pleasure to work with. The night of our reception, they were constantly there to make sure everything was going as planned and that my husband and I didn't need anything. They set us up with a fabulous honeymoon sweet the night of the wedding. The reception went nice and smoothly as planned thanks to Clem, Dana, and Sharon (our maitre d).

My husband and I were so incredibly thrilled with our wedding at the Valley Forge Casino Resort. From completely going all in on our theme to really helping make our day seamless and more than what we had hoped for.

Very accommodating, wasn't happy my hall was double booked but they worked with my vendors to pull the whole look together. Thanx to Lindsay and team.

Our reception went perfectly. We worked with Clem and Dana. They helped us to plan the most perfect day imaginable. Our reception took place in the Waterford Ballroom which was a beautiful room. The cake, linens, centerpieces, all looked beautiful. The food was delicious and the appetizers were great as well. We heard from all of our guests that they had a fantastic time.

We upgraded and had the Coldstone Creamery station. It was incredibly unique and our guests are still talking about it 6 months later. The priests who attended the reception can't stop talking about the ice cream station.

One Drawback - the hotel itself is not very accommodating. While the reception staff was incredibly, some of my guests had trouble checking in. Additionally, we gave our luggage to the front desk when we arrived from the ceremony. One of our bags was missing from our room that night. We had to leave at 5am for our honeymoon the next morning. When calling down to the front desk to let them know of the missing bag they told us there was nothing they could to do help us. This definitely put a damper on our wedding night. (We did find the bag. It was mis-delivered to my in-laws room). Anyone who had trouble checking in, as soon as Clem stepped in to help the issues were immediately resolved.

Thanks to Valley Forge Casino, we were blessed with the most elegant wedding that we could've imagined. We began by selecting one of four beautiful ballrooms. After booking our date, the professional wedding specialists were available at all times and answered all questions, and walked us thru every single decision made in planning the ceremony and reception. Our guests raved about the fabulous cocktail and dinner selections. Our specialists were there for us until the final moment of our reception. Not one complaint or issue did we have during the entire planning stage!!!!

Valley Forge Casino was the perfect wedding reception venue! Our wedding coordinator Terri was awesome! It was important to us to have an easy wedding planning process and they did just that! Everything was very organized and we knew what to expect on the wedding day. We highly recommend the Valley Forge Casino!

We recently held our wedding in the Grand Ballroom at the Radisson.

Our wedding coordinator was Emily Girondo, and she was fantastic to work with. Sadly, a month or so prior to our wedding, Emily accepted a new position at the Radisson. In true Emily fashion, she made sure that there was a smooth transition to a new coordinator.

The wedding day was the best day of our lives, and many of our guests let us know that our event was the best wedding they had ever been too. The Radisson and their coordinators did a tremendous job from start to finish!

A few things that I wish I would have known ahead of time:

1. The center pieces that were included in our package were only worth $25. As you probably know, $25 will not get you much. I would be prepared to spend a lot of additional money on flowers for centerpieces.

2. We had some issues with getting all of our guests into the room block. The Radisson uses a centralized reservation hotline, and often times the customer service representatives were not familiar with our room block or didn't know what the difference between the Radisson Tower and Casino Tower was. In the end, our coordinator was very helpful in getting everyone moved under the room block; however, the confusion caused a bit of a headache in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the Radisson to anyone looking to have their wedding reception in the King of Prussia area.

Emily was excellent as was the maître D. Everything was perfect! Everything ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better time. We had guests calling us up and thanking us for a great time. Michelle and Paul were so happy with everything too! Great Job!!

We had a very good experience with the Valley Forge Casino and Raddison hotel! They were very affordable and with a Sunday discount we were able receive a wedding package that included an incredible amount of services for under $100 per person! Although there were some changes with who our planner was going to be, not really sure why still even after the event, the venue was able to remain professional and I felt as though I was still taken care of by all who were involved. By the time the wedding came around all issues were resolved and Emily, the planner that we came to know as our own, was absolutely wonderful. She handled anything and everything that we asked. She made sure that all my requests were met and she even held all ceremony and reception items a whole week before the event so that there was less pressure! I cannot thank Valley Forge enough for what they did for my husband and I. We had a perfect wedding filled with beautiful details and a great staff!

We had a wonderful wedding in the Grand Ballroom. Our guests raved about the decor, food and atmosphere! This is the only venue we looked at while searching for a ceremony/reception site! A few months prior to the wedding, our wedding planner had left but Lindsay McLaughlin stepped in and was amazing. I would have a response within minutes when I would email her. We had some glitches on the hotel side but other than that, we had a wonderful experience with the Radisson Valley Forge.

We recently had our wedding in the Grand Ballroom at the Radisson.

The coordinators at the Radisson were wonderful to work with. They ensured that every detail we requested was taken care of. They were responsive to e-mails and phone calls.

The whole process of planning a wedding at the VF Casino was very organized. It was also helpful that some flowers and the cake was included in our package. We chose to work with Petals Lane and Brooklyn Girl, and could not have been happier with our cake and flowers.

Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and many of our guests let us know that our event was the most fun wedding that they had ever been to. When I walked into the ballroom for the first time, I was blown away by how beautiful the ballroom looked.

I would definitely recommend the Radisson to anyone looking to have their wedding in this area of Philadelphia.

I really enjoyed every minute of my wedding thanks to the great staff! Monica, our wedding coordinator was amazingly helpful and supportive every step of the way and John and his catering staff were non stop making sure us and our guest were happy the entire night. We recently got married at the Valley forge casino resort. We had multiple functions at the venue. We used the waterford ballroom, now called 'The Venue' for our Sangeet function. We had our wedding ceremony in the Independence Ballroom, the reception and brunch the next day in the Grand Ballroom. Everything went as planned. The service was great. The ballroom spaces were very pretty and spacious for the number of guests we had. We used their catering for one of our functions and for the brunch, food was great!
Terri was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive from the start and helped make sure everything ran smoothly. It was really convenient having all our wedding functions in one place with the unpredictable April weather. A lot of our guests traveled from out of town and everyone mostly stayed in the Radisson Tower. The rooms were really comfortable and the guests were all really happy. There is 24 hr dining in the resort which was also very convenient.

Loved everything about this venue! Amazing food, fabulous staff, very flexible with the wedding packages and lots to do after the wedding. It is on the expensive side, but it was well worth it. Wouldn't have had our wedding anywhere else!!

The Radisson was extremely flexible with my financial restrictions. They provided absolutely amazing services even though I couldn't afford the best! They were very professional and treated me like a queen on the day of my wedding! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for someone who can easily cater to your every want and need!

I had a great experience and a beautiful wedding in the Parkview ballroom. Everything was perfect and set up beautifully. They gave great things as part of the package. The only thing is make sure all your guests will show. About 15 of mine did not and you will not be refunded for their plates.

Everything was really fantastic and precessional! So happy with our event.

Clem was very helpful in planing every part of my reception. He even offered better advise when I was convinced I wanted it one way his way was always better. His experience made my reception beautiful.

We had a beautiful wedding at the Valley Forge Casino on August 12, 2018. It was a truly memorable day. The food was delicious, the bartender was great and the decorations in our reception room were exactly what I had imagined! Working with Angelique was a pleasure. She was always so responsive and knowledgeable and they were very accommodating with everything. All of the preferred vendors that we choose were great too. We loved our officiant from Journeys of the Heart and working with Kris from Colonial Gardens for our lovely flowers. When we got to our room at the end of the evening we had a nice arrangement of cheeses and desserts in our room as a special treat too.

From the very beginning we had an overall wonderful experience. Our wedding coordinator, Terri, was absolutely exceptional. She was so easy to work with and has such a great personality that I would look forward to my meetings with her. She was able to accommodate all our requests without question.

The day of, the ballroom just looked absolutely stunning. We we so incredibly happy to see our vision come to life. The reason I knocked down professionalism was because we had 4 wedding cards that were left on the table. 2 were returned to us the next day from the staff.... thought it was a nice gesture at first but only to realize they were opened and taped back up. They had checks in them so probably the only reason they were given back. & no need to open the card because our names were on the front. We also didn’t have the friendliest bartenders but that was addressed quickly.

In the end we had the best day of our lives and we were very happy with the venue and how easy the process was.

VFCR is truly the best bang for your buck. There is so much included in their packages (centerpieces, cake, open bar, basic table linens, 3 free hotel rooms), taking away a lot of extra stress that many couples experience when looking for outside vendors. The quality of everything is fantastic considering how much less you will pay by choosing this venue. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and really make sure to give you the best wedding day possible. We had our ceremony in the Grand Ballroom which was spacious and very elegant looking. Our cocktail hour and reception were in The Venue, which is such a unique space to have a reception. The 2 levels gives such a unique look to your reception. We got so many compliments on the space, and again, paid much less than what we would have paid at another venue. Food was delicious, drinks were very well made, and the service was great! Our maitre d' was fabulous and really made every effort to take care of us and have the reception go smoothly. It also was a great addition to already be in the hotel and also to have many options for after the wedding, as well as for the whole weekend to keep our guests entertained. We continued the party down at The Vault with a lot of dancing and others made their way over to the casino. Overall, our experience at VFCR was exceptional and we were definitely happy with how everything turned out. Great value!!

Clem and The Radisson were WONDERFUL. I wish I could get married again so I could work with them!
My only complaint was with booking rooms for our guests - there was much confusion with the reservations department.

In chosing a place my husband said all ballrooms are the same, pick whatever. THEN I found The Waterford Ballroom. It has a stage, which is where we got married, and a balcony for coctail hour. The day of the wedding was perfect. Food was good (with a lot of selections to pick from), everything went smoothly, and everyone loved the room & had tons of fun.

My only problem was with the planning. In the 2 years I was planning I went through 4 planners... everyone kept quitting! (not because of me! Two had better opprotunities, one just walked out) One was three days before my wedding. Some days it was hard to get answers from anyone as to what was going on because the new person was always over-whelmed. Clem took over the night of the rehersal, so my suggestion is just deal with him.

I worked with Nick and his assistant Dana. Nick was always responsive through email and was super accomodating to my needs. After I selected the venue I moved 9 hours away and Nick was there for support. Although they did offer planning services, if you are a bride that wants to get extra creative and like small details to be incorproated, you will probably still need to hire a wedding planner to make sure your day goes smoothly and all of your details come together perfectly. On the day of anyone that was around was super helpful and easy to work with. Prior to the wedding there were some small problems but the day of went so smoothly. The staff were so helpful and made my day pefect.

The event staff provided an amazing experience. It was beautiful, well organized, and staff was very accommodating. The only issue we had was with Reservations and the Front Desk. There needs to be more coordination and VIP treatment by Reservations and Front Desk for groups having large events at the hotel. Dealing with the Reservations issues caused a lot of distress.

The planning process was very easy and fun for our wedding in the Waterford Room. The only problem that we faced was when our guests were trying to book their rooms, the front desk kept telling them they were sold out, which they were not. The day of our wedding was WONDERFUL, the room looked spectacular, the food was amazing and the service was spectacular. Our day went off without a hitch! If I had to do it over, I would not have changed a thing!!

1 I would suggest requesting a bell hop person to help the bride and groom out of the room WITH A CART or Provide a cart that the couple can keep in the room over night so that all of the gifts ,clothing, supplies used for the wedding can be transported Down to the car easily. We did not have one it was very frustrating to say the least!! Check out was a painful process!
2 Hotel guests for the wedding (family members) made reservations months in advance with the request of having an adjoining room or rooms next to each other in the wedding block of rooms. Were told no problem. However, they did NOT get that. At check in family members were informed that their rooms were on TOTALLY SEPARATE FLOORS. Then my family members/ (guests at our wedding) got so frustrated they cancelled the rooms all together. We booked our wedding at hotel to be able to offer rooms to avoid drinking then driving. It was upsetting and embarrassing to find out that the hotel did not stick to their word and what was ordered / expected did not happen.

I'm going to start with this issue because its important future brides are aware!!! WE HAD WEDDING CRASHERS!! People entered our reception, drank our beverages, danced, and worst of all signed our guest book with vulgarity. When I notified our maitre'D nothing was actually done, they asked the unwanted guests to leave but they refused. When my husband demanded they leave they threatened him with violence, at which point several groomsmen had to step in and physically remove the guests. Security was a BIG issue so keep that in mind if you choose this venue!!

However, my wedding coordinator, Emily, for everything leading up to the big day was amazing. Unfortunately the day of my wedding she was out sick and the venue failed to tell me. I had to find out by calling multiple times before finally having someone tell me she wouldn't be in. At which point panic obviously set in. Her replacement was Terri who when I finally got her on the phone was condescending and instead of understanding that I was upset that the one person that knew everything I wanted and needed for me wedding wouldn't be there, talked down to me like I was being irrational. I even found out from guests later that Terri was bad-mouthing me to other staff members during the wedding.

The food we got during the reception was NOT what we had at the tasting, and after being instructed to make color coded place cards with meal choices the wait staff failed to use them and certain guests didn't get the meals they ordered, including one guest who had an allergy and was ultimately served a dinner she could not eat. Also the Vegans were served Lasagna... with cheese... The extra meals for the no-shows were not wrapped for us like we were told they would be as well.

Overall I had an absolute blast at my wedding here, but I would say it was because of the people and the music and had nothing to do with the staff or the food. It was super convenient having the hotel and after party on-site thats it.

The Radisson, specifically Clem and Lindsay, were wonderful to work with. They were extremely responsive to all our needs and questions. However on the day of the wedding, there were some glitches. We paid for a raw bar for our cocktail hour. Guests told us that the raw bar was not replenished and most was gone quickly. We had some issues with banquet servers who confronted my dad asking for a tip. At the end of the night, the Radisson servers were going to throw away the top of my wedding cake - thankfully my mother in law saved it. They did end up sending our groomsman cake to the employee cafeteria (it should have been boxed up and placed on a table for guests to take when leaving). We were also told that guests were collecting some of our vases as the Radisson was going to throw things away. My wedding was not ruined by the Radisson, but we had expected soooo much better from them going into our wedding.

They have high turnover of the wedding coordinator position. We went through 4 people in our planning. Girl #3 was given to us less than 2 months before our wedding, then she was gone and no one told us with two weeks left before the wedding. I had sent multiple emails and left voicemails but #3 doesn't return them. I cakes the main line to find out we now had girl #4 with 2 weeks to go. Things that should have been settled a month ago didn't get finalized until two days before the wedding. We had the simplest plans but no one cared to confirm anything with us the whole time. Girl #4 didn't respond to some of my emails or phone calls and was most likely overwhelmed with the terrible job girl #3 had done. Beautiful venue, great food, all other service people are great, but the wedding planner consistently changed on us and we felt used and abused.
